  1. "In the light of the king's face is life, and his favor is like a cloud of the latter rain"—Proverbs 16:15 If we walk under an open Heaven, the King's light will overshadow us! The light from His brilliant face releases His life, but it also releases His favor, which is "like a cloud of the latter rain." So His favor is described as this spiritual rain. "Behold the former things have come to pass. But new things I declare, and before they spring forth, I tell you of them."—Isaiah 42:9 STRETCH FORTH YOUR HANDS God is offering to us rains that will bring the 100-fold harvest of His Word spoken over our lives: words about the past, the present and the future for our families, your region, YOUR MINISTRY, and your nation! Just stretch forth your hands toward Heaven and tell Him, "Lord, I receive Your rain! Let it rain down on me! Let it pour. I want a downpour!" Take some time and seek Him for the full outpouring of His latter rain blessing. Don't let this opportunity pass you by!   2. "For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in Heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge – that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." - Ephesians 3:14-19 Thank God that the Holy Spirit dwells within us with the fullness of His love so that we are not left with our limitations. As we think on God's love, forgiveness, compassion, and grace we know that there is no way to measure or contain His capacity in these things. Every attribute that God has is eternal and cannot be contained or measured. UNLIKE HUMAN LOVE His love has no beginning and no end; it is eternal in every way. His love was upon us before we were formed and will extend to us throughout eternity. Human love most often depends upon the actions of another, but God's love has no dependency or expectation upon another. He is not capable of withholding love or wavering in His love toward us. Even in the midst of our sin and constant "wavering" affections, His love is immeasurable and unmovable. The same is true with every attribute of God. His forgiveness is eternal in every sense of the word. His grace, mercy, wisdom, power, righteousness, justice and goodness are absolutely measureless and cannot be contained within time or space. Often we misunderstand God's ways with us as being measurable by believing that He is withholding from us (healing, provision, blessings, etc.). Our understanding is limited to our experience or our ability to imagine God's ways, but still everything we know or imagine is contained within the limits of our humanity. We are not able to comprehend that which is not comprehensible. As humans, we live within the boundaries of time and space; God is the only immeasurable thing we know. So how do we do what Ephesians 3:14-19 says? How do we grasp how long, wide, high, or deep is the love of God if it is immeasurable and uncontainable? We can only grasp it by understanding verse 19: "to know this love that surpasses knowledge..." We must grasp the truth that HIS LOVE for us will always SURPASS our knowledge and our limited understanding. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. John 15:7 - "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." OBSERVATION: The degree to which I will abide in Him will be determined by the degree to which I behold the power of His resurrection -- the power, glory, and authority that He has NOW. Philippians 3:10,11 - "That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto His death; if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead." Since the completion of the Cross of Calvary and the "Resurrection Authority with Christ" ultimately triumphing over the enemy and seated at the right hand of God, we now have abundant life forever. We are not given resurrection authority to simply miss Hell and go to Heaven. We have this power dwelling in us to appropriate raising the meaningless, dead existence of the lost into the everlasting vibrant eternal life now on earth as it is in Heaven. Galatians 6:7,9 - "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." OBSERVATION: I know that the only thing I'm going to take to heaven is what I give away. "Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4 Each one of us has an assignment and we are all here for a PURPOSE that is bigger than what we see. Let go of negative people who don't believe in you or your purpose; they are not your audience or your partners in this next phase of your journey. All of the tests, difficulties and unexpected things of life will be used as a chisel in God's hand to shape us for what is coming. The strengthin iron is in the fire, refined seven times until there is nothing left in it that would compromise its ability to support strong structures. He places His desires for your created PURPOSE within your heart and then creates life to fulfill them. When our hearts are surrendered to His plan and purpose, we start to desire things we didn't think of before. Then, we can ask what we will and it will be done for us. The Holy Spirit’s desire is that we live every day in the fullness of the Lord, by seeing above and beyond what we can do, and that Jesus would receive glory and honor through His great power that works in us and through us.   4. "Now finally, my beloved ones, be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of His explosive power flowing in and through you." - Ephesians 6:10 (The Passion Translation) When we stand on the foundation of Jesus as our strength, authority, and power, we start to see that explosive power begin to manifest in our personal lives. Then it starts to overflow out onto every person that we come in contact with. We will start to shift and change atmospheres as this explosive power flows in and through us. It is time we understand that we are sons and daughters of the Most High God and He has given us authority to walk in the explosive power of His Spirit. Remember Luke 10:19 says,"Behold I give you authority..." Let us use the authority the Lord has given us to change the world around us. Mark 4:24 - "And He said unto them, 'Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete it shall be measured to you."' How many blessings are you going to receive from the Word of God? It depends on how many you expect to receive. When God measures