  1. Many Believers live in fear of the powers of darkness. Many are plagued by the spirit of suicide and death, discouragement and depression, sickness, lack, poverty, and failure. Many are caught in the vicious cycle of defeat, circling around the valleys of despair and can't seem to find their way out. Many have been oppressed by the enemy for a prolonged period of time. It's been many years and many seasons of great grief and loss. You've been under such a weight of the enemy you couldn't break the chains off. You've prayed, you've seen counselors, you've tithed, you've done everything you know to do and your strength is depleting. Some are plagued by consistent nightmares and bad dreams that leave you waking up in a cold sweat. "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." - Hebrews 13:8 Declare that today is the day of your salvation and deliverance! Declare today a severance from every assignment of the enemy over your life! Freedom is now! Break every shackle and every chain now! "You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways." - Job 22:28 FREEDOM DECLARATIONS: • In Christ, I have been made alive, raised together, and seated together in the heavenly places! • In Christ, I live on a higher plane and every power, principality, dominion, and throne is under my feet! • In Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit, I break every spirit of fear, failure, lack, poverty, sickness, diseases, suicide and death, depression and discouragement! You have to scatter and flee! • In Christ, every shackle and chain are broken and my spirit is free! • In Christ, today is my day of salvation and deliverance. Freedom is now! Freedom is mine! I take it back! • Fill me up Holy Spirit! From today onwards, I live in authority, truth, power, and victory. I will never be the same again! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  2. "Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint." - Isaiah 40:31 Eagles love the storm. The eagle uses the storm's wind to lift it higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagles use the raging storm to lift him above the clouds. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably. The Word and the Spirit are the wind beneath your wings. When you declare the Word over your life, you can ride the wind. When we wait upon the Lord, we can ride His wind, even in adversity. What the enemy meant for your harm, He will turn around for your good as you stay prayerful, stay in His presence, seek His face and stand in the reality of who you are in Christ. Don't let the wicked one move you with the winds and hailstorms. Ride the wind of adversity and use the storm to your advantage. Rejoice in the tribulation knowing that your character will become more Christ-like as you press into the work of the Cross. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. Isaiah 66:2 - "To this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word." THE HEBREW WORD FOR LOOK IS "NABAT" WHICH MEANS TO REGARD, PAY ATTENTION TO, OR TO ESTEEM. THE ONE WHO GETS GOD'S FAVORABLE ATTENTION IS POOR OR HUMBLE. HUMILITY IS NOT BEING WEAK, WIMPY OR SPINELESS. IN FACT OFTEN THE TRULY HUMBLE ARE MISTAKEN FOR ACTING ARROGANT. DAVID WAS ACCUSED OF BEING ARROGANT AND FULL OF PRIDE BY HIS OLDER BROTHER, ELIAB, WHO HAD BEEN REJECTED BY GOD FOR THE VERY THING HE ACCUSED DAVID OF (1 SAMUEL 17:26,28). BUT GOD CALLED DAVID A MAN AFTER HIS OWN HEART. A HUMBLE PERSON IS UTTERLY DEPENDANT ON GOD. THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT HIM. THUS, THEY SEEK HIS DESIRE AND WILL IN EVERYTHING. CONTRITENESS IS LIKENED TO BROKENNESS. TO BE BROKEN HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WEAKNESS, BUT WITH SUBMISSION TO AUTHORITY. Psalm 51:16,17 - "For you do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart - These, O God, You will not despise." Romans 8:33 -- "Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies." Mark 15:3 -- "And the chief priest accused Him of many things, but He answered nothing." Why didn't Jesus defend Himself? The reason: to remain under His Father's judgment and thus His protection. When we refuse to defend ourselves we are hidden under the hand of God's grace and judgment. There is no safer place. In contrast, those who defend themselves come under the jurisdiction of their accusers and their judgment, and thus they forfeit divine intervention. The moment I justify and defend myself I yield to my accuser as judge. I forfeit my spiritual right of protection, for He (my accuser) rises above me in the realm of the spirit as I answer His criticism. His influence is elevated by my self-defense. By attempting to prove my innocence, I am at the mercy of my accuser. 