  1. Christian prophets have foreseen a Trump re-election victory. President Trump goes from one major accomplishment to another. Why is there such a concerted effort to destroy the Trump administration? https://raptureandendtimes.com/2020/10/10/another-trump-triumph-in-landslide-victory-president-donald-trump-re-elected/
  2. Run to Him and He will refresh, refill, and revive you! Psalm 23:5-6 says, "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; my cup overflows....I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." (NASB) As you run to Jesus, and dive into your pursuit after Him, He will most definitely pour out His Spirit and presence on you like never before. He has a banquet feast waiting for you, which includes the new wine and manna of Heaven (also known as His joy, His PRESENCE, and His Word). Affirmation: My job is to win the lost to Jesus Christ. There is life coming out of me wherever I go. John 17:16,17 - "They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." We've been placed in another world; our citizenship is in heaven. We are to live by heavenly principles, and one of those principles is that of framing our world with the word of God. We don't confess what we don't have--we confess what we desire to have. We don't talk about what we can't do--we talk about what we can do through Christ who strengthens us. God has done His part -- He sent Jesus. No one wants to make another trip through the wilderness. This is not a time to walk in circles. We are to walk with a true goal, aim, and purpose, making the most of each occasion, because we know the time is short (see Ephesians 5:14-17). Paul, the apostle, instructs us to walk purposefully toward one true goal -- God's PURPOSE for our life (see Philippians 3:12-16). If you think Jesus won't heal you, you're wrong. He'll do anything scriptural for you. "Be still and know that He is God" (see Psalm 46:10-11). Behold the Heavens--they will clearly speak the Lord's message. As release of revelation increases, we ask for our spiritual ears and eyes to be opened (see Ephesians 1:17-18). Can you feel the depth of God’s heart calling to you in this season? Can you feel the depth of your spirit desiring Him more than your next breath? Launch out , and launch into Him. It is in this place that your wilderness becomes a fruitful field. Affirmation: The same power that raised Jesus from the dead enables me to rise out of my adverse circumstances and step into the purposes of God for my life. Get a vision from God and step out to do something with it. Don't be like the wicked and lazy servant who can't see beyond himself. (Matthew 25:24-30) "So I was afraid and I went and hid your talent in the ground"...But the master answered him, 'You wicked and slothful servant!' - Matthew 25:25-26 We are to use the ability of God in our life to serve and disciple those who are new believers so that the Body of Christ might be whole. In Psalm 81:10 God challenges us with these words, "Open wide your mouth and I will fill it!" What will God fill our mouths with? This is not about God giving you food. The Hebrew text actually reads, "Open wide your mouth and I will FULFILL it!" God wants to FILL our mouths with HIS Word then FULFILL it when they speak it forth! Get ready...now is the time to "Arise and Shine" with the Word of the Lord in our mouth. We come to see the folly of being consumed with hobbies, hype, and hiding our faults. We are consumed with holiness and declaring the Word....embracing the required expectation. Affirmation: I consider Jesus the author and finisher of my faith. I consider Him instead of the cares of this world. God came as fire in the burning bush for Moses because God wanted to do so. Jesus said “I am come to scatter fire on earth” (Luke 12:49). We were never intended to be anything else but burning bushes from which God will speak. A church too is – or should be – a burning bush. People then are attracted and hear God’s voice. 3. Hebrews 4:12 - "For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Faith is of the heart or spirit. It's not of the head or of the soul, which consists of the mind and emotions. Affirmation: WHEN I HAVE THE WORD OF GOD DEPOSITED IN MY SPIRIT, I'LL ACT ON IT NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES, AND I'LL KEEP ACTING ON IT EVEN IF I DON'T SEE ANYTHING HAPPENING. I DON'T HAVE TO SEE, HEAR OR FEEL THE ANSWER. I BELIEVE -- FAITH IS OF THE HEART. Proverbs 3:5 - "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." Revelation 4:1,2 - "After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, 'Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this."' We accept His invitation to come up higher by focusing on Christ our Redeemer, Deliverer, and Healer, not our difficulties. God has NEW FRONTIERS OF THE SPIRIT for us to explore and higher mountains of faith for us to climb. The Lord Jesus Christ is inviting us to LIFT OUR VISION UP, above our circumstances and situations, to fix our eyes on Him and His Word. As we do this we can expect to see the glory of God fill our lives and those who we touch. Observation: THAT INVITATION HAS NOT BEEN RESCINDED AND I HAVE THE SAME CHOICE TODAY. MY FAITH CAN QUICKEN ME TO EXPERIENCE THE VERY SAME REALM. I AM ALREADY SEATED WITH CHRIST IN HEAVENLY PLACES. I ONLY NEED TO USE THE ACCESS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN IN CHRIST. Song of Solomon 4:11 - "Your lips, my spouse, drip like a honeycomb: honey and milk are under your tongue; and the fragrance of your garments is like the fragrance of Lebanon." IT IS THE BRIDEGROOM HIMSELF (JESUS) WHO IS RICH WITHIN YOU. YOUR LIPS ARE USED BY THE BRIDEGROOM TO SPEAK HIS WORD. HE PLACES HONEY AND MILK UNDER YOUR TONGUE SO THAT YOU MAY GIVE THEM TO ANY THAT LACK. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  4. "Then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine, and olive oil. I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied." - Deuteronomy 11:14-15 Many of us have recently undergone an intense time with a lot of warfare and opposition. However, even amidst the veryopposition we may have experienced, the Lord was strengthening us. We will be found coming up out of our wilderness season, leaning on our Beloved (see Song of Songs 8:5). His desire during that time was to prepare and establish us for the new oil and abundance that He is getting ready to pour out. PREPARED FOR THE NEW The Lord does not waste our pain. Through the stretching and trials we have endured, we have been made stronger. We are now prepared for the "new" that He is ready to entrust us with. Mark 2:22 says that, "No one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins." We are becoming new wineskins in this very hour in order that we may be able to contain the new, fresh wine and steward the increase well."Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life" - Proverbs 13:12. The Lord is reviving weary hearts back to life, and He is healing hope deferred. The hardness of the previous season has lifted, and we entering into a time of singing and rejoicing! "See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, My darling; My beautiful one, come with Me" - Song of Songs 2:11-13. The Lord sends rains that will wash away the pain, weariness, and heartache from the previous seasons that you've experienced."You gave abundant showers, O God; You refreshed Your weary inheritance. Your people settled in it, and from Your bounty, God, You provided for the poor" - Psalm 68:9-10."Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard." - Isaiah 58:8 Many have continued to stand and contend for God's promises even in the midst of great, personal pain and misunderstanding. "Lift your eyes, O weary ones, for your redemption draws near" - Luke 21:28b. Not for a moment has the Lord left your side or forsaken you. The Lord is our burden bearer, and even now, He is breaking chains that have sought to keep us bound. Our Father is removing those heavy burdens that have weighed down His children. Be encouraged! Our Savior has seen every tear that you have ever cried, and He is rushing on the scene like a mighty warrior."Yahweh is a warrior, Yahweh is His Name" Exodus 15:3. The Lord is strong and mighty in battle. He is bringing His beloved Bride into a season of rest, peace, and great refreshing. For where you were previously not able to let down because of the consistent battle, now you will be able to rest and drink deeply of the Lord's abundant peace. He, Himself, is fighting for you! REFINED BY FIRE, REFRESHED BY RAINS You have come through the fire of the last season, forged and refined like the gold, and you are about ready to see and experience the Lord's goodness like never before! What He is about ready to release in your life will bring you such joy and restoration that you will say, "How could I have doubted the Lord's great goodness and love for me, even for a moment?" After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before (see Job 42:10)."Those who have sown in tears are about to reap much joy" - Psalm 126:5. "And Elijah said to Ahab, 'Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain'" - 1 Kings 18:41. The Lord is sending the sweet, rains of abundance. Listen closely, do you hear it? 5. And John was clothed with camel's hair...and He did eat locust and wild honey." - Mark 1:6 John the Baptist ate wild honey and he ate locusts. He dressed, looked, and acted very differently from everyone else. He was shunned by many because he seemed so religious or abnormal. But He was uniquely created by the Father. He was not part of the status quo, and neither are many earnest Believers! Stay true to the King, and do not comprise and follow many of those you see. John the Baptist was given the mantle of Elijah. Elijah stood on the truths of God's Word and didn't compromise; nor did John. The Father is raising up John the Baptists; those who have been separated, and have chosen obedience to Him. They will carry the mandate and mantle. They will go and devour the locust. The very thing that came as a plague in Exodus (locusts), will be something they will easily overtake! The army of God is coming alive, just like in Ezekiel 37:10! May the mantle of John the Baptist be fully embraced by those who are called to carry it, while God, make His enemies Your footstool (devouring locusts). "And the Lord changed the wind to a very strong West wind, which caught up the locusts and carried them into the Red Sea. Not a locust was left anywhere in Egypt." - Exodus 10:19 Joshua 1:8 - "This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success." Meditating on the promises of God is something we can do in order to determine where we're going in life. When we declare the Word over our own life and prophesy our own destiny in agreement with Him, we release the anointing of the Spirit in a greater measure to bring the Word to pass. AFFIRMATIONS: I always receive from God because I have faith and do not doubt. (Matthew 21:21,22) God grants me the spirit of wisdom and understanding to fulfill the hope to which He has called me and realize the richness of His glorious inheritance in me. (Ephesians 1:17,18) I curse those things that don’t bear fruit for God in my life. (Mark 11:12) Since I bear and keep on bearing lasting fruit for Jesus, whatever I ask the Father in Jesus’ name he will give it to me. (John 15:16) Song of Solomon 4:7 - "You are all fair, my love, there is no spot in you." UNTIL YOU ARE IMMERSED IN THE CROSS YOU ARE STILL NOT ALL FAIR. AS FOR YOU, THE CROSS HAS ENTIRELY DESTROYED YOUR BEAUTY IN THE EYES OF MEN. IN HIS (JESUS) EYES, HOWEVER, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  6. Hebrews 11:1 - "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." The verse does not say that faith is the evidence of things that do not exist. God says what He has promised is already a reality. Yet it won't become a manifested reality in my life until I believe it is real before I see it -- through fully trusting Him and His word. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 - "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the pulling down of strongholds". What men call "salvation" is simply the first stage of God's plan for our lives, which is to conform us in character and power to the image of Jesus Christ. If we fail to see our relationship to God as such, we will allow old ways of thinking (strongholds) to remain unchanged. Affirmations: GOD'S WORD IS STRONGER THAN ANY STRONGHOLD! THE WORD OF GOD CAN BECOME THE STRONG TOWER IN MY LIFE THAT CAN DEMOLISH STRONGHOLDS. THE LORD THROUGH HIS WORD CAN PUSH OUT THAT SATANIC FORCE THAT'S BEEN HOLDING ME CAPTIVE. I FIND THE WORD OF GOD THAT APPLIES TO MY STRONGHOLD AND SATURATE MYSELF IN IT BY:AFFIRMING IT FREQUENTLY, MEDITATING ON IT AND SEEING MYSELF COMPLETE IN THE WORD AS I GO THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I THANK GOD THAT THE STRONGHOLD HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED AS I CAST DOWN ANY WRONG THOUGHTS. Song of Solomon 4:4 - "Your neck is like the tower of David, built up with bulwarks, a thousand shields hang upon it, all the armor of the mighty men."THE WEAKER YOU ARE IN YOURSELF, THE STRONGER YOU ARE IN GOD. THE NECK IS THE STRENGTH OF THE SOUL. HERE THE NECK IS COMPARED TO THE TOWER OF DAVID BECAUSE YOUR ONLY TRUE STRENGTH IS IN GOD. DAVID REPRESENTS THE HOUSE OF JESUS CHRIST. THE BULWARKS THAT SURROUND YOU ARE BUILT WITH THE TOTAL ABANDONMENT THAT YOU HAVE TOWARD YOUR LORD. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  7. "Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you." - Zechariah 9:12 There are those who have been faithful, standing upon the promises of the Father. They have contended for and have walked in obedience toward the things that God has called them to, even though it seems as thoughwar has broken out against them -- they are experiencing extreme heartache and despair. "Though an army besiege me my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident." - Psalm 27:3 Keep your eyes on the Lord. Feast on His goodness, and know that even now your Redeemer is preparing a table of feasting for you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5). REST IN THE LOVE OF THE FATHER This is a time to go deeper into the Father's rest; for rest is a form of warfare. Be assured: the Lord is fighting your battles, even as you take time to rest in Him. The battle is not yours, but the Lord's (see 1 Samuel 17:47). As you let go and let God, you will begin to see His hand at work in your life. The Lord is going to uproot lies and fears that have once found a lodging place in your heart and mind. Pick up your hope, and remember that His perfect love casts out all fear. The Lord is renewing the minds and thought processes that have not lined up with the truth of the Father's heart. He is bringing His people out of Egypt and out of a slavery mentality. You will no longer feel hemmed in and confined; the Lord Himself is bringing you into a new, spacious place! PUT ON NEW GARMENTS Watch as He crowns you with a crown of beauty and washes away despair."I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For He has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of His righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels." - Isaiah 61:10 As it is written in Psalm 24:9, "Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in." The Lord is rising on your behalf, and your victory is certain! Align your thoughts and your words with the promises of the Lord. Prophesy to the dead bones, "Come alive," for He is about to change everything. The areas of your greatest disappointments will soon be flooded with new life. Your breakthrough is near! Stand still, and see the salvation of your God (see 2 Chronicles 20:17). ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  8. Luke 9:38-40 - "A man shouted from the crowd. 'Teacher! Look, I beg you, at my son - my only son! A spirit attacks him with a sudden shout and throws him into a fit, so that he foams at the mouth; it keeps on hurting him and will hardly let him go! I begged your disciples to drive it out, but they couldn't.'" OBSERVATION: I can't put the Word into action successfully without making it a reality in my spirit man. If the Word is a reality only in my head or mind, feelings will get in the way of my acting on the Word. But if the Word is real in my heart, I have an anchor to hold me steady when the storms of feelings and emotions try to shipwreck me.Matthew 14:29 - "Come!" answered Jesus. So Peter got out of the boat and started walking on the water to Jesus. When he noticed the wind, however, he was afraid and started to sink down in the water. Matthew 11:29 - "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls." Affirmations: TODAY I STOP FIGHTING WITH GOD AND LEARN FROM HIM! I LET HIS WORD PUT TO DEATH THE TORMENTS OF THE SIN NATURE. I CEASE STRUGGLING; I CEASE WRESTLING AGAINST THE BLESSED ONE FOR I AM COMMITTED TO SURRENDER. MY REST COMES FROM BECOMING HONEST ABOUT MY NEEDS AND ALLOWING CHRIST TO CHANGE ME. Observation: THROUGH SURRENDER, MY GOAL IS TO EXTEND THE KINGDOM OF GOD TO EARTH. FAITH IN THE PROMISES OF GOD BRINGS TO EARTH HEAVEN'S PROVISIONS; SURRENDER BRINGS GOD'S PRESENCE INTO THOSE PROVISIONS.Matthew 6:10 - "Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." Song of Solomon 4:1 - "How beautiful you are, my love; how beautiful you are! You have doves' eyes, besides what is hid within. Your hair is as a flock of goats that appear from Mt. Gilead."THE HAIR, REPRESENTING THE AFFECTION THAT SPRINGS FROM THE SPIRIT, SEPARATES YOU FROM EARTHLY TIES. SINGLE-HEARTED LOVE FOR GOD RISES ABOVE THE MOST EXCELLENT GIFTS UNTIL IT ARRIVES AT GOD HIMSELF. IN THIS WAY, ABANDONED LOVE FOR GOD RESEMBLES THE GOATS THAT FIND THEIR WAY UP THE STEEPEST MOUNTAIN. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  9. Acts 16:26 - "And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed." We are challenged in the New Testament to see God at work in the midst of our trials so that incredible positive outcomes are secured. Isn't this what Paul and Silas "saw" in the darkest hour with bleeding backs and bound in the prison stocks? The Holy Spirit is promising us that in these days we are going to begin to "see" the invisible God at work in ways that we have not recognized before. This spiritual insight is what distinguishes this "Holy Spirit optimism" from the mere "power of positive thinking". Observation: I HAVE BEEN "DOING TIME" (IN THE PRISON OF MY MIND), BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED BY THE DEVIL. HE HAS TRICKED ME INTO BELIEVING THAT I CAN'T BE FORGIVEN AND THAT GOD DOESN'T LOVE ME ANYMORE.Isaiah 55:7 - "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon." John 1:1,9 - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The Word was the true light that enlightens all men; and he was coming into the world." No one can stop the language of God because God's words are creative. They are full of power. Affirmations: WHEN I SPEAK THE LANGUAGE OF GOD FROM MY HEART, I AM AGREEING WITH GOD, AND NOTHING WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ME. I AM FULL OF LIFE AND POWER TOO WHEN I LET THOSE WORDS ABIDE IN ME. Song of Solomon 4:1 - "How beautiful you are, my love; how beautiful you are! You have doves' eyes, besides what is hid within."YOUR EYES, IN FAITHFULNESS AND SIMPLICITY, ARE LIKE THOSE OF DOVES. SIMPLICITY CAUSES YOU TO ACT ONLY WITH GOD'S GOOD PLEASURE IN VIEW, HAVING FORGOTTEN YOUR OWN SELFISH INTENTIONS, MOTIVES, OR SCHEMES. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  10. To be partakers of a fresh overcoming anointing we need to see beyond closed doors. The Key of David is the key that unlocks and opens doors that appear closed and also to lock doors so that the enemy can no longer find entrance. "These are the words of Him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open." - Revelation 3:7 This key is connected to the Keys of the Kingdom that are given to us as Believers. When Peter received the revelation that Jesus was, "...the Christ, the Son of the living God," (Matthew 16:16), Jesus gave Peter (the disciples and us as well!) the keys to the Kingdom with the ability to bind and loose. "I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; and whatever you bind (declare to be improper and unlawful) on earth must be what is already bound in Heaven; and whatever you loose (declare lawful) on earth must be what is already loosed in Heaven." - Matthew 16:19 (Amp) Notice that when we use these keys, we can only legally bind on earth what is already bound in Heaven, and what we legally loose on earth must be already loosed in Heaven. EXAMPLE: Sickness is not in Heaven; therefore, I bind sickness; it has no legal right to be here! Or: There is no poverty in Heaven; poverty has been loosed from Heaven. Therefore, I bind poverty and loose my financial breakthrough! RISE UP AND OVERCOME God is continually speaking to our potential. He has spoken promise after promise either through His Word, through a prophet, a dream, a vision or through revelation concerning each of our futures. Yet, what is our response when we are up against a wall of opposition? We must begin to rise up and overcome! We must use our keys, see beyond what seems closed and impossible, and speak to every mountain that attempts to discourage us or cause us to doubt what God has promised. BOLDLY DECREE THE FOLLOWING: I perform a prophetic act and decree that every door (that impedes my CALLING in Christ) that is locked is now unlocked and open! I decree that my words from God are yes and amen. Today, I am encouraging myself in the Lord. What He has spoken will come to pass. I decree that I have a courageous heart like David and that as he did, I completely surrender my life to My God. I will praise my God in all that He does. In Jesus' name, amen! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  11. Mark 4:26,27 - "Jesus went on to say, 'The Kingdom of God is like a man who scatters seed in his field. He sleeps at night, is up and about during the day, and all the while the seeds are sprouting and growing. Yet he does not know how it happens."' Turn away from anything that would take preeminence over your time with the Master Gardener. Allow Jesus to uproot anything in your field that hinders growth. Jesus provides water from His pierced side and again, as He promised, "You will be like a well-watered field, like a spring whose waters never fail." Living Water, "reign" down on us! Our Father promises in Revelation 21:6, "I will give to the thirsty the springs of the Water of Life--as a gift!" He says only to those who are thirsty will He give that gift.Observation: The word is a seed that contains the very life of God. When it's planted in my heart and left there, it will release that life. God's best is for me to take the seed of His word and plant it in my heart where it will naturally and effortlessly produce the changes that I desire. John 15:7,8 - "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples." Romans 13:11 - "Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; " John 4:35 - "Do you not say, 'There are yet four months, and then comes the harvest'?Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest." "Urgency of spirit" is very real today. The culmination of the ages is about to burst forth as the glory of the Lord is revealed and covers the earth.May our flesh not react to the "urgency" we feel, but may we position ourselves in Christ as we prepare our hearts—watching at His gates and waiting at His doors—so as God moves we hear and respond rightly. In the parable in Matthew 25, all ten virgins had lamps. Lamps speak of our calling in Christ, a free gift. Yet only five had bought oil. Oil speaks of the anointing to move in our CALLING -- that which comes from time spent with the Lord. There is cost involved, choices we make. May our lamps be full so when the door opens and the Lord comes in greater ways, we might be "ready" to enter into what God is doing. The five wise and the five foolish are in us—the deciding vote is ours! Are we going to be wise, or foolish? May we be prepared, poised and ready, with oil in our lamps. "Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you" (Ephesians 5:14). Song of Solomon 3:9 - "King Solomon made himself a chariot of the wood of Lebanon." THE SON OF GOD MADE HIMSELF A CHARIOT OF HIS HUMANITY. THE THRONE OF THE KING OF KINGS IS MADE OF THE WOOD OF LEBANON. CHRIST CONSTRUCTS A THRONE FOR HIMSELF IN EVERY PERSON. HE ADORNS THIS THRONE IN GREAT SPLENDOR SO THAT HE MIGHT REIGN THERE. HE BOUGHT THIS PLACE WITHIN YOU WITH HIS BLOOD. BY HIS GRACE THIS THRONE IS MADE HOLY. 12. The Holy Spirit’s desire is that we live every day in the fullness of the Lord, by seeing above and beyond what we can do, and that Jesus would receive glory and honor through His great power that works in us and through us. This is the essence of what Paul writes about in Ephesians 3:20, 21 - "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen."We need to believe that the Lord will release to us a revelation of the unlimited realm of the great ministry and fullness of the Holy Spirit in and through our life. Praise the mighty name of Jesus who pours out the promise of the Holy Spirit to us. (Acts 2:33)! Praise the mighty name of Jesus who said, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” (John 20:21) The Father sent Jesus with an unlimited anointing of the Holy Spirit. (John 3:34). That same promise is for us.This spiritual dynamic that flows into us daily is the witness of the reality of the Holy Spirit’s power to the masses of humanity. The unlimited anointing that the Lord is pouring out reveals an even greater understanding of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. This plunges the Church into the river, which is widening the banks of spiritual realities and creating a tremendous overflow that will extend into the marketplaces of the world. As we press into this Present day empowering and equipping for the effective working of His Power in and through us on a day to day basis we need to live in a place of perpetual fresh oil -- fresh anointing of His wonderful Presence, to be a blazing lamp in the midst of the darkness of our day, that we would see the ever-increasing expansion of His Kingdom, not just in Word but also in demonstration. We must flow out of His Word and His Presence and draw from the flow of His Spirit if we are to see impact in every area of this life that surrounds us.Are you ready to be even more aggressive in the area of faith to see the impossible become possible for great and mighty things to take place? This is not a time to be fearful but be strong in the Lord in His Power and Might. Charles Spurgeon said once that he never passed a single quarter of an hour in his waking moments without a distinct consciousness of the presence of the Lord. When the Spirit fills the heart, so does His power, grace, direction, and the love of Jesus for a hurting world. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  13. THE GIFT OF PROPHECY "For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills." - 1 Corinthians 12:8-11 In 1 Corinthians 14, Paul encourages everyone to pursue the gift of prophecy (v. 1). The primary purpose of prophetic ministry is to strengthen, encourage, and comfort believers (v. 3). In other words, “the one who prophesies edifies the church” (v. 4). Prophecy may also bring conviction of sin to unbelievers who happen to be visiting the gathering of God’s people, as “the secrets of their hearts are laid bare” (vv. 24–25) "For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." - Revelation 19:10 We meet people everywhere. Our business is to turn them from being forgetful of God, from being devoid of faith, from being prayerless, so that they become people who habitually pray, who believe in God, remember Him and do his will. Whenever we share a testimony of what the power of Jesus has done -- any miracle, healing, salvation account -- the Spirit of prophecy is loosed over the people who are hearing it. This means the Spirit of God is actively moving on them to create faith. THE OFFICE OF PROPHET "And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers," - Ephesians 4:11 God's ultimate weapon is a man or a woman who has encountered the prophetic anointing. Persons anointed with a prophetic ministry speak the word of the Lord in the name of the Lord. They carry weight in the church by virtue of the ethical, moral, and spiritual urgency of their message. Their credentials credibility, and status as prophetic vessels stem not from birth or by official designation, but by the power of their inner call and by the response of those who hear them. The single most characteristic mark of a true prophetic person is the evidence that he or she has stood in the counsel of God and has, therefore, faithfully declared what he or she heard from His mouth. In contrast to the "Gift of Prophecy" which Paul encourages all believers to pursue, the "Office of Prophet" is only given to a few chosen by God. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  14. John 6:5,7 - "So when Jesus went up into the hills and sat down with His disciples around Him, he soon saw a great multitude of people climbing the hill, looking for Him. Turning to Philip he asked. 