  1. 2 Corinthians 12:9 - "And he said unto me. "My GRACE is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." As we yield our wills and ways to the control of God's Holy Spirit, we begin to experience the walk of grace, as Jesus lives His life through us. The fire of passion burns brightly with this deposit of grace. Luke 3:2 - "The word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness." The word of God came to John the Baptist while he was alone in the wilderness, thus giving him clear direction for the days ahead. As a result of his being alone with the Lord, John came into a ONENESS with the Lord that could not have been accomplished in any other way. John 1:23 - "John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet, 'I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness, 'Make straight the way for the Lord'." May it be stated of us, as it was of the disciples of old, that it is apparent we have been with Jesus. This, and crying in the wilderness of our day. There is an urgent need for this voice to cry out in the midst of the frustrations and perils of our present day. We need to stand in the manifest presence of the Lord to be prepared as the voice of one"I am the voice of One."Each one of us should come to the place where we also could make this statement, this, will make the changes that must occur if we are to reach this hurting world with the message of God's redemptive, transforming grace.only Affirmations: AS I RECOGNIZE HIS PRESENCE AND TURN ASIDE TO STAND BEFORE HIM, I BECOME THE EXPRESSION OF HIS VOICE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS OF TODAY. AS I EXPERIENCE SPIRITUAL HUNGER AND SEEK FOR SOMETHING MORE, I AM CALLED APART TO BE ALONE WITH THE LORD FOR A TIME OF PREPARATION. AS I RECEIVE ANOINTING AND IMPARTATION OF GOD'S GRACE, I WALK A GRACE-FILLED LIFE IN ORDER TO SEE THE GLORY OF GOD FILL THE EARTH. Luke 2:52 - "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man." Favor depends on abiding in Him (INTIMACY) In friendship with Him, we are no longer servants. When we abide in Him we can ask anything we desire, and it shall be granted to us (John 15:7). "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he bears much fruit...." - John 15:5 Favor depends on preparing ourselves and positioning ourselves to be pleasing before the King. It's time in the tabernacle, in the tent of meeting, meeting with God, worshiping, and spending intimate time with Him. It moves God when we prepare and delights Him to respond to our desires. Hosts of angels await the Lord's command in Heaven to release and manifest His blessings.see The fullness of the Spirit of God comes upon us when we receive Jesus into our hearts, and He gives us that initial measure of gifts and Holy Spirit power. However, these measures of gifts and blessings also increase as we seek to increase in favor with God. ".....He rewards those who earnestly seek Him." - Hebrews 11:6. To those who abide in Him -- receive greater measures of authority and favor. This is a time to be fully aware and fully impassioned for the things of God. Do not let the noise and distraction of the things of the world steal your attention in this critical hour! Set your full affections completely on the things that are above and don't be swayed by anything this world has to offer. "Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth." - Colossians 3:2 KJV Prayer: LORD JESUS, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WALKS SILENTLY IN THE INNERMOST SANCTUARY OF MY SOUL. SO CAREFULLY YOU WEAVE YOURSELF INTO THE FIBERS OF MY BEING. TOUCH ME WITH YOUR CLEANSING, RENEWING FIRE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  2. Getting in touch with our destiny in Christ can have the single most powerful impact on our own life after coming to know the Lord, being born, and being baptized in His Spirit. All Christians are called to be witnesses, but we also have a calling in His Body that is more specific than that. The main factors that will lead to a revelation of our destiny and being prepared for it are the following: 1. All Christians are called to be "soldiers of the Cross". All soldiers know that they can be called upon to pay the ultimate price for their cause. For this reason, the soldiers of the Cross are called to take up their crosses and commit to Resolving to do the Lord's will as the chief pursuit of our lives. A. Die daily to their own interests in order to serve the interests of Christ: "If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his Cross daily, and follow Me." (Luke 9:23). "For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he is the one who will save it." (Luke 9:24) "You, therefore, must suffer hardship as a good soldier of Christ Jesus." (2 Timothy 2:3) "No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier." (2 Timothy 2:4) "And he died for all, that they who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf." (2 Corinthians 5:15) B. Beholding the glory of the Lord. C. Finding and becoming a committed part of the body of Believers we are called to be with. D. Receiving the ministry of the five equipping ministries listed in Ephesians chapter 4. E. Being discipled by someone other than the pastor. F. Engaging in our calling. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. Am I totally sold out to the Lord Jesus Christ? 2. Am I willing to aggressively pursue the services of someone in the Body of Christ to Disciple me in my Christian walk? 3. What are 3 reasons why I need someone to disciple me in addition to my participation in church services, Sunday school, bible study classes, Christ encounters, etc? "Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." - Isaiah 41:10 EXPECT THE IMPOSSIBLE. NOTHING is too hard for Him and He is teaching us how to walk in supernatural power and wisdom. We have been given the measure of faith and the gift of the Holy Spirit who leads and guides us into ALL truth. It's a supernatural COMPASS that directs us and guides us when we have no natural vision to see ahead. Literally, EVERYTHING we do is by faith. The change in circumstances is HIS responsibility, not ours. He has promised to complete the work He has started in us, to fulfill His plan and future for our lives, to open shut doors, fill us with the knowledge of Him and His will through the Spirit, and be fruitful in everything we do, growing in the knowledge of God (see Colossians 1:9-12). "My soul, wait in silence for God only, for my hope is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation, the rock of my strength, my refuge is in God. Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us." - Psalms 62:5-8 In His Presence Are the Answers That You Seek. Wear the crown of glory that He would have you wear uprightly. Lay down any identity that man would come with. Man would come and try to push His crown off your head, and put upon it a counterfeit identity. Lay down all these things that rush into your mind – to where you cannot even come into His presence, because your mind, your spirit, is somewhere else. Call everything that would command you to give up dreams and visions and hope – command it to be cast behind you, for it is of the enemy. Let His Spirit rule and reign. Let Him begin to flow out of you – with discernment, with knowledge, with worship. Practice this when you're alone. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  3. 2 Kings 2:8,9,13,14 - Now Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water; and it was divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground. And so it was, when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask! What may I do for you, before I am taken away from you?" Elisha said, "Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me."........He also took up the mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and went back and stood by the bank of the Jordan. Then he took the mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and struck the water, and said, "Where is the Lord God of Elijah?" And when he also had struck the water, it was divided this way and that; and Elisha crossed over. The word "mantle" means, "That which is thrown on or around--a physical covering." An actual mantle, cloak or robe, is an article of clothing. It is typically large and loose-fitting. This long outer garment was in all probability the mantle worn by Elijah and then Elisha. Today, God wants to "throw" on us, and "throw" around us, a new, more complete spiritual mantle! It is time that we do what Elisha did. It's time to ask and receive our new mantle. Our new mantle is all-inclusive -- it contains everything we need to walk in the full power, gifting and authority of God for our life. Our mantle represents our spiritual DNA -- who we really are and who we are to become. It contains all the spiritual resources necessary for us to walk out the will of God. Our new mantle must be activated -- Elisha immediately used his new mantle to "smote (strike) the waters." QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. Am I ready to step out into a new and more powerful anointing from God than what I am experiencing today? 2. Do I have the courage to ask God for a new mantle (anointing) -- believing that I have received it and am ready to act on it immediately? PRAYER: Thank you God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for giving me a new spiritual mantle (anointing) complete with all the power, gifting, and authority available to me to advance your kingdom. In Jesus name, Amen Affirmations: I RECEIVE MY NEW SPIRITUAL MANTLE THROUGH FAITH THAT GOD HAS GIVEN IT TO ME. I LOOK FOR NEW OPPORTUNITIES TO USE THE POWER OF GOD IN MY LIFE. "Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle." - (Psalms 24:9-10) There is an anointing, a victory, a strength, and a might that has been prophetically orchestrated for you. Your "point of access" is your faith that "lifts up the gate".heavenly The Hebrew word for "lift up" is "nasa"! Lifting up your gates to access the glory and the anointing pertains to releasing those things that hinder and bind you to the limitations of your natural world. Let go of the habits, the hindrances and the hurts that are paralyzing you and keeping you bound to a life of the ordinary. Let go of your natural abilities and discover the glory, the strength of the Lord, and the might of the Lord! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  4. Maybe you feel like your dreams have died, your hopes have died, and your prospects have died. We live in a dramatic world where you may face great hindrances with excessive drama -- God has drama for you -- divine drama. God has a perfect track record, and His resume for doing special things during dark seasons is flawless. God created us to move through spiritual seasons. And some of those seasons are spent in a wilderness. THE CALL OF GOD "O my God, I cry in the daytime, but you answer not; and by night I am not silent or find no rest." - Psalm 22:2 Listening to God must become a habit. We must learn to be less analytical and live with more attentiveness to the Holy Spirit. Our minds are so busy racing, analyzing, worrying, doubting, and spinning, that we don't hear when He knocks? The Father is calling to the fallen. Come out of your comfort zone! Come and release what God intended for you from the foundation of the earth! If restoration is truly from God, then the failures of the past are swept beneath the Blood of Jesus too, and if we are walking beneath that Blood, we too, must function as Our Father--and forgive and move on. Restoration only occurs when we forgive and move on. In the land of NEW BEGINNINGS, we remove the masks and veils that have formed in the past season so we can now form our “true” identity for the future. There is a new identity and authority for us in the invisible world. This will allow us to display the wisdom of God to the powers and principalities that have blocked us in past seasons. TURN HIS PROMISES INTO ACTION Paul, the apostle, instructed us to walk purposefully toward one true goal (theDESTINY He has put in our spirit) (Philippians 3:12-16). This is not a time to wander around the mountain of defeat and unbelief; we are to lay hold of the promises of God, take Him at His word, and stand firm in faith. Rather than just being content to sit and hear, we become activators of the Word. God has destined us to walk in victory, not defeat. We are victors, not victims. We never forget that God has promised that no weapon formed against us can prosper(Isaiah 54:17). No matter how confused and confounded we have been in the past, this is the day we can find the exit sign and end the wilderness wanderings. We begin to walk in our PURPOSE -- seeking first the Kingdom of God. We make it our aim to please Him (2 Corinthians 5:9). ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. Mark 14:3,4 - "Jesus was in the house of Simon the leper, in Bethany; while He was eating, a woman came in with an alabaster jar full of a very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on Jesus' head. Some of the people there became angry, and said to each other, 'What was the use of wasting the perfume? It could have been sold for more than three hundred dollars, and the money given to the poor!' And they criticized her harshly. But Jesus said, "Leave her alone!" Everyone but Jesus thought it to be excessive and extreme. The only true worship is extreme worship, and only extreme worship brings extreme results -- TRANSFORMATION. Exodus 8:25 - "Go sacrifice to your God in the land." The devil doesn't mind our worshiping God if it doesn't require change. Pharaoh responded to Moses' request to let the Israelites go worship by giving him permission but only if they stayed and worshiped in Egypt. True worship, and the freedom it brings, requires the dedication of our entire lives to God. An offer that tries to convince us otherwise is a false one. If we try to keep worship "in the land" (in other words with requirements and stipulations) of the devil's domain, we give him legal access to influence and spoil our efforts. Affirmations: I REALIZE THAT BROKENESS HELPS ME DIE TO MYSELF AND MY INHIBITIONS. I ALLOW THE HOLY SPIRIT TO BREAK MY HEART, HIS WAY, SO I CAN RELEASE TRUE FRAGRANT WORSHIP TO GOD. EXTRAVAGANT WORSHIP IS MY LIFESTYLE. "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse." (Romans 