them out to you, He'll be using your measuring stick, not His own. Romans 10:17 - "So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing, by the Word of God." OBSERVATION: The human spirit can be compared to film in a Polaroid camera. I expose it with my voice by speaking God's word -- then I don't give up before the manifestation comes. Ephesians 4:29 - "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. Jeremiah 15:19 - "If you return, then I will restore you - Before Me you will stand; and if you extract the precious from the worthless, you will become My spokesman." OBSERVATION: If I allow the Holy Spirit to move through me, I will be constantly searching for those whose lives are formless and void. I will become a bridge for them into the glorious, creative purposes of God. "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it." - 1 Corinthians 9:24 We all need spiritual momentum in our lives. God always wants us to keep moving forward. What is the other option? Moving backward—which is not a valid option. God has created us for flow, to be in sync with His river of life. As we find that place of sync with His presence, there is a momentum that is created in our lives. The enemy tries to slow or shift your momentum by bringing distractions to get you off course. We are called to "stay the course". God gives us the goals, the vision, and the blueprints, but we also have to stay the course. When we neglect to put Him first we are putting something else first or even ourselves. Our souls have to come into alignment with the heart of God, to walkby the Spirit, and follow after His voice. "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." - Matthew 6:33 Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ, which strengtheneth me." Imagine awakening every morning with the confidence of God's strength in you. And this strength in you according to His wealth, according to the riches of His glory, according to who He is. OBSERVATION: GOD IS GLORIFIED WHEN I CHOOSE NOT TO LIMIT HIM AND NOT TO LIMIT MYSELF. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. Mark 1:35 - "And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, He went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed." We do our very best each day to find time to spend alone with God (see Luke 11:42). It is in those times that we discover the DESTINY that He has for us. Can you feel the depth of God’s heart calling to you in this season? Can you feel the depth of your spirit desiring Him more than your next breath? Launch out, and launch into Him. It is in this place that your wilderness becomes a fruitful field. Expect faith upon faith to rise up! Expect advancement from strength-to-strength! Expect to go from glory-to-glory as God opens impossible doors for the advancement of His kingdom through his CALLING on your life. Affirmation: AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY I LET ALL DISTRACTION AND EMPTY TALK BE SILENCED AND LET MY FIRST THOUGHT AND FIRST WORD BELONG TO HIM TO WHOM MY WHOLE LIFE BELONGS. Ephesians 5:14 - "Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light." Mathew 11:28-30 - "Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light." Observation: STRESS IS THE PROOF I AM ATTEMPTING SOMETHING GOD DID NOT COMMAND. 1 Peter 5:7 - "Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you." "My prayer for you is that every moment you will experience the measureless power of God made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of the immense power as it works through you. This is the explosive and mighty resurrection power that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted Him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm." - Ephesians 1:19-20 (The Passion Translation) Paul was saying here that God wants us to experience the measureless power of the Spirit working through us when we exercise our faith and use the authority that God has given us. God designed for us to flow in miracles and experience the limitless, measureless power that He has made available to us. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is in us to perform miracles. We have the authority to call forth physical miracles, spiritual breakthroughs, restoration of marriages, prodigals returning home, and mental and emotional healing. This explosive power is available to us when we exercise our faith and use the authority God has given us. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

"Behold, I have made you a new, sharp threshing sledge with double edges...you will rejoice in the Lord, You will glory in the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 41:15,16 Are we ready to dive into the bottomless treasure chest of God for our lives? When we awake spiritually hungry, the Lord is up to something in our life because He initiates the spiritual hunger. As we turn aside from our regular routine -- He is calling us to turn aside from our present existence -- He is calling us to turn aside from those things that have hindered us -- He is calling us to turn aside into HIS FLAME! As we turn aside, God is going to begin to seep into the dry soil of our heart and awaken us into a new passion and a new FIERY desire for Him. Since meditation on the Scriptures, prayer, and intercession are a service we owe and because the grace of God is found in this service, we should train ourselves to set apart a regular hour for it. This is not "legalism"; it is orderliness and fidelity. Who can really be faithful in great things if he has not learned to be faithful in the things of daily life? DAILY HUNGERING AND THIRSTING FOR HIM "Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful." - Colossians 4:2 Who is He that we should hunger and thirst for Him and set aside time to seek Him diligently? TAKING UP OUR CROSS The gospel doctrine of the Cross, that is, of dying to self is the only way to life in God. The true Christian life, which is to be a disciple of Christ, is a life of sacrifice. "Taking up our cross" means that we 'die' to the right to do as we please, and surrender 'unconditionally' to the Lordship of Jesus. It was on the Cross that Jesus suffered the ultimate injustice, but He did not retaliate, or ask the Father to retaliate, but rather to forgive. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. James 4:5 - "Surely, you don't think scripture is wrong when it says: the Spirit which He sent to live in us wants us for Himself alone?" Observation: The Holy Spirit within me conflicts with fleshly desire, urging me into service for Him. It still requires my submission and my action. Being led the the Holy Spirit is an ongoing God encounter. A religious spirit is a demonic presence that works to get us to substitute being led by our intellect instead of the Spirit of God. Ephesians 2:10 - "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them." Possessing what belongs to us requires change. Unless we choose to progressively walk beyond our own mindsets, we remain where we're at presently in life. Regardless of our position in society, mindsets are often the greatest key to breakthroughs. If we're not moving forward, it's likely that we need to do a little homework. "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he." - Proverbs 23:7 We may discover how we've been thinking has been hindering our own progress. We must be progressive in our understanding. We attract what we think. We must focus from God's perspective. We create the environment as co-creators with God. We take His promise and begin to make it the standard. We breathe it into our understanding and surroundings. Mindsets and focus are two things God wants to change for you. Don't focus on what you don't have or what you cannot do. Start co-creating with your Creator. He is raising up a passionate people who are focused on living according to the Kingdom of God. Those who will press into Holy Spirit for the miraculous and favor to accomplish His objective. God is sending you. Answer His sending. Pursue the things God has been speaking to you. It's no longer time to ponder. It's now time to possess. Your provision is in following throughin your next course of action. Genesis 1:2 - "And the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters." THE HOLY SPIRIT IS EVER MOVING, WORKING, AND BRINGING FORTH THE PURPOSES OF GOD. THE NATURE OF THE CHRISTIAN LIFE IS TO BE MOVING AND GOING SOMEWHERE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  9. Our work is not to make the gospel relevant to the world. To change the world we must be different from the world. We must challenge what people think. "Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh.....if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." -- 2 Corinthians 5:16-17 We don't need three dreams and a vision to go witness the Gospel. The Word already tells us to go. We just go and obey the Word! In every moment we have the endless possibilities of how our lives can change and how we can affect and change the lives of others. The first step to getting out of the box is to fellowship with the God of the breakthrough.The Holy Spirit will charge you with fresh vision and boldness. As we abide in Christ, speaking forth the revelation of our DESTINY, the hedges and high places that have resisted the grace of God and love of God will be pulled down. We will boldly cross over the historic chasms that have mocked our progress as Goliath did David. Now we will shout and cross over! We will shout with a voice of triumph! - Amen ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. Ephesians 2:1 - "But now in Christ Jesus, you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ." The basic purpose of the cross is more than reconciling us to God; it also brings us back to Himself in the close, intimate relationship that He originally intended to have with men. He wants to bring us near. It is in that place that we find the glory and anointing needed to transform atmospheres on earth. We are called to be the carriers of His glory. Christ in you is the hope of Glory (Colossians 1:27). It is the glory of God that makes that difference. By laying hold of Jesus, we lay hold of the glory of the Holy Spirit allowing Him to manifest in us and through us. Hebrews 10:22 - "Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water." Romans 8:29 - "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren." Affirmation: AS I REACH FOR CHRISTLIKENESS, MY LOVE FOR GOD BECOMES RICHER, MY WITNESS TO SINNERS MORE POWERFUL, AND MY SECRET LIFE HOLY. 2 Kings 5:10 - "And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean." Observation: AS I DIP IN THE LIVING WATER OF GOD'S WORD AND SUBMERGE MYSELF IN THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT - THE WORLD WILL SEE AN EVENT THAT TRANSCENDS HUMAN POWER. THEY WILL WONDER AT THE DIVINE INTERVENTION BY GOD INTO MY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  11. The enemy has many Christians trapped in unbelief and self-condemnation. They know what they did was wrong and they hate it, but they cannot unburden themselves of the guilt. Remember, our Redeemer came to proclaim liberty to those who are "prisoners" (see Isaiah 61:1). Is He speaking only of those who are incarcerated in jails? No, His mission is for all of us who are prisoners of our past failures. God wants us to learn from our mistakes, not be held captive to them. Jesus came to deliver and restore those whose dreams lie buried in self-blame. Today God is restoring joy to His people. Many whom the Lord has touched were weighed down – just like you might be – with either moral failure or tragedy. In the very place where our deferred hopes produced heart sickness, Christ is here" to bind up the brokenhearted" (Isaiah 61:1). Where once sorrow and heaviness reigned, He gives a "garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting" (v. 3). No longer will church attendance be a penance for our failures. From now on we shall enter His gates with thanksgiving. Indeed, to every Christian struggling with an unbearable burden, the Lord says, "You are still My Bride." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com

