  1. Scriptures that promise that the Lord will take believers prior to the tribulation: (some of these are from memory so I may need to fix.) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. I Thessalonians 4:18 [So we can take comfort that He will catch us up to Himself.] And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. I Thessalonians 1:10 [Those who do not believe in an imminent rapture would add the word death after "wrath" and are erring. It just says the wrath.] Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ. Titus 2:13 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in his pavilion, In the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me. He shall set me upon a rock. Psalm 27:10 [This specifically points to "the time of trouble," also called "the time of Jacob's trouble," "the tribulation," and shows that believers will be where God dwells during that time.] For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ. I Thessalonians 5:9 [This does not say wrath at time of death.] So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Heb. 9:28 Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:9 Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Revelation 3:10 [The time of temptation, I believe is the time of tribulation, trial of all the world.] Call upon Me in the day of trouble, and I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify Me. Psalm 50:15 [I had saved this Scripture prior to 26 September 2017 when I realized Psalm 50 contains details about the rapture, about Israel's response afterwards, and about the wicked and what they must admit do if they hope to find the Lord.] We have confidence to come into the holy place through the blood of Jesus. Hebrews 10:19 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. I Cor. 3:11-15. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and the adder, the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him. I will set him on high, because he hath known My Name. Psalm 91:13-14 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. Psalm 34:7 Psalm 50:3 Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. 4 He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. 5 Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Luke 12:32 2 Peter 2:9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished 2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, Isaiah 26:19-21 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. 20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. 21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. I Thessalonians 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words. Mark 13:32-37 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. 33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34 For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. 37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. [We are like the porter who was to watch the door: commanded to watch.] Luke 12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. 2dec2017
  2. He comes in wrath, His garments dipped in blood Isa. 62, 63; Rev. 19 Isaiah Chapter 62:11-12 and 63:1-6 11 Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. 12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken. 1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. 5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. 6 And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth. Revelation 19:7-16 7 For the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.... 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.... 11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. 18 Jul 2019
  3. With all the talk about OSAS and Legalism and Repenting and all this STUFF......... I thought it would be a good idea to show you an idea of how to think about salvation so that its really made to be understood ....as so very simple. Here we go.. Adam had the righteousness of God. He was made this way....(let us make man in our image....same as us, regarding spirituality)........Adam had God's Spirit in him. He was "righteous"......exactly like God. When he disobeyed, ate the apple...... He lost his Righteousness...and he spiritually died. ..He was no longer ONE with God, and had became "fallen"....or you could think of it as..,,,,, disconnected from God's Spirit and LIFE. Salvation is God reconnecting you to him, exactly as Adam was connected to God, before He fell. So, What had to happen so that WE who have this "adamic nature", this unrighteousness as our very spiritual SELVES........... what had to happen so that we could AGAIN be like the 1st Adam,= "sinless", "righteous? What had to happen, so that we could be reestablished as the same RIGHTEOUS, as the original Adam? Well, Jesus, the 2nd Adam, had to come and die, and give us HIS Righteousness, so that we are reestablished like Adam was spiritually..... before Adam the 1st lost his righteousness. See it? So, Salvation, is God reestablishing us, as the same RIGHTEOUSNESS, as Adam had before he fell. Its the same "one with God" in Spirit, that is our "born again" redemption. This is the effect of being BORN AGAIN......we are SPIRITUALLY remade the same as the 1st Adam before he fell, because the 2nd Adam, (Jesus), took our sin and died for it all, and gave us in place of our sin, ..his very righteousness. "the gift of Righteousness". So, this recreates us...(born again) to be the same as Adam was, SPIRITUALLY, BEFORE HE FELL. This is what Salvation does for us. This is BORN AGAIN.< blessings, <B><
  4. The bible says that Jesus bore our sin on the Cross, so then, who are we to not believe it. ? After all, if we are born again, then we have now become "the righteousness of Christ", and Jesus "became (our) sin". 2nd Corinthians 5:21, and what is also amazing, is that its God His Father that "made" this all happen. Here is a pretzel.....God is Jesus on the Cross, sending Himself down from Heaven, to Die as a Man. In John 1:10, Jesus was "standing on the earth HE CREATED", = "God said, LET THERE BE", in Genesis....... and this is JESUS now standing on it, and soon He was going to be hanging between the earth and sky that HE Created with.... words....and Jesus is the WORD ..... made flesh. On the Cross, Jesus is not just dying for sin, He literally became sin. I'll show you somehting else that is pretty interesting, as maybe you've not thought this or been shown it before... You all know this verse...... "we are not UNDER the Law but we are UNDER Grace". In other words, the reason for the Law....is that the law shows us our sinfulness, as this is the purpose of it, which then leads us to the One who dies for them on the Cross, gives us His Righteousness......you know, (Salvation). But notice this.... our NT says that the LAW was abolished, being NAILED to the Cross. Colossians 2:14 Now this does not mean the law and the 10 C's are no longer behavioral lifestyle guides regarding our Christian Discipleship, sure...but what it means is that because Jesus fulfilled the law in our place, the law now has no authority to judge us as sinners. Remember, God's law does this, not Jesus, not God. This is why Jesus never JUDGED any one, He always said. "sins are forgiven", "go thy way"...etc..... as that is why HE CAME, whereas the Law can not do this, it can only judge you to be a sinner, based on ITSELF as it reveals God's morally righteous moral code. So, Jesus abolished the law (took away its power to judge us as sinners), which is why Romans 4:8 has to be understood fully or Salvation can't be completely accepted or understood as it is meant to be, in both cases. So, there is Jesus, dying on the cross, and where is the Law that is abolished and NAILED to the Cross with him?? Its nailed. Where? Its above his HEAD. He is UNDER THE LAW, on the Cross, DYING. And we are NOT UNDER IT< because He died under it for us. "You are not UNDER the Law but under GRACE , <. see that? = Because Jesus is UNDER IT, on the Cross. He took away its power to JUDGE a born again believer. His death FINISHED not only our Eternal Redemption, but it also forever eliminated the Law's Legal right to judge us as SINNERS. <B><
  5. Gospel : Paul teaching = "preaching of the Cross". "we preach Christ Crucified"..."Jesus sent me not to baptize but to preach the Gospel".."faith comes by hearing this"..... So, all that, if believed by an unbeliever resolves an eternal issue...... What is the issue? What is God's purpose for coming to earth to die as Jesus The Christ on a Cross? What is He doing?...What is He alone solving, that all our 10 commandment keeping and holy lifestyle can never solve, which is WHY HE had to solve it? ? And right here is what is so often misunderstood, or not taught correctly, and this is why so many people who mean well, and love Jesus, or would like to love him, do not understand <>WHAT IS<> the actual reason that God came here to die. So what is that reason? The reason, is that keeping the law, the 10 commandments, and doing good works, confessing sin, and living as holy as we can, could not make us acceptable to God.. And here is the "catch 22".... It also can't AFTER you are saved. And right here is where "Legalism vs Grace" becomes the touchstone of constant fighting on forums, and everywhere else that it can show up where believers WILL clash. (Apparently this clash became such a long standing fight and fury on this forum that members here are barred from posting- fighting about it.) It is a fact and statement of the CROSS that the law and the 10 Commandments can't make you righteous, they can only show you that you are unrighteous., as that is the actual purpose of the Law, as well as outlining what God expects regarding our basic moral conduct & behavior, once we are born again. So, how can it be that half the body of Christ is trying to keep all this, all these works, and they believe that this is "keeping them saved". Whereas the other half of the body of Christ is trusting in Jesus to keep them saved. So, do you see the line in the sand? Its this " What is keeping you SAVED"....that is the minefield of theological confusion. THATS the fight. Legalism vs Grace. Its happening on every forum like this one, and its the reason for 5000 denominations that don't agree, and 300 bibles that don't agree. This issue started with Paul and his preaching of "justification by Faith" >alone, and he wrote the letter to the Galatians that talks about it, and explains it. 2000 yrs later, this issue of Legalism vs Grace is still a fist fight between "Christians". Here