12:14) Learn the art of blessing, for in blessing a thing or a person, that thing or person must bless you. When you bless, blessings will be drawn to you, or as Deuteronomy 28:2 says, "blessings shall come upon you and overtake you. " Conversely, in cursing a thing or a person, you draw curses upon yourself. "The Spirt of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised." - Luke 4:18 God is bringing us to a place where we know the Spirit of the Lord is upon us. If we have not got to that place, God wants to bring us to the fact of what Jesus said "...I will John 14, pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever." Because the Spirit of the Lord came upon Him who is our head, we must see to it that we receive the sameanointing, and that the same Spirit is upon us.in There is no limit as to what we may become if we dwell and live in the Spirit. In the Spirit prayer we are taken from earth right away into heaven.of There is a place where the Holy Ghost can put us where we cannot be anywhere else but in the Spirit. But if we breathe His thoughts into our thoughts, and live in the unction of the Holy Spirit as He lived, then there will evidences that we are in Him; and His works we will do.be "To know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." -- Ephesians 3:19 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them." - Ephesians 2:10 We were created to serve God. We were placed on this planet for a special assignment. The enemy's strategy tempts us to wear our own identities in a lesser role than what God desires for us (our DESTINY). God has put something inside of us and He wants it to flow out. The more it flows out, the more life it's going to bring. If there's only a trickle at first, He wants it to become a mighty river. It affects lives. Our best days are yet to come! God sent us to do a job and we're going to reap because He is the one who sent us to do it! When we launch out at His Word, we're going to catch what we need to catch, even in some instances where we've not labored. (John 4:38) "As the Father has sent me, even so I send you." - John 20:21 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  7. Joshua 1:8 - "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success." One of the definitions of the Hebrew word "meditate" is "to mutter." Meditating involves repeating the words God has said out loud. Jesus rebuked the Pharisees in Mark 7:13, for "making the Word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down...." In other words, the Pharisees insisted on defining themselves and their world according to human interpretation and practice rather than the Word of God. The words "of no effect" mean to render powerless, giving the picture of pulling the plug on the most powerful thing in the universe--the Word of God. We can shut off our access to that power by choosing to define our lives outside of what God has said. Affirmations: I DEFINE MYSELF BY THE WORD OF GOD. I CONSTANTLY TRAIN MY MIND TO THINK IN AGREEMENT WITH GOD'S WORD. I TREASURE THE PROMISES UP IN MY HEART AND PONDER THEM. AS I SPEAK THE WORD OVER MY OWN LIFE AND PROPHESY MY OWN DESTINY IN AGREEMENT WITH HIM, I RELEASE THE HOLY SPIRIT IN GREATER MEASURE TO BRING THE WORD TO PASS. 2 Corinthians 5:7, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Hebrews 11:1 gives the definition of faith, "Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen" (The Passion Translation). If we look at Abraham as an example, walking by faith requires you to go to a place you do not know, one that God will reveal as you walk in obedience (Genesis 12:1). On the leading of the Holy Spirit, we are to step out in obedience and use the keys and pieces we have been given, knowing that others will arrive at the time we need them. "Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O everlasting doors that the King of Glory may come in! who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle." - Psalm 24:7,8 If you are willing He takes you to a place to reposition you – to open your mind and open your eyes and open your ears and open your understanding; to take you out of the land of snares, and traps. He fills the graves of broken dreams, broken promises, broken relationships -- those who have been violated in their mind, their bodies and their spirit; to where they have felt shame, humiliation; to where they have had the pain of others for their grave clothes. He does not want His own wrapped in death. For He wants His own to become a people fully alive and equipped. For He wants His people to be strong in body, mind, will and determination. But first, you must turn around and turn back with choices. You must turn around with your eyes and say, 'I cannot look there.' You must turn around and plug your ears and say, 'I will not be a part of that, for it will grieve the Spirit of God in me. But declare -- "I will become a planting of life with the very mouth that I will use to worship." He wants to lie upon you His robes of righteousness -- His vision for your life, His relationship. He is pulling you out of places that would cause death. And He is pulling you inside of Himself where you will live and move and have your being. As you learn this, you will come to know you are His beloved – created and dwelling in the hand of a mighty God. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. Revelation 4:6 - "And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal." The source of God's Peace is God Himself. The glass sea is a symbol: there are no ripples, no waves, no anxieties troubling God. The Lord is never worried never in a hurry nor without an answer. The sea around Him is perfectly still and totally calm. All our victories flow out from being seated here with Him. John 3:3 - Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth: no one can see the Kingdom of God unless he is born again." We must know by revelation that we are not struggling to get up into heaven; rather that we were born there in spiritual rebirth. Psalm 110:1,2 - The Lord (God) says to my Lord (the Messiah), "Sit at My right hand, until I make Your adversaries Your footstool. The Lord will send forth from Zion the scepter of Your strength; rule, then, in the midst of Your foes." Ephesians 2:6 - "and raised us up with Him, and made us sit with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus" We have been raised up and seated with Christ in heavenly places. This is why the Holy Spirit continues to speak to us that the worship of God is our first response in battle. Affirmations: I POSITION MYSELF IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD AND SIT AT REST IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT CHRIST HAS ALREADY MADE MY ENEMIES THE FOOTSTOOL FOR MY FEET. AS I REST IN HIS VICTORY I RULE IN THE MIDST OF MY ENEMIES. Focus, (Romans 10:17 - "Faith comes from hearing and hearing, by the word of Christ."), and intensity are steps we take to move truth from our heads to our hearts. The command to look intently (see James 1:25) and to meditate continuously (see Philippians 4:8) would be examples of using focus and repetition. Repeating healing prayers pours divine light continually