'Philip, where can we buy bread to feed all these people?' Philip answered him, "Two hundred denarii would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" Philip got caught up in thinking about the problem. He was figuring out how many people there were....how much money was in the treasury....and how much bread costs. He was so preoccupied with his own doubts and questions that the problems were speaking to him more loudly than the Lord. As a result, he answered Jesus without really listening to Him. OBSERVATION: The Lord often asks us to go beyond our abilities. Our usual response is to express our limitations -- not realizing that Jesus is asking us to place our limited ability in His hand, so He can multiply it. AFFIRMATION: WHEN I GET OUTSIDE OF MYSELF AND BEGIN TO THINK INSIDE THE WORD OF GOD, I GET OUTSIDE OF MY LIMITATIONS AND INTO THE LIMITLESS POWER OF ALMIGHTY GOD! Philippians 4:6 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Christ's presence within us is our assurance that we can live in peace, even in times of pressure and turmoil. This is the abundant life purchased for us by the broken body and spilled Blood of the Lamb of God at Calvary. He died and rose again to birth the Kingdom of God within us when we are born again. The Prince of Peace abides within us! We have a Blood-bought right to walk in uninterrupted shalom, free from all anxiety and fear, because of the living, breathing presence of Christ in our temple. Affirmations: JESUS IS MY GREAT HIGH PRIEST, AND HE IS INTERCEDING FOR ME RIGHT NOW. WITH GOD ON MY SIDE, I CAN ENJOY LIFE AS HE INTENDED FOR ME TO ENJOY IT. I BOLDLY CONFESS THAT I AM FEAR-FREE AND THAT ANXIETY HAS NO PLACE IN ME! I DECLARE THIS BY FAITH IN JESUS' NAME! Song of Solomon 3:6 - "Who is she that goes up by the wilderness, like a pillar of smoke, from the incense of myrrh, and frankincense, and all the powders of the perfumer?" YOU BECOME SO PURE IN THE ARMS OF YOUR BELOVED (JESUS) THAT YOU SEEM LIKE A BREATH OF AIR CONSUMED BY THE FIRE OF LOVE. YOUR UPRIGHTNESS IS LIKE SMOKE RISING. YOUR SPIRITUAL NATURE IS CLEARLY EVIDENT. YOU FLOW UPWARD, COMING FORTH FROM THE WILDERNESS OF FAITH. WHERE ARE YOU GOING? TO REST IN GOD. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  15. Luke 24:1-3 - "Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus." Observation: TRULY, ITS TIME FOR ME TO STOP LOOKING FOR THE LIVING AMONG THE DEAD. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO STOP WANDERING AROUND IN THE CEMETERY OF SIN, SICKNESS, AND FAILURE AND TO STEP INTO RESURRECTION LIFE! AS A RESURRECTED CREATURE, I AM NO ACCIDENT GOING SOMEWHERE TO HAPPEN. MY LIFE ISN'T JUST A LOOSE WEB OF EVENTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES. GOD HAS SPECIFIC PLANS FOR ME. Romans 1:17 - "For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, But he who is put right with God shall live by faith." "From faith to faith" means we are to begin and finish in faith. We are to start in faith and stand in faith until that which we are believing for arrives. We go from "faith to faith" not faith to feelings. Faith is a seed. When we are dealing in faith, there is a timing for the manifestation. It takes time sometimes for our faith to pull things into the natural realm. That's why the bible says it's "from faith to faith." We have to stay in faith even when we don't see any changes. In our faith, we have to get above seeing or feeling something. Observation: FAITH PLEASES GOD BECAUSE IT MAKES A WAY FOR HIM TO WORK IN MY LIFE. IT CONNECTS ME TO HIS SUPERNATURAL ANOINTING. LIKE ABRAHAM I STAGGER NOT AT THE PROMISE OF GOD THROUGH UNBELIEF; BUT AM STRONG IN FAITH GIVING GLORY TO GOD! Song of Solomon 3:3 - "The watchmen that patrol the city found me and I asked, 'Have you seen my beloved?"' THE WATCHMEN, WHO GOD HAS SET ON THE WALLS OF JERUSALEM, FIND YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR HIS CITY. YOU ASK THEM FOR NEWS OF YOUR BELOVED (JESUS), BUT THEY CANNOT TELL YOU WHERE HE IS. YOU SEARCH FOR YOUR BELOVED, BUT NO ONE CAN TELL YOU WHERE HE IS BUT HE HIMSELF. Isaiah 62:6,12 - "I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Jerusalem, who will never hold their peace day or night; you who are His servants that put the Lord in remembrance of His promises, keep not silence. And they shall call them the holy people, the redeemed of the Lord." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  16. Luke 17:5 - "The apostles said to the Lord, Increase our faith." When you are praying for faith you are praying to believe. Either you believe or you don't believe. Such a prayer is really based on unbelief, and therefore it will not be answered. Faith comes and increases as we hear and believe the word and put it into practice. Romans 10:17 - "So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing, by the word of God." In Romans 10:6-8 Paul tells us, "the righteousness which is of faith speaketh...the word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth and in thy heart." Notice it's in your mouth first, then in your heart. Jesus confirms this in Luke 17:6. When the apostles asked Him to increase their faith, His answer was: "If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you." He didn't say a thing about giving them more faith. He told them to plant their faith by"SAYING", and it would produce. 1 Corinthians 1:26,27 - "Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong." Affirmations:I CONFESS THAT I AM EXACTLY THE KIND OF PERSON GOD WANTS TO USE! MY HEART IS RIGHT; MY ATTITUDE IS WILLING; AND I DEEPLY DESIRE FOR GOD TO SHAPE ME TO BECOME A MIGHTY INSTRUMENT IN HIS HANDS. BECAUSE OF MY ATTITUDE AND WILLING HEART, GOD IS GOING TO USE ME MIGHTILY TO FURTHER HIS KINGDOM ON THIS EARTH! Song of Solomon 2:14 - "My dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the hollow of the wall, show me your face and let your voice sound in my ears; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely."YOU ARE HIDDEN IN HIS WOUNDS. THESE WOUNDS ARE CLEFTS IN THE LIVING ROCK. THE BRIDEGROOM (JESUS) ASKS TO SEE YOUR FACE. HE WANTS TO HEAR YOUR VOICE; AND YOU ARE INTERESTED IN NO ONE BUT HIM. YOUR FACE IS BEAUTIFUL, REFLECTING HIS. YOUR SPIRIT IS ALREADY FAIR AND BEAUTIFUL. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  17. Luke 11:13, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him." One of the most powerful ways we can "turn the tide" of what is going on in our lives and the things going on around us is through our surrendered worship. Maybe you feel like the tide is against you right now. Realize that you can turn the tide through your simplicity of worship to the Lord. It does not need to be a big display, but it does need to be fresh. Through the spirit of worship we are able to access the realms of glory where revelation flows (Revelation 19:10). ACCESS A FREEDOM CONSCIOUSNESS When revelation flows there is truth present that has the power to make you free. You shall "know" the truth and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). The Word of God is truth but it needs to be accompanied with the Spirit of Revelation, just as Jesus told Peter that He would build His Church on the rock of revelation. Matthew 16:17-18, "Jesus answered and said to him, 'Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in Heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.'" What Jesus was referring to here was not a one-time event in Peter's life or in our lives, but a continual flow of the Spirit of Revelation in us (Ephesians 1:17). Without the light of revelation making God's Word alive to us, it is still just ink on paper. God's Spirit makes the Word of God alive in our hearts. Through a heart of worship, our relationship is made alive thereby propelling us into a place of living light and revelation concerning the truth of God. Psalm 119:105, "Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Our worship powerfully transforms us and the atmosphere around us because it has an innate heavenly multi-faceted effect upon