1 Peter 2:23 -- "He (Jesus) did not retaliate when He was insulted. When He suffered, He did not threaten to get even. He left His case in the hands of God, who always judges fairly." We start out in simple faith, trusting Him regardless of the circumstances. Then God makes a way when there is no way. We possess our promised land (seeJoshua 6:1-5) with step by step obedience. When you come up against your spiritual Jerichos, you've got to have the Word of God in your heart. Without it, marching around Jericho won't so any good. But with the Word in your heart in your mouth, you can march around impossible barriers declaring God's Word. Those walls have to come down. VICTORY DECLARATIONS: In all things, I am more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ who loves me. - Romans 8:37 God always promises me the victory in every circumstance. - 1 Corinthians 15:57 Thanks be to God who always causes me to triumph in Christ. - 2 Corinthians 2:14 I take possession of what belongs to me in Christ. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  4. 1 John 2:17,18 - "The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever. Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come." Religion idolizes concepts and avoids personal experience. It is the antichrist spirit that has given rise to religious spirits. Being led by the Holy Spirit is an ongoing God encounter. A religious spirit is a demonic presence that works to get us to substitute being led by our intellect instead of the Spirit of God. Galatians 5:25 - "If the Spirit is the source of our life, let the Spirit also direct our course." John 4:24 - "God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth." Exodus 34:14 - "You shall not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." The Lord did not say He was, at times, jealous; He said His name, which reveals His nature, is "Jealous". Right next to His name "I Am" is His name "Jealous". His jealousy for us is perfect. It is not the same as human jealousy: petty, possessive and insecure. His jealousy is based upon His pure love for us and His desire to bless us and fulfill our lives in Him. His love is not some ethereal principle of "higher cosmic consciousness." His love is focused upon us, actually jealous for us as individuals. AFFIRMATION: Jesus knows my name. Jesus loves me personally. Jesus gave all for me. Jesus deserves all from me. James 4:5 - "Or do you suppose it is vain that the scripture says, "He yearns jealously over the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us." John 10:3 - "To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice; and He calleth His own sheep by name, and leadeth them out." "Seeing that it will not be impossible with God to fulfill His every declaration." - Luke 1:37 There is supernatural power released in the Word of God through declaration. Jesus said (Mark 11:23) in the letter to the Hebrews (Hebrews 10:23) that we are encouraged to hold fast our confession. Once we have released our faith in the command of faith or the prayer of faith, we must continue to believe God is working regardless of any visible change. When we affirm out loud and meditate on the Word concerning our authority, the Holy Spirit writes His laws on the tablets of our hearts. As we endure as good soldiers, we hold fast to the Word until it is manifested in the seen realm. The Words of Jesus, which were given to Him by His Father, upholds all things. "And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power." - Hebrews 1:3 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. It is easy to go to sleep reviewing negative ideas and pictures in our mind and wake up in the morning with a poisoned and negative spirit instead of falling asleep loving and receiving from Jesus, our Lord and Savior. CONTINUOUSLY DECLARE GOD'S WORDS We declare truth over any negative circumstance in our lives and we see Jesus present in inner healing scenes. And since we do this continuously, this becomes ALL that we see. We do not see sickness. We do not see lack. We do not see pain. We see Jesus, everwhere. We behold the glory of the Lord. We have reached that blessed state becaus we see God, everywhere, all the time (see Matthew 5:8). The Morning Star has arisen in our hearts, and our hearts are full of ONLY His light (see 2 Peter 1:19). WHATEVER WE FIX OUR EYES ON GROWS WITH US AND WHATEVER GROWS WITHIN US WE BECOME "His delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditat day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." - Psalms 1:2-3 Focus, repetition (Romans 10:17 - "Faith comes from hearing and hearing, by the word of Christ."), and intensity are steps we take to move truth from our heads to