1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abides in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it has taught you, ye shall abide in Him. What have you learned of and from the anointing John speaks of here, and what and how has it taught you? 20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. How do you abide in this anointing? 24 Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. What does it mean to have "both the Father and the Son"? 2 John 9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. What is this didache of Christ? John 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.

"Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you." - Zechariah 9:12 There are those who have been faithful, standing upon the promises of the Father. They have contended for and have walked in obedience toward the things that God has called them to, even though it seems as thoughwar has broken out against them -- they are experiencing extreme heartache and despair. "Though an army besiege me my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident." - Psalm 27:3 Keep your eyes on the Lord. Feast on His goodness, and know that even now your Redeemer is preparing a table of feasting for you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5). REST IN THE LOVE OF THE FATHER This is a time to go deeper into the Father's rest; for rest is a form of warfare. Be assured: the Lord is fighting your battles, even as you take time to rest in Him. The battle is not yours, but the Lord's (see 1 Samuel 17:47). As you let go and let God, you will begin to see His hand at work in your life. The Lord is going to uproot lies and fears that have once found a lodging place in your heart and mind. Pick up your hope, and remember that His perfect love casts out all fear. The Lord is renewing the minds and thought processes that have not lined up with the truth of the Father's heart. He is bringing His people out of Egypt and out of a slavery mentality. You will no longer feel hemmed in and confined; the Lord Himself is bringing you into a new, spacious place! PUT ON NEW GARMENTS Watch as He crowns you with a crown of beauty and washes away despair."I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For He has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of His righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels." - Isaiah 61:10 As it is written in Psalm 24:9, "Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in." The Lord is rising on your behalf, and your victory is certain! Align your thoughts and your words with the promises of the Lord. Prophesy to the dead bones, "Come alive," for He is about to change everything. The areas of your greatest disappointments will soon be flooded with new life. Your breakthrough is near! Many have been experiencing intense pressure in their personal lives and in their ministries! Families and finances may have been under attack and many believers may have felt like giving up! These attacks have formed a layer of "slate" between your current dwelling place and a next level anointing! The attacks exist to make you give up before reaching the oil of restoration and release into the next level of your CALLING! There is a "breakthrough" for those who will not relent! DESPERATION WILL BREAK THE HARD PLACES In Mark 2:4, we see what happens when determined people refuse to be separated from their miracle: "And when they could not come nigh unto Him for the press, they uncovered the roof where He was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay." The book of Luke (5:17) further explains that the reason they could not reach Jesus through conventional means is because of a large crowd, partly composed of Pharisees and doctors of the law who were sitting by. The power of the Lord was there to heal but the only recorded healing was due to people who apprehended the promise by breaking through the roof! This is a perfect picture of intercessory prayer and the power of desperation! Desperation will break through the hard places and tap into the miraculous! God told Israel in Hosea 10:12, "Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till He comes and rains righteousness upon you." Fallow ground is ground that had once been tilled but has been lying dormant and allowed to harden. God was speaking to Israel about a heart issue! The spirit of religion, disappointment and the pressure to please man can harden the soil of our hearts and keep us from the rich flowing rivers of a next level anointing and awakening. PERSISTENCE IS REWARDED The relentless will tap into the release -- they will uncover and uncap an untapped river of His glory and power! While the slate (hard times of heat and intense pressure) may have tried to separate many from reaching the new thing that God wants to do in them -- those who keep digging the well will be rewarded with a gusher of His oil! The Holy Spirit’s desire is that we live every day in the fullness of the Lord, by seeing above and beyond what we can do, and that Jesus would receive glory and honor through His great power that works in us and through us. This is the essence of what Paul writes about in Ephesians 3:20, 21 - "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen."We need to believe that the Lord will release to us a revelation of the unlimited realm of the great ministry and fullness of the Holy Spirit in and through our life. Praise the mighty name of Jesus who pours out the promise of the Holy Spirit to us. (Acts 2:33)! Praise the mighty name of Jesus who said, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” (John 20:21) The Father sent Jesus with an unlimited anointing of the Holy Spirit. (John 3:34). That same promise is for us.This spiritual dynamic that flows into us daily is the witness of the reality of the Holy Spirit’s power to the masses of humanity. The unlimited anointing that the Lord is pouring out reveals an even greater understanding of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. This plunges the Church into the river, which is widening the banks of spiritual realities and creating a tremendous overflow that will extend into the marketplaces of the world.As we press into this Present day empowering and equipping for the effective working of His Power in and through us on a day to day basis we need to live in a place of perpetual fresh oil -- fresh anointing of His wonderful Presence, to be a blazing lamp in the midst of the darkness of our day, that we would see the ever-increasing expansion of His Kingdom, not just in Word but also in demonstration. We must flow out of His Word and His Presence and draw from the flow of His Spirit if we are to see impact in every area of this life that surrounds us.Are you ready to be even more aggressive in the area of faith to see the impossible become possible for great and mighty things to take place? This is not a time to be fearful but be strong in the Lord in His Power and Might. Charles Spurgeon said once that he never passed a single quarter of an hour in his waking moments without a distinct consciousness of the presence of the Lord. 2 Timothy 2:24,26 - "And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will." Anything broken can be repaired; anything closed can be opened; anything lost can be recovered. "He must grow greater, but I must grow less." - John 3:30 WET Joshua waited or "lingered" in the presence of God and he was entrusted to lead God's people after Moses. David spent endless hours in the presence of God, and he took down giants and turned the heart of his nation toward God in radical worship. There is something in this hour to laying everything down for the encounter that echoes throughout eternity. Allowing Him to become greater means I must "empty myself" and become less. The Lord is saying that this is a time of an "increase of the anointing" in the earth, for sons and daughters who seek His face. There is something so