  1. Scriptures that promise that the Lord will take believers prior to the tribulation: (some of these are from memory so I may need to fix.) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. I Thessalonians 4:18 [So we can take comfort that He will catch us up to Himself.] And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. I Thessalonians 1:10 [Those who do not believe in an imminent rapture would add the word death after "wrath" and are erring. It just says the wrath.] Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ. Titus 2:13 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in his pavilion, In the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me. He shall set me upon a rock. Psalm 27:10 [This specifically points to "the time of trouble," also called "the time of Jacob's trouble," "the tribulation," and shows that believers will be where God dwells during that time.] For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ. I Thessalonians 5:9 [This does not say wrath at time of death.] So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Heb. 9:28 Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:9 Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Revelation 3:10 [The time of temptation, I believe is the time of tribulation, trial of all the world.] Call upon Me in the day of trouble, and I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify Me. Psalm 50:15 [I had saved this Scripture prior to 26 September 2017 when I realized Psalm 50 contains details about the rapture, about Israel's response afterwards, and about the wicked and what they must admit do if they hope to find the Lord.] We have confidence to come into the holy place through the blood of Jesus. Hebrews 10:19 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. I Cor. 3:11-15. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and the adder, the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him. I will set him on high, because he hath known My Name. Psalm 91:13-14 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. Psalm 34:7 Psalm 50:3 Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. 4 He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. 5 Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Luke 12:32 2 Peter 2:9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished 2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, Isaiah 26:19-21 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. 20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. 21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. I Thessalonians 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words. Mark 13:32-37 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. 33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34 For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. 37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. [We are like the porter who was to watch the door: commanded to watch.] Luke 12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. 2dec2017 John said in Rev. 4 he saw first the throne, then he saw the 24 elders sitting before the throne. (Some else noticed that the elders were in heaven before the descriptions of the tribulation.) Rev. 4:1-4 1 After this I looked, and behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. 3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. 4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
  2. He comes in wrath, His garments dipped in blood Isa. 62, 63; Rev. 19 Isaiah Chapter 62:11-12 and 63:1-6 11 Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. 12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken. 1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. 5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. 6 And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth. Revelation 19:7-16 7 For the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.... 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.... 11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. 18 Jul 2019