into our beings, until we are entirely sanctified -- spirit, soul, and body (see 1 Thessalonians 5:23). We become the radiance of His glory because we have bathed ourselves in His glory continuously. Darkness, sickness, and demons have now fled because of the light of His glory. "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him: they eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His CALLING........" - Ephesians 1:17,18 Today is the day that he pours fresh oil into your understanding. He does not want you left to your own understanding. He wants His understanding to bring you under Him, to stand up in Him. So that no matter what happens – on your left, on your right, below or above – you are standing under Him. He devours all that devour you, and He comes against all that comes against you. For He has not left you to stand alone. Detach from your understanding. Learn to soar high in His understanding. Let His understanding bring you into a higher way of thinking, into a higher way of living, on the highway of holiness, for He causes you to walk in peace, and in power, and in a sound mind. Lift your hands, even though they may be weary, lift them. Let His Spirit come, and let Him lift your hands high into Spirit, so that He can cause you to soar above circumstances, through the midst of circumstances – untouched by fire, but coming forth in a sound mind.the ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  9. We must be a burning and shining people who know where we are headed, fixing our eyes on our destiny, if we are going to awaken broken and disillusioned hearts! Jesus is not looking at our intentions, wishes, or knowledge of what is right. He is looking at our works! Are we allowing the grace of God to produce holy living and ministering to others in our lives, or have we received the grace of God in vain? "I know your works......" - Revelation 3:15 CONTROLLING OUR PASSION AND INTENSITY Philippians 3:14 - "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." It is high time to humble ourselves and press into God. Today is indeed the moment, hour, and day of Salvation! Christ in us is indeed the hope of God's glory. Now is our transformation time to transition into God's plan (our DESTINY) for Kingdom multiplication on earth. We can control the PASSION and INTENSITY with which we live our lives. To get the fruitful life that God has purposed for us, we must go out on a limb away from the ordinary and complacent. NOT SETTLING FOR LESS Behold, it's time to stop hiding behind walls of fear (What if such and such happens?); it's time to stop hiding behind walls of doubt (It'll never happen); it's time to stop hiding behind walls of disappointment (It didn't happen). Winter has passed. Rise up and come away! "For behold, the winter is past, The rain is over and gone. The flowers have already appeared in the land...." - Song of Solomon 2:11,12 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. Prayer gives each Believer in Christ the opportunity to: Cast out demons! Pray for the sick and see them recover! Release history making intercession! Let's shift things through the prevailing power of effective intercession. What Is Intercession? An intercessor is a "go-between." An intercessor mediates, occupying a middle position. You become a middleman for God! The most familiar phrase is "standing in the gap," which comes from Ezekiel 22:30 (God speaking), "I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none" (KJV). Jesus, our High Priest, who sacrificed His own life to redeem us from death, is the foremost intercessor. He interposed Himself between sinful humans and the justified wrath of His Father, and He still intercedes for us, day and night. We read in the book of Hebrews, "Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them" (Hebrews 7:25, NASV). All Believers are called to be intercessors. There is no special list anywhere in the Scriptures indicating that prayer, praise, worship, and intercession are special "gifts of the Holy Spirit." They are the birthright of every Believer! We are each called to co-labor with Jesus Christ. We simply lift up to our Father every need, every desire, and every thought. But we do it from the heart, expecting, and we do it with a sense of delight, not obligation. You see, the Bible is filled with urgent summons to pray: "Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, NASV). What is God's will? Rejoice, pray and give thanks at all times! What an approachable Father God we have! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  11. Acts 3:6,7 - "But Peter said, Silver and gold I do not have; but what I do have, that I give to you: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk! Then he took hold of the man's right hand with a firm grip and raised him up. And at once his feet and ankle bones became strong and steady." Part of our problem is this: we are accustomed only to doing things for God that are not impossible. If God doesn't show up and help us, we can still succeed. There must be an aspect of the Christian Life that is impossible without divine intervention that keeps us on the edge and puts us in contact with our true calling. Matthew 17:21 - "Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." The Kingdom of God is not a religion; it is an ever-expanding, all-consuming relationship with Jesus Christ. It is as different from religion as a brilliant angel is from a shadowy ghost. The only temple God dwells within on earth is the temple of our human bodies. John, in the book of Revelation, is very plain. He says of the Holy City -- "I saw no temple therein." Revelation 21:2,22 - "And I, John, saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it." Hebrews 12:2 - "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." Notice Jesus is the "Author." What does that mean? It means your faith originated with Him. And not only is He the Author, He is the Finisher too. "From faith to faith" in Romans 1:17 means we are to begin and finish in faith. We are to start in faith and stand in faith until that which we are believing for arrives. We go from "faith to faith" not faith to feelings. So if you are believing God's word for something, that Word is the Starter and the Finisher! Mark 4:26,27 - "And Jesus said, 'so is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.'" Faith is a seed. When we are dealing in faith, there is a timing for the manifestation. It takes time sometimes for our faith to pull things into the natural realm. That's why the bible says it's "from faith to faith." We have to stay in faith even when we don't see any changes. In our faith, we have to get above seeing or feeling something. Affirmations: I OPERATE IN THE KIND OF FAITH THAT RECEIVES VICTORY AND MAINTAINS THAT VICTORY SINCE I HOLD FAST TO MY BELIEVING AND CONFESSING. WHEN MY FAITH IS CHALLENGED I FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH. I STAY ON COURSE UNTIL THE FIGHT IS FINISHED. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  12. John 1:32 - "And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him." THE ANOINTING JESUS RECEIVED AT HIS BAPTISM WAS THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY, GIVEN BY THE FATHER TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO LIVE BEYOND HUMAN LIMITATIONS. HE WAS TO UNVEIL THE FATHER'S REALM CALLED HEAVEN. THAT WOULD INCLUDE DOING SUPERNATURAL THINGS. THE ANOINTING IS WHAT LINKED JESUS, THE MAN, TO THE DIVINE, ENABLING HIM TO DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL. THESE MIRACULOUS WAYS HELPED TO SET SOMETHING IN MOTION THAT MANKIND COULD INHERIT ONCE WE WERE REDEEMED. HEAVEN -- THAT SUPERNATURAL REALM -- WAS TO BECOME MANKIND'S DAILY BREAD. Romans 10:8 - "The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach." Affirmations: THE WORD OF GOD IN MY MOUTH IS SPOKEN INTO MY HEART. I CAN HEAR ABOUT THE WORD. I CAN LEARN ABOUT THE WORD. I CAN REJOICE OVER THE WORD. BUT UNTIL I SPEAK THE WORD, IT HAS NOT REACHED ITS HIGHEST FORM. THE WORDS I SPEAK -- IF THEY ARE WORDS OF LIFE -- GIVE LIFE, QUICKEN, MAKE ALIVE. John 6:63 - "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." "For we are HIS workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." - Ephesians 2:10 This is not a time for any Believer or leader in the Body of Christ to be humdrum, expecting only what we have seen and experienced before. We have never been where we are going now (see Joshua 3:4). We all must prepare for what is ahead: The call to embrace the awe of Almighty God. A wonderful, reverential fear of the Lord is returning to the people of God, releasing the wisdom of God (see Psalm 111:10), as God's people return to a radical love for Christ and action regarding God's PURPOSE for their life supported by that love. 13. Matthew 5:20 - "For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Christ's virtue and power came from the Holy Spirit, not a religious spirit. For it was the fruit of the Holy Spirit that the Father crowned with power -- love healed broken bodies -- peace drove out tormenting spirits -- joy released captives from sin. Romans 14:17 - "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." AFFIRMATIONS: The Spirit of God is creating a desire for the NEW - I thank the Holy Spirit for helping me to press through into this new place. I see God in a new way as HE comes to lead me forward -- I feel a stirring in my emotions -- God is knocking on my door -- God is calling me to a new place. I refuse to stay in complacency of my former attitudes, waiting for the provision before me to start my journey to the new heights. Matthew 5:25,28,34 - And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years. For she said, if I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And He said unto her, "Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole: go in peace, and be whole of thy plague." SHE DIDN'T CONFESS HER SICKNESS, HER DOCTORS' FAILURES, HER SUFFERING AND HER LACK. SHE HAD STOPPED TALKING ABOUT ALL OF THAT. INSTEAD, SHE BEGAN TO SAY WHAT SHE HAD HEARD ABOUT JESUS. Galatians 6:7 - "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Luke 8:23,24 - "But as they sailed He fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to Him, and awoke Him, saying, Master, Master, we perish. Then He arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm." JESUS WAS SLEEPING IN THE MIDDLE OF A LIFE-THREATENING STORM. IT WAS THE PEACE OF HEAVEN THAT ENABLED HIM TO SLEEP. AND IT WAS THAT SAME PEACE THAT SUBDUED THE STORM. YOU ONLY HAVE AUTHORITY OVER THE STORM YOU CAN SLEEP IN. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  14. Exodus 8:9,10 - "And Moses said unto Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I entreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they may remain in the river only? And he (Pharaoh) said, tomorrow. And he (Moses) said, Be it according to thy word: that thou mayest know that there is none like unto the Lord our God." Observation: RATHER THAN REQUESTING DELIVERANCE FROM THE PLAGUE TODAY, PHAROAH DECIDED HE'D SPEND ONE MORE NIGHT AMONG THE FROGS. HOW LONG AM I WILLING TO SIT AROUND AND LET THE FROGS IN MY LIFE HARASS ME? I MAKE A QUALITY DECISION "TODAY" TO GO WITH THE WORD OF GOD AND GET THEM OUT. Psalm 31:1,2 - "In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defense to save me. " Acts 18:25 - "He (Apollos) had been instructed in the way of the Lord, and burning with spiritual zeal, he spoke and taught diligently and accurately the things concerning Jesus, though he was acquainted only with the baptism of John." OBSERVATION: In Acts, the new Christian faith is described as a "way" to follow. Jesus referred to Himself as "The Way" and as The Door". These expressions indicate that I can only recognize spiritual things when I am moving along a path. As long as I have only dogma and proper teaching, I am like the person who owns all the maps in the world, yet never has set foot outside his house to see what the world outside really is like. The scribes who knew perfectly well that the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem but did not consider it necessary to go there and receive Him. The only possibility I have of meeting the one who lay in the manger is to go with reverence and commitment -- as the wise men from the east -- I have to travel a long way. James 1:6,7 - "Let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. " To come boldly and confidently to God for healing is the opposite of saying, "If it be Thy will." If we question God's will for us when we ask Him for something, we are double minded, cannot ask in faith, and He cannot heal us. My Confession: I BOLDLY CONFESS THAT I AM HEALED BY THE STRIPES OF JESUS CHRIST. THE AGONY HE ENDURED WAS FOR ME AND MY HEALTH. I DON'T HAVE TO BE SICK; I DON'T HAVE TO BE WEAK; AND I DON'T HAVE TO LIVE AT THE MERCY OF AFFLICTION ANYMORE. THE STRIPES ON JESUS' BODY WERE FOR ME, SO TODAY I RELEASE MY FAITH AND COMMIT THAT I WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH ANYTHING LESS THAN GOD'S BEST -- DIVINE HEALING AND HEALTH EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE! 15. "The Spirt of the Lord is upon me because He hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised." - Luke 4:18 God is bringing us to a place where we know the Spirit of the Lord is upon us. If we have not got to that place, God wants to bring us to the fact of what Jesus said in John 14, "...I will prayer the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever." Because the Spirit of the Lord came upon Him who is our head, we must see to it that we receive the same anointing and that the same Spirit is upon us. DWELLING IN HIM There is no limit as to what we may become if we dwell and live in the Spirit. In the Spirit of prayer, we are taken from earth right away into heaven. We feel as we speak in the Spirit that the fire which burned in the hearts of the two men on their way to Emmaus (Luke 24: 13-32), when Jesus walked with them, is burning in our heart. It is sure to come to pass when we walk with Him, our hearts will burn -- it is the same power of the Spirit. They could not understand it then, but a few hours later they saw Him break the bread, and their eyes were opened. LIVING IN THE SPIRIT There is a place where the Holy Ghost can put us where we cannot be anywhere else but in the Spirit. But if we breathe His thoughts into our thoughts, and live in the unction of the Holy Spirit as He lived, then there will be evidences that we are in Him; and His works we will do. "To know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." -- Ephesians 3:19 "Filled with God" means you are emptied of self, leaving no room for doubting or fearing. You are filled with love, and perfect love casts out fear. LIVING IN ABUNDANCE If we will only live in the Spirit and the unction of the Spirit, there will be no lack. There is only lack where faith is not substance. If we will obey the Lord there is nothing He will not give us since He has given us Jesus. The Spirit will have to reveal to us that fact that, because He has given us Jesus, He has given us ALL THINGS. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: Am I willing to lay down all that I may have God's all? Am I willing to seek and don't stop seeking (Matthew 7:7,8) until I know the Spirit of the Lord is upon me? Am I willing to cry out to Him until the Glory of the Lord is upon me? 16. The main idea for breakthrough comes from the breakthrough of water from 2 Samuel 5:20: "So David went to Baal Perazim (which means "possessor of the breaches"), and David defeated them there; and he said, "The LORD has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water." The word breakthrough comes from the Hebrew word "perets" which means "To break out." In the areas that we are believing God for breakthrough in, we should also believe Him to break out from the very center of the situation. Zephaniah 3:17declares "the Lord thy God in the midst of you is mighty." In this verse the word midst means: the nearest part, that is, the center; the word mighty means: a powerful, warrior champion. The Lord wants to come as a powerful, warrior champion to show Himself strong in the midst of all hindrances, obstacles, and blockades that the enemy has erected to stop the flow of God's purposes. Whether it's breakthrough in physical healing, financial provision, relationship issues, ministry or any number of areas, God's desire is to bring manifested breakthrough. THE BATTLE OF JERICO: The victory in Jericho was not the result of an advancing army breaking into the gates of the city. It was as God's people obeyed and followed His strategy that breakthrough came and the victory was won. Jericho had two walls, an inner and outer, with a combined thickness of 18 feet. Surely the inhabitants of Jericho never imagined that these walls would be breached, let alone be destroyed altogether in a moment of time. Our God is well able to bring breakthrough in the midst of impossible situations. THE MANIFESTED POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: The Holy Spirit, the most powerful force in the universe, is very active on Planet Earth today. We often do not think of His power as being the exact same power that raised Jesus from the dead. The declaration of Romans 8:11 is this: "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you." We need to believe God and ask Him for the release of Holy Spirit power – the power of the resurrection in our lives. Scripture also says that the anointing BREAKS the yoke. Many Believers these days are walking around with heavy yolks of everything from religious expectations to orphaned thinking and condemnation. God's desire is to manifest BREAKTHROUGH to obliterate yolks by the anointing (Isaiah 10:27). JESUS CALMING THE SEA: There are times that the manifestation of breakthrough is going to come in the release of great peace into a situation. In Mark 4, Jesus stood in the midst of a storm that the disciples thought was life threatening. In the midst of that storm, He declared, "Peace, be still" (verse 39). It's interesting that the response of the storm was not to just ease up a bit, but the Bible says, "the wind ceased, and there was a great calm." God wants to bring great calm into the many storms of life that we face. Even if the circumstances of that storm do not change immediately, we can still receive "a great calm" deep inside our hearts. NEW BEGINNINGS Isaiah 43:19 - "Nothing compares to what I'm going to do with you says the Lord! Behold, I am going to do a brand new thing with you personally. See, I've already begun to do it. Don't you see it?" In the land of New Beginnings, we must remove the masks and veils that have formed in the past season so we can now form our “true” identity for the future.Isaiah 41:15: ("Behold, I will make you to be a new, sharp, threshing instrument which has teeth; you shall thresh the mountains and beat them small, and shall make the hills like chaff") has become a key word for us. There is a new identity and authority for us in the invisible world. This will allow us to display the wisdom of God to the powers and principalities that have blocked you in past seasons. Jesus says: "You shall see the Heaven OPENED, and a way between Heaven and earth, between God and man, made clear. I am that way. I will open Heaven by My own blood.' "Then He added, 'In truth, in very truth, I tell you all, you shall see heaven wide open.....'" - John 1:51 Your time in communion with the Lord will raise you to that "Come up here, let me show you something you didn't know before" place for substantial breakthrough. "I saw a door open in heaven and heard the same voice speaking to me, the voice like a trumpet, saying 'Come up here: I will show you what is to come in the future.'" - Revelation 4:1 PRAYER: Lord, I ask you now to pour out the Spirit of the Overcomer. I lift up my head and receive the King of Glory to breakthrough so that I can breakout. Lord, stir me out of the wilderness and grip me with a holy violence and jealousy to lay hold of my inheritance and DESTINY in Christ. May I be strong and do great exploits in Your Name! - Amen ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  17. Romans 15:13 -- "May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing -- through the experience of your faith --that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope." Hope is a divine dream. It's an inner image that's bigger than you are because it's built on the promises of God. Example: If the doctor told you that you will never walk, then you see yourself climbing mountains and bringing the word of God to hurting people. You find in scripture(Isaiah 40:31) where it says those who wait on the Lord shall run and walk and not faint or be weary. You look at it until you see nothing else. Picture yourself walking for miles and running from one place to the next, telling everyone -- Jesus raised you up and made you whole. AFFIRMATIONS: Today I am becoming a dreamer. I take the word of God and build some dreams....now! INTO ACTION: What dream am I building on today to further the Kingdom of God? What obstacles are keeping me from advancing my dream? 