Ephesians 1: 9,10 - "Having made known unto us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He hath purposed in Himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times He might GATHER TOGETHER IN ONE ALL THINGS IN CHRIST, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in Him." THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF GOD IS THAT ALL THINGS WILL BE SUMMED UP IN HIS SON. Observation: IF I DO NOT KEEP THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF GOD AS THE FOCUS OF MY LIFE, AND ASSURE THAT ALL I DO IS FOUNDED IN JESUS I WILL BE CONTINUALLY DISTRACTED FROM THE RIVER OF LIFE. John 6:63 - "It is the spirit that quickeneth (or makes alive) ; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Jesus described the words that He spoke as "spirit and life" -- Jesus' words were an investment into others revealing the heart of His Father to them. When He opened His mouth, word-shaped containers of God's grace would bring Heaven to earth in the hearts of the hungry that heard Him. They still do today through the mouths of believers advancing His kingdom. Affirmation: EVERY TIME I TAKE THE WORD INTO MY HEART, BELIEVE IT AND ACT ON IT, THAT LIFE OF WHICH JESUS SPOKE, THE VERY LIFE OF GOD HIMSELF, IS RELEASED IN ME. Try to see things more and more from His perspective. Let the Light of His Presence so fully fill your mind that you view the world through Him. When little things don’t go as you had hoped, look to Him lightheartedly and say, “Oh, well.” This simple discipline can protect you from being burdened with an accumulation of petty cares and frustrations. If you practice this diligently, you will make a life-changing discovery: You realize that most of the things that worry you are not important. If you shrug them off immediately and return your focus to Him, you will walk through your days with lighter steps and a joyful heart. When serious problems come your way, you will have more reserves for dealing with them. You will not have squandered your energy on petty problems. You may even reach the point where you can agree with the apostle Paul that all your troubles are light and momentary, compared with the eternal glory being achieved by them. "A man’s steps are directed by the Lord. How then can anyone understand his own way?" - Proverbs 20:24 "For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." - 2 Corinthians 4:17–18 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  13. Zechariah 4:6,7 - " This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the Lord of hosts. 'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel, you shall become a plain!'" There is an ANOINTING that God gives to each of us that is for our walk with God. His anointing teaches us all things. This anointing is for the inner life. There are OTHER anointings that we pay a price for. When Jesus was entering into His 3-year stretch of ministry, He went into the desert with fasting and prayer. When He came out He was ready for ministry. In the Book of Acts the 120 in the upper room wait for the promise of the Father, the Holy Spirit. We absolutely cannot accomplish the purposes of God in our own strength. We need the power of the Spirit to blow the mountainous obstacles out of the way. God is after the results that are eternal, not temporal. Our sensitivity to the Spirit is needed to see results. WALKING IN GOD'S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE Zechariah 4:10b-12 - "For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth." Then I answered and said to him, 'What are these two olive trees – at the right of the lampstand and at its left?' And I further answered and said to him, 'What are these two olive branches that drip into the receptacles of the two gold pipes from which the GOLDEN OIL drains?'" God has bigger plans FOR US that would require a greater anointing of the Spirit. There is golden oil, an anointing of His Presence, that God has to pour out. We cannot settle for less than what originates from Heaven. The golden oil is the purity and anointing of God. Gold is representative of that which is valuable and pure. The oil represents His anointing. When we have lives that carry this pure oil of His Presence, we will walk in places that we have not walked before towards the DESTINY He has prepared for us.   14. John 3:3 - "Jesus answered and said unto him, 'Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."' Once Israel partook of the Passover their who world changed. They left Egypt immediately to go to a place they had never seen. Likewise, when we partake of the Passover sacrifice of Jesus everything changes -- we are BORN AGAIN into a whole new world. Believing for a manifestation of God's Kingdom in our lives and walking in a Kingdom mindset is vital. Why? Because we were created on purpose for this purpose! We are body and we are spirit; we are born from above. As a spirit being born from above and born again, we're to experience the Heavenly realm with our spiritual senses. You are living by another set of rules. You are living by a superior order. All believers are released into the work of the ministry in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Believe that! "The Lord was standing by a wall that had been built true to plumb, with a plumb line in His hand. And the Lord asked me, 'What do you see, Amos?' 'A plumb line,' I replied. Then the Lord said, 'Look, I am setting a plumb line among My people Israel;'" - Amos 7:7-8God's plumb line is all-important for discerning His voice. Amid all the noise of the world, we need to be able to distinguish God's voice clearly. God wants you to know what He is saying. Every follower of Jesus receives the gifts of revelation and discernment. Every Believer needs to use them! In fact, without discernment and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, we cannot progress in our use of any of the gifts and callings.We bring God's Word to dwell in the midst of the world as we remain sensitive to the flow of His Spirit. Through our relationship with God, we receive revelation. And as we bring that revelation to the world around us, we incarnate His Word in our very ordinary lives—just as Amos did. No matter what your situation is, or where you've come from, you can receive revelation and grow in spiritual discernment. God wants to use you powerfully as a plumb line of God's Word to everyone around you. Come to Him and rest. Give your mind a break from its habitual judging. You form judgments about this situation, that situation, this person, that person, yourself, even the weather—as if judging were your main function in life. But He created you first and foremost to know Him and to live in rich communion with Him. When