on this forum, apparently they outlawed the battle. Isn't it interesting to realize that if the 10 commandments, or lawkeeping, or living holy, could save you or keep you saved, if that were the truth, then Jesus could have stayed in Heaven and saved Himself some PAIN..... But ita not the case. Now im not certain what you have been taught, but i teach that you "present your body a living sacrifice" and you to "live holy as God is holy", not to save yourself or keep yourself saved, but because this is what you should do, and what God expects, .. because you ARE saved. The Legalist would argue that .."no, you do it to stay saved", and if you don't then you're not. I wonder, reader, what you believe. However, keep it to yourself, as this is between you and God, tho make sure you get it right, as if you get it wrong and you are teaching it, then Galatians 1:8 has become quite a literal issue for you. So, leaving all that now, lets just look at the problem that God had to come here and solve for us, as to look at this, is to understand the reason for Salvation which is to understand Salvation. Our problem we had, before we were saved, is only one thing, one issue only. And God Himself had to solve it, because we can't. We are born, and we get older, and we don't have any righteousness. None. And so, God can't accept us, because we are UNRIGHTEOUS. This is "lost", "unsaved"....hellbound = we don't have any RIGHTEOUSNESS< as all of ours, are "filthy rags". So, in steps SALVATION... Down from Heaven God as The Christ arrives... The Cross has been raised.... As God bleeding out on the "tree" has come down from Heaven to give us HIS righteousness so that He can accept us, based on THAT.......and for no other reason will He accept you, or me. God, literally became a man, and died on a Cross, to GIVE US "the righteousness of Christ". (God's very own righteousness). And that is what salvation actually is....Its God coming to earth to give us His righteousness so that HE can accept us, as by giving us His very righteousness, this makes us acceptable to God. Welcome to Salvation. Salvation is only.... "what makes you acceptable to God"....and that is one thing, its GOD'S Righteousness, becoming ours. A born again person, has literally BECOME "the righteousness of Christ", and Christ is GOD. To say that God's Grace is amazing, is really the least of what it is... How can you describe the wonder of God, dying to give you His righteousness in place of your unrighteousness, as a free Gift? Is there a word that can even claim to honor this spiritual transaction enough? Just one. LOVE. Agape` Love. God is LOVE.
  6. I wanted to talk to you about your Salvation, which is your personal and private relationship with God. Maybe you are not enjoying it. Maybe its become a dead weight in your heart, that gives no joy, no life, and no hope. Many Christians are exactly like this. They have long ago trusted the Lord, they are born again, and yet, over time, what use to be LIFE in them is now a slow torture. Almost a misery. So, let me talk to you about this, and lets easily solve this so that you can once again know how it use to be when you were first saved, and life was BRAND NEW, and all you wanted to do was have more of God. Remember ? To get back THERE........is very easy to do. Its not a slow progression back. And in fact, i want you to see this picture in your mind.... Take a look... You see a path that is leading across a pretty field, and at the end of the path is a yard, and a small white cottage stands in the yard. Its in the early evening, not quite dark, its Springtime and there are candles burning in the windows. In all the windows, there are candles glowing a golden glow. The brown wooden front door is wide open, and standing on the porch, by the open door, all dressed in white is Jesus. Its Jesus. He is standing there. He is looking across the yard, and into the path. He is looking at you because you stopped just before you walked across the yard to Him. You can see His face. He is smiling gently at you. You notice that His arms are open as if to give you a warm hug. Then you see what you really didnt expect. You see that Jesus has tears in His Eyes. In His eyes are tears. These tears are for you. These are tears of longing, and hope, and joy, because He has wanted you to come home, and has been waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... And now you are there. So... Go to the Lord. Go Home. - - Ok, if you are away from the Lord for a while, there are generally only a few reasons. One, is that you have been sinning, and you feel so guilty and condemned in your heart. Two, is that you have some bitterness in your life. Maybe a divorce. Maybe someone you loved died. Maybe you are just very unhappy with your life. Its such a struggle. But what you are feeling is that you blame God. You blame Jesus. You are angry at them.. Three, Maybe a Christian has hurt you. Maybe a church has greatly disappointed you. Maybe both, and you are just not wanting to be a part of any of this, anymore. Now there are other things i can list, but, ive learned that most of us, when we are not close to the Lord, ... its because of those 3, so, no matter what your reason might be, ..being away from the Lord is the same empty feeling, its the same sense of no direction and no hope, yet its so very easy to solve this situation, whatever it is, that is keeping you away from God who loves you. So, How do you get back? Well this is very simple. You see that picture i gave you? You see that Jesus? He is there all the time, just like that. And yet what we do sometimes, is we dont see Him like this when we are not close to God and Christ. Instead we see our feelings, our disappointments...... we feel our guilty condemnation... and our bad feelings lead us to believe that God is upset with us, and in fact, He is not. God is Love, you see. And the only thing He will ever do or feel, towards His Child, which you are, is to feel Love towards you. God's only thoughts toward you, His Child, are good thoughts. God only and always wants the best for you. God is love, and that is all He ever has to give you. And this love, is expressed into your life and into your heart as His favor, blessing, peace, hope, power, self control, and Love. Now, i listed 3 reasons that might be the reason you are not as close to the Lord as you were once. And if you are reading this, it could be because you are someone who feels that God is so distant and you are so unworthy. And.... no matter the reason, or the reasons, and no matter how you feel...... God is always at the door, waiting for you. Jesus is never going to turn you away. He will never require you to do anything so that He would accept you or love you. God's love is REAL LOVE, because it is unconditional. You see, God loves you, because that is what He does....That is who He is.... And His Love's only requirement is that you Let Him Love You. And THAT, my brother or my sister,..... is how you return to God and Christ. You realize His Love and you allow It for yourself. You allow it for yourself.... And when you do, and as soon as you do, you will feel His presence, and you will know it. And no matter what you have done, or what you have felt, if you will just see Jesus, standing at the door, looking at you, ... then you can understand How God Loves YOU. Let God love you. Allow God to Love you...... He is still waiting...... always. <B><
  7. A mystery is something that has not been uncovered or revealed. The Trinity is really not a mystery, as this is a misapplied definition that someone once used who didn't understand it, or didnt want to believe it, and it has sort of hung around Christendom, seemingly forever. Now then......The Bible lays out the reality of God's existence, generally, as 3 distinct aspects, yet as One individual whole.... So, here we go.... Lets take a look : First......Think of yourself......are you a spirit , a soul, and a body?......... How many is that?......Well, you are Tri-part being. You are 3 in One. Have you ever noticed the sun in the sky? The Sun: is Heat, Light, and Actinic rays. (ultraviolet, etc). That is 3 parts of the same ONE..... So, is that a mystery? The reason most Christians think of these type things as mysteries, is because we live in the natural world, we exit in the natural realm, and so, what we don't see with our eyes, = "mystery". "seeing is believing". So, God is 3. But He is One. ... Like this : Christ said that He is "In the Father", John 10:30 Thomas kneeled before Christ and said...>"my Lord and my GOD",..... and Jesus didn't correct Him. John 20:28 Christ said......."touch me not, i have not yet ascended to my Father and yours"........ John 20:17 The reason the Pharisees wanted to kill Jesus is .....1.) Envy. 2.) Legalism: Religious Spirit, and because Jesus said......"Before Abraham was...... I AM"....and this is Jesus referring to Himself "pre incarnate", as in Genesis 1, when He was not yet "God manifested as a man, in the FLESH". John 8:58 1 Timothy 3:16 So, we see that Jesus is talking about Himself (referring to Himself as God), before He was later come down from heaven as " God manifested in the FLesh"....... John 8:58 and 1 Timothy 3:16 Ok then, i wrote a simple and quick "Trinity" study recently that i'll now post for you to use if you feel like studying all this, that im posting for yuo Here is the rest.... - 1.) John 1:10.. If you read it, you'll read that Jesus was in and literally placed His feet on the World HE created. 2. ) Colossians 1:6 says that through JESUS, and by Jesus, all things were created. 3.) 1 Timothy 3:16 says that "God" was manifested, (was made flesh and walked among us as a Man) "" 4. ) John 20:28 says that Thomas the Apostle, upon first seeing Jesus after He rose from the dead , said... "My Lord AND MY GOD".... JESUS is the "word made flesh". God made all that you see, by speaking words. "Let there BE...... light, nature, creation, all of it"....>"Let there BE" is like saying, let there BECOME..... God spoke it, and it (creation) appeared. Genesis 1. In the beginning was the Word and the Word (Jesus) was with God, and the Word (Jesus) was/is God. So, there you have Jesus as the Word before He was sent here to die, being worshipped as God after He was sent here. That is God the Father, and Jesus as the Word made flesh = 2 Then add the Holy Spirit, the comforter...... = 1 2 +1 = 3 Three are "One", as Jesus says. "I and my Father are ONE"..... yet, they are each, one of themselves. "Trinity".
