  1. Thanks! Honestly what makes Worthy what it is ... its users. People can help immensely by reporting those things that should be reported. I'm simply a steward ... the real owner of this place is Yeshua ... I'm just trying to bring a true revival ... and that begins with repentance ... with repentance comes a true love that consumes a person to the point its easy to overlook the faults of others.
  2. Well, it'll be cleaned up fast enough. It's truly just a few problematic posters that is hijacking a great many threads for their personal agendas.
  3. Honestly if people seriously looked at what God hates maybe they wouldn't seek cause division. Pro 6:16 There are six things that the LORD hates, seven that are an abomination to him: Pro 6:17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, Pro 6:18 a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, Pro 6:19 a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers. Just so you know what God truly hates.
  4. Shalom everyone, I just wanted you all to know that it's been an extremely busy month for me in Israel. We had a conference in Jerusalem during the week of Pentecost. In the past month, we had a member of the congregation that suffered a stroke. Also, one of the anchors of the movement in Israel just passed away, which has taken my time away from the ministry. There is way too much going on in the land ... with the threat of a war with Iran, and trying my best to pastor and do the things I normally do. When I come to Worthy and find 20+ reported threads ... that's TIME in my daily routine that I really need these days. I posted this in another thread that I had to spend a good 30 minutes cleaning up. Do yourself a favor ... if you can't discuss something in love ... then simply don't let a forum board steal your joy! Seriously! I want you to think about this ... God created a HOLY people. What is Kadosh in Hebrew -- which is translated HOLY? It means SEPARATED for Himself! What SEPARATES us from the world? In the Old Testament -- it was keep SHABBAT (Sabbath) and following God's instructions! What is God doing now? Creating for himself a HOLY NATION through YOU! 1 Peter_2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. What makes US separated from the World? Is it the commandments? Well, it's DEEPER THAN THAT! Rom 13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. Rom 13:9 For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Rom 13:10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. Rom 13:11 Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. Rom 13:12 The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. You can become so legalistic -- that you believe you're HOLY -- but in essence have no love -- you're missing the POINT! The thing that makes us SEPARATED from the world -- is OUR LOVE for ONE ANOTHER! And how we love our ENEMIES! The reality is simply this -- LEARN TO LOVE -- and the first step is learning how to discuss things with one another in LOVE! This is OBJECT of the lesson. If you can't discuss in love with those you disagree with ... you'll find yourself on Mod Review. I don't BAN anyone ... and I don't shut down discussions without a good reason. So please ... take the lesson to heart ... be a HOLY people and learn what should truly separate us from the world! Joh 17:21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. Joh 17:22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, Joh 17:23 I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me. God bless, George
  5. I'll be happy to set up a soapbox debate. It might be best!
  6. Ok, I went through the entire thread and Gordon777 and nzdev posts were removed as it was personal between the two of them. I've gone ahead and placed Gordon777 on Mod Review as this is a problem that keeps reoccurring as he's causing strife with many people as his posts are constantly reported. The final straw was when he called someone a heretic, and continued to personally attack others. I'm sorry, that this went as long as it did @Tzephanyahu as this month has been challenging as my commitments in Israel are taking up most of my time and whenever I come to Worthy these days I'm dealing with 20+ reports. It's becoming a challenge to keep up. The bottom line -- if I need to babysit posters for personal attacks ... I'm immediately placing them on Mod Review. It's pathetic behavior ... and I'd rather babysit someone BEFORE their posts before they reach the forum .. then AFTER! If you found yourself on Mod Review .. it's simply because you do NOT know how to TALK TO FAMILY IN LOVE! I've not BANNED anyone ... I simply am trying to KEEP the PEACE ... and if I have to manually do it ... then so be it! Bottom line ... this thread has a topic ... discuss it in love ... if you can't ... my patience is running thin with the same problematic posters that are taking my time away from ministry. God bless, George P.S. -- I've gone ahead and unlocked this thread.
  7. On a laptop, you'll continue to see the chat bar at the bottom.
  8. This thread was hijacked from the beginning and went every direction then the original topic. So I cleaned the thread ... and we're restarting it. Listen ... if there is a problem -- report it ... Let us deal with any issues that arise. We're all family ... so show some love!
  9. The arrowchat interfered with the other chat so it was removed from Mobile devices.
  10. We've had extensive discussions on OSAS vs non-OSAS over the past few months. I'm simply going to lock this topic down.