our lives. Worship: (in the context of vocalization and surrender to God): • Causes us to be filled with the Holy Spirit, making us habitations of God. • Changes the spiritual climates surrounding us. • Refreshes our spirit, soul, and body. • Enables us to enter into the courts of the Lord. • Establishes the Lordship of Christ in our hearts. Ephesians 5:18-20, "And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." ACCESSING OUR VAST INHERITANCE Don't settle for good when you can have the best. God wants us to have the best! Our Father has a vast rich inheritance for us to access right here and now. Realize that the Holy Spirit is an essential ingredient for your life to flourish. Get your full inheritance. Get your fresh bread from the Holy Spirit. Turn the tide of your life through the simplicity of devotion and worship. Don't allow the enemy to steal the most basic and essential life-giving ingredients for your life. If you need to learn how to worship, then ask the Holy Spirit to help you. Yield yourself to God casting everything you are and have upon Him. Jesus said, "How much more will your Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask!" Luke 11:13, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him." Realize what your Father has for you (God's PURPOSE for your life) and begin to turn the tide through your surrendered heart of worship and thanksgiving today. A fresh heart of worship will break you through to a new place where the rivers of living waters flow freely! Take hold, drink deep and overflow! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  18. "And Saul armed David with his armor, and he put an helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail. And David girded his sword upon his armor, and he assayed to go; for he had not proved it. And David said unto Saul, 'I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them.' And David put them off him." 1 Samuel 17:38-39 Get out of the cookie cutter -- Be who God made you to be. Don't compare yourself to someone else. Throw off Saul's armor. Don't be conformed to a teaching or a doctrine, be conformed to the image of Christ. We are changed from glory to glory as by the Spirit of the Lord as we behold HIM. Don't be a parrot that just repeats what someone else says—find your life, identity, purpose and devotion with God in the secret place. Discover your value as you pursue Him and as you are changed by beholding His face. Here your true nature that is created in true righteousness and holiness, will rise to the surface of your life—with His light and countenance shining upon you! "Now the Lord is the Spirit. And where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, seeing the glory of the Lord with unveiled faces, as in a mirror, are being transformed (transfigured/metamorphoō) into the same image (eikōn) from glory to glory by the Spirit of the Lord." - 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 John 16:13 - "However, when He comes who is the Spirit of truth, he will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but will tell only what He hears; and He will make known to you the things that are coming." The deep things of God are known only to Him, but are revealed to us through His Spirit. That is the promise of 1 Corinthians 2. Indisputably, our great desire is to soar in the Spirit and obtain revelations of God's nature, power, strategy, and insight. However, to best accommodate this great privilege, we must be firmly "rooted and grounded" in Him. We must "Go deep in order to go high!" WE MUST BE: 1. Rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:17).2. Rooted and grounded in faith (Understanding Christ's finished work, who we are in Christ and our inheritance in Christ.)3. Rooted and grounded in truth (Understanding God's Purpose for our life - our CALLING in Christ.) The more firmly we are grounded, the more capable we become to penetrate Heaven by the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation and embrace insight with understanding. AFFIRMATIONS: I confess that I am led by the Spirit of God! Because I cooperate with Him, I don't waste valuable time, energy, or money, and I don't shed a lot of unnecessary tears. He leads me past every attack: He helps me avoid each strategy of the devil; and He safely guides me to the place where God wants me to be! Song of Solomon 2:11 - "For lo! the winter is past, the rain is over and gone." YOU COULD HAVE FROZEN FROM THE EXCESSIVE COLD OR BEEN OVERWHELMED BY THE SNOWS AND STORMS OF SINS. INSTEAD, YOU BECOME STRONG DURING THE TIME WHEN YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LORD WITHIN WHILE THE STORMS WERE RAGING WITHOUT. THE COLD HAS DESTROYED ALL THE INSECTS - THAT IS, THINGS THAT WERE FORMERLY ACTIVE IN YOU AND WOULD HAVE DESTROYED YOU. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  19. Stand firm and do not be moved! As believers, we are rooted and grounded in His magnificent love. Because we are established in His love, we can have a peace that passes all natural understanding. And we have COURAGE, the depth of which is confidence in the Lord. "And that Christ will make His home in your hearts, through faith. I pray that you will have your roots and foundations in love so that.....you will have the power to understand how broad and long and deep is Christ's love. " - Ephesians 3:17 This place of trust is beyond the natural ability of a person. It comes only through a relationship with the Lord, who will lead us and bring to pass all He has purposed for us (ourCALLING in Christ). As we are directed by Him, we can also be assured that He is making every path straight. As believers, we declare that we, "Trust in the LORD with all [our] heart, and lean not on [our] own understanding; in all [our] ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct [our] paths." - Proverbs 3:56 GOD-EMPOWERED BOLDNESS This creates in us PERSEVERANCE THROUGH OUR FAITH as we hear and are led by Him. Holy perseverance is God-empowered boldness or courage that enables us deep within to persevere. One way we can define perseverance is simply to stay the course. This is a powerful blessing from the Lord that enables us to believe the impossible is possible. It is a work of the Holy Spirit within that enables us to have strength to stay the course, regardless of present circumstances or situations. This is what the prophet Isaiah wrote about: "Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice." - Isaiah 41:10 AMP HERE IS THE INCREDIBLE PROMISE: You can stay the course because of the enabling of the strength of the Lord for you and in you! Believe that the Holy Spirit will release an even greater strengthening deep within so that you will stand firm for the promises of the Lord for your life and your family. As you lean into the Lord, you will go from strength to strength with deep courage to believe for the impossible to be possible. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  20. "I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust. Surely He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day..." - Psalm 91:2-6 God promises us that we have no need to fear the demonic entities that will be in operation during this season because He will deliver us from the "...snare of the fowler and the noisome pestilence" (Psalm 91:3). The snare of the fowler is a symbol for demonic ambushes and traps that the enemy will try to set up against us. Noisome pestilence is symbolic of things that come into our life to try and drain our resources—just like pestilences come to destroy a farmer's crops. Yet, when we dwell in God's secret place, God will make sure that what He has blessed us with will not be devoured. DWELLING IN HIS SECRET PLACE "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust." - Psalm 91:1-2 It is in our personal time with God that He will give us divine strategies and speak to us about what is to come. We have to have our spiritual ears and eyes open to hear what God is saying to us in this season. God is saying to us that when we abide in Him, He will build a wall of protection around us. No matter what evil is going on in our nation, or even within our territory of influence, it will not be able to touch us because God will be our refuge! GOD WILL PROTECT US FROM SICKNESS DURING THIS SEASON "Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling." - Psalm 91:9-10 God wants to comfort us by letting us know that He is going to protect us from sickness and disease. Cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, etc., are all plagues. God wants to encourage you that no matter what sickness or disease that you have been attacked with—He wants to bring healing to you. LOVE WILL BRING US INTO MASS DELIVERANCE "Because he hath set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver Him: I will set him on high, because he hath known My name." - Psalm 91:14 The only way we will ever be able to annihilate evil is by setting our love upon Christ. This begins with receiving Christ's love in our heart. As we affirm that we are receiving Christ's love, we then give our love back to Jesus. We demonstrate this action by permitting Christ to live through us as we help others with their spiritual needs. God says that when we purposely focus our love on Christ and make Him our main priority, He will deliver us from all evil. This not only means that God will remove evil from us, but He will also make sure that evil never comes near us. Isn't that so awesome to know that if we concentrate on loving Jesus and demonstrating His character among those we come in contact with, evil strategies and plans that satan has for us (i.e. sickness, disease, failure, trauma, job terminations, etc.) will never even occur? God will literally shut down the enemy's plans before they even come our way. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  21. Psalm 1:3 - "And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." Water is used as a symbol of the word of God. The tree is "planted by streams of water." It is healthy and yields fruit because it is near the water and can draw the water by its roots. Observation: IN THE SAME WAY I AM CONNECTED TO THE WORD OF GOD SO IT CAN FLOW CONTINUOUSLY INTO MY LIFE -- THEN I WILL BEAR MY FRUIT IN ITS SEASON. Revelation 2:6 - "But you have this in your favor; You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate." THE DOCTRINE OF THE NICOLAITANS IS COMPROMISE WITH THE WORLD. Affirmations: I CONFESS THAT I AM FREE FROM THE WORLD! I DO NOT WALK IN COMPROMISE! AS A RESULT OF MY FIRM DETERMINATION TO WALK WITH GOD, I HAVE POWER OVER SIN, POWER OVER SATAN, AND POWER WHEN I PRAY. I AM CONFIDENT THAT HIS PRESENCE IN MY LIFE IS GETTING STRONGER TOO! Song of Solomon 2:8 - "The voice of my beloved! Behold, he comes leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills." YOU HEAR AND RECOGNIZE HIS VOICE AT ONCE. THE BRIDEGROOM (JESUS) BOTH EMBRACES YOU AND DWELLS WITHIN YOU. HE DOES NOT MERELY WALK UPON THE HILLS (WHICH ARE THE MORE EXTERNAL PARTS OF YOUR SOUL), BUT UPON THE MOUNTAINS (THE DEEPEST PART OF YOUR SPIRIT). YOU ARE IN UNION WITH GOD WHICH DEEPLY CHANGES YOU WITHIN. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  22. To secure our attention and place us on the pathway God desires, there are strategies that He employs that are very effective. As much as we are not to be ignorant of satan's devices (2 Cor. 2:11), we must be even more knowledgeable of the ways of the Lord (Ps. 25:4). Knowing God's ways will result in us experiencing His mighty acts (Psalms 103:7). Three ways God works to move us in a new direction: 1. DISRUPTION OF OUR PLANS When stuck at an impasse, it is a natural tendency to return to familiar surroundings. We see this in the lives of the disciples after Jesus' death. They went back to fishing even though they had clearly been mandated to forsake their vocation and follow Christ (see Luke 5:10-11; John 21:3). Because they were commercial fishermen, there may even have been economic motives behind their actions. Nevertheless, we see clearly that there was no lasting provision and no permanent peace in returning to past environments. When God leads us out of a place of familiarity and the way forward is blocked, what is the solution? There are some breakthroughs reserved for us that can only be accessed through prayer. We must seek God until we receive a clear answer from Heaven. Whether it was Paul's night vision of the man in Macedonia summoning him, or the voice of Jesus speaking to the disciples on the seashore in Galilee, the New Testament Christians received clear direction from the Spirit and were able to regain momentum and experience breakthrough. 2. DISSIPATION OF RESOURCES Just as Elijah had foretold, the word of the Lord came to pass. "And there was a severe famine in Samaria ..." (1 Kings 18:2). During the famine, God looked after Elijah. He gave him specific instruction relative to how he would be sustained. "Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying, 'Get away from here and turn eastward and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan. And it will be that you shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.' So he went and did according to the word of the Lord, for he went and stayed by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan. The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening; and he drank from the brook" (1 Kings 17:2-6). Cherith which means "place of covenant," was where the Lord demonstrated His faithfulness in taking care of Elijah. However, the day would come when the brook would run dry and the birds would no longer fly (see 1 Kings 17:7). Although Elijah had come to depend on such provision, God seemed to have no compunction at all in cutting off these resources. Has Your Brook Dried Up? Have you experienced something similar? Your streams of resource have dried up. During such a time, trust that the Lord will soon speak to you like He did to Elijah. "Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying, 'Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and dwell there. See, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you'" (1 Kings 17:8-9). You will see that the place where He leads you will be the place where He feeds you. Where the Lord guides, He provides! 3. DISSOLUTION OF RELATIONSHIPS Here is a powerful truth to embrace when a key connection you value has dissolved for no apparent legitimate reason: The Lord is turning the hearts of men in the direction He desires (Prov. 21:1) and is, in fact, making it easier for you to let go and move forward into your next assignment. Therefore, do not take the matter personally nor become bitter with people as though they are rejecting you. TRUSTING IN GOD'S GOOD GUIDANCE Sometimes Father God's ways do not make sense to us. Scripture even attests to this reality."For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:9). No matter how it may appear on the surface, He is actively involved in the affairs of our lives. On occasion, He may even interrupt our plans resulting in us experiencing a sense of anxiety due to a perceived loss of control. However, as uncomfortable as we may become, we must trust that He is leading us along the best pathway for our lives. "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye on you" (Psalms 32:8). ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  23. "'Shall I bring to the point of birth and not give delivery?' says the LORD. 'Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?' says your God." - Isaiah 66:9 The seeds that the Lord has given you and placed within you, the Lord has decreed that their fruition and fullness will leave you in awe and wonder of who He is. Through the THRIVING of the seeds He has given you, you are going to see Him in a whole new way. You are going to go deeper in intimacy with Him in a whole new way. The release of these new seeds are decreeing and ushering in the new season of deeper wonder and awe of who He is. A whole new level of praise will break out from within you. A whole new level of worship will rise to Him. A whole new depth of thankfulness. Not only will you be in awe and wonder of Him like never before, you will know His love that will leave you undone and marked again. You will fall in love with Him deeper than you have ever been and be yielded to Him in a more beautiful way than you have experienced before. "Fasten me upon your heart as a seal of fire forevermore. This living, consuming flame will seal you as my prisoner of love. My passion is stronger than the chains of death and the grave, all-consuming as the very flashes of fire from the burning heart of God. Place this fierce, unrelenting fire over your entire being." - Song of Solomon 8:6 (The Passion Translation) Mark 10:44,45 - "And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many." There is an important link between acts of serving others and gaining spiritual understanding and revelation that we must lay hold of in this generation. When Jesus turned water into wine at the wedding in Cana of Galilee, the Bible points out.... "When the master of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and did not know where it came from (but THE SERVANTS KNEW who had drawn the water) the master of the feast called the bridegroom." (John 2:9) The ones who were serving actually had more understanding and insight into this notable miracle and the One who performed it, than those who were "masters" over the wedding. We discover a distinct connection between receiving revelation from God and being a servant. Affirmations: I CONFESS THAT MY LIFE SHOWS FORTH AN EXCELLENT IMAGE OF WHO JESUS IS AND WHAT HE STANDS FOR IN THIS WORLD. I AM HIS REPRESENTATIVE, AND THEREFORE I DO EVERYTHING WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE! Song of Solomon 2:4 - "He brought me into the wine-cellars and set love in order within me." YOU COME FROM YOUR DELIGHTFUL FELLOWSHIP WITH THE KING (JESUS) INTOXICATED WITH LOVE FOR YOU HAVE TASTED OF THE FINEST WINE. THE KING HAS BROUGHT YOU INTO HIS WINE-CELLARS WHERE YOU WILL DRINK DEEPLY OF HIM. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  24. Matthew 16:19 - "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." WHEN WE DO NOT LIVE IN OUR POSITION OF AUTHORITY, IT IS BECAUSE WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE OR ACCEPT OUR CALLING IN CHRIST, BECAUSE WE DO NOT KNOW OUR COVENANT RIGHTS. MAN'S REDEMPTION ALLOWS HIM TO HAVE DOMINION. AFFIRMATIONS AND DECLARATIONS: I perform a prophetic act and decree that every door (that impedes my CALLING in Christ) that is locked is now unlocked and open! I decree that my words from God are yes and amen. Today, I am encouraging myself in the Lord. What He has spoken will come to pass. I decree that I have a courageous heart like David and that as he did, I completely surrender my life to My God. I praise my God in all that He does. "But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: Let all the angels of God worship Him. Of the angels He says: 'He makes His angels spirits, and His servants a flame of fire.'" - Hebrews 1:6-7 There will be a growing consciousness of the angelic activity in our midst, especially as we activate them in through our worship. The angels are activated and energized by our surrendered pursuit of God. We know the angels rejoice when someone comes to the Lord and that they are here to help us advance His Kingdom. When Heaven is manifested on the earth, it stirs and shifts things in the invisible realm where God's angels are activated. As we continue to engage with God – manifesting His Kingdom in such a way that the light of His presence changes atmospheres – His heavenly hosts will bring their assistance to us. Song of Solomon 2:3 - "As an apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under the shadow of him whom I desired, and his fruit was sweet to my taste." THE BELOVED (JESUS) IS THE MOST PLEASING SIGHT IN HEAVEN AND IN EARTH. HIS BRIDE SITS UNDER THE SHADOW OF HIS PROTECTION. HIS FRUIT, EVEN THE FRUIT OF THE CROSS, IS SWEET TO TASTE. THIS FRUIT IS NOT SWEET TO THE FLESH, BUT TO THE SPIRIT. ONCE TASTED, IT IS MORE DESIRABLE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  25. John 5:17,19-20 - "My Father is always at His work to this very day, and I, too, am working. I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees His Father doing, because whatever the father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all He does." Worship is more than just music or art; it's a lifestyle (Romans 12:1). We need to live like Jesus did, open our eyes and see what the Father is doing, and then do it. Not just to see the need, but also to meet the need. Anyone can be a THERMOMETER and just gauge the spiritual temperature, but we're called to be THERMOSTATS and to change the spiritual temperature! We're not called to just point out sickness, poverty, and sin; we're called to change those ashes into beauty. After all, it's Christ in us that is the hope of glory! Observation:WHAT JESUS ACCOMPLISHED ON EARTH, HE ACCOMPLISHED IN HIS HUMANITY, NOT HIS DIVINITY. OTHERWISE, HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MAN'S REPRESENTATIVE AND SUBSTITUTE. HE RELIED ON THE GRACE AND SPIRIT OF GOD. I CAN DO THE SAME. AFFIRMATIONS:I arise and walk in dominion power, and lay a hold of the promises of God. The Holy Spirit who lives within me is greater than the spirit that is at work in the world (1 John 4:4). God is calling for me to arise and take a strong stand against the works of darkness (Jude 1-4). I am to take the land. Each day I seek to draw ever nearer to Christ, seeking to yield, ever deeper, my will to His will. (2 Corinthians 3:18) Hebrews 12:29 - "For our God is a consuming fire". OBSERVATION: If I am truly getting closer to Him, the fire in my life will be growing. Song of Solomon 2:1,2 - "I am the flower of the field and the lily of the valleys. As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters." YOU ARE LIKE A PURE AND PLEASANT LILY AND A SWEET FRAGRANCE BEFORE HIM (JESUS). THERE ARE OTHER DAUGHTERS, HOWEVER, WHO ARE NOT YET PLIABLE AND SUBMITTED TO HIS SPIRIT. THEY ARE LIKE A DEEP, IMPENETRABLE THICKET OF THORNS - THOSE WHO ARE SELF-POSSESSED AND STILL TAKEN UP WITH THEIR OWN WILL. THE LILY, HOWEVER, PERFECTLY PRESERVES ITS PURITY AND ITS PERFUME, EVEN WHEN SURROUNDED BY THORNS. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