  8. "Study to show thyself approved unto GOD", is the way God teaches you to "rightly divide the word of God". So, here we go. Lets do a bible study that "compares scripture with scripture". ----- Let tart with Ephesians 2:15 that teaches that the Law is Abolished by Christ//Cross. Then you can follow up with Colossians 2:14 which explains it again. Next, go to 2nd Corinthians 3:7 2nd Corinthians 3:11 and you'll read where the "stone" commandments, the law, are now described as ministers of "death", that they administer DEATH, (not life) and the "stone" commandments are obviously the 10 Commandments. So, you have all of this "abolished" on the Cross, in the FLESH of Jesus, as stated in the New Testament. Then, you have the verse that tells you that you are "no longer UNDER the Law" Romans 6:14. And also we are shown in Romans 3:21, that our Salvation - Redemption, (Righteousness) is APART from the Law, and not connected to the Law. Be sure to understand this phase....."our righteousness is APART from the LAW". This is because our righteousness is.. "we are MADE the righteousness of God > thru CHRIST". Be sure to realize clearly the word "MADE", in this verse... 2 Corinthians 5:21 Now, All this is simply teaching us, that before we were born again, we were being Judged by the law, but now we are not, because Jesus has abolished all this by His Blood and by His Cross. We are now "under Grace", and this means the law has no more power to judge us as sinners, because the Blood of Jesus has taken its place and this is explained in Romans 10:4, where you are shown that "Christ is the end of the LAW.........> for righteousness." Now did you get that part that says....."Christ is the end of the Law"? And who is Christ?......Isn't He God? So, when you want to be righteous, you have to deal only with the one who is THE END of the Law......and that is God, who is Christ. And here is the 2nd part of this understanding of How Christ as God has removed the Law - commandments, from us .. Romans 8:2......Which says that Jesus has established another and final law for righteousness, that makes you free from the law of commandments......which are described as DEATH. 2 Corinthians 3:7 and are not gone. 2 Corinthians 3:11 This new law that a born again believer exists WITHIN, "in Christ", is explained by the verse, Romans 8:2like this.. > through Christ Jesus, the law of the Spirit who gives life,....= has set you free from the law of sin and death. (commandments and Law). The law of sin and death is the Commandments-Law that no longer have the power to judge you and condemn you as UNHOLY, before God, IF you are born again. If you are not, then the law is still in effect, judging you as Lost - Unsaved, Damned, currently. John 3:36 Understand that The law (10 commandments) itself has no ability to do anything, but show you your sin and your sinfulness........as it can only JUDGE YOU as guilty before God, till Christ redeems you from the "curse of the Law"... Galatians 3:13 That is why it was created by God. To (judge us) = reveal our sinfulness, in comparison with God's Holiness. And its because of the Law, (commandments) that we understand that we are not Holy, and from this understanding the scripture tells us that what the Law is doing for us, is "become our schoolmaster that LEADS us or shows us our NEED to be saved... Galatians 3:24 ""Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith." So, as you can READ, the law-commandments is not given to save you, its given to show you YOUR NEED to be saved by the SAVIOR, Christ Jesus. Understand? And the reason this verse says..."WAS our schoolmaster" is because its no longer in effect, to judge us, as we are "not under the law, but UNDER GRACE". The Law, is designed to prove our "fallen state"...and did...and that we need to correct this, Galatians 3:24 and that is Why God as Jesus The Christ came.....He came to correct our "lost condition" that is REVEALED to us by the LAW Galatians 3:24 that shows us what we are, AS COMPARED, to God's Holiness. Understand? Listen....its the law - 10 commandments -= that show you your lost condition, your fallen condition, your unholy condition. > Its PURPOSE. That is why God gave it to you. The Law-10 commandments is a reflection of God's holiness, that reveals to you your unholiness, and does this not to save you, but to LEAD you to the SAVIOR.........leads you to God's Grace, which is God on a Cross paying for your sin, so that He can Accept you if you BELIEVE...... And to be accepted by God, through the Cross, is SALVATION, is the GRACE OF GOD......is the Blood Atonement, is REDEMPTION. Galatians 3:24 shows you where you need to go to get SAVED. Now, were the confusion often comes in , = regarding the Law-commandments and how Legalists misuse it against Grace..... > A legalist believes that by keeping the law, (commandments) they are keeping themselves saved. They do not understand the purpose of the Law and Commandments...... Galatians 3:24. nor do they accept it, when they are told. So for the legalist, keeping the Law and Commandments, has become THE WAY they believe they maintain God's acceptance-approval of them. Paul, in Galatians says, that they are "in the flesh", and have "fallen from Grace". The idea of a born again person being "in the flesh", as it's explained in Galatians, is that they do not believe or Trust that Jesus keeps them saved, so they have "gone back", ... they have left their In Christ alone Faith, and are now trusting in themselves to stay saved, by keeping commandments and worrying about the LAW. Understand that Trusting in commandment keeping - law keeping... to be accepted by God, is rejecting (Grace) ... God's ONLY method for you to be accepted by Him. God's acceptance of a person is only through the CROSS... is "Grace"... but the Legalist has gone away from this, (fallen from it),(fallen from Grace) and they are now trusting in the self effort of commandment-law keeping.....as their way they believe that God will accept them, if they continue doing it, and this is why they only talk about the law and commandments on forums like this one. They can't talk about Grace, because they are "fallen from Grace". Understand? Paul teaches that this reverting back to trusting in laws and commandments instead of ONLY trusting in Christ to save you and keep you saved....(Grace) is to be "in the flesh". Now this verse is key......Galatians 3:3....>Paul is asking a Legalist....."are you so foolish that after you have been redeemed by Christ's Blood alone, (Grace) that you now turn from this and go back and trust the Law AND KEEPING THE 10 COMMANDMENTS to keep you saved"? (Fallen from Grace) See it? Most Legalist can't, and dont care to look, actually. Also... A born again person, OSAS... recognizes the 10 commandments and many other similar bible "don't do's", that we obey everyday, because we understand these are our boundaries, regarding our behavior., and when the bible tells us to "be holy as God is holy", then we understand that the Holiness of God, is shown as the 10 commandments, etc. So, living our lives within these boundaries, is wisdom, is protection. But what its not, (Keeping the 10 commandments and The Law) is NOT our Salvation or our Redemption. We understand Galatians 3:24 We OSAS, understand that we are "no longer under the law but are under GRACE", Romans 6:14 which means that for the born again, the 10 commandments and the Law are only our HOLY guidelines that we are to realize that God provided...= as our (Christian Discipleship) lifestyle - behavioral boundaries... = They are not able to redeem us, but they protect us from the consequences of living outside them. So, we don't. Finally... So, what is the difference in interpretation between someone who understands Grace, OSAS.... and someone who does not understand it, or has fallen from it, the Legalist, when both think about and recognize the Law and the 10 Commandments. ?>?? Well, the OSAS, understands that we are to realize and obey the 10 commandments ONLY as our behavioral boundaries... our Lifestyle boundary.......and to live outside them, to break them by our behavior, is to harm our lives and this also displease God. But, we understand that these same 10 commandments and other Laws, have no power to redeem us, or make us right with God, or keep us saved. OSAS, understands and BELIEVES that = Only the shed Blood of God as Jesus on the Cross has the power to save, to keep you saved, and to cleanse you from all your sin, continually. This is Redemption, and the Law and the 10 Commandments, can't ever do this.....not ever. The Legalist, on the other hand, keeps the law and 10 commandments, for all of those same LIFESTYLE reasons, but they also trust these laws and commandments as their way to be SAVED and to Stay saved, instead of ONLY trusting in Christ alone for Redemption. Understand that if you don't also trust Christ and Christ alone to keep you saved, then you are not trusting in Christ, at all.