  11. Your account is now unlocked Bernard -- you should be able to post almost everywhere now ... God bless!
  12. As soon as you make another post in this forum ... you're account will unlock. Welcome to Worthy!
  13. What do the Scriptures say about Jesus' purpose? Luke 4:43 but he said to them, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well; for I was sent for this purpose.”
  14. Just so you know, since you never know who's behind the other side of a keyboard we frown on exchanging phone numbers, etc. We have this in our terms of service. We also strongly discourage giving out personal information such as email addresses, physical addresses and phone numbers on the public boards. Any information given out in private is at your own discretion and risk. (Eph. 4: 29)
  15. Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Junk mail -- those annoying letters that fill your mail box. Along with the junk comes the delightful bills, and renewal notices. Of course the junk, we can just throw away, the bills, unfortunately can't be ignored, but the renewal notices, those we're thankful to see. Without them, we'd likely forget that we need to renew our licenses, our credit cards, membership cards, whatever else. Without those renewal notices, we might go to the ATM one day and not be able to get the cash we need because our card is expired -- oops! We might be asked to show our identification and the authorities might say, "Sorry Charlie, this license is not valid - you didn't renew it!" Sadly though, the most important things in life that need renewing, do not come with renewal notices. We will never open a piece of mail and see a notice to renew our love for our spouses, our children or our friends. But if we don't continually renew our love for them, it will eventually grow cold. We'll also never receive the most important renewal notice -- to remind us to renew our relationship with God. Our relationship with God is the most important relationship we can have. It must be renewed daily! In Hebrew, the word "le-cha-desh" means to renew. Here you go. Here is your renewal notice. Renew your love for the ones you love today. Renew your love for the Lord. Renew your love for the things of God and for his calling upon your lives. We all need a little renewing today. Let's ask the Lord to create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us. There is so much work to be done! The post Here's your renewal notice! appeared first on Worthy Christian Devotional - Daily Devotions. Read the entire devotional.

Jeremiah 31:31-33 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. This Saturday evening begins the celebration of Shavuot. Most Christians might recognize this as the celebration of Pentecost in Acts 2. However, the very first Shavuot actually took place fifty days after the Israelites crossed the Red Sea about 1500 years before Acts was even written. It was on this day that the law was given on tablets of stone. Interestingly, it was also fifty days after the resurrection of Jesus that Shavuot was celebrated again. But this time, the law of God was written upon the hearts of men, just as God promised through the prophets Ezekiel and Jeremiah. Shavuot is both a celebration of the God's faithfulness in the early harvest and an anticipation of the abundance of the harvest yet to come. This day, a couple of thousand years ago, 3000 Jewish people came to faith in Messiah. The day will soon come when those for whom we've been weeping and petitioning God in prayer will come to know the Lord and all of Israel shall be saved! Let's pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit today, and let's anticipate great things! Be praying for revelation for those we love who haven't yet seen the truth of the Lord. And please also be praying for the salvation of Israel! The post Fill up! appeared first on Worthy Christian Devotional - Daily Devotions. Read the entire devotional.
  17. 1 Corinthians 15:57-58 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. As we commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day, leaders from around the world gather to honor those who served and died to deliver Europe and the world from the Nazis during World War 2. It was on June 6, 1944, that the largest military operation in the history of the world took place. Just before the invasion, allied commander General Dwight Eisenhower issued a now-famous letter to the 156,000+ soldiers that stormed the beaches at Normandy, the 13,000+ paratroopers dropped behind enemy lines and the naval officers on the 5,000 ships off the coast of France. In his letter, Eisenhower stated, “You are about to embark on the Great Crusade toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other fronts, you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over the oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world. Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely.” Eisenhower ended his letter stating, “I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full Victory! Good Luck! And let us beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking.” Eisenhower expected victory … but he carefully warned his troops of the reality that it would not come easily because the enemy was savage! As we come to the conclusion of this age, the spiritual battles are intensifying. In our spiritual warfare, we truly face a battle-hardened enemy who fights with savagery – ignoring the enemy is foolish and will lead to our defeat. Overestimating him, however, is the opposite error, for "Greater is He that is within me than he that is in the world"; and we are assured by the word of God and His spirit within us that victory awaits us. C.S. Lewis once said, “There are two equal and opposite