powerful about an encounter that the person who leaves it, is not the same person that went in. We become less and He becomes more. We have the privilege in this life of living as an altar to the Lord, continually giving Him all of us in exchange for all of Him. God is calling us to be like those in Acts 2 in the upper room, who were sought Him until the Spirit came like a mighty rushing wind and flames of fire! There is a fresh hunger that is unleashing the response of Heaven. This truly is the hour of a fresh baptism, and just like Samuel laying down in the temple, God is calling your name and saying to "come and sit and wait in His presence" until the very thing He desires to impart and give to you comes. Affirmations:I AM STIRRED TO GREATER LEVELS OF HUNGER TODAY AS I LEAVE THE SHORES OF FAMILIARITY. NOW, I RECEIVE THE FRESH FIRE OF JESUS' LOVE IN MY HEART THAT WILL REBRAND AND REFUEL ME FOR THE GREATEST DAYS OF KINGDOM EXPLOITS. I AM BEING TRANSFORMED AS I WAIT, LINGER, AND LAY DOWN IN HIS PRESENCE. Song of Solomon 2:12 - "The flowers have appeared on the earth: the pruning-time is come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land." THE VOICE OF THE TURTLEDOVE - THE HUMANITY OF CHRIST - INVITES YOU TO LOSE YOURSELF AND HIDE YOURSELF WITH HIM IN THE BOSOM OF THE FATHER. CHRIST CALLS YOU TO "OUR LAND" BECAUSE HE HAS WON IT FOR YOU BY HIS REDEMPTION. THE FLOWERS THAT GROW THERE NEVER FADE, FOR THEY HAVE NO FEAR OF WINTER COMING AGAIN. Psalm 51:6 - "Behold, Thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part Thou shalt make me to know wisdom." As we cry out from a deep engaging of the Spirit of the living God within our spirit, we experience communion, which is a place of deep-to-deep fellowship with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit searches out the deep counsel of God for you and reveals it to you. Observation: DOCTRINAL TRUTH HAS AN ILLUSION ABOUT ITSELF: THE ILLUSION IS THAT KNOWLEDGE IS THE SAME THING AS RIGHTEOUSNESS. ON THE OTHER HAND, TRUTH THAT COMES BY REVELATION ALWAYS PRODUCES CHANGE; IT ALWAYS LEAVES US LESS SURE OF OURSELVES, MORE DEPENDENT UPON GOD, AND MOVE LOVING TOWARD OTHERS. Luke 18:7,8 - "And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?" How can we position ourselves to move forward? And what does the oil of preparation represent that separates those ready to transition from those who are not (see Matthew 25:7-8)? The Lord is looking for us to engage -- Worship, rejoicing, and "dying to self. While these aren't new concepts, there's a new grace on these practices to unlock strategies, preparing us to shift into the new things of God. We can engage and move forward as we determineto: • Worship Him anew. There is fresh anointing on Isaiah 40:31. As you worship and wait on Him, you will receive new strength, encouragement, and energy. • Rejoice in the Lord (Habakkuk 3:17-19; Philippians 4:4). Our circumstances may not produce rejoicing, but we can rejoice in Him. • Ask the Lord in what areas He'd have you die to self.Fresh strategy will flow from it. • Don't rush ahead of the Lord. Be sure to inquire of the Lord concerning every door of opportunity. Remember the examples of Abraham and Sarah when they got ahead of God, and Joshua when he forgot to seek counsel from the Lord (Joshua 9:14). • Stay vigilant in the Word and in prayer. Ask the Holy Spirit how you should pray when you aren't sure how to pray, and praying the Lord's Prayer is also very powerful (Jude 20; Matthew 6:9-13). Song of Solomon 1:3 - "Draw me, we will run after you to the fragrance of your perfume." THE YOUNG MAIDEN (THE CHURCH) ASKS TO BE DRAWN TO HER BRIDEGROOM (JESUS) FROM DEEP WITH HER SPIRIT. THE BRIDE ALREADY UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE IS AN ENJOYMENT OF HER BRIDEGROOM DEEPER AND MORE LASTING THAN WHAT SHE NOW KNOWS. Ephesians 2:1 - "But now in Christ Jesus, you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ." The basic purpose of the cross is more than reconciling us to God; it also brings us back to Himself in the close, intimate relationship that He originally intended to have with men. He wants to bring us near. It is in that place that we find the glory and anointing needed to transform atmospheres on earth. We are called to be the carriers of His glory. Christ in you is the hope of Glory (Colossians 1:27). It is the glory of God that makes that difference. By laying hold of Jesus, we lay hold of the glory of the Holy Spirit allowing Him to manifest in us and through us. Hebrews 10:22 - "Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water." Romans 8:29 - "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren." Affirmation: AS I REACH FOR CHRISTLIKENESS, MY LOVE FOR GOD BECOMES RICHER, MY WITNESS TO SINNERS MORE POWERFUL, AND MY SECRET LIFE HOLY. 2 Kings 5:10 - "And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean." Observation: AS I DIP IN THE LIVING WATER OF GOD'S WORD AND SUBMERGE MYSELF IN THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT - THE WORLD WILL SEE AN EVENT THAT TRANSCENDS HUMAN POWER. Zechariah 4:6,7 - " This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the Lord of hosts. 'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel, you shall become a plain!'" There is an ANOINTING that God gives to each of us that is for our walk with God. His anointing teaches us all things. This anointing is for the inner life. There are OTHER anointings that we pay a price for. When Jesus was entering into His 3-year stretch of ministry, He went into the desert with fasting and prayer. When He came out He was ready for ministry. In the Book of Acts the 120 in the upper room wait for the promise of the Father, the Holy Spirit. We absolutely cannot accomplish the purposes of God in our own strength. We need the power of the Spirit to blow the mountainous obstacles out of the way. God is after the results that are eternal, not temporal. Our sensitivity to the Spirit is needed to see results. WALKING IN GOD'S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE Zechariah 4:10b-12 - "For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth." Then I answered and said to him, 'What are these two olive trees – at the right of the lampstand and at its left?' And I further answered and said to him, 'What are these two olive branches that drip into the receptacles of the two gold pipes from which the GOLDEN OIL drains?'" God has bigger plans FOR US that would require a greater anointing of the Spirit. There is golden oil, an anointing of His Presence, that God has to pour out. We cannot settle for less than what originates from Heaven. The golden oil is the purity and anointing of God. Gold is representative of that which is valuable and pure. The oil represents His anointing. When we have lives that carry this pure oil of His Presence, we will walk in places that we have not walked before towards the DESTINY He has prepared for us. Genesis 1:26 - "Let us make man in our image,in our likeness." The word "image" refers to moral and spiritual character, while the phrase "in our likeness" means "to function like." In other words, we were created to live according to the nature of God and to function as He functions in the world. The Bible is very clear that "without faith it is impossible to please God" (Hebrews 11:6). If you try to function in any other way than faith, you will malfunction. That is why worry is ungodly and fear makes your vision short-circuit. You were never meant to be afraid. Affirmation: I APPREHEND THE LIFE OF FAITH AND PRESS TOWARDS THE DREAMS GOD MEANT FOR ME TO ATTAIN. l Chronicles 14:2 - "And David perceived that the Lord had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel." David had been anointed king by the prophet Samuel when he was just a teenager. He'd known for years that someday he'd rule over Israel. Yet somehow, it hadn't really sunk in. Finally it dawned on him - he was actually king! At that