our hearts. The command to look intently (see James 1:25) and to meditate continuously (see Philippians 4:8) would be examples of using focus and repetition. Repeating healing prayers pours divine light continually into our beings, until we are entirely sanctified -- spirit, soul, and body (see 1 Thessalonians 5:23). We become the radiance of His glory because we have bathed ourselves in His glory continuously. Darkness, sickness, and demons have now fled because of the light of His glory. PRAY AND MEDITATE MORNING AND EVENING We pray RESTORATIVE prayers when we awaken and are lying in bed in the morning. We pray the same prayers as we lie in bed preparing to fall asleep (see 1 Chronicles 23:30). In doing this we are "renewing our mind" (Romans 12:2) with the truth of God's divine reality. Any previous lies of the enemy which filled our heart in the past are being swept away by these cascading waves of truth which come crashing down again and again (as we affirm and meditate), until every demonic stronghold in our mind is demolished and we are fully set free and completely filled with: God's light, God's truth, God's glory, and God's reality. Once your spirit and soul are healed, delivered, and set free, God's light, which is growing within you, will penetrate your body (see Philippians 2:12-13). As it does, your body will be transformed allowing you to ultimately experience the fullness of His convenant blessings overtaking you. You have pressed through satan's lies until you are conscious of ONLY one reality: God's reality. "Work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure." - Philippians 2:12-13 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. Matthew 12:35 - "A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things." Who did Jesus say brings it forth? The good man from the good deposit of his heart brings it forth. What you deposit in your heart is what will come forth, for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. What's abundantly in your heart will always get in your mouth. Also what's abundantly in your mouth will also get in your heart. In other words, you establish things in your heart by "saying" them with your mouth, and the cycle starts all over again. SOWING THE WRONG WORDS James 1:26 - "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain." If you are not a doer of the Word, no on has to deceive you, because you are are deceived already. If you don't bridle your tongue--it will deceive your heart. You will sow the wrong words, and the seed you sow will produce after its kind. Many people wonder why things turn out the way the do not realizing their tongue deceived their heart, and their heart brought forth fruit of itself. PLANTING FAITH BY SAYING In Romans 10:6-8 Paul tells us, "the righteousness which is of faith speaketh...the word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth and in thy heart." Notice it's in your mouth first, then in your heart. Jesus confirms this in Luke 17:5,6. When the apostles asked Him to increase their faith, His answer was: "If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you." He didn't say a thing about giving them more faith. He told them to plant their faith by "SAYING", and it would produce. Affirmations: I SPEAK GODS PROMISES INTO MY HEART EVERY DAY. I PLANT FAITH AS A SEED BY RELEASING IT IN WORDS. I SPEAK ONLY THOSE THINGS THAT I WANT TO GROW IN MY LIFE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  7. Man was created to be inhabited by God through His Spirit. With a sincere devotion to God through the Holy Spirit, people can live in a place of overflow in His presence. God desires our revelation to become reality. The things that He has given us in our dreams He desires to make manifest in our lives. We have been given the ability to determine the path that we will travel through the our actions and the words of our mouth. REVELATION TO REALITY THROUGH DECREEING James 3:4 "Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires." James speaks of our tongues being like the rudder of a ship. As small as the tongue is, it has great control of where we end up. If we can learn to bring what we say under the influence of the Holy Spirit, good, eternal fruit will come of it. SEASON OF PRUNING Many have been in a season of pruning so that they may be even more fruitful in the next season. Pruning is not pleasant in the beginning, but later it yields a greater increase of fruit. "Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit." - John 15:2 During the season of pruning it is all the more important to keep integrity in what we do and say. We need to "Hold our rudder in right position" and "Stay the course." Even now promises are being