errors into which our race can fall about the devils. One is to disbelieve in their existence. The other is to believe and to feel an excessive and unhealthy interest in them. They themselves are equally pleased by both errors and hail a materialist or a magician with the same delight.” Our daily battles may be subtle, obvious, or brutal; but for most of us they aren't easy, and luck will not figure into our success. What we need will be the courage which faith inspires, and the perseverance which God will bless. The word of God is our sword, along with the rest of the armor [Ephesians 6:11-18] needed to walk in His victory. We simply must press on and press through… the glory of that D-Day victory will pale in comparison with ours, which will stand for eternity. So be reminded this day … at the end of the Book, “We win!” The post The battle will not be easy … but the victory is assured! appeared first on Worthy Christian Devotional - Daily Devotions. Revelation 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. A few years ago, I was in a debate with an atheist who had a legal background, and the Lord gave me a revelation about the tactics of the enemy. At Yeshua's first coming, his tactic was to destroy the infant before He could grow up; [Revelation 12:4-5]. After the Lord's death and resurrection, Satan continued his direct assault by attacking the church through persecution, which lasted through the first three centuries. The tactics of the enemy were to destroy any "eyewitnesses" of God's goodness. However, the faith continued to spread all the more in spite of the bloodshed of the saints, and when the devil realized he could not destroy the move of God physically, he switched his tactics to -- "If you can't beat them, join them!" His hatred achieved less success by direct murderous violence, so he adopted the tactics of a lawyer to win his objective. Now, when a lawyer is confronted with damning evidence against his case, he seeks to get that evidence cast out in a pretrial procedure called "discovery." The enemy applied this principle during the dark ages. Having placed his servants into the highest offices in the church, Satan substantially removed the best evidence for the truth by suppressing the Word of God, not allowing it to be read or translated into a common language which the people could understand for themselves. Finally, in the late 14th century the Bible was translated into a common language, by John Wycliffe, and through a handful of Christian pioneers and the invention of the printing press over the next 100 years, the Scriptures became available in the vernacular of the common people during the Reformation. Then the enemy reverted to his original tactics, destroying the saints in the "Inquisition," where anyone found with the Word of God was deemed a heretic and killed. But in legal proceedings there is yet another tactic: when a lawyer realizes the evidence against his case cannot be suppressed in "discovery," he seeks to introduce a mountain of new information in an attempt to overwhelm the juridical process and obscure the truth by hiding it in thousands of documents. Doesn't this seem like exactly what has happened in our "Information Age"? We need to understand how Satan is working in our own time, and especially in our own culture. There's a saying I heard repeatedly growing up, with the acronym "KISS" -- "Keep It Simple, Stupid!" As we enter into the climax of the ages, the world is being flooded with exponentially more information, let's stay focused on the simple truth of the Gospel. Let's not allow our lives to be overwhelmed with too much information, but rather, "KISS" the message of the gospel to the world in need of His love! 19. I went to town on this thread and cleaned up the snide remarks -- jabs -- and just WEIRD conversation that had NOTHING to do with the topic at hand! Remember the topic -- the Nature of God. God bless, George
  20. Psalms 37:23-24 The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand. My wife used to teach Israeli dance workshops all over the world. And over the years, she has acquired a few interesting and rather funny stories of people, including herself, tripping and stumbling over each other during a class. Stumbling is not one of my most favorite things in the world. It's embarrassing and often hurts. The fact is, however, that stumbling is something we all must experience. The question is -- what do we do when it happens? Imagine this. You're walking home and you trip and fall over a random object on the sidewalk. You scraped your knee and it hurt a little. And the kids walking home from school behind you saw you trip and giggled amongst themselves -- that was kind of embarrassing. But will you go all the way back from where you came and start again from the beginning? Or will you just sit and sulk on the curb, refusing to take another step at the thought of it happening again? No! Of course not! That would just be silly, wouldn't it? So is it on our walk through life with the Lord. Satan would love nothing more than for us to go sulk in a corner somewhere and dwell on our humiliation and fear that it might happen again. But the Lord wants us to rise up, dust the dirt off our clothes, maybe give a little chuckle ourselves and move forward for His Kingdom! Yes, we may stumble on this long and sometimes treacherous journey but we will not be cast down! The Lord has upheld us and He will always! So get back up, continue to press through ... and remind yourself once again the victory was already won for you 2000 years ago! Enjoy a break from a long week ... enjoy your weekend ... Shabbat Shalom! The post Get back up! appeared first on Worthy Christian Devotional - Daily Devotions. Read the entire devotional.