moment, being king ceased to be something David had only thought about. It became something he really was. He could see himself king. Affirmations: I STEP OVER THE LINE FROM TRYING TO BELIEVE TO ACTUALLY KNOWING BY DWELLING ON THE WORD OF GOD. I READ ABOUT IT AND THINK ABOUT IT. I PRACTICE SEEING MYSELF THROUGH THE EYES OF THE WORD UNTIL THE REALITY OF MY ROYALTY IN CHRIST RISES UP IN ME! Psalm 92:10 - "But my horn (emblem of excessive strength and stately grace) You have exalted like that of a wild ox; I am anointed with Fresh OIL!" AMP We can live in the Fresh Anointing that brings strength to strength living in these times! The greater the challenges that arise to confront us – The greater the favor, grace, and power the Lord releases to and through us. Where once certain types of circumstances or settings intimidated you or where rejection beat you down - You discover the empowering infusion of Christ in you. And you feel and know that you are ready for whatever the Lord calls you to do. This is a place of the supernatural empowerment of grace to function in what He is releasing for you. Luke 4:18,19 - "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me; He has sent me to announce good news to the poor, to proclaim release for prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to let the broken victims go free, to proclaim the year of the lord's favor." Jesus' concern for mankind was applauded. His Humility was revered, but it was the anointing that released the supernatural. And it was the supernatural invasion of God Himself that was rejected by the religious leaders. This anointing is actually the person of the Holy Spirit upon someone to equip them for supernatural endeavors. To fulfill His mission, Jesus needed the Holy Spirit; and that mission, with all its objectives, was to finish the Father's work. If the Son of God was that reliant upon the anointing, His behavior should clarify our need for the Holy Spirit's presence upon us to do what the Father has assigned. Hebrews 12:2 - ".......who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross......." JESUS VISUALIZED HIMSELF IN VICTORY. HIS MIND WAS PICTURING VICTORY. WHEN JESUS WALKED TO CALVARY, HE WAS NOT LOOKING AT THE CROSS; HE WAS LOOKING AT THE RESURRECTION. Mark 5:28 - "If I may touch but His clothes, I shall be whole." THE WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD VISUALIZED. IT HAPPENED IN HER MIND BEFORE IT HAPPENED IN HER BODY. Affirmations: I SEE MYSELF WITH VICTORY. I VISUALIZE WHERE GOD WANTS ME TO BE. THEN, I ACT AS IF I AM ALREADY THERE. "And Goliath cursed David by his gods. The Philistine also said to David, 'Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the sky and the beasts of the field.'" - 1 Samuel 18:43,44 Goliath first used fiery darts against David (his words of negativity), believing that the negativity alone would cause David to cower down! Yes, Goliath's negative words were meant to be a "first-blow" against David to weaken him so that Goliath could move in quickly for the kill! For us today, a Philistine spirit might sound like this: • You're too young (old) to be used of God. • You're unqualified to lay hands on the sick and see them healed. • You're not a good speaker. • Your family was poor. How can you ever consider yourself blessed of God? • You are not attractive, you're fat (skinny), or too short (tall). • You are weak. Just take a good look at yourself. Is there anything about you of which you can really be proud? • You failed. You sinned. God will never use you. God has abandoned you. Notice that this spirit targets our significance. In other words, it targets our identity as a Christian: a blood-bought Believer, a child of the King, a son, and daughter of God. This is exactly what Goliath attempted to do with David...infiltrate his belief system concerning his identity and his relationship with God! We are already victorious because of the Cross. Still, we must possess our Promised Land through AFFIRMING and MEDITATING the scriptures that have to do with our identity as born-again believers. The tendency to embrace the concept of God being an angry Father is done in equal proportion to a person's inability to demonstrate His power. There is a connection between our belief system and what actually flows through us. If we don't see Jesus' life as the ultimate illustration of the will of God, we will continually undermine our ability to display it. The Holy Spirit always wants to demonstrate what God says. God confirmed the word with signs following (Mark 16:20). In Hebrews 2:3-4 it says, "How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?" Well, we know for sure that God wants to do signs and wonders and confirm His own word because scripture says so. Some Christians think is it so spiritual to say, "I don't need signs and wonders." Jesus actually relied on signs and wonders and manifestations. He went out of the way to make sure the Holy Spirit had an occasion to demonstrate the words He spoke. Jesus said, "I am the bread of life" (John 6:35) and fed the 5,000. He said, "I am the resurrection and the life" (John 11:25) and He raised the dead. He said, "I am the light of the world" (John 8:12) and He opened the eyes of the blind. God always wants to do what He says. The Apostle Paul said, "And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1 Corinthians 2:4). The indwelling Holy Spirit enables us to bear more of the revelation of Jesus than was possible for the original twelve disciples. GOD IS TALKING -- TAKE NOTE AND LISTEN One of the essential gestures of faith is to live with the expectation that the God who said that His sheep hear His voice and who gave His life to restore relationship with each of us would like to communicate with us. This faith leads us to lean into His voice. "Speak Lord, for your servant is listening." - 1 Samuel 3:9 The heart of abiding faith "leans into God," anticipating His voice, looking for His next move. Like Jesus, we are to be able to say, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent me." (John 4:34) God talks to us in various ways. He talks through the Bible which contains the Word of God, and He talks to us through the Holy Spirit who brings us life. The Holy Spirit was given the task of not simply revealing all that Jesus possesses, but to actually "disclose" it to us. Every declared promise is a transfer of heavenly resources that enable us to fulfill the purpose of our DESTINY. THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY "The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." (Rev. 19:10) - This says that if God has done it once, He is ready to do it again. The spoken or written record of whatever Jesus has done carries the prophetic anointing to cause a change in events in the spirit realm so that the miracle spoken of can happen again. Meditating on the promises of God is something we can do in order to determine where we're going in life. When we DECLARE the Word over our own life and prophesy our own DESTINYin agreement with Him, we release the anointing of the Spirit in a greater measure to bring the Word to pass. Ways in which we can learn to live by His strength within us: 1. Become deeply rooted. We're encouraged to be strong in the Lord and His kratos power (Eph. 6:10). Read the Word and discover the fullness of this strength, power and love for you. Develop intimacy and friendship with the Lord by spending time in the secret place of His presence. Seek and come to know Him more than you have before. Those who abide in Jesus will know the anointing and will flow in it (John 15). When your roots grow deep you'll flourish (Ps. 92:13) and the Spirit of the Lord will be upon you in strength! 