you become preoccupied with passing judgment, you usurp His role. Relate to Him as sheep to Shepherd, subject to King, clay to Potter. Allow Him to have His way in your life. Rather than evaluating His ways with you, accept them thankfully. Worship Him as King of kings while walking hand in hand with Me down the path of Life. “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.” - Matthew 7:1 “Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” - John 17:3 "But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’” Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use?" - Romans 9:20–21 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  15. Genesis 12:1,4 - "Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee. So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him." Abraham may not have known where He was going, but He did know what He was looking for. He left everything to be a part of what God was building. This is also our quest, to be a part of what God is doing (our DESTINY). Mark 9:23 - "Jesus said unto him, 'If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.'" If we choose not to heed the leading of the Spirit and become PROACTIVE in renewing our minds, it is possible that we will limit God's power and anointing from flowing through our lives because of UN-RENEWED thinking patterns that we are still embracing. We have the potential to believe impossibilities into possibilities. Let's break the bondage of a passive spirit. Let's take up the sword of the Spirit and embrace the fight of faith! Observation: THE ONLY LIMITS I HAVE ARE THE ONES THAT I PLACE UPON MYSELF. There is a mighty battle going on for control of your mind. Heaven and earth intersect in your mind; the tugs of both spheres influence your thinking. He created you with the capacity to experience foretastes of heaven. When you shut out the world and focus on His Presence, you can enjoy sitting with Him in heavenly realms. This is an incredible privilege reserved for precious ones who belong to Him and seek His Face. Your greatest strength is your desire to spend time communing with Him. As you concentrate on Him, His Spirit fills your mind with Life and Peace. The world exerts a downward pull on your thoughts. Media bombard you with greed, lust, and cynicism. When you face these things, pray for protection and discernment. Stay in continual communication with Him whenever you walk through the wastelands of this world. Refuse to worry, because this form of worldliness will weigh you down and block awareness of His Presence. Stay alert, recognizing the battle being waged against your mind. "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus." - Ephesians 2:6"The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace." - Romans 8:6"Do not love the world or anything in the world… The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever." - 1 John 2:15–17 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  16. 1 Corinthians 1:2 - "To all who are called to be God's holy people, who belong to Him in union with Jesus Christ, together with all people everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours." Affirmations: I REALIZE THAT I AM GOD'S CHILD AND HAVE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY TO USE THE NAME OF JESUS AND HAVE EVERYTHING THE WORD SAYS I CAN HAVE. I HAVE CONFIDENCE BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I'M NOT SPEAKING MY OWN WORDS, I AM SPEAKING GOD'S WORD AND IT WILL COME TO PASS. Ephesians 2:19 - "Now, therefore, you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God". Mark 11:23 - "Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them." - Jesus was talking about Spoken Manifestation. Jesus released His hearers into a Spoken Manifestation Anointing, where we step from a place of prayer (supplication andasking), to a place of commanding, through faith. Jesus said speak to the mountain! Maybe it is a sickness, maybe it is finances, family issues or church situations. God is calling us to speak to the mountains in our life and believe what we say. It transitions from us seeing God as far off in Heaven, answering our requests, to us recognizing that God lives by His Holy Spirit inside of us, and we can release that power through the spoken word. It's a different kind of thinking. Do you have a need? Release the Spoken Manifestation Anointing over your life and circumstances. Is there someone sick? Command the mountain of sickness into the sea! Are you believing for a greater presence of God on your ministry, so you can touch more people? Speak to the mountain in the mighty name of Jesus! Jesus was given all authority, and He said in the Scriptures that He has given that authority to us. It's time we speak to the mountains in our lives. Do not let man cause you to fall, to slumber, or to come halfheartedly before His throne. But press forward, and come in boldly, for you have an appointment through His Blood. Let His Blood come and bring life. For has He not said in His Word, there is life in His Blood? Let His Blood come and transfuse back to you the might of His Spirit, so you too can do signs and wonders, and come to the understanding of who you are, and who He is. Come boldly. Come, allow Him to let His hand rest upon you, and give peace to your mind, peace to your heart, multiplication to your finances, answers if you need answers, and healing if you need healing. Come unto Him all thatare heavily laden. Let Him alone be the one that gives you rest.   17. Jesus came to earth with the sole purpose of doing the will of His Father. The will of God for OUR OWN LIVES (OUR DESTINY) is central and foundational to our PURPOSE for being here. If we never come to the place of realizing that why we are here IS to do His will then we are really missing it. The will of God is not convenient, as many times it will go cross grain against our own desires and thinking. When we choose to do the will of God we come to a place of yielding our will, realizing that what we want is not the most important thing. EMBRACING THE LIFESTYLE OF TRANSFORMATION The more we embrace a lifestyle of doing the will of God, our minds will truly be transformed to reflect the image of Christ. There are certain foundational attributes of servanthood and sacrifice that create a