possessed and there is more to come. As we experience a gradual increase in promises being possessed it will propel us into an remarkable season where doors will fly open to an abundant possession of promises. BE ACTIVATED This is a great time to be activated in the spirit. This means that we see opportunities at every turn. There are opportunities to demonstrate God's love to people. Don't assume that everyone has heard the truth of the Gospel or has experienced "His life". Take time to share the life of God with others. God wants us to expand beyond the borders we have preconceived in our natural mind. Don't say, "I can't do this" or "That is not me", because God wants to put something new in you. God continually "adds to us" things that would not be our "natural inclination". 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 "Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given US THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation." Do you realize that we are all ministers of the Gospel? The pulpit is just one very small outlet of ministry. Jesus did close to 99% of His ministry outside the walls of a building. The five-fold ministry is just to get the saints equipped to go out into the world. PULL HEAVEN'S REVELATION INTO REALITY God is continually giving us inner vision to encourage us to believe and DECREE these things into existence. Take time every day to "pull down" those inner visions that God has given to you. Luke 11:2 - So He said to them, "When you pray, say: Our Father in Heaven, Holy is Your name. Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven..." If God has shown you an inner vision, enter into worship and thanksgiving with DECREES –pulling down that vision and combining it with actions that will activate it. It is our part to make revelation reality in the earth. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. The love of God is manifested in me so that I might live through Jesus. - 1 John 4:9 He has put His own Holy Spirit into my heart as a proof to me that I am living with Him and He is with me. - 1 John 4:13 As I abide in love, God abides in me. - 1 John 4:16 Since I am a child of God I am able to defeat the world. The way I have victory over the world is with my faith. - I John 5:4 Since I have the Son of God I have eternal life. - I John 5: 11,12 I can approach God with confidence for this reason: If I make requests which are in accord with His will he listens to me: and if I know that my requests are heard, I know also that the things I ask for are mine. - I John 5; 14,15 I know that Christ, God’s Son, has come to help me understand and find the true God; and I am in God because I am in Jesus Christ His Son, who is the only true God; and He is eternal life. - I John 5:20 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  9. "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves." - Matthew 10:16 A TRECHEROUS FOE Before we engage in spiritual warfare, we should know this about satan: he is an ancient and extremely treacherous foe. Therefore, be bold but never arrogant in your prayer life Whatever lofty spiritual plane you imagine that you are on, remember: Adam was in Paradise when he fell. Before your increased knowledge and religious experiences make you overly self-confident, recall that Solomon wrote three books of Scripture; he actually gazed upon the glory of God, yet he fell. Yes, even in your deepest worship of the Almighty, do not forget in long ages past lucifer himself was once in Heaven pouring out praise to God. WISE AS SERPENTS "Prepare plans by consultation, and make war by wise guidance" (Proverbs 20:18). "Wisdom is better than strength... Wisdom is better than weapons of war" (Ecclesiastes 9:16, 18). "There was a small city with few men in it and a great king came to it, surrounded it and constructed large siegeworks against it. But there was found in it a poor wise man and he delivered the city by his wisdom." - (Ecclesiastes 9:14-15) Ephesians 3:10 reveals God's glorious plan, that "through the Church" God has purposed to make known His manifold wisdom to the principalities and powers "in the heavenly places." You see, as the Body of Christ on earth agrees with its Head in Heaven, the Spirit of Christ Himself displaces the powers of darkness in the heavenly places. When the Church on earth is aggressive in its agreement with the will and Word of God, then the presence of God increases in the spiritual realm, proportionally displacing the influence of Hell on earth. Shortly thereafter, manifesting in the world of men, we see revivals, healings and miracles. But when the Church is passive, indifferent or carnal, the powers of Hell increase their rule over the affairs of