2. Acquaint yourself with what God would have you do, pray for wisdom. Paul prayed that the saints at Colossae might be fully acquainted with what God would have them do in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Col. 1:9-10). He offered a similar prayer on behalf of the Ephesians (Eph. 1:17-19). Wisdom and spiritual understanding awaken you to the reality of God's strength and power in you, working through you and flowing from you. 3. Plug into fresh oil daily. "But my horn you have exalted like a wild ox, I have been anointed with fresh oil" (Ps. 92:10). To be exalted as a wild ox is to be strengthened. Oxen are strong and powerful. It takes a lot to knock an ox down. Fresh oil releases the strength of the Lord in the inner man. It is only by His Spirit (Zech. 4:6) that you are able to accomplish the mighty and impossible and take pleasure in infirmities, in reproach, in persecution and in distress for Christ's sake. For when you are weak, then you are strong (2 Cor. 12:10). So become as strong as an ox by tapping into the precious oil of the Spirit every day. 4. Trust in the Lord. We cannot walk in the fullness of our destiny until we know and trust God’s strength and live daily by the strength of who He is in our inner man. This strength only comes by the power of the Holy Spirit. David trusted God even though he was hunted and persecuted by King Saul. He said he wasn't plucked up or destroyed, but flourished like a green olive tree in the house of the Lord (Ps. 52:8). 5. Rejoice for Christ and His Mighty Strength in You. Rejoice that you can rule and reign in this life with boldness, confidence, strength, zeal and vigor. When Christ, your High Priest, goes before you, you can walk in the fullness of your inheritance. You can walk in every manifestation of power available to you, including kratos power. Rejoice around the throne and sing a new song of victory, for Christ in you and His mighty strength in your inner man! "Before she went into labor, she had the baby. Before the birth pangs hit, she delivered a son....So I open the womb and not deliver the baby? Do I, the One who delivers babies shut the womb?" - Isaiah 66:7-9 Soul travail is an impassioned deep level of intercession (prayer) that affects the spiritual atmosphere so that the lost can hear the gospel and make a decision to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We literally push back the blinding oppressing power of the enemy so that the gospel penetrates the heart. Effective witnessing can never be done without a burden, anguish and true weeping for souls in prayer first! BURDEN US WITH HIS HEART We cannot have believers being stirred up to win souls out of duty or obligation because it's the Christian thing to do. But we can cry out and say: Holy Spirit come and burden me with his heart. Holy Spirit come and put inside of me the desire of God! Holy Spirit come and break me like You are broken for souls to be saved. Help me to travail for souls. LET JACOB BE OUR EXAMPLE We need to be wrestlers with God for souls. We need to become like Jacob (Genesis 32:24-30) and say, "I'm going to get a hold of you Lord God. I am going to wrestle with You, O God. I am going to labor right here in the spirit until You bless me with the burden for souls. The apostle Paul talks about travail: "My little children, for whom I lobor in birth again until Christ is formed in you." - Galatians 4:19. Paul had already labored and travailed for their spiritual birth and once again he is in labor until Christ is formed in them. OVERCOME WITH THE HEART OF GOD There is a fire -- there is an anointing that can fall on us so that we are literally overcome with the heart of God. There is grace available from the Lord to bow before Him on our face, weeping, crying out, and there is grace for us ot be touched by the Holy Spirit to labor and travail for souls. And God can take us out of our comfort zone and compel us by His Spirit to go into the streets to share the gospel with the lost. We will not be operating from a sense of duty and oblitgation. Jesus never ministered to people because it was something he had to do or because it was His job. Rather He reached the lost because of His great love for them. WE HAVE A GREAT PROMISE OF HOUSEHOLD SALVATION AND REVIVAL "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shall be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16:31) Travailing in warfare prayer can break satan's power -- through the ministry of binding and loosing we can truly help push back the blinding power of deception keeping souls from making a decision for the gospel. In order for Jesus to be the greatest intercessor, to be the greatest High Priest and to have the ministry forever of intercession (Hebrews 4:14, 5:1-10), He had to really relate and identify with where we're at. He had to identify with us. We need to identify with the lost too. When we allow the Holy Spirit to take us into a place of identification, we will actually identify with the plight of the lost to the point that our heart and emotions become involved. Exodus 3:8 - "And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey. " THE JEWS WERE CALLED, NOT JUST TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROMISED LAND BUT TO "DWELL" IN IT AND MAKE IT THEIR HOME. SO ALSO I AM CALLED TO DWELL IN CHRIST, WHERE GOD IN HIS KINGDOM BECOMES MY ABIDING PLACE. 2 Timothy 4:2 - "Preach the Word urgently at all times, whenever you get the chance, in season and out, when it is convenient and when it is not. Correct and rebuke your people when they need it, encourage them to do right, and all the time be feeding them patiently with God's Word." Observation: I CONFESS THAT I AM NOT MOVING FROM THE CALLING FOR WHICH I WAS PREDESTINED. THE DEVIL AND VARIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE TRIED HARD TO MOVE ME, BUT I HAVE MADE UP MY MIND THAT I AM NOT MOVING FROM THE PLACE WHERE JESUS CALLED ME TO GIVE MY HEART! Numbers 23:19 - "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" 2 Corinthians 10:4 - "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds." The word "stronghold" is a Greek word ochuroma, which means a "fortress, a castle, or a citadel." Developing a Kingdom mentality requires a paradigm shift in our thinking. As we embrace the Kingdom message, many of us are challenged with RELIGIOUS MINDSETS, OLD BELIEF SYSTEMS, and OLD PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOR. Paul addressed these strongholds and also stated that they were to be pulled down. To truly embrace the new will require that we let go of the old. The only way for us to do this is to trust the Lord and attach ourselves securely as we continue to touch Him. Affirmations: I NO LONGER RELY ON MY OWN POWER, BECAUSE I AM A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST AND HIS POWER RESIDES WITHIN ME. AS I APPLY THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO A STRONGHOLD, I AM USING THE WEAPON GOD HAS GIVEN ME TO DESTROY THE POWER OF THE ENEMY. There is kingly authority that is available through Isaiah 22:22 and the key of David. He has called us to rule and to reign with Him as His bride: "The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder, so he shall open and no one shall shut; and he shall shut, and no one shall open." - Isaiah 22:22 The kings who ruled during Biblical days, wore on their royal garments two keys -- one sewn onto each shoulder. These keys signified that they were the governing authority over the entire land. WE HAVE KINGLY AUTHORITY THAT GOD WANTS US TO USE God wants His kings to rise up and take their place in the earth. We need an authority that goes beyond just what we say and what we pray. We need power to be demonstrated when we begin to speak the word of God. When we begin to prophesy, we want that word to come to pass. Like Samuel, God wats to put an anointing upon us so that when we speak the words of God there is life on them; and those words don't fall to the ground, they come to pass and people begin to listen to the Church. God wants to challenge us to know that we are kings. As we step into positions of spiritual authority God will release us to worldwide