  3. Tattooed By Your Blood 4/23/17 Sunday 10:03am-10:58am Turning left to right, Each day and each night, I know why I fight, For you’ve shown me your light, For you’ve given me life. My spirit has lifetime insurance, It’s given me a reason to dance, It’s a never ending abundance, A never ending life that still comes to overflood, For that night, I was tattooed by your blood. My spirit will never face death, No, not again, One day, I will take my last breath, Though I don’t know when, It’s your love and life that I’ll have left. Though each day my flesh shows it’s ways, And each day demons remind me of my worst days, I remember that after I was tattooed by your blood, I am a new creature and forgiven by your grace, For me you gave up your life & washed all my sins away. No matter how much blood I shed, It’s not like the blood you have shed. For my body may lose it’s life, But yours has brought me to life from death. For when I was tattooed by your blood that night, For when I was brought up from darkness to light, My heart has completely transformed, And now my spirit is reborn! It’s a miracle only you can perform!! I’m thankful that you’ve shown me eternal grace, I’m so glad that one day I may see your face. For something so priceless and grand, It will be a privilege to hold your hand. I could spend all my life thanking you forever, For a life with you cannot get any better. It’s sad to see the world doesn’t know you, It’s sad to see how much they need you, too. It’s sad to see they don’t know it’s you they need, It’s sad to see they refuse you for their own greed. I’m glad to see there’s at least a few you will save, I’m glad to know it’s not based on how we behave. I’m glad to see how you have changed who we are, I’m glad to know you take the deepest place in my heart. I hope others will understand it’s you they need, And the reason that day your body would bleed. I could see after you gave me a tattoo and covered my eyes with mud, And the same for them, they just need the same exact tattoo by your blood. I understand all this because… That is the way I once was, Before I was tattooed by your blood.

  6. Romans 10:9,10 - "Because if you shall confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and shall believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved." When we confess His Lordship, it not only His dominion over us, but "lord" means Leader, "the bread-provider," the caretaker, the protector from all our enemies. You actually become a partaker of the Divine Nature. (2 Peter 1:4). As you become a partaker of His Nature, you become a partaker of His ability: 1. God's ability becomes your ability 2. God's strength becomes your strength 3. Jesus' ministry becomes your ministry. When we acknowledge Him as our Lord, then God becomes automatically our very Father. All the resources of Heaven are at our disposal (Ephesians 1:3) to: 1. Minister others into Christ. 2. Disciple them 3. Equip them to disciple others Affirmations: I HAVE POWER TO LABOR FOR THE SPIRITUAL LIVES OF OTHERS. I MINISTER OTHERS INTO CHRIST, DISCIPLE THEM, AND EQUIP THEM TO DISCIPLE OTHERS. SINCE I AM GOD "INSIDE MINDED" I CONFESS -- GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD. Genesis 37:31-32 - "So they took Joseph's tunic, and slaughtered a male goat and dipped the tunic in the blood; and they sent the varicolored tunic and brought it to their father and said, "We found this; please examine it to see whether it is your son's tunic or not." The blood on Joseph's tunic spoke volumes. It was a type and shadow of the Blood of Jesus. Here is a garment that represented Joseph's favor with God and it now had been covered in blood (the blood of a goat which could have been used to symbolize an old testament sacrifice to the Lord). A sacrifice that later is replaced with Jesus who is the last sacrifice. Yet long before then, Joseph's favor was covered in the Blood and by his enemies. Romans 8:28 - "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." How many times do we try to reach through to Him – we pray, we fast, we read His Word, we worship? The enemy tries to block you, but how easy it is to come into His presence when you declare He is Lord; because he must bow down. "For greater is He that is within you, than he that is in the world." Allow Him to come in and take down any wall, any kind of hindrance, whether it be a large wall that you've been hitting your head against for years, or whether it be a teeny, tiny, picket fence – anything that would block His presence, from just devouring you, to where you could be swallowed up in the goodness of God. To where fear could not find a landing place, but faith would be the landing place. Understand, the King of the universe came to serve, to set free, to save and to heal, and to bring the good news that the Kingdom of God is not only around you, but is within you. Let His Kingdom come forth. Let His Spirit lift you up, from glory to glory – then you can look down and come to understand who you were called to be. For He is looking for a hungry people, a trustworthy people, overseers in His Kingdom, overseers in His vineyard – whether they have