seedbed for the fragrance of Christ in our lives. It is just as Jesus said, "Abide in Me and let My words abide in you and you shall ask..." Our intimacy with God gives way to heavenly authority in our lives to pray as Jesus asked us to pray, "His Kingdom come and will be done on earth as it is in Heaven..." God desires His Kingdom to expand through us. As we learn to live as habitations of God, filled with His Presence and glory, His authority will be released through our lives in such a way that a glory atmosphere will be released displacing the works of darkness. Through being a vessel yielded in intimacy with God, there will be an increased manifestation of the glory of Heaven upon our lives resulting in the blind eyes of others being opened to the reality of God with demonstrations and manifestations of His power. "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." - Revelation 3:20 MOVING ON TO GOD'S HIGH CALLING We endeavor to lay aside every encumbrance and entanglement that has hindered us in the past and motivate us to move on to God's high CALLING.   18. 1 Timothy 2:1 - "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men." We can bear the burdens of others and we are the go-between for them before God. We identify with the weak, helpless, fear-filled, unborn, sick, poverty-stricken, homeless, hungry, depressed, and spiritually destitute. We ask on their behalf, in faith, believing. AFFIRMATION: I inwardly ask for the joy of the Lord and a deeper awareness of His presence to rise up within every person I meet. 1 Corinthians 15:34 - "Awake to righteousness, and sin not: for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame." AFFIRMATIONS: I press-in to and become conscious of the reality of the righteousness God birthed in me the moment I received Jesus as Lord. As that righteousness consciousness grows and develops within me, it will eventually become bigger and more powerful than all the problems that surround me as I seek God's purpose for my life. I am becoming more skillful in "the word of righteousness." Hebrews 5:13 - "For every one that useth milk is unskillful in the Word of righteousness; for he is a babe." Matthew 5:8 - "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God." Affirmations: I CANNOT HAVE A GREAT LIFE UNLESS I HAVE A PURPOSE CENTERED LIFE. I CANNOT HAVE A GOD'S PURPOSE FILLED LIFE UNLESS I HAVE A PURE MIND. I CANNOT HAVE A PURE MIND UNLESS I WASH IT DAILY WITH THE WORD OF GOD. 2 Timothy 2:16 - "Keep away from godless and foolish discussions, which only drive people farther away from God." "...before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as My prophet to the nations." - Jeremiah 1:5 Although Jeremiah was called as a prophet, he still had to participate with action on his calling. God then instructs Jeremiah to "get up and prepare for action." "Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified by them, or I will terrify you before them." - Jeremiah 1:17 In other words, he was not to sit down on the job or make any excuses. He was to get up and go. The call of God does not come with perfect circumstances, but with many challenges to our obedience. There will always be an excuse to not participate with our calling. His Kingdom must come first in our livesbecause God, Himself, is first and our lives are to reflect who He is. John 15:7 - "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you." Some are willing to spend hours in prayer asking for a miracle instead of planting the Word of God in their hearts, which in time would produce the miracle. Prayer is what water and fertilizer are to a seed. They help the Word release its life. But if you haven't planted the seed, it doesn't matter how much water and fertilizer you apply, the soil still won't produce fruit. It's the seed that has life! AFFIRMATION: The creative language of God is demonstrated when I speak forth the creative Word of God in boldness and confidence because it is abiding in my spirit. Relax in His everlasting arms. Your weakness is an opportunity to grow strong in awareness of His Almighty Presence. When your energy fails you, do not look inward and lament the lack you find there. Look to Him and His sufficiency; rejoice in His radiant riches that are abundantly available to help you. Go gently through this day, leaning on Him and enjoying His Presence. Thank Him for your neediness, which is building trust-bonds between you. If you look back on your journey thus far, you can see that days of extreme weakness have been some of your most precious times. Memories of these days are richly interwoven with golden strands of His intimate Presence. "The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, shall say, Destroy them." - Deuteronomy 33:27 "I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.   20. 1 Corinthians 2:7,8 - "But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was, how shall the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory?" These are days of DESTINY, filled with wonder and excitement. The awe of God is returning to the people of God, filling the heart of God's people with great expectation. Every eye shall behold His brilliance and magnificent Glory. WHERE IS THE GLORY? IT IS IN HIS PRESENCE. OBSERVATION: When I learn to draw close to Him and dwell in His presence, I will experience something even greater than what Moses did. Moses met with Him face-to-face, but I have Him living in Me. Ephesians 2:6 - "And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus." AFFIRMATIONS: A spiritual kingdom lies all about me, embracing me, altogether within reach of my inner self, waiting for me to recognize it. God Himself is here waiting for my response to His presence. This eternal world will come alive to me the moment I begin to reckon upon its reality. He is with you and all around you, encircling you in golden rays of Light. He always beholds you Face to face. Not one of your thoughts escapes His notice. Because He is infinite, He is able to love you as if you and He were the only ones in the universe. Walk with Him in intimate Love-steps, but do not lose sight of His Majesty. He desires to be your friend. He created your brain with capacity to know Him as Friend and Lord simultaneously. The human mind is the pinnacle of His creation, but so few use it for its primary purpose—knowing Him. He communicates continually through His Spirit, His Word, and His creation. Only believers are capable of receiving Him and responding to His Presence. You are indeed fearfully and wonderfully made! "I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them." - Psalm 34:4–7 “Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” - John 17:3 "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." - Psalm 139:14 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  21. 