prominence and expand our territories. He will take us places that we have never dreamed to release His presence and power on earth. HOW TO ACCESS THE KEY OF DAVID David was a lover of God -- the key that he wielded was the key of intimacy with God. God has beed doing a work in those who have been in a place with Him in intimacy. The key of David will loose for us what God has already loosed in Heaven on our behalf, and it will also bind things that God has already bound in heaven (Matthew 16:19). When we operate in that key of intimacy, breakthrough will happen. Intimacy releases breakthrough. JESUS IS THE KEY OF DAVID "For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace, there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His Kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this." (Isaiah 9:6-7) Jesus came to the earth for a purpose: to seek and save that which was lost, (the authority that Adam lost in the Garden) see Luke 19:10. He's talking about the mandate of spiritual dominion rule and reign in the earth that the devil snatched up when Adam fell in the Garden. Jesus is the One who opened all the doors that needed to be opened and shut all the doors that need to be shut when He died and rose from the dead. The key of David will loose for us what God has already loosed in Heaven on our behalf, and it will also bind the things that God has already bound in Heaven: Matthew 16:19 -- "And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of Heaven...." Jesus states that He is getting the Keys back and giving them to the Church. We access the keys when we access Jesus. Knowing Jesus as a friend who is closer than a brother releases a co-laboring partnership empowered through intimacy. Rev 4:1 - "After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven; and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, 'Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.'" John is describing the ascended life. John 3:13 - "And no man hath ascended up to heave, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." The Lord has called us to ascend into heavenly relms encountering the Lord and that is the normal Christian life -- learning to live in realms of glory and learning to navigate realms of glory to where they have full and complete impact on how we think and how we see. We don't live on earth -- we are seated in heavenly places and we are to live from the ream of God's glory towards earth. What that has become is a point of theology instead of a point of expierence. And all of theology is an invitation to an encounter. WHAT REVELATION MEANS IS TO LIFT THE VEIL The truth has always been what He has done -- revelation lifts the veil so that you can see what what that truth is. We love concept so much that we stop at the concept of truth and not realize that with revelation comes the responsibilty to PURSUE THE ANOINTING so that we can display the effect of that truth. 1 Corinthians 12:5,7,31 - "Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. But the manifestation of the Spirit is give to every man to profit withal. But covet earnestly the best gifts.." Paul is lifting the veil on what they need to understand. In 1 Corinthians 14:1 it says to pursue earnstly spiritual gifts. What gifts? -- the ones he just unveiled in Chapter 12. It shows that the revelation of the gift didn't release the gift -- it showed just what is available. The revelation of truth shows what is available. And with revelation is the invitation to pursue for personal encounter -- we get into the secret place and look for the anointing so we can display that truth. WE ARE WIRED FOR THE GLORY -- WE ARE DESIGNED FOR THE GLORY John 7:37 - "If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink." The release of the spirit upon you is connected with Jesus' position of being glorified. Everything the HS does has only one aim -- to make us like Jesus. 1 John 4:17 --"As He is so are we in this world" -- resurrected, ascended, and glorified. In that position, so are we in the world. TRANSFIGURED MIND -- RENEWED MIND These scriptures reveal intent -- the weight of what already exists in our HS account. Matthew 17:2 -- "And was transfigured before them: and His face did shine as the sun, and his rainment was white as he light." The word for transfigured in Matthew 17:2 and Mark 9:2 is the same Greek word word for renewal in Romans 12:2. (Strongs 3339) That transfigured mind in the visual is what the renewed mind looks like in the invisible -- it is altogether brilliant. In this transfigured moment- Jesus is the prototype of the glorious pelople in this moment. The implact of who you are and what you carry. Moses was known for authority and Elijah for power -- these are the two realms that Jesus released over his disciples. This is the proptotype of what will happen with every believer who are to come to power and authority to effect and bring about change. JESUS PAID THE PRICE Jesus became sin so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him -- Moses and Elijah came to talk to Him about His upcoing death that was to make that possible. God is wanting to re-calibrate the hearts of people. Psalm 93 shows Asaph when he came into the sanctuary and experienced the glory. Everything outside the Glory is subject to distortion -- be mis-represented -- our passion desire, and ability is to live in the glory. Mark 3:14-15 says, "Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach, and to have power to heal sickness and to cast out demons." Luke 9:1 says, "Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases." He gave it to them. He just said, "Here, take it." And they took the impartation He gave them, and they healed the sick and ministered to everyone they met. John 20:21-22 says, "So Jesus said to them again, 'Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.' And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, 'Receive the Holy Spirit.'" God sent Jesus out with an immeasurable anointing of the Holy Spirit. And Jesus was saying to the disciples, "Now I'm going to send you out like My Father sent Me." That means Jesus imparted an immeasurable anointing to them. Every Believer has received a measure of impartation and anointing, but God has even more He wants to increase in you, because you're His temple, you're His workmanship; and He wants to manifest His glory, His nature, His character, and His power through your life. IMPARTATION IS AN INFUSING Paul says in Romans 1:11 -- "I long and I ache to see you that you may receive an impartation." Not just on, but IN. He says (paraphrased), "The impartation is going to be spiritual. It doesn't come from me. I'm just going to be a vessel, a signpost, and when I lay hands on you, I know what's going to happen. That's why I ache to see you. When you receive this, it's going to help you in what God has for your life". PRE-ORDAINED FOR GOOD WORKS In Ephesians 2:10 it says, "We are His workmanship." He's doing a work in you and has ordained good works for you, but it's never by your might, never by your ability, never by your power, but by the power of the Holy Spirit. Do you want impartation like that from the Lord? God wants to give you a download for your life – an impartation of new levels, new mantles, a new anointing, and a new commission! James 1:17 says, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning." Every good gift is from the Father. In Romans 1:11, Paul is describing a spiritual gift – from Spirit to spirit. Not from a man, not a natural blessing, but from the Lord. Ask the Lord for a direct blessing from Him to You. A divine impartation that is life-changing and life-establishing for you! Ask Him, and then by faith receive what He gives! God's Word says "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened" (Matthew 7:7-8). HAVE YOU BEEN ASKING? Have you been asking? Are you asking for an anointing for purpose? Watch out, you will receive fiery impartation