  9. Behold

    Jesus <> God

2nd Corinthians 4:6 : " For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ."" Let us search the way this verse reveals how Jesus is God.... John 1:10 So beautiful. --------------------------- """For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness......"""" This is not only a reference to Genesis....."let there be LIGHT". But its a reference to and a description of Yeshua, who IS TRUTH, John 14:6....& came to this fallen (Dark) World He created, John 6:51 and shined and still shines, as the "Light of the World". Its also a statement regarding spiritual darkness, as the state of the fallen, defined as "the World", as they are described as having their "mind's blinded" by the Devil. 2nd Corinthians 4:4. As.... if you are mentally - spiritually blinded, then you are INSIDE Spiritual Darkness, and it is INSIDE YOU. The verse continues... "hath shined in our hearts".... Here the idea is, that The Truth (as shining) is being revealed to us, concerning Christ, who is the shining Light of the world. He is not "a" truth, but in fact Jesus is "THE" Truth. John 14:6 and continuing the revelation, (the shining)... and now explaining the "why" of the (shining) revelation.. = what is the purpose? "to give the knowledge".... as this is the reason for all "Light" that is given. Its to reveal and impart... Its a means to open the eyes of your Spiritual UNDERSTANDING.... as something revealed by the shining Light of revelation, is an opening into the understanding of a spiritual knowledge. This is the purpose of the shining of the light (revelation) into our hearts.... And what is the revelation? First.... That Jesus has been revealed to us, by our spiritual awakening. (Quickening). We have been given the revelation that Jesus is the Messiah, The Savior, The Son of God, who is the One sent from and came down from Heaven, John 6:51. and that Jesus alone is Salvation...."THE way". "i am THE resurrection".... "that you may KNOW that you have eternal life", as Jesus IS eternal life. The reason you have eternal life right now, is because you have Jesus, who IS Eternal Life. and foremost the revelation is to expose THIS Truth.... = "of the Glory of God......(where ?) .= IN THE FACE of Jesus Christ."""" And what is the Glory of God? Its His essence.. Its His Righteousness, ..... Its His nature..... it's His image..... Its HIMSELF, revealed as JESUS the Righteous, whose name...is HOLY., and Holy is the Lamb. They are the same. They are One. In the beginning the word was God, and God Timothy 3:16. is manifested in the Flesh as "I am". This is why when Thomas, upon first seeing Jesus after He was resurrected said...."my Lord and my GOD", and Jesus didn't correct Him, as why would God correct the Truth regarding Himself ? ??? So, THIS = is why you have this verse in the NT.....> "if you've seen ME (Jesus) you've SEEN the Father,""", as God and Jesus are mirrors of each other. Jesus is the image of God, the Face of God, the Grace of God, the Truth of God, The Blood of God, the Word of God, the Spirit of God, the Glory of God, the Righteousness of God, the Heart of God, The Love of God, the Forgiveness of God, and the Power of God. Jesus is God.
  10. Tattooed By Your Blood 4/23/17 Sunday 10:03am-10:58am Turning left to right, Each day and each night, I know why I fight, For you’ve shown me your light, For you’ve given me life. My spirit has lifetime insurance, It’s given me a reason to dance, It’s a never ending abundance, A never ending life that still comes to overflood, For that night, I was tattooed by your blood. My spirit will never face death, No, not again, One day, I will take my last breath, Though I don’t know when, It’s your love and life that I’ll have left. Though each day my flesh shows it’s ways, And each day demons remind me of my worst days, I remember that after I was tattooed by your blood, I am a new creature and forgiven by your grace, For me you gave up your life & washed all my sins away. No matter how much blood I shed, It’s not like the blood you have shed. For my body may lose it’s life, But yours has brought me to life from death. For when I was tattooed by your blood that night, For when I was brought up from darkness to light, My heart has completely transformed, And now my spirit is reborn! It’s a miracle only you can perform!! I’m thankful that you’ve shown me eternal grace, I’m so glad that one day I may see your face. For something so priceless and grand, It will be a privilege to hold your hand. I could spend all my life thanking you forever, For a life with you cannot get any better. It’s sad to see the world doesn’t know you, It’s sad to see how much they need you, too. It’s sad to see they don’t know it’s you they need, It’s sad to see they refuse you for their own greed. I’m glad to see there’s at least a few you will save, I’m glad to know it’s not based on how we behave. I’m glad to see how you have changed who we are, I’m glad to know you take the deepest place in my heart. I hope others will understand it’s you they need, And the reason that day your body would bleed. I could see after you gave me a tattoo and covered my eyes with mud, And the same for them, they just need the same exact tattoo by your blood. I understand all this because… That is the way I once was, Before I was tattooed by your blood.