pain or whether they have strength; whether they have fame, or whether they be hidden; it makes no difference. He looks at the hearts of His own. "That He would grant you grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man....that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." - Ephesians 3:16,19 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  7. "Rule in the midst of your enemies" - Psalm 110:2 The Lord has provided us with powerful tools to accomplish our assignment and legislate the heavens with the ability to call forth what is not as though it were. He has given us the power of the Blood, the power of His name, the power of His Word, the power of decree, the power of the Holy Spirit to bring it to pass, and angel armies assigned to God's Kingdom purposes! He has given us everything needed to rule and reign, to take and to hold ground! Circumstances may seem to be holding you back, or life situations and finances, but obedience to take your place in PURPOSE for your life unlocks your DESTINY and positions you for favor. It's a favor that opens the necessary doors for you to accomplish your assignment.God's "Of the increase of His Government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this." - Isaiah 9:7 Choosing to set yourself firmly in the place where God has called you unlocks spiritual principles that result in increase. The best days of the Church are upon us and it's a time to embrace our divine destiny. God is good and He is faithful! Let us wake up and be successful in fulfilling all He has planned! This is the hour of the fulfillment of His promises of glory and light! The people of God are beginning to "arise and shine" for our light has come! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. Shabbat shalom, everyone. In the Revelation of Yeshua` the Messiah, we read... Revelation 19:11-13 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. KJV I know what the Scriptures say, but I'm just curious. What do you think this statement means? Whose blood is it on His vesture? His own? Someone else's?
  9. Matthew 3:7 - "But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, 'O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?'" WHAT THE PHARISEES MOST FEARED WAS THAT JOHN THE BAPTIST WAS NOT PROCLAIMING ANY VALUE IN THEIR ROLES; IN ESSENCE, JOHN'S MESSAGE DETHRONED ANY REAL AUTHORITY TO BE HAD IN RELIGIOUS IDENTITIES. JESUS TOOK IT ONE STEP FURTHER. BUILDING ON JOHN'S FOUNDATION, HE SAID THINGS LIKE: "IF YOUR ARE TO BE GREAT IN THE KINGDOM, YOU WILL BY LIKE THE LEAST OF THESE." HE ESTABLISHED A NEW GOAL THAT WOULD LIBERATE HUMANITY FROM CHERISHED STATUS AND RESTORE THE HEAVENLY POSSIBILITY OF UNION WITH GOD. Affirmations: I DO NOT ESTEEM THE SAME VALUES AS THE WORLD DOES. I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE TO COMPLETE ME. I AM SUSTAINED IN GOD'S LOVE BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. Luke 20:46 - "Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts". Joshua 1:9 - "Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." COURAGE COMES FROM TRUSTING GOD'S WORD. IT CAN'T BE MENTALLY DRUMMED UP. IT COMES FROM BELIEVING WHAT GOD SAYS REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES LOOK LIKE. DISCOURAGEMENT COMES FROM FEAR THAT GOD IS NOT GOING TO PERFORM HIS WORD ON YOUR BEHALF. FEAR IS THE DARKROOM WHERE NEGATIVES ARE DEVELOPED. FEAR COMES FROM NOT BELIEVING (DOUBT & UNBELIEF) GOD'S WORD. Affirmations: I REALIZE WHO I AM IN CHRIST AND WHAT I'VE BEEN GIVEN BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS. I STOP LISTENING TO SATAN'S LIES. I STOP RECEIVING EVIL REPORTS. WHENEVER SOMEONE TELLS ME THAT GOD IS NOT GOING TO DELIVER ME, I JUST TELL THEM "HE'S ALREADY DELIVERED ME IN THE NAME OF JESUS." I AFFIRM AND MEDITATE ON THE PROMISES OF GOD IN HIS WORD DAY AND NIGHT. "I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?" Isaiah 43:19 Often, the hardest thing about receiving something new FOR US is that it almost always requires something new OF US. Those new breaker waves we pray and believe for rarely flow through our familiar comfort zone. They don't stay within our boundaries or control, rather, they are the move of His Spirit calling us to jump outside our self-imposed box and ride the wave of a lifetime. Will we know the new thing God is doing in, through and around us? Will we recognize His fresh move, beyond our insecurities, critiques or judgments? Will we be able to embrace the very thing we've been praying for when it passes by just outside familiar waters? If we will, it will take courage. You have a Messenger of Courage within you, a Helper, the Spirit of Truth, and He is calling to you like He did Gideon and Mary, already addressing you as beloved and a victor, not just hopeful of such. He wants to visit you, meet you, and call to the courage He already sees within you. He wants you to see yourself as He does, and He is imparting to you the courage necessary to leap out and seize the moment that is only just beyond your reach to STEP INTO THE APPOINTED TIME OF YOUR DESTINY. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. 1 Corinthians9:24,26 - "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fit I, not as one that beateth the air." WHEN YOU'VE GOT THE WORD OF GOD HIDDEN ON THE INSIDE OF YOU AND THAT WORD IS WORKING MIGHTILY IN YOU, YOU'RE NOT AFRAID OF THE DEVIL. Affirmations: I AM NOT AFRAID OF DEVILS, DEMONS, SICKNESS, DISEASE, POVERTY, OR ANYTHING! I AM NOT AFRAID OF THE REPORTS THAT COME VIA THE NEWS MEDIA, THE DOCTORS, OR THE ECONOMISTS - BECAUSE I HAVE INSIDE INFORMATION. I KNOW THAT I HAVE ALREADY WON. I AM A WINNER - A VICTOR, NOT A VICTIM. John 12:36 - "While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light." Jesus came as the light of the world. He then passed the baton to us announcing that we are the light of the world. Jesus Came as the miracle worker. He said that we would do "greater works" that He did (John 14:12). He then says "right now the Holy Spirit is with you, but he's going to be in you (John 14:17). AFFIRMATIONS: In my walk I place a higher value on the presence of God that others do. I have a passion to give Him preeminence in everything. That passion brings me into a supernatural life -- one with the constant activity of the Holy Spirit working through me. We are delivered by the blood of Jesus alone. If we think that it is because of our faith, then we will always be wondering, "Do I have enough faith? No, it is the blood alone that saves. Saves from what? -- anything that doesn't match up with heaven. Matthew 6:10 -- "Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." If we think that our deliverance depends partly on God and partly on us, we will not have a settled peace in our heart. But when we know that its the blood alone that saves, we will have an unshakable peace. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  11. Ephesians 1:5 - "Having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will." CHRISTIANS ARE THE TRUE ROYALTY ON THE EARTH AND ARE HONORED BY THE HEAVENLY HOST FAR ABOVE ANY EARTHLY KINGS OR PRESIDENTS. THIS IS THE GOOD PLEASURE OF HIS WILL. NOTHING WILL EVER BE STRONG ENOUGH TO THWART HIS WILL, AND THEREFORE OUR INHERITANCE IN HIM IS MORE SECURE THAN ANY EARTHLY POSITION EVER COULD BE. EVEN WHEN WE WERE YET SINNERS, HE BOUGHT US FOR A PRICE - THE MOST VALUABLE COMMODITY IN THE UNIVERSE - THE BLOOD OF THE SON OF GOD. SINCE WE VALUE A THING BY WHAT SOMEONE IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT, GOD HIMSELF SET A VALUE ON YOU THAT IS MORE PRECIOUS THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN CREATION - HIS OWN SON. IF THIS IS THE VALUE THAT GOD PLACED ON US, HOW MUCH MORE SHOULD WE TREASURE OUR OWN LIVES, AND THE LIVES OF ONE ANOTHER, AS THE INFINITE TREASURES THAT THEY ARE, AND NOT WASTE A SINGLE DAY FRIVOLOUSLY? Matthew 5:8 - "Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous - possessing the happiness produced by the experience of god's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!" When we see ourselves for whom we truly are meant to be in God, we can begin to call others out of their limited ways into seeing the limitless reality that is available to them in Christ. Ephesians 1:3 - "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." 1Peter 2:5 - "Come and, like living stones, be yourselves built into a spiritual house, for a holy, dedicated, consecrated priesthood, to offer up those spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable and pleasing to God through Jesus Christ." Since we are "Kingdomized" we get up each day excited for what the Lord has for us that day. We begin to walk and flow in His "now" presence all day long. We begin to hear what the Father hears. We begin to see what the Father sees, regardless of what we hear and see in the natural. When we go into a meeting, we expect His presence to break down walls while bringing divine insight. When we walk into a potential business deal, we expect divine favor. When we encounter hostility, we realize that this person is hurting and needs a healing word spoken--but mostly needs love. When we drive through neighborhoods we pray for the residents and ask the Lord for His desire and love to reach them. God begins to touch them and open up opportunities divine relationship.for Colossians 1:27 - "To whom God was pleased to make known how great for the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." Affirmations: I EXPECT REVELATION, EXPECT IMPARTATION, AND EXPECT MIRACLES WHENEVER I SHOW UP. WHAT A GLORIOUS KINGDOM, WHAT A GLORIOUS GOD! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  12. Proverbs 13:12 - "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when dreams come true, there is life and joy." WITHOUT GOD HOPE IS REDUCED TO THE POWERLESS LEVEL OF FATE. WHILE LIFE CAN TAKE PEOPLE FROM HOPE TO DISAPPOINTMENT THE GOD OF HOPE LEADS PEOPLE IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES LOOK LIKE FOR YOU, THE HEART OF GOD IS THAT YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE. Affirmations: WHEN DISCOURAGEMENT STARTS TO SET IN I FOCUS ON GOD AND THE INTEGRITY OF WHAT HIS WORD PROMISES BELIEVERS. I SPEAK WORDS THAT BRING HOPE AND LIFE TO OTHERS. I LIVE MY LIFE WITH FORWARD EXPECTATION AND SEE ALL MY DREAMS COME TRUE IN HIM. Hebrews 4:16 - "Let us therefore draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace to help in time of need." The Holy Spirit was sent to convict us of sin, and He will point out our sin. The remedy is to repent. Repentance is not just turning away from the sin, but it is turning to the Lord. If we only take a half step of turning from the sin, we will fall again. We must turn to the Lord, fleeing to the power of His cross, beholding His glory and nature. Then we will be changed. He increases in us as we behold His glory, not our own shortcomings. God wants to charge our faith today. He wants us to see it is not obtained by struggling and working and pining. "...the Father himself loveth you..." (John 16:27) "..Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses" (Matthew 8:17). "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:18). May we lay hold of this living faith today -- the Blood has never lost its power -- as we get nearer and nearer to Jesus wonderful things will take place. The baptism of Jesus must bring us to have a single eye to the glory of God; everything else is wasted time and wasted energy. The Holy Spirit wants us for the purpose of manifesting Jesus through us. The Holy Spirit moving upon us will make us to be like Him, and we will truly say, "Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?" 13. Psalm 119:105,111 - "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart." THE ATTITUDE OF THOSE WHO LIVE FROM THE TRIUMPH OF CHRIST IS DIFFERENT THAN THOSE WHO LIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THEIR PAST. THE ONLY PART OF THE PAST THAT WE HAVE LEGAL ACCESS TO IS THE TESTIMONY OF THE LORD. THE REST IS DEAD, BURIED, FORGOTTEN, AND COVERED UNDER THE BLOOD. THE PAST SHOULD HAVE NO NEGATIVE EFFECT ON THE WAY WE LIVE, AS THE BLOOD OF JESUS IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT. LIVING FROM THE VICTORY OF CHRIST IS THE PRIVILEGE FOR EVERY BELIEVER. Genesis 3:1 - "Now the serpent was more subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made. And he (Satan) said to the woman, Can it really be that God has said, 'You shall not eat from every tree of the garden"'? Observation: IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT MY THINKING, BELIEVING AND SPEAKING ARE RIGHT. IF I DON'T TAKE THAT RESPONSIBILITY, THE DEVIL IS GOING TO THINK MY THOUGHTS FOR ME. HE'LL ACTUALLY HAVE ME BELIEVING WHAT HE WANTS ME TO BELIEVE. AND HE'LL EVENTUALLY HAVE ME CONFESSING WHAT HE WANTS ME TO CONFESS, FRAMING MY WORLD WITH THE WRONG WORDS AND LETTING HIM HAVE DOMINION OVER ME. Revelation 12:17 - "So then the dragon was furious (enraged) at the woman, and he went away to wage war on the remainder of her descendants - on those who obey God's commandments and who have the testimony of Jesus Christ." Luke 10:21 -- 'In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight."' One way we can be convinced we've heard from God is that the answer is simple. Jesus took complicated problems of blindness, leprosy, and paralysis, and simplified them into obedience -- 'Go wash.' ' Go show yourselves to the priest.' 'Take up your bed and walk.' Hearing God's voice doesn't mean we understand all the mysteries of the world. It means that God will articulate a word or command that will simplify, heal, and deliver us in our situation. This is the ultimate Christianity -- communication and communion with the Holy Spirit, knowing more and more about Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Affirmations: AS I STUDY THE WORD OF GOD, I SEEK WISDOM AND REVELATION FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. AS I ENDEAVOR TO HEAR THE VOICE OF THE LORD, I PAY ATTENTION TO THE HOLY SPIRIT INSIDE OF ME -- HE HAS THE KEYS TO UNLOCK ANY SITUATION. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  14. John 6:5,7 - "So when Jesus went up into the hills and sat down with His disciples around Him, he soon saw a great multitude of people climbing the hill, looking for Him. Turning to Philip he asked. 'Philip, where can we buy bread to feed all these people?' Philip answered him, "Two hundred denarii would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" Philip got caught up in thinking about the problem. He was figuring out how may people there were....how much money was in the treasury....and how much bread costs. He was so preopccupied with his own doubts and questions that the problems were speaking to him more loudly than the Lord. As a result, he answered Jesus without really listening to Him. OBSERVATION: The Lord often asks us to go beyond our abilities. Our usual response is to express our limitations -- not realizing that Jesus is asking us to place our limited ability in His hand, so He can multiply it. AFFIRMATION: WHEN I GET OUTSIDE OF MYSELF AND BEGIN TO THINK INSIDE THE WORD OF GOD, I GET OUTSIDE OF MY LIMITATIONS AND INTO THE LIMITLESS POWER OF ALMIGHTY GOD! Philippians 4:6 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Christ's presence within us is our assurance that we can live in peace, even in times of pressure and turmoil. This is the abundant life purchased for us by the broken body and spilled Blood of the Lamb of God at Calvary. He died and rose again to birth the Kingdom of God within us when we are born again. The Prince of Peace abides within us! We have a Blood-bought right to walk in uninterrupted shalom, free from all anxiety and fear, because of the living, breathing presence of Christ in our temple. Affirmations: JESUS IS MY GREAT HIGH PRIEST, AND HE IS INTERCEDING FOR ME RIGHT NOW. WITH GOD ON MY SIDE, I CAN ENJOY LIFE AS HE INTENDED FOR ME TO ENJOY IT. I BOLDLY CONFESS THAT I AM FEAR-FREE AND THAT ANXIETY HAS NO PLACE IN ME! I DECLARE THIS BY FAITH IN JESUS' NAME! Song of Solomon 3:6 - "Who is she that goes up by the wilderness, like a pillar of smoke, from the incense of myrrh, and frankincense, and all the powders of the perfumer?" YOU BECOME SO PURE IN THE ARMS OF YOUR BELOVED (JESUS) THAT YOU SEEM LIKE A BREATH OF AIR CONSUMED BY THE FIRE OF LOVE. YOUR UPRIGHTNESS IS LIKE SMOKE RISING. YOUR SPIRITUAL NATURE IS CLEARLY EVIDENT. YOU FLOW UPWARD, COMING FORTH FROM THE WILDERNESS OF FAITH. WHERE ARE YOU GOING? TO REST IN GOD. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  15. We will never be righteous due to anything we do for God. Only the righteousness of Jesus Christ which covers us makes us righteous. This is why in Galatians 3:1, Paul addressed those in the Church concerning this issue. Paul was concerned that they seemed to have tossed aside the finished work of Christ and were back into the old belief system that involved the Law and performance. If they were truly doing this, and obviously Paul thought they were, then they were negating what occurred on the Cross! Read what Paul said to the Galatians: "You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified. I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort. Have you suffered so much for nothing – if it really was for nothing? Does God give you His Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard? Consider Abraham: "He believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness." Galatians 3:1-6 HEARING THE WORD Paul pointed out that the Galatians had become "foolish." He asked them if they received the Spirit by observing the law or believing what that had "heard." Let us all remember how faith in God comes – by "hearing and hearing" the Word (Romans 10:17). We "believe" because we "hear," and not because of what we do! What we do for God does not make us righteous, nor does it cause our faith to become established. Our relationship with Him establishes our faith and our righteousness is only due to the fact that when Christ shed His Blood, we, therefore, became righteous. Notice that Paul asked the Galatians who had "bewitched" them. This word means "cast a spell," (over them) or "fascinated" (them). Fascination and sensationalism are closely linked. THE MEANING OF "SOZO" When Jesus died on the Cross, He provided the fullness of "sozo", a Greek word meaning not only