of the Word of God for your life that will burn like fire in your bones! If you want this, align yourself and say, "I'm hungry. I'm so hungry for You, Lord Jesus." Matthew 7:9-11 says, "Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in Heaven give good things to those who ask Him!" Ask Him for a good gift! HOLY HUNGER IS SATISIFIED THROUGH DIVINE IMPARTATION Psalm 63:1-4 says, "O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory." You have a holy hunger that can't be satisfied by the natural. It can only be filled by the Holy Spirit and His mighty flow for your life. Ask right now for a mighty outpouring, a divine impartation from Him to you. Psalm 63:5 declares, "My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips." Ask God to pour out a mighty anointing upon you – to release the rich, abundant anointing of the Holy Spirit. To saturate you with such rich anointing that you can't help but be joyful, can't help but speak of His lovingkindness. We need the oil of the Holy Spirit, we need fresh oil every day. We need the perpetual unlimited flow of His precious oil in and through our lives. Let Psalm 92:10 be released right now: "But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil!" ASK RIGHT NOW Ask for divine impartation! The world needs to see a people who are not walking in the power of man or what religion can give but from the power of the precious Holy Spirit. "And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God." - 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 Ask God right now, regardless of where you are, for your own personal divine impartation. OBSERVATION: If I am not receiving from God, I need to change what I have been giving my attention to. Affirmations: I AM THE VICTORY THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. (1 Corinthians 15:57) I AM BLESSED WITH EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING IN THE HEAVENLY PLACES IN CHRIST. (Ephesians 1:3) I AM SEATED WITH CHRIST IN HEAVENLY PLACES. (Ephesians 2:6) Matthew 12:34-37 - "For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account therof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned". OBSERVATION: My future -- good or bad -- is in me, right now. It's in my mouth and it's determined by the words I speak. I am the prophet of my own life. AFFIRMATIONS: The Spirit of God is creating a desire for the NEW - I thank the Holy Spirit for helping me to press through into this new place. Revelation is opening my eyes and giving me this new vision. I arise now. My provision is waiting at the next level. The course of the river is beginning to change. I jump in and go up! A new height, a new momentum, and a new strength enters my soul. I refuse to sit any long in a low place. Revelation 22:1 - "And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb." OBSERVATION: God leads me to the river of His Spirit -- the current of clear goodness that flows without ceasing. As I step into that unfailing new life I will want nothing else. Exodus 23:30 - "Little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased enough to take possession of the land." God is unleashing something fresh from Heaven for you. Break out of your Great Depression of the past. It is a new season of provision and vision! God is blasting you into your future. His dream for you is greater than yours. Not one person in the Scriptures was mentally ready to step into what God told them, outside of Jesus. Each had to be blasted into their future, by His words and presence. There Will Be Resistance, But Angelic Assistance Will Prevail! Get ready to leave with the wealth of Egypt for your future! They received what had been robbed from their generations! There is a generational payback coming to those who will rise up and break the bondage. The giants are larger, and so are the victories! GOD HAS PREPARED A DESTINY FOR US Exodus 23:20 - "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared." There is a DESTINY God has prepared for you. God is sending angels to guard your journey. There will be resistance, but angelic assistance will prevail! It will take an angel to get you there. The word given to the Israelites to increase was to prepare them to receive their Promised Land. They did not increase and they missed what God had prepared for them. We must increase to participate in what God has for us. The anointing for increase is on you. You must increase to possess what is yours! What is waiting for you is awesome! The INCREASE of men and women in the Bible ignited in encounters with God: They saw Him larger. They saw themselves larger in God. They believed what God said and acted on it. They went past their past. Increase! KEY STRATEGIES TO ENTER THE PROMISED LAND 1. Get rid of everything that causes spiritual decrease: a. Fear. b. Unbelief. c. Doubt. d. Break through the limitations that you have accepted. 2. Obedience/Discipline: a. Every champion knows the work/discipline involved in victory. 3. Find the scriptures that show you who you are in Him -- Declare those scriptures out loud putting your name in them. 4. Ask God to show you what is your Promised Land. 5. Identify the giants. Identify yourself as a Joshua. 6. Get past the greatness of the past season and those who are no longer there to make it happen for you. Like Joshua, it is your turn. 7. Get past every dead issue and grief. 8. Believe what God has said about you and start acting on it NOW! 9. Keep His presence strong in your life. 10. Let the next breakthrough be a stepping stone, not a stopping place. 11. Plan as if you could not fail. Press the plan. 12. Pray with the expectation that you will receive. 13. Realize it is the Father's pleasure to give you the Kingdom, and you're part of it. 14. Be thankful for every step of the way and watch Him make a way where there is none. 15. Four Kinds of Power – Dunamis Miracle Anointing (Read Acts 1 & 2) 1 Corinthians 1:18; 4:20 18For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 20For the kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power. 2 Corinthians 4:7 7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves; (The anointing we call “Dunamis” comes from the New Testament Greek word that describes a special kind of explosive power from God. Dunamis means dynamic, miraculous power, might, magnitude, violence, mighty work, great power, abundance, great strength, great virtue and to do the impossible.) Revelation 4:5 5Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; (Dunamis is exuberant! It’s bold, experience oriented. It is the manifestation of God’s lightening.) Luke 24:49 - "And behold, I am sending forth the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.” Acts 1:8 8but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” (It is about pressing in for miracles, signs and wonders. Jesus told the disciples to wait in Jerusalem until the Holy Spirit came upon them and gave them Dunamis power. After the disciples waited ten days the Holy Spirit came. They had a “Dunamis” encounter, and the New testament church was birthed.) Luke 4:14; 4:36; 5:17 14And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district. 36And amazement came upon them all, and they began talking with one another saying, “What is this message? For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits and they come out.” 17One day He was teaching; and there were some Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting there, who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem; and the power of the Lord was present for Him to perform healing. (This supernatural endowment involves preaching and teaching the gospel and “healing every sickness and every disease among the people.”) Acts 4:31,33 31And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness. 33And with great power the apostles were giving testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant grace was upon them all. (“And they spoke the word of God with boldness”. It was right after this encounter with the Holy Spirit that “with great power (Dunamis) the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus." Summary: The miracle anointing is “Dunamis power”: When we have the anointing for miracles, at any time we can say who wants to be healed? Let’s release our Dunamis power. It’s not about us, it’s about Jesus’ miracle anointing (The Hebrew word “MASHACH” for anointing means rubbing or smearing with oil to consecrate someone. It’s also the word “SHEMEN”, which is the “burden removing yoke destroying” power of God.) In Ephesians 5:18 the apostle Paul told believers “do not be drunk with wine in which is dissipation but be filled with the Spirit.” So what does it mean to be filled? l Chronicles 14:2 - "And David perceived that the Lord had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel." David had been anointed king by the prophet Samuel when he was just a teenager. He'd known for years that someday he'd rule over Israel. Yet somehow, it hadn't really sunk in. Finally it dawned on him - he was actually king! At that moment, being king ceased to be something David had only thought about. It became something he really was. He could see himself king. Revelation 1:6 - "And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father.." QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. What has God anointed me to be. 2. What is the revelation of my royalty telling me. Affirmations: I STEP OVER THE LINE FROM TRYING TO BELIEVE TO ACTUALLY KNOWING BY DWELLING ON THE WORD OF GOD. I READ ABOUT IT, AFFIRM IT, AND THINK ABOUT IT. Psalm 29: David’s Breakthrough Psalm - " A Psalm of David. Give unto the LORD, O you mighty ones, Give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due to His name; Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. The voice of the LORD is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; The LORD is over many waters. The voice of the LORD is powerful; The voice of the LORD is full of majesty. The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars, Yes, the LORD splinters the cedars of Lebanon. He makes them also skip like a calf, Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox. The voice of the LORD divides the flames of fire. The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness; The LORD shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh. The voice of the LORD makes the deer give birth, And strips the forests bare; And in His temple everyone says, "Glory!" The LORD sat enthroned at the Flood, And the LORD sits as King forever. The LORD will give strength to His people; The LORD will bless His people with peace. Breakthrough in the Glory brings about many things. When the breakthrough comes it breaks, shakes, sets afaire, and births! And it brings about strength and peace. Those in the atmosphere of His presence experience strength and peace. When the King of Glory comes through the gates, He is strong and mighty. When we are in the Presence of the Mighty King, we give honor, glory and power to His name and the glory releases a realm of honor and righteousness. Strength and might are two attributes that flood the atmosphere in His presence. Strength and might are released deep into the hearts of God's people such that people have the strength to cast off their burdens and supernaturally believe the impossible to be possible. The strength of the Lord establishes us in "we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us" (Philippians 4:13) What an amazing thing it is to see the glory of the King drench a place and to witness the release of His holy zeal that transforms downcast souls into mighty ones! Strength and might -- strength and might comes when we usher in His presence, when the mighty ones "give unto the Lord the glory due to His name" when we"worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness" (Psalm 29:1,2) Questions to Ask Myself: ARE THERE CROOKED PLACES IN MY LIFE THAT NEED TO BE MADE STRAIGHT? (THE ANOINTING STRAIGHTENS MY PATH). ARE THERE SEEMINGLY INSURMOUNTABLE OBSTACLES THAT PREVENT ME FROM ACCOMPLISHING THAT WHICH GOD AS SET OUT FO ME TO DO? (GOD WILL SMASH THROUGH AND BREAK INTO PIECES THE GATES OF BRONZE!) AM I IMPRISONED BY INESCAPABLE BARS OF IRON? (GOD WILL CUT THEM!) DO I WANT TREASURES AND THE HIDDEN RICHES OF SECRET PLACES? Isaiah 4:2-6 - "In that day the Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious ..... When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and purged the bloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and the spirit of burning, then the LORD will create over the whole area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, even smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy. There will be a shelter to give shade from the heat by day, and refuge and protection from the storm and the rain." When we allow God’s purging fire to touch us He will place a covering of glory over our lives to protect us from the spirit of the world. There is a protection when we live in God’s purging fire. CONSUMED WITH HOLY PASSION Song of Solomon 8:6 - “Put me like a seal over your heart, Like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, Jealousy is as severe as Sheol; Its flashes are flashes of fire, The very flame of the LORD." This verse says that the fire of love is actually the very flame of God. The best part about God’s fire is His fire of love. When we are touched by His fire He not only purges the dross out of our lives but He also consumes us with the fire of holy passion. God is looking to pull out His glory on the people who are consumed with one desire. As we allow His love to consume us and everything in us that is not of Him, these flames of passion will begin to light fires that not only burn in our hearts, but turn us into torches of blazing light. The light in us will draw those who do not yet know Him into the flames of His presence. OPENED HEARTS TURNED TOWARDS JESUS Revelation 1:14 - "His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire." 2 Chronicles 16:9 - “For the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. You have acted foolishly in this. Indeed, from now on you will surely have wars.” Jesus is described as having eyes like flames of fire. He is looking for those whose hearts are opened and turned toward Him. The Lord wants to bring us to the place of the burning bush (Exodus 3:1-5). This revelation is what enables us to surrender all. It allows us to love and trust Him so completely that we lay down our agendas, turn aside from the everday, and launch out into the miraculous. It is what ignites us to be His flames of fire that burn - so the world might know His light. WITNESSING THE LOVE OF JESUS TO THE WORLD We go from the place of the burning bush where we encounter His love, to being burning bushes that carry His love. As we blaze with His love, shining brilliantly with the gifts, and fruits of the Spirit that witness that love to the world: 1. Many will be drawn from the paths they have been on and into encounters with the Holy One! 2. Many will be healed. 3. Many will be delivered. 4. Many will be saved. We become "human torches" that arise and shine, going forth into the streets and communities of cities and villages. People turn from their paths, come running up to us and ask, "What is this flame that does not burn you?" "What is this fire that radiates off of you?" "What is this warmth?" AFFIRMATIONS: I am a "human torch" that illuminates lost mankind. I carry the power and anointing of the kingdom of God. I set myself on God’s alter today to allow myself to be consumed by His fire of purging and His fire of love. I refuse to allow the move of God in me to be mis-carried. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