  11. The reason a believer would not have eternal confidence that they are going to heaven, subsequent to (following) their Salvation, is because no one has truly taught them how to understand Salvation. See, there are a lot of ways to teach "Salvation", but there is only on True Way to teach it, and to understand it. To begin with...... many have the idea that Salvation is..... "i heard the gospel, believed it, and i trusted in Christ". Ok, thats true........ but how did THAT make certain that you are going to heaven?.........So, THIS is what so many of you were not taught, after you were born again, and so many find themselves going along for the rest of their born again lives pulling daisies and asking themselves....."did i lose it, .....did i confess it back........did i lose it again.........did i confess it back.........did i lose it.........do i need to go back to the alter for the 17th time and get "re-saved"....do i need to do a penance.... do i need to find a priest and tell him all so that he can make me right with God, again..........and so on, and on and on, and on, and on, on on on .....> So, lets just explain How God saved you, and then you can leave your salvation in His hands and out of yours, as you are incapable of saving yourself or keeping yourself saved. Philippians 1:6 Here we go.. By the time you were 17 you had long passed the age of accountability where you had become a sinner. So, this put you in a situation that we all face........"Ive sinned, and unforgiven sinners dont go to heaven to live in Joy and Harmony with God, for all eternity". So, immediately, we see the issue........The issue is not.. being good vs being bad, and the issue is not doing right or doing wrong...... The ISSUE is your SIN is going to keep you out of heaven.....Thats your issue, when you are LOST. And that is the ONLY issue that can keep you and God apart........And it WILL for eternity, unless this "sin caused disconnect" is resolved...... and you can't do this for yourself. Understand.......Salvation, is GOD dealing with your sin, FOR YOU, because He loves you. "For God so loved the world, YOU, that He GAVE"......... John 3:16 Now, all that is the REASON for Salvation....... As Salvation is simply the means and effect by which God comes into your life and heart and spirit and resolves YOUR Sin issue for you. And this is the "Grace of God", taking care of your SIN, for you....for FREE......as "Salvation is a GIFT". The "Grace of God" is God Himself coming to YOU to solve YOUR Sin issue that is keeping you and God SEPARATED. People who die separated from God, will stay this way for eternity, and "hell" is where you begin that existence. So, Salvation is God coming to you, to resolve for eternity, YOUR SIN ISSUE that has parted you from Him, and His family, and Heaven itself. Sin is your curse and God is your Cure. Sin is your soul sickness and the Blood of Jesus is the REMEDY. You have a sin issue, as your sin is ON YOU and IN YOU and you are being held accountable for it, John 3:36... and if you dont get this resolved, then as Jesus says.."you will DIE IN YOUR SIN".....and if that happens, you are going to go to hell, and not just there.....but eventually to the "lake of fire", and there is no getting out, there is no END. Hell and the Lake of Fire will last for as long as God LIVES......And He's an Eternal Being. Now, how is SIN resolved?........Its resolved by the application of SALVATION, that God Himself applies to you, so that your SIN, once and for all, is dealt with finally and forever. Lets get right to it now..... How does GOD resolve your SIN issue so that He can Accept you and for all eternity?. As once this has happened, then "Salvation" has been applied, rendered, and given to you from God Himself, which is an eternal situation. So, How does God resolve your sin, so that He can accept you, and not just for a few weeks....? 1. ) Simple.....He eternally replaces your sin with His Very Righteousness........"The Gift of Righteousness". "The Atonement". 2.) He removes the Law's power to judge you any longer as a "sinner", (Romans 4:8) and from this point, you are never viewed by God ever again as a sinner, but only as a "joint heir with Christ" and in fact a "Son/Daughter of God", and exactly connected to God just like Jesus. Now, i said i would keep this simple, but i had to write a bit of explanation, so that you could see what God had to take care of for you (your sin), so that by taking care of it for you (Jesus on The Cross), you could understand WHY Salvation has nothing to do with your behavior.....but Everything to do with God solving your sin issue FOR YOU, that disconnected you from Him. ----- So, moving along..... A little deeper.... God looks at us, before we are born again.....as the "adamic fallen", the sinners, the unbelievers, the LOST< and He had the responsibility to offer the only WAY.. (John 14:6) that you could be accepted by Him, back into His family, and for all eternity. How? God knows that to accept you, for you to belong to Him.... you have to be like Him........ And how is that?.....>"God's name is HOLY".......... That is how. He had to recreate you, (born again) so that you possess HIS VERY RIghteousness, as yours... In other words, YOU have to become, literally "the righteousness of God, In Christ", before He can accept you as His own.. So, what did He have to do, to GET THIS to you?.........Well, God literally had to become like you.... He literally came to this earth as Jesus, and OFFERS<>< FREELY GIVES you His Righteousness AS A FREE GIFT FROM THE CROSS.......>"God became one of us".....and He literally lived and met the requirements of His own LAW, and lived it perfectly, sinlessly....and then he took this to a Cross, this sinless - law keeping - perfection..... and sacrificed it (Himself) as a Gift to you and me. And Christ's sinlessness combined with the Sacrifice for the Sin of the World on a Cross, IS, Salvation as a finished "work of redemption" And here is where it gets even more interesting...... This Act of God, His sinless LIFE combined with His sacrificial Death on a Cross, is a completed situation, that exists... Its a living gift....Its alive....Its Power.....Its Redemption. It Exists for over 2000 years as a living OPPORTUNITY to have it.......... applied, for FREE. Now.....A low rent and pretty lame analogy would be.......... There is a Billion Dollars in the bank......and its WAITING TO BE APPLIED, Given.....to "all who would come". Salvation, is always there, waiting to be applied...waiting to be GIVEN. = This unconditional love of God, this Amazing Grace, that is God Himself solving the sin issue for "all would who come".......Is always there, waiting to do it for anyone and everyone who would turn from themselves, turn to the Cross, kneel, and say......."I believe, i receive, and i trust".. Faith : is Trust. Faith : is Trust. And when anyone offers this FAITH, their TRUST to God, ....He Instantly applies the gift of Salvation unto them, upon them, and within them.....once and forever. = Born Again. "Salvation". ------- wrapping it up time.... ""Salvation""......now simplified ........is........ God took the responsibility of your life, your eternal life, upon Himself. And to do so He completely resolved the issue of your sin, by becoming a man, and dying for your sin. Which....is offering you not only the freedom from the judgment due you for your sin by taking it upon Himself on a Cross.....but He also replaces your unholiness with His very Righteousness...... He gives this to you as "the gift of Righteousness", and in this way, you become "the righteousness of God, IN Christ", that He can accept, and nothing else will He accept. And how does He finally seal the deal?..........= He abolishes the law and establishes Grace in its place, so that only the BORN AGAIN are "no longer under the law, but under Grace", and by completing this final act, by removing from you (the Law) that can no longer deem you or judge you to be a sinner......."where there is no Law, there is no Transgression".... Romans 4:8.........He has stopped the LAW from having the power to judge you to be (by Himself) a sinner AFTER you are saved.. This had to be so, or the effect of becoming holy so that God could accept you, would be destroyed 20 mins after you were saved, when you did something wrong So, God took care of it all. He (became) took you sin upon Himself on the Cross . He replaced your sin with His "Gift of Righteousness", and then to make certain the Law could not judge you ever again as a "sinner". (Romans 4:8) God abolished the Law, and replaced it with Grace, so that your eternal life would always be secured by what HE did for you. "Salvation". <B><