1 Corinthians 2:10 - "For to us God revealed them through His Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God." Because the Spirit "searches all things, even the depths of God", no one who is truly led by the Spirit will be shallow in their understanding. If we are led by the Spirit, we will love the truth enough to seek it out (through affirming and meditating on the Word). We will be compelled to have a depth to our knowledge. Affirmation: THE SPIRIT ALSO WANTS TO MOVE IN ME TO SEARCH THE DEPTHS OF GOD. "Rule in the midst of your enemies" - Psalm 110:2 The Lord has provided us with powerful tools to accomplish our assignment and legislate the heavens with the ability to call forth what is not as though it were. He has given us the power of the Blood, the power of His name, the power of His Word, the power of decree, the power of the Holy Spirit to bring it to pass, and angel armies assigned to God's Kingdom purposes! He has given us everything needed to rule and reign, to take and to hold ground! Circumstances may seem to be holding you back, or life situations and finances, but obedience to take your place in God's PURPOSE for your life unlocks your DESTINY and positions you for favor. It's a favor that opens the necessary doors for you to accomplish your assignment. Open your mind and heart—your entire being—to receive His Love in full measure. Many limp through their lives starved for Love, because they haven’t learned the art of receiving. This is essentially an act of faith: believing that He loves you with boundless, everlasting Love. The art of receiving is also a discipline: training your mind to trust Him, coming close to Him with confidence. Remember that the evil one is the father of lies. Learn to recognize his deceptive intrusions into your thoughts. One of his favorite deceptions is to undermine your confidence in His unconditional Love. Fight back against these lies! Do not let them go unchallenged. Resist the devil in His Name, and he will slink away from you. Draw near to Him, and His Presence will envelop you in Love. "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ." - Ephesians 3:16–19 "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence." - Hebrews 4:16 "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.   22. "If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended to Heaven but He who came down from Heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in Heaven." - John 3:12-13 Time is where we live but we can walk in the Spirit where God lives while we live here in time. Jesus, while standing on earth said that He was in Heaven. He had a body to operate here in time (on earth) but was claiming to be in Heaven. DUAL REALM CITIZENS "But we are citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in Heaven, and from it also we earnestly and patiently await [the coming of] the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] Savior..." - Philippians 3:20 AMP Do you not yet know that we are dual realm citizens? We have been given a body to fulfill our purpose here on earth but our citizenship is in Heaven and through the Spirit we can access our homeland, here and now. "Still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you." - John 16:12-15 Jesus told His disciples that He was going away so that they too could access Heaven in this passage of Scripture. He was literally saying here, "You are going to have a direct access to Father through My name because of what I am about to do." He was now going to be the Door for us to access our Father! He is saying that we are now stuck here in time and can now access the realm of eternity, or the eternal realm, because of our connection with Him. He was saying that you can't understand now, but when He leaves He is going to send you someone like Him, who has access to the things in Heaven and He is going to come and live in you and tell you what is going on in Heaven and give you access to the thoughts of the Father! In other words, Heaven is coming to you! The veil of time has come to an end for those who will come to Him and believe. God said that Adam would have to work by the sweat of his brow when sin entered, but Jesus paid the price and walked sinless for us all, shed His innocent Blood and then gave us back the keys here on earth to Heaven! Whatever we bind on earth shall now have already been bound in Heaven and whatever we loose here shall have already been loosed there! ADVANCING HIS WILL He has given us authority here, not to bring our own will but His will on earth and He told His disciples when they asked Him how to pray that they should pray: "Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven" - Matthew 6:10. When you get into the eternal realm in worship—you enter His gates with thanksgiving and enter His courts with praise (see Psalm 100:4). That is how we now access that realm and that is why we must worship Him in spirit and in truth! It gives us access to the Father. In the Lord's prayer, the first thing Jesus told His disciples to pray was, "Our Father who art in Heaven hallowed be thy name" - Matthew 6:9. We must hallow His name!   23. John 16:8 - "And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment." God knows we will never be perfect. He does not desire perfection due to our own strength for that would be "deserved favor." Grace is undeserved favor. The Lord desires for us to know that He is daily perfecting us through His divine grace. To believe that "it is up to us and our own ability to become transformed" is to believe that "the finished work at the Cross was not effective". Jesus Himself was perfect and, therefore, we are blessed and empowered to live holy through Him. AFFIRMATIONS: After the Holy Spirit convicts me of sin and God declares me