18. Mark 6:3,5 - "And they took offense at Him. He could not do any miracles there, except lay His hands on a few sick people and heal them." OBSERVATION: THE VERY POWER OF CHRIST TO HEAL, DELIVER, AND WORK MIRACLES IS CONTAINED IN THE REVELATION OF HIS LORDSHIP. JESUS DID NO MIRACLE UNTIL HE BEGAN TO MANIFEST HIMSELF AS LORD. FROM THAT TIME ON, THE ONLY RELATIONSHIPS HE ACTIVELY SUSTAINED WERE THOSE WHICH RECOGNIZED AND SUBMITTED TO HIS LORDSHIP OVER THEM. SO, THE KEY TO MY RECEIVING MIRACLES IS FOR ME TO SUBMIT TO HIS LORDSHIP OVER MY LIFE. Joshua 1:8 - "This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success." Meditating on the promises of God is something we can do in order to determine where we're going in life. When we declare the Word over our own life and prophesy our own destiny in agreement with Him, we release the anointing of the Spirit in a greater measure to bring the Word to pass. AFFIRMATIONS: I always receive from God because I have faith and do not doubt. (Matthew 21:21,22) God grants me the spirit of wisdom and understanding to fulfill the hope to which He has called me and realize the richness of His glorious inheritance in me. (Ephesians 1:17,18) I curse those things that don’t bear fruit for God in my life. (Mark 11:12) Since I bear and keep on bearing lasting fruit for Jesus, whatever I ask the Father in Jesus’ name he will give it to me. (John 15:16) Song of Solomon 4:7 - "You are all fair, my love, there is no spot in you." UNTIL YOU ARE IMMERSED IN THE CROSS YOU ARE STILL NOT ALL FAIR. AS FOR YOU, THE CROSS HAS ENTIRELY DESTROYED YOUR BEAUTY IN THE EYES OF MEN. IN HIS (JESUS) EYES, HOWEVER, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  19. Luke 1:35 - The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the Holy One to be born will be called the Son of God." We need to ask Him for a release of devine hunger that will drive us deeper into Him. Like Mary, it is simply through intimacy, engaging the realm of heaven, and declaring what we see and hear that brings heaven to earth. As Mary received Christ into her physical Body, we have received Jesus into our spirits. As she birthed Christ, our quest is to see Jesus unfettered from the womb of our religion about Him. Our destiny is not just to carry Christ inside but to reveal the fullness of His glory in this world. Mark 16:15 - He said to them, "Go to the whole world and preach the gospel to all mankind." Hebrews 11:6 - "But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." One of the most crucial areas in which believers fall short in is pressing into God. Many pray briefly about decisions, then merely do what seems like common sense, not acquiring the mind of the Lord at all. But God must be sought. The temptation, when we first pray about something is to lose heart, or give up. But God will speak clearly to us if we press into Him. Often it is necessary to pray until you feel (and know) your spirit is breaking through. Affirmations: I CONFESS THAT I LIVE "IN" FAITH. I WILL NEVER RELINQUISH THE DREAM HE HAS PUT IN MY HEART. I WILL STAY IN THIS PLACE; I WILL USE MY FAITH; I WILL BE STEADFAST, UNWAVERING, AND COMMITTED TO SEEING HIS PROMISES COME TO PASS IN MY LIFE. BECAUSE I HAVE MADE THIS DECISION, I AM A PERSON WHO PLEASES GOD. Song of Solomon 3:2 - "I will rise now and go about the streets of the city. In the highways I will seek him whom I love. I sought him but did not find him." SINCE YOU NO LONGER FIND YOUR BELOVED (JESUS) IN YOUR RESTING PLACE, YOU ARE PERSUADED TO LOOK FOR HIM. THE CITY, WHICH IS THE WORLD, WILL BE WHERE YOU NOW LOOK FOR HIM. AS YOU LOOK IN VAIN YOU MAY BECOME OCCUPIED WITH THE WORLD WHILE YOU USE THE EXCUSE THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR BELOVED. YOU DO NOT FIND HIM BECAUSE HE WISHES YOU TO SEEK HIM IN HIMSELF. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  20. 2 Corinthians 5:7 - "For we walk by faith, not by sight." "Sense knowledge" is the attitude that says, "if I cannot see it, then it is not real. I'll believe it when I see it." This means that faith and sense knowledge are not compatible. Faith is the substance and evidence of things that your sense knowledge cannot see. Luke 8:47 is the story of the woman who had an issue of blood who desperately pressed through the crowd to lay hold of the hem of Jesus' garment. Most of the time when Jesus was healing the crowds of people He was doing that which He saw the Father doing. But in this instance it wasn't Jesus that "SET THE TIME" for this woman's miracle, but rather the woman "SET THE TIME" through her faith, desperation and determination. Many times when we are believing for a miracle we may feel we have positioned ourselves and we are waiting on God, when in fact, God is waiting on us to activate our faith to "set the time" for the release of the supernatural turnaround. Pull your future miracle into the NOW by activating your faith and pressing into His presence as never before. Remember, every day is Jubilee when you are in Christ! 1 Corinthians 13:4,5 - "Love is patient; love is kind and envies no one. Love is never boastful, nor conceited, nor rude; never selfish, not quick to take offence." Affirmations: I CONFESS THAT I AM NEVER GOING TO STOP UNTIL I HAVE ATTAINED THE HIGH LEVEL OF LOVE JESUS WANTS ME TO HAVE IN MY LIFE! AS I SPEND TIME WITH JESUS, I AM BEING CHANGED INTO HIS IMAGE - AND I DEMONSTRATE HIS LIFE AND HIS NATURE TO OTHER PEOPLE! Song of Solomon 2:16 - "My beloved is mine and I am his: he feeds among the lilies." THERE IS UNIMAGINABLE HAPPINESS FOR YOU AS YOU WHOLLY AND UNRESERVEDLY DEVOTE YOURSELF TO YOUR LORD. YOU KNOW THAT YOU BELONG TO YOUR BELOVED (JESUS): HE MAY DO WITH YOU WHAT PLEASES HIM. HE LIVES UPON INNOCENCE AND PURITY, NOURISHING YOU WITH THE SAME FOOD. HE INVITES YOU TO EAT WITH HIM THE FOOD WHICH HE LIKES BEST. Isaiah 55:2 - "Hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  21. 1 Peter 1:23 - "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever." POWER IN PRAYER IS NOT BASED ON EMOTIONS, FEELINGS, OR THE THEORIES OF MEN, BUT UPON THE WORD OF GOD, OUR AGREEMENT WITH IT, OUR ONENESS WITH CHRIST, WHO IS THE LIVING WORD, AND OUR UNITY WITH GOD'S PURPOSES AND WILL. Hebrews 10:38 - "Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him." Knowing that you are on the rock foundation of Matthew 16:18,19 and able to bind and to loose -- having that living faith that you can pray and know you have the answer because of God's promises, and the fact that Jesus said, "If Ye believe." It is on this rock that our faith must be based, and this will never fail; God has established it forever. Affirmations: I REFUSE TO RELINQUISH ANY OF MY GOD-PROMISED TERRITORY! MY FAITH IS TOUGH, RESISTANT, PERSISTENT, OBSTINATE, AND STUBBORN. MY SPIRIT IS SO TENACIOUS THAT IT REFUSES TO LET GO! IT ISN'T A QUESTION OF "IF" MY VICTORY WILL COME - IT'S ONLY A QUESTION OF "WHEN" IT WILL COME! Song of Solomon 1:4 - "Draw me (The Believer)! We (The Church) will run after you (Jesus)! The king (Jesus) brings me into his apartments! We will be glad and rejoice in you! We will recall your love, more fragrant than wine. The upright love you." NOW HIS BRIDE IS FILLED WITH UNSPEAKABLE JOY FOR SHE KNOWS THAT SHE IS FOUND IN HIM (JESUS). SHE PREFERS THE BRIDEGROOM (JESUS) OVER EVERYHING ELSE. HERE IS THE HEIGHT OF HER JOY AND PLEASURE. Psalm 105:4 - "Seek, inquire of and for the Lord, and crave Him and His strength; seek and require His face and His presence continually evermore." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  22. It is easy to go to sleep reviewing negative ideas and pictures in our mind and wake up in the morning with a poisoned and negative spirit instead of falling asleep loving and receiving from Jesus, our Lord and Savior. CONTINUOUSLY DECLARE GOD'S WORDS We declare truth over any negative circumstance in our lives and we see Jesus present in inner healing scenes. And since we do this continuously, this becomes ALL that we see. We do not see sickness. We do not see lack. We do not see pain. We see Jesus, everwhere. We behold the glory of the Lord. We have reached that blessed state becaus we see God, everywhere, all the time (see Matthew 5:8). The Morning Star has arisen in our hearts, and our hearts are full of ONLY His light (see 2 Peter 1:19). WHATEVER WE FIX OUR EYES ON GROWS WITH US AND WHATEVER GROWS WITHIN US WE BECOME "His delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditat day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." - Psalms 1:2-3 Focus, repetition (Romans 10:17 - "Faith comes from hearing and hearing, by the word of Christ."), and intensity are steps we take to move truth from our heads to our hearts. PRAY AND MEDITATE MORNING AND EVENING We pray RESTORATIVE prayers when we awaken and are lying in bed in the morning. We pray the same prayers as we lie in bed preparing to fall asleep (see 1 Chronicles 23:30). In doing this we are "renewing our mind" (Romans 12:2) with the truth of God's divine reality. Any previous lies of the enemy which filled our heart in the past are being swept away by these cascading waves of truth which come crashing down again and again (as we affirm and meditate), until every demonic stronghold in our mind is demolished and we are fully set free and completely filled with: God's light, God's truth, God's glory, and God's reality. Once your spirit and soul are healed, delivered, and set free, God's light, which is growing within you, will penetrate your body (see Philippians 2:12-13). As it does, your body will be transformed allowing you to ultimately experience the fullness of His convenant blessings overtaking you. You have pressed through satan's lies until you are conscious of ONLY one reality: God's reality. "Work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure." - Philippians 2:12-13 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  23. Psalm 59:9 - "O my Strength, I will watch and give heed to You and sing praises; for God is my Defense." The soul that is not recollected in one appetite alone (the desire for God) loses heat and strength in the practice of virtue. Affirmation: I WILL CONCENTRATE THE STRENGTH OF MY APPETITES ON GOD ALONE. Mark 9:24 - "And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief." Affirmations: I AM NO LONGER TROUBLED BY THE DEMONS OF FEAR AND DOUBT. I REPENT OF MY UNBELIEF. I DRAW UPON THE FORGIVENESS OF CHRIST AND HIS PURITY OF HEART AND THEN I YIELD MYSELF TO CHRIST'S FAITH WITHIN ME. James 3:8 - "But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison." Affirmations: I BOLDLY DECLARE THAT MY TONGUE IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. MY WORDS ARE SEASONED WITH GRACE, AND MY LIPS ARE CONSTANTLY GIVING THANKS TO GOD! THIS IS WHAT MY TONGUE SPEAKS BECAUSE IT IS SUBMITTED TO THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. saiah 11:2 - "And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him: the spirit of wisdom, and of understanding, the spirit of counsel, and of fortitude, the spirit of knowledge, and of godliness." Observation: THE VIRTUE OF FORTITUDE IS OFTEN MISTAKEN AS MERELY DRAWING STRENGTH FROM GOD. BUT THEN I BELIEVE I HAVE STRENGTH IN MYSELF, AND THERE IS NOTHING SO WEAK AND FAILING AS THAT. FORTITUDE COMES UPON ME WHEN MY SOUL HAS FOUND ITS ONE UNFAILING SHELTER - THAT IS, WHEN I HAVE SEEN WITH THE EYES OF FAITH, WHEN CHALLENGES COME, HOW MY SOUL HAS FLED INTO ITS ALL-SURROUNDING GOD. HE ALONE IS MY EVERLASTING WALL OF STRENGTH. Acts 6:8 - "And Stephen, full of grace and fortitude, did great wonders and signs among the people." John 1:17 - "For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ." People who do not know Jesus' heart read His words and consider them too hard. Their problem lies in the fact that they have missed His grace. Both grace and truth are realized in Jesus. When Jesus gives me something that seems impossible, He provides the grace to accomplish it. Hebrews 4:16 - "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." Psalm 100:4,5 - "Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name For the LORD is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations." Satan’s plan is to make us somehow accept, either through our upbringing, our experiences or through Church dogma that certain portions of the life of Christ are untrue or not valid in our case. Every battle we face in life is over the word and whether or not we can build our lives upon the faithfulness and integrity of God. 25. John 14:16 -- "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever..." The Holy Spirit, the Helper, is ready to give out gifts and is giving out gifts to those who are asking, knocking and seeking and believing that God will do what He says He will do. THROUGH FAITH THE HOLY SPIRIT BRINGS GOD'S PROMISES TO PASS Jeremiah 1:12 -- "The Lord said to me, 'You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that My word is fulfilled."' The Holy spirit is here to help bring these promises to pass. The greatest gift He gave us was Jesus. We must believe in the goodness of God, His desire to give specifically to us, and present ourselves in ready-mode to receive all that He wants to give. John 10:10 -- "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly." HE WILL DO A NEW THING IN US AND GIVE US A REVELATION OF OUR DESTINY Isaiah 43:19 -- "Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." The Holy Spirit is ready to give new anointings to His people. Those who welcome Him will receive new revelations of their DESTINY created out of His glory presence. The excellence of what He does will catch us off guard and put the "awe of God" back in our hearts. We will say, "How awesome! This is amazing!" Our hearts will well with thanksgiving and joy at the sight of His work. Isaiah 61:7 --" Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be theirs." He will build something new that we were not expecting, but because we welcomed Him in our house it will just be part of the blessing of His presence. HE WILL GIVE US HIS SOUND Romans 10:18 -- "But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their SOUND went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world." The Helper, the Holy Spirit, is also ready to give us the double portion of His sound or voice. For those who welcome the Holy Spirit, He will give a new clear sound. People will be drawn to the sound right and left. Divine increase will abound right and left. Curses will be broken and blessings of God will be released. Now, as always, is the time to make ready our hearts for the Holy Spirit. God is ready to pour out gifts and freshness of His Presence, and awaken our eyes to His goodness, giving us the double of His glory and the overflow and outpour of His blessings.