salvation, but also healing, deliverance, provision and all that Heaven offers! Yet, if our relationship with God is somewhat superficial (meaning we want the sensation without the relationship) we fall short of receiving what we need from God because we really don't know how to believe for His best! FOCUS ON JESUS It is unfortunate many have become self-focused rather than God-focused. By this I mean that we focus on what we need rather than the One Who shed His Blood to provide what is needed.Matthew 6:33 says that we are to "...seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you." Did you notice that we are to seek first God's Kingdom and "His" righteousness? This means that we are not righteous without Him and that we are to seek His righteousness – this is clearly stating that we cannot be righteous due to our performance or religious works, but only righteous due to Christ's righteousness. Secondly, when we do this "first" then "all" things are added to us. The term "all" in this passage refers to everything we need is already accomplished due to the finished work of Christ! We need not perform any longer believing that this makes us a better person or that God will bless us because of what we do. No! It means whatever we need is already done – at the Cross! RECEIVE THE FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS -- EVERY DAY When we "plead the Blood," we are proclaiming all that Jesus accomplished for us by shedding His Blood. To plead it with faith of all that Christ did on our behalf will release the demonstration and power of God! BAPTIZE YOUR LAND TODAY OR ANY DAY God provided the first sacrifice for the sin of mankind. He placed skins of a slain animal upon both Adam and Eve to cover their sin. Later we notice that Noah, upon coming out of the ark after the Flood, made a sacrifice to God immediately upon stepping onto the land. This is symbolic of our going to baptize our Promised Land by recalling what Jesus accomplished at the Cross. In other words, when we recognize what Christ did and that we are righteous due to His Blood, it empowers us to take our Promised Land! Think upon this -- Every time we receive a prophetic promise or prophetic revelation, we baptize that promise from God by renewing our mind concerning what Christ did at the Cross. We can, therefore, tell the devil to "get off our land," when we remind him that the battle is already won! So rise up and declare the power that is in the Blood! And, know that TODAY is your day that God will provide for your every need! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  16. Luke 9:23 - "If anyone wishes to come after Me; he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me." When the Cross is alive, it burns up the flesh – dreams of the flesh, ambitions of the flesh – all of the flesh. All of the flesh it consumes. It consumed man's flesh beyond recognition, and so it is with His own. So when the Father looks down, He sees the reflection of His Son, and then there becomes recognition. Let the Cross have its work. Let the grave contain what is causing death, but let the Spirit quicken what is life. Thank Him for the Cross; for the work of the Cross. For we are a people of His Cross -- you are marked by His Cross. Cast not away the Blood of Jesus. Let the Blood consume. Let the Blood be the fuel for the fire of the Cross. Let the Spirit of the Living God consume the flesh, so that in His Spirit you will live and move and have your being, but first there must be the working of the Cross. And as His Cross becomes your cross, know He has hidden you in His Cross. For your cross is within His Cross, and the enemy cannot beat you with your cross when you bow down and let the working of His Cross take precedence. Feel His Cross. Feel His Blood. It is real. It is truth. He is alive forevermore, and so are you. Your spirit is eternal. Let your spirit be free to mature through the working of the Cross. For, yes, there is death, but more importantly, there is the life of the Cross. Let His Cross consume you. Let His grave clothes transform you. Let His robes of righteousness transfuse you, through the Blood of the Cross. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  17. Romans 10:10 - "For with the heart man beleiveth unto righteousness......." Romans 5:17 - "For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ." Paul makes two significant statements about righteousness: 1. With the heart man believes unto righteousness. 2. When we receive Jesus and we are born again, we receive "the gift of righteousness." Righteousness is a gift. Too often