righteous, it takes a supernatural work of God to make me comprehend my new condition in Jesus Christ. This realization is just as supernatural as the moment I recognized I was lost. Only this time, I am being supernaturally awakened to the fact that I am righteous! "Delight yourself in the Each one of us has an assignment and we are all here for a purpose that is bigger than what we see.LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4 Let go of negative people who don't believe in you or your purpose; they are not your audience or your partners in this next phase of your journey. All of the tests, difficulties and unexpected things of life will be used as a chisel in God's hand to shape us for what is coming. The strengthin iron is in the fire, refined seven times, until there is nothing left in it that would compromise its ability to support strong structures. He places His desires for your created purpose within your heart and then creates life to fulfill them. When our hearts are surrendered to His plan and purpose, we start to desire things we didn't think of before. Then, we can ask what we will and it will be done for us. Worship Him only. He is King of kings and Lord of lords, dwelling in unapproachable Light. He is taking care of you! He is not only committed to caring for you, but He is also absolutely capable of doing so. Rest in Him, for this is a form of worship. Many believers drive themselves like racehorses. They whip themselves into action, ignoring how exhausted they are. They forget that He is all-powerful and that His ways are higher than theirs. Underneath their driven service, they may secretly resent Him as a harsh taskmaster. Their worship Him is lukewarm, He is no longer their First Love. His invitation never changes: Come to Him, all you who are weary, and He will give you rest. Worship Him by resting peacefully in His Presence. "Which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen." -1 Timothy 6:15–16 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” - Isaiah 55:8–9 “Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love.” - Revelation 2:4 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” - Matthew 11:28 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. John 8:5,10,11 - "Now Moses in the Law commanded us that such women shall be stoned to death. But what do You say? When Jesus raised Himself up, He said to her, 'Woman, where are your accusers? Has no man condemned you?' She answered, No one, Lord! And Jesus said, "I do not condemn you either. Go on your way and from now on sin no more.'" Counselors are advising people today that guilt is negative, unproductive, and even detrimental to their health, and they need to release these feelings. Thus, guilt is not an effective means of evangelizing and it actually obscures God. As we learn to display God's love to the unlovable and His acceptance to the outcasts, we will see divine intervention in people's lives. There's incredible power in the simple act of unconditional love and acceptance. Jesus demonstrated this repeatedly by His works among the nonreligious multitude. Affirmations: IN MINISTERING TO NON-BELIEVERS I SEEK TO UNDERSTAND THEIR VALUES AND PERCEIVED NEEDS, AND AS MUCH OF THEIR BACKGROUND AND FRAME OF REFERENCE AS I CAN; THEN I WILL KNOW BETTER HOW TO RELATE TO THEM AND LEAD THEM TO CHRIST WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT. I REALIZE THAT EVERY HUMAN BEING NOT ONLY WANTS BUT NEEDS TO BE IN THE ABUNDANT LIFE HERE AND NOW. Matthew 16:16,18. - "And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And I say also unto thee, 'That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.'" Observation: THE ROCK THAT THE LORD IS BUILDING HIS CHURCH UPON IS THE REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS. I MUST HAVE A PERSONAL REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS. HE MUST BE MY OWN KING AND SAVIOR. When many things seem to be going wrong, trust Him. When your life feels increasingly out of control, praise Him. These are supernatural responses, and they can lift you above your circumstances. If you do what comes naturally in the face of difficulties, you may fall prey to negativism. Even a few complaints can set you on a path that is a downward spiral, by darkening your perspective andmind-set. With this attitude controlling you, complaints flow more and more readily from your mouth. Each one moves you steadily down the slippery spiral. The lower you go, the faster you slide; but it is still possible to apply brakes. Cry out to Him in His Name! Affirm your trust in Him, regardless of how you feel. Thank Him for everything, though this seems unnatural—even irrational. Gradually you will begin to ascend, recovering your lost ground. When you are back on ground level, you can face your circumstances from a humble perspective. If you choose supernatural responses this time—trusting and thanking Him—you will experience His unfathomable Peace. Hosea 4:6 - "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." This infers that if God's people had knowledge of who they really are in Christ, of who God is, and of the rights and privileges of their DOMINION -- they wouldn't be destroyed. Jesus walked in union with His Father. We too must do the same with Him. We only have true SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY to the degree that we are abiding in Him. The angels do not respect us and the demons do not obey us because of who we are, but because of who is in us. Affirmation: MY IGNORANCE OF THE WORD OF GOD IS THE ONLY EFFECTIVE WEAPON AN ENEMY CAN USE AGAINST ME. John 15:7 - "If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." Observation: ONCE THE WORD OF GOD BEGINS TO ABIDE IN ME AND IT BECOMES A RHEMA WORD (A WORD FROM GOD SPOKEN TO MY SPIRIT) THEN WHEN I TALK OR SPEAK IT, SITUATIONS WILL CHANGE. Remember that joy is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in His Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons…anywhere. Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with Him. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but He will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to Him, you can find Joy even in your most difficult days. "Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.