"Truly, truly, I say to you , he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."- John 14:12-13 God did not create us to be casual observers of history while we live here on earth. There is nothing casual about God! He is extreme, and He has called us to live extreme lives as history makers who live in constant increase as we go about transforming the world for His glory and His Kingdom, just as Jesus did! Jesus was extreme, and He branded and seared everything He touched with the Father's glory. He never settled for or experienced partial success. The Son's legacy made it possible for us to do the very same things that He did? The great and even greater miracles? That we have access to that very same fullness, the wisdom, and counsel. His dynamic legacy of miraculous and enabling power is our privilege. Even if we're in what the world may view as a pit, if we're suffering with infirmity or disease, losing everything -- we're still living on that divine plateau that Jesus laid before us! "But you shall receive power [dunamis: dynamite miraculous power, force, might, strength, enabling power through the Holy Spirit] when the Holy Spirit has come upon you." Acts 1:8 WHAT ARE YOU SETTLING FOR? If you have not, it may be because you have settled for less than God has intended and made available to you all along by His precious Spirit. Many of us are content with partial victories because of a MINDSET OF LIMITATION. People should beg to know Jesus when we walk into a room! We are not seeing the greater manifestations of God's might and power, the greater brightness of His glory flowing in and through us, empowering us to see truly incredible transformations. How He did blaze those incredible historic highways was by flowing in the "rich treasure of His glory" that the apostle Paul speaks about -- that treasure that fills you throughout all of your being unto ALL the FULLNESS of God (see Ephesians 3:16, 19) for that incredible, enabling dunamis power in all things. The Spirit of God and power go hand-in-hand. Paul himself said that his speech and preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power (see 1 Corinthians 2:4). Jesus blew the lid off limitation because He would not settle for a measure or for a limit. Human minds, wisdom and ability are limited. He had to seek and rely on the fullness of God's Spirit upon Him in wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, and knowledge, which enabled Him to do the things He did that radically changed the very course of history. Only the FULLNESS of God's Spirit satisfied Him. He did not move an inch without that rich treasure upon Him and the Spirit's fullness thereof flowing out of Jesus' heart; His presence manifested in everything. JESUS SAID: "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.' But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified"' (John 7:37-39). Note that "river" is pluralized. This indicates multiple flows of the precious Holy Spirit so that by His divine power we will be partakers of His nature in us (see 2 Peter 1:3, 4). Each of these great flows of the precious Holy Spirit are available to every Believer to help us live in constant increase as we go about transforming the world for His glory. God desires us to see the Spirit of God flow in and through our lives for total victory and searing success in bringing in the Kingdom of God. We receive empowerment to do the extraordinary so that Jesus will receive glory and honor through His great power working in and through you. CEASLESS RIVERS OF LIVING WATER What it takes to transform or to see growth in your ministry or personal life is His constant manifest presence upon you and the fullness of Him operating through you in wisdom, understanding, might, knowledge, and reverent fear of the Lord. It is an limitless anointing available to all, which removes all limitation and impossibility. The Lord wants to release in and through your life these ceaseless rivers of living water so that your life would demonstrate daily the mighty and powerful flow of the Holy Spirit, that by His divine power, you can bless the land with His glory. "Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord....for he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river...nor will cease from yielding fruit..I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings." - Jeremiah 17:7,8,10 As we pursue God's PURPOSE for our life (Matthew 7:7,8), His Kingdom and righteousness--all things--are added to us. We move ahead in the army of God, advancing His Kingdom. As long as we keep marching, we're changing because faith moves us ahead, step-by-step. If we don't give up, eventually we walk into the Promised Land. The last command of Jesus while on earth says, "Go!" That's why we often see the anointing increase as we go, moving with the cloud. FROM NARROW - TO TRANSITION - TO ENLARGEMENT We are in a process of change. Our gifts are being drawn out of us in stretching dimensions. We have been and are going through places of testing and confinement in the Body. What is this place of testing and confinement? This is a place less wide than we are accustomed to or have expected to be in. If we respond properly to the "narrow or confined place," we will enter into the phase of "transition" to be brought into a "larger place" in the Spirit. The new place is like the camel going through the eye of the needle (Matthew 19:24). One school of thought was that that was a narrow gate. The only way the camel could get through was to be unloaded. This is the needle – the narrow gate. This is a place of unloading the weights of the past and a place of fresh commitment to the Cross where we die to self all over again. The "narrow place" (Matthew 7:14) can lead us out of captivity into a new and open field. HOW CAN WE MAKE THE TRANSITION? Transition times are when the Lord redefines and makes adjustments necessary for us to move forward. He gives us new focus and direction. He teaches us about Himself in a new way. We must seek the Lord for both revelation and the ways of God in times of change. His revelatory perspective bridges the past season with the new one. Without clear revelation and communication during transition, we can lose the strength and wisdom of our past victory. But we desperately need His strength to go from glory to glory. It isn't the new thing coming that is so hard to deal with, it's the transition from the old state of affairs to the new one. As you travail in this season, ask the Lord to give you strategy to protect your vision. Remember, the dragon attempts to steal new birth (see Revelation 12:4). Press forward! Cry out for greater grace to be granted to keep moving forward. When these changes manifest, enlargement occurs. To "enlarge" is to expand, to set free, become greater in size and intensity. Enlargement – or going through the new open door – is a process, not just a proclamation. Press through the narrow, withstand the transition, and receive enlargement. THE PROCESS OF CHANGE 1. A new level of revelation is released, 2. Your present vision starts to be adjusted, 3. New vision is secured and established, 4. Fresh strategies are revealed to you, 5. You see a greater fullness of your inheritance before you, If you are experiencing a "narrow place of confinement," or you sense you are in transition, be assured, He is about to visit you with a fresh demonstration of His Spirit. May your resources increase and your trials become stepping stones to renewed power and revelation. When you have come through the "new door," there are others who have been watching your pilgrimage. When you are strengthened, you will be enlarged to give spiritual succor to others in Jesus' name! "Each one's work will become clear; for the day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one's work...If anyone's work which he has buit on it endures, he will receive a reward." - 1 Corinthians 3:13,14 How exciting to know that change originates with the Creator of the Universe. "For we all with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18). Press forward!