men: marriages break up, crime increases, and wantonness becomes unbridled. We must see that our prayers, attitudes, and agreement with God are an integral part of establishing the reality of the Kingdom of God on earth! KNOWING GOD'S WORD Our fight is the fight of faith: Do we believe, affirm and meditate on what God has promised? Our war is against principalities and powers. Jesus said His words "are spirit and are life" (John 6:63), which is to say that the substance or meaning in Christ's words represents an actual reality -- the living Spirit of the Kingdom of God. CHRIST CAME TO TRAIN AND EMPOWER WARRIORS Jesus prepared His disciples for everything, including war. They saw Him casting out demons. In fact, He sent them forth doing the same. Christ not only came to set captives free, He came to TRAIN and EMPOWER the recently freed to be warriors. How can we, imperfect Christians, walk triumphantly? The Bible says we overcome "because of the Blood of the Lamb and because of the word of [our] testimony, and [we do] not love [our lives] even when faced with death" (Revelation 12:11). Many Christians are awakened spiritually, but they do not know God's promises in the Bible. To be successful, we must know God's Word, believe it, MEDITATE on it, and SPEAK it with faith. We overcome by the "word of our testimony." Proclaim the Word of God with authority. Indeed, the Holy Spirit tells us to take up "the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God" (Ephesians 6:17). If we advance protected by the Blood of the Lamb, if we war armed with the Word of God, and if we shoulder in our hearts the Cross of Christ, we will truly be "more than conquerors through Him that loved us" (Romans 8:37). CONSIDER HIS PROCLAMATION "So will My Word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it" (Isaiah 55:11). No matter how the battle rages, God's Word shall not return to Him void. Consider also His commitment: "I am watching over My Word to perform it" (Jeremiah 1:12). "The Word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart' – that is, the Word of faith which we are preaching" (Romans 10:8). ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. John 15:7,8 - "If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be my disciples." Some are willing to spend hours in prayer asking for a miracle instead of planting the Word of God in their hearts, which in time would produce the miracle. Prayer is what water and fertilizer are to a seed. They help the Word release its life. But if you haven't planted the seed, it doesn't matter how much water and fertilizer you apply, the soil still won't produce fruit. It's the seed that has life! Genesis 3:11 - "And He said, 'Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?'" By taking the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they found a source of the knowledge of right and wrong outside of God. This can be identified as the proinciple of reasoning. They no longer need the wisdom of God; they could govern themselves according to their sense of right and wrong. This is why God questioned them "who told you"? ALBERT FINCH
  11. I impart my own life to others, exhorting and encouraging them with boldness in advancing God's Kingdom in word and power and in the Holy Spirit. - 1 Thessalonians 1:5; 2:2,11,13 As I fight the good fight of faith and take hold of eternal life, I confess my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ to others. - 1 Timothy 6:12 God did not give me the spirit of fear but a spirit of power, of love and of self-dicipline. - 2 Timothy 1:7 Through grace I am saved with a holy calling in Christ Jesus, to fullfill God's purpose from all eternity. - 2 Timothy 1:9 The Lord grants me understanding in everything. - 2 Timothy 2:7 I convince, rebuke, and exhort others in the Word through teaching and patience. - 2 Timothy 4:2 I fight the good fight of faith, finish the race, and keep the faith. - 2 Timothy 4:7 The Lord rescues me from all evil and takes me safely into His Heavenly Kingdom. - 2 Timothy 4:18 As a priest unto God I further the faith of God's elect and theirknowledge of the truth. - Titus 1:1 Through God's grace I give up everything that does not lead to God and renounce godless ways and worldly desires. - Titus 2:12 God poured out His Holy Spirit abundantly on me through Jesus Christ my Savior, so that by His grace I might be put right with God and come into possession of the eternal life I hope for. - Titus 3:6,7 I keep from friendship with the world as the Holy Spirit watches over my spirit with tender jealousy. - James 4:4,5 Christ personally bore my sins in His own body on the cross, so that I might cease to live for sin and begin to live for righteousness.