  15. Romans 10:9,10 - "Because if you shall confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and shall believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved." When we confess His Lordship, it not only His dominion over us, but "lord" means Leader, "the bread-provider," the caretaker, the protector from all our enemies. You actually become a partaker of the Divine Nature. (2 Peter 1:4). As you become a partaker of His Nature, you become a partaker of His ability: 1. God's ability becomes your ability 2. God's strength becomes your strength 3. Jesus' ministry becomes your ministry. When we acknowledge Him as our Lord, then God becomes automatically our very Father. All the resources of Heaven are at our disposal (Ephesians 1:3) to: 1. Minister others into Christ. 2. Disciple them 3. Equip them to disciple others Affirmations: I HAVE POWER TO LABOR FOR THE SPIRITUAL LIVES OF OTHERS. I MINISTER OTHERS INTO CHRIST, DISCIPLE THEM, AND EQUIP THEM TO DISCIPLE OTHERS. SINCE I AM GOD "INSIDE MINDED" I CONFESS -- GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD. Genesis 37:31-32 - "So they took Joseph's tunic, and slaughtered a male goat and dipped the tunic in the blood; and they sent the varicolored tunic and brought it to their father and said, "We found this; please examine it to see whether it is your son's tunic or not." The blood on Joseph's tunic spoke volumes. It was a type and shadow of the Blood of Jesus. Here is a garment that represented Joseph's favor with God and it now had been covered in blood (the blood of a goat which could have been used to symbolize an old testament sacrifice to the Lord). A sacrifice that later is replaced with Jesus who is the last sacrifice. Yet long before then, Joseph's favor was covered in the Blood and by his enemies. Romans 8:28 - "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." How many times do we try to reach through to Him – we pray, we fast, we read His Word, we worship? The enemy tries to block you, but how easy it is to come into His presence when you declare He is Lord; because he must bow down. "For greater is He that is within you, than he that is in the world." Allow Him to come in and take down any wall, any kind of hindrance, whether it be a large wall that you've been hitting your head against for years, or whether it be a teeny, tiny, picket fence – anything that would block His presence, from just devouring you, to where you could be swallowed up in the goodness of God. To where fear could not find a landing place, but faith would be the landing place. Understand, the King of the universe came to serve, to set free, to save and to heal, and to bring the good news that the Kingdom of God is not only around you, but is within you. Let His Kingdom come forth. Let His Spirit lift you up, from glory to glory – then you can look down and come to understand who you were called to be. For He is looking for a hungry people, a trustworthy people, overseers in His Kingdom, overseers in His vineyard – whether they have pain or whether they have strength; whether they have fame, or whether they be hidden; it makes no difference. He looks at the hearts of His own. "That He would grant you grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man....that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." - Ephesians 3:16,19 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  16. "Rule in the midst of your enemies" - Psalm 110:2 The Lord has provided us with powerful tools to accomplish our assignment and legislate the heavens with the ability to call forth what is not as though it were. He has given us the power of the Blood, the power of His name, the power of His Word, the power of decree, the power of the Holy Spirit to bring it to pass, and angel armies assigned to God's Kingdom purposes! He has given us everything needed to rule and reign, to take and to hold ground! Circumstances may seem to be holding you back, or life situations and finances, but obedience to take your place in PURPOSE for your life unlocks your DESTINY and positions you for favor. It's a favor that opens the necessary doors for you to accomplish your assignment.God's "Of the increase of His Government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this." - Isaiah 9:7 Choosing to set yourself firmly in the place where God has called you unlocks spiritual principles that result in increase. The best days of the Church are upon us and it's a time to embrace our divine destiny. God is good and He is faithful! Let us wake up and be successful in fulfilling all He has planned! This is the hour of the fulfillment of His promises of glory and light! The people of God are beginning to "arise and shine" for our light has come! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  17. Shabbat shalom, everyone. In the Revelation of Yeshua` the Messiah, we read... Revelation 19:11-13 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. KJV I know what the Scriptures say, but I'm just curious. What do you think this statement means? Whose blood is it on His vesture? His own? Someone else's?
  18. Matthew 3:7 - "But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, 'O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?'" WHAT THE PHARISEES MOST FEARED WAS THAT JOHN THE BAPTIST WAS NOT PROCLAIMING ANY VALUE IN THEIR ROLES; IN ESSENCE, JOHN'S MESSAGE DETHRONED ANY REAL AUTHORITY TO BE HAD IN RELIGIOUS IDENTITIES. JESUS TOOK IT ONE STEP FURTHER. BUILDING ON JOHN'S FOUNDATION, HE SAID THINGS LIKE: "IF YOUR ARE TO BE GREAT IN THE KINGDOM, YOU WILL BY LIKE THE LEAST OF THESE." HE ESTABLISHED A NEW GOAL THAT WOULD LIBERATE HUMANITY FROM CHERISHED STATUS AND RESTORE THE HEAVENLY POSSIBILITY OF UNION WITH GOD. Affirmations: I DO NOT ESTEEM THE SAME VALUES AS THE WORLD DOES. I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE TO COMPLETE ME. I AM SUSTAINED IN GOD'S LOVE BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. Luke 20:46 - "Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts". Joshua 1:9 - "Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." COURAGE COMES FROM TRUSTING GOD'S WORD. IT CAN'T BE MENTALLY DRUMMED UP. IT COMES FROM BELIEVING WHAT GOD SAYS REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES LOOK LIKE. DISCOURAGEMENT COMES FROM FEAR THAT GOD IS NOT GOING TO PERFORM HIS WORD ON YOUR BEHALF. FEAR IS THE DARKROOM WHERE NEGATIVES ARE DEVELOPED. FEAR COMES FROM NOT BELIEVING (DOUBT & UNBELIEF) GOD'S WORD. Affirmations: I REALIZE WHO I AM IN CHRIST AND WHAT I'VE BEEN GIVEN BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS. I STOP LISTENING TO SATAN'S LIES. I STOP RECEIVING EVIL REPORTS. WHENEVER SOMEONE TELLS ME THAT GOD IS NOT GOING TO DELIVER ME, I JUST TELL THEM "HE'S ALREADY DELIVERED ME IN THE NAME OF JESUS." I AFFIRM AND MEDITATE ON THE PROMISES OF GOD IN HIS WORD DAY AND NIGHT. "I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?" Isaiah 43:19 Often, the hardest thing about receiving something new FOR US is that it almost always requires something new OF US. Those new breaker waves we pray and believe for rarely flow through our familiar comfort zone. They don't stay within our boundaries or control, rather, they are the move of His Spirit calling us to jump outside our self-imposed box and ride the wave of a lifetime. Will we know the new thing God is doing in, through and around us? Will we recognize His fresh move, beyond our insecurities, critiques or judgments? Will we be able to embrace the very thing we've been praying for when it passes by just outside familiar waters? If we will, it will take courage. You have a Messenger of Courage within you, a Helper, the Spirit of Truth, and He is calling to you like He did Gideon and Mary, already addressing you as beloved and a victor, not just hopeful of such. He wants to visit you, meet you, and call to the courage He already sees within you. He wants you to see yourself as He does, and He is imparting to you the courage necessary to leap out and seize the moment that is only just beyond your reach to STEP INTO THE APPOINTED TIME OF YOUR DESTINY. 19. 1 Corinthians9:24,26 - "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fit I, not as one that beateth the air." WHEN YOU'VE GOT THE WORD OF GOD HIDDEN ON THE INSIDE OF YOU AND THAT WORD IS WORKING MIGHTILY IN YOU, YOU'RE NOT AFRAID OF THE DEVIL. Affirmations: I AM NOT AFRAID OF DEVILS, DEMONS, SICKNESS, DISEASE, POVERTY, OR ANYTHING! I AM NOT AFRAID OF THE REPORTS THAT COME VIA THE NEWS MEDIA, THE DOCTORS, OR THE ECONOMISTS - BECAUSE I HAVE INSIDE INFORMATION. I KNOW THAT I HAVE ALREADY WON. I AM A WINNER - A VICTOR, NOT A VICTIM. John 12:36 - "While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light." Jesus came as the light of the world. He then passed the baton to us announcing that we are the light of the world. Jesus Came as the miracle worker. He said that we would do "greater works" that He did (John 14:12). He then says "right now the Holy Spirit is with you, but he's going to be in you (John 14:17). AFFIRMATIONS: In my walk I place a higher value on the presence of God that others do. I have a passion to give Him preeminence in everything. That passion brings me into a supernatural life -- one with the constant activity of the Holy Spirit working through me. We are delivered by the blood of Jesus alone. If we think that it is because of our faith, then we will always be wondering, "Do I have enough faith? No, it is the blood alone that saves. Saves from what? -- anything that doesn't match up with heaven. Matthew 6:10 -- "Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." If we think that our deliverance depends partly on God and partly on us, we will not have a settled peace in our heart. But when we know that its the blood alone that saves, we will have an unshakable peace. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  20. Ephesians 1:5 - "Having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will." CHRISTIANS ARE THE TRUE ROYALTY ON THE EARTH AND ARE HONORED BY THE HEAVENLY HOST FAR ABOVE ANY EARTHLY KINGS OR PRESIDENTS. THIS IS THE GOOD PLEASURE OF HIS WILL. NOTHING WILL EVER BE STRONG ENOUGH TO THWART HIS WILL, AND THEREFORE OUR INHERITANCE IN HIM IS MORE SECURE THAN ANY EARTHLY POSITION EVER COULD BE. EVEN WHEN WE WERE YET SINNERS, HE BOUGHT US FOR A PRICE - THE MOST VALUABLE COMMODITY IN THE UNIVERSE - THE BLOOD OF THE SON OF GOD. SINCE WE VALUE A THING BY WHAT SOMEONE IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT, GOD HIMSELF SET A VALUE ON YOU THAT IS MORE PRECIOUS THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN CREATION - HIS OWN SON. IF THIS IS THE VALUE THAT GOD PLACED ON US, HOW MUCH MORE SHOULD WE TREASURE OUR OWN LIVES, AND THE LIVES OF ONE ANOTHER, AS THE INFINITE TREASURES THAT THEY ARE, AND NOT WASTE A SINGLE DAY FRIVOLOUSLY? Matthew 5:8 - "Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous - possessing the happiness produced by the experience of god's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!" When we see ourselves for whom we truly are meant to be in God, we can begin to call others out of their limited ways into seeing the limitless reality that is available to them in Christ. Ephesians 1:3 - "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." 1Peter 2:5 - "Come and, like living stones, be yourselves built into a spiritual house, for a holy, dedicated, consecrated priesthood, to offer up those spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable and pleasing to God through Jesus Christ." Since we are "Kingdomized" we get up each day excited for what the Lord has for us that day. We begin to walk and flow in His "now" presence all day long. We begin to hear what the Father hears. We begin to see what the Father sees, regardless of what we hear and see in the natural. When we go into a meeting, we expect His presence to break down walls while bringing divine insight. When we walk into a potential business deal, we expect divine favor. When we encounter hostility, we realize that this person is hurting and needs a healing word spoken--but mostly needs love. When we drive through neighborhoods we pray for the residents and ask the Lord for His desire and love to reach them. God begins to touch them and open up opportunities divine relationship.for Colossians 1:27 - "To whom God was pleased to make known how great for the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." Affirmations: I EXPECT REVELATION, EXPECT IMPARTATION, AND EXPECT MIRACLES WHENEVER I SHOW UP. WHAT A GLORIOUS KINGDOM, WHAT A GLORIOUS GOD! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  21. Proverbs 13:12 - "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when dreams come true, there is life and joy." WITHOUT GOD HOPE IS REDUCED TO THE POWERLESS LEVEL OF FATE. WHILE LIFE CAN TAKE PEOPLE FROM HOPE TO DISAPPOINTMENT THE GOD OF HOPE LEADS PEOPLE IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES LOOK LIKE FOR YOU, THE HEART OF GOD IS THAT YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE. Affirmations: WHEN DISCOURAGEMENT STARTS TO SET IN I FOCUS ON GOD AND THE INTEGRITY OF WHAT HIS WORD PROMISES BELIEVERS. I SPEAK WORDS THAT BRING HOPE AND LIFE TO OTHERS. I LIVE MY LIFE WITH FORWARD EXPECTATION AND SEE ALL MY DREAMS COME TRUE IN HIM. Hebrews 4:16 - "Let us therefore draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace to help in time of need." The Holy Spirit was sent to convict us of sin, and He will point out our sin. The remedy is to repent. Repentance is not just turning away from the sin, but it is turning to the Lord. If we only take a half step of turning from the sin, we will fall again. We must turn to the Lord, fleeing to the power of His cross, beholding His glory and nature. Then we will be changed. He increases in us as we behold His glory, not our own shortcomings. God wants to charge our faith today. He wants us to see it is not obtained by struggling and working and pining. "...the Father himself loveth you..." (John 16:27) "..Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses" (Matthew 8:17). "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:18). May we lay hold of this living faith today -- the Blood has never lost its power -- as we get nearer and nearer to Jesus wonderful things will take place. The baptism of Jesus must bring us to have a single eye to the glory of God; everything else is wasted time and wasted energy. The Holy Spirit wants us for the purpose of manifesting Jesus through us. The Holy Spirit moving upon us will make us to be like Him, and we will truly say, "Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?" 22. Psalm 119:105,111 - "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart." THE ATTITUDE OF THOSE WHO LIVE FROM THE TRIUMPH OF CHRIST IS DIFFERENT THAN THOSE WHO LIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THEIR PAST. THE ONLY PART OF THE PAST THAT WE HAVE LEGAL ACCESS TO IS THE TESTIMONY OF THE LORD. THE REST IS DEAD, BURIED, FORGOTTEN, AND COVERED UNDER THE BLOOD. THE PAST SHOULD HAVE NO NEGATIVE EFFECT ON THE WAY WE LIVE, AS THE BLOOD OF JESUS IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT. LIVING FROM THE VICTORY OF CHRIST IS THE PRIVILEGE FOR EVERY BELIEVER. Genesis 3:1 - "Now the serpent was more subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made. And he (Satan) said to the woman, Can it really be that God has said, 'You shall not eat from every tree of the garden"'? Observation: IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT MY THINKING, BELIEVING AND SPEAKING ARE RIGHT. IF I DON'T TAKE THAT RESPONSIBILITY, THE DEVIL IS GOING TO THINK MY THOUGHTS FOR ME. HE'LL ACTUALLY HAVE ME BELIEVING WHAT HE WANTS ME TO BELIEVE. AND HE'LL EVENTUALLY HAVE ME CONFESSING WHAT HE WANTS ME TO CONFESS, FRAMING MY WORLD WITH THE WRONG WORDS AND LETTING HIM HAVE DOMINION OVER ME. Revelation 12:17 - "So then the dragon was furious (enraged) at the woman, and he went away to wage war on the remainder of her descendants - on those who obey God's commandments and who have the testimony of Jesus Christ." Luke 10:21 -- 'In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight."' One way we can be convinced we've heard from God is that the answer is simple. Jesus took complicated problems of blindness, leprosy, and paralysis, and simplified them into obedience -- 'Go wash.' ' Go show yourselves to the priest.' 'Take up your bed and walk.' Hearing God's voice doesn't mean we understand all the mysteries of the world. It means that God will articulate a word or command that will simplify, heal, and deliver us in our situation. This is the ultimate Christianity -- communication and communion with the Holy Spirit, knowing more and more about Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Affirmations: AS I STUDY THE WORD OF GOD, I SEEK WISDOM AND REVELATION FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. AS I ENDEAVOR TO HEAR THE VOICE OF THE LORD, I PAY ATTENTION TO THE HOLY SPIRIT INSIDE OF ME -- HE HAS THE KEYS TO UNLOCK ANY SITUATION. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  23. John 6:5,7 - "So when Jesus went up into the hills and sat down with His disciples around Him, he soon saw a great multitude of people climbing the hill, looking for Him. Turning to Philip he asked. 'Philip, where can we buy bread to feed all these people?' Philip answered him, "Two hundred denarii would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" Philip got caught up in thinking about the problem. He was figuring out how may people there were....how much money was in the treasury....and how much bread costs. He was so preopccupied with his own doubts and questions that the problems were speaking to him more loudly than the Lord. As a result, he answered Jesus without really listening to Him. OBSERVATION: The Lord often asks us to go beyond our abilities. Our usual response is to express our limitations -- not realizing that Jesus is asking us to place our limited ability in His hand, so He can multiply it. AFFIRMATION: WHEN I GET OUTSIDE OF MYSELF AND BEGIN TO THINK INSIDE THE WORD OF GOD, I GET OUTSIDE OF MY LIMITATIONS AND INTO THE LIMITLESS POWER OF ALMIGHTY GOD! Philippians 4:6 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Christ's presence within us is our assurance that we can live in peace, even in times of pressure and turmoil. This is the abundant life purchased for us by the broken body and spilled Blood of the Lamb of God at Calvary. He died and rose again to birth the Kingdom of God within us when we are born again. The Prince of Peace abides within us! We have a Blood-bought right to walk in uninterrupted shalom, free from all anxiety and fear, because of the living, breathing presence of Christ in our temple. Affirmations: JESUS IS MY GREAT HIGH PRIEST, AND HE IS INTERCEDING FOR ME RIGHT NOW. WITH GOD ON MY SIDE, I CAN ENJOY LIFE AS HE INTENDED FOR ME TO ENJOY IT. I BOLDLY CONFESS THAT I AM FEAR-FREE AND THAT ANXIETY HAS NO PLACE IN ME! I DECLARE THIS BY FAITH IN JESUS' NAME! Song of Solomon 3:6 - "Who is she that goes up by the wilderness, like a pillar of smoke, from the incense of myrrh, and frankincense, and all the powders of the perfumer?" YOU BECOME SO PURE IN THE ARMS OF YOUR BELOVED (JESUS) THAT YOU SEEM LIKE A BREATH OF AIR CONSUMED BY THE FIRE OF LOVE. YOUR UPRIGHTNESS IS LIKE SMOKE RISING. YOUR SPIRITUAL NATURE IS CLEARLY EVIDENT. YOU FLOW UPWARD, COMING FORTH FROM THE WILDERNESS OF FAITH. WHERE ARE YOU GOING? TO REST IN GOD. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. We will never be righteous due to anything we do for God. Only the righteousness of Jesus Christ which covers us makes us righteous. This is why in Galatians 3:1, Paul addressed those in the Church concerning this issue. Paul was concerned that they seemed to have tossed aside the finished work of Christ and were back into the old belief system that involved the Law and performance. If they were truly doing this, and obviously Paul thought they were, then they were negating what occurred on the Cross! Read what Paul said to the Galatians: "You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified. I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort. Have you suffered so much for nothing – if it really was for nothing? Does God give you His Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard? Consider Abraham: "He believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness." Galatians 3:1-6 HEARING THE WORD Paul pointed out that the Galatians had become "foolish." He asked them if they received the Spirit by observing the law or believing what that had "heard." Let us all remember how faith in God comes – by "hearing and hearing" the Word (Romans 10:17). We "believe" because we "hear," and not because of what we do! What we do for God does not make us righteous, nor does it cause our faith to become established. Our relationship with Him establishes our faith and our righteousness is only due to the fact that when Christ shed His Blood, we, therefore, became righteous. Notice that Paul asked the Galatians who had "bewitched" them. This word means "cast a spell," (over them) or "fascinated" (them). Fascination and sensationalism are closely linked. THE MEANING OF "SOZO" When Jesus died on the Cross, He provided the fullness of "sozo", a Greek word meaning not only salvation, but also healing, deliverance, provision and all that Heaven offers! Yet, if our relationship with God is somewhat superficial (meaning we want the sensation without the relationship) we fall short of receiving what we need from God because we really don't know how to believe for His best! FOCUS ON JESUS It is unfortunate many have become self-focused rather than God-focused. By this I mean that we focus on what we need rather than the One Who shed His Blood to provide what is needed.Matthew 6:33 says that we are to "...seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you." Did you notice that we are to seek first God's Kingdom and "His" righteousness? This means that we are not righteous without Him and that we are to seek His righteousness – this is clearly stating that we cannot be righteous due to our performance or religious works, but only righteous due to Christ's righteousness. Secondly, when we do this "first" then "all" things are added to us. The term "all" in this passage refers to everything we need is already accomplished due to the finished work of Christ! We need not perform any longer believing that this makes us a better person or that God will bless us because of what we do. No! It means whatever we need is already done – at the Cross! RECEIVE THE FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS -- EVERY DAY When we "plead the Blood," we are proclaiming all that Jesus accomplished for us by shedding His Blood. To plead it with faith of all that Christ did on our behalf will release the demonstration and power of God! BAPTIZE YOUR LAND TODAY OR ANY DAY God provided the first sacrifice for the sin of mankind. He placed skins of a slain animal upon both Adam and Eve to cover their sin. Later we notice that Noah, upon coming out of the ark after the Flood, made a sacrifice to God immediately upon stepping onto the land. This is symbolic of our going to baptize our Promised Land by recalling what Jesus accomplished at the Cross. In other words, when we recognize what Christ did and that we are righteous due to His Blood, it empowers us to take our Promised Land! Think upon this -- Every time we receive a prophetic promise or prophetic revelation, we baptize that promise from God by renewing our mind concerning what Christ did at the Cross. We can, therefore, tell the devil to "get off our land," when we remind him that the battle is already won! So rise up and declare the power that is in the Blood! And, know that TODAY is your day that God will provide for your every need! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  25. Luke 9:23 - "If anyone wishes to come after Me; he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me." When the Cross is alive, it burns up the flesh – dreams of the flesh, ambitions of the flesh – all of the flesh. All of the flesh it consumes. It consumed man's flesh beyond recognition, and so it is with His own. So when the Father looks down, He sees the reflection of His Son, and then there becomes recognition. Let the Cross have its work. Let the grave contain what is causing death, but let the Spirit quicken what is life. Thank Him for the Cross; for the work of the Cross. For we are a people of His Cross -- you are marked by His Cross. Cast not away the Blood of Jesus. Let the Blood consume. Let the Blood be the fuel for the fire of the Cross. Let the Spirit of the Living God consume the flesh, so that in His Spirit you will live and move and have your being, but first there must be the working of the Cross. And as His Cross becomes your cross, know He has hidden you in His Cross. For your cross is within His Cross, and the enemy cannot beat you with your cross when you bow down and let the working of His Cross take precedence. Feel His Cross. Feel His Blood. It is real. It is truth. He is alive forevermore, and so are you. Your spirit is eternal. Let your spirit be free to mature through the working of the Cross. For, yes, there is death, but more importantly, there is the life of the Cross. Let His Cross consume you. Let His grave clothes transform you. Let His robes of righteousness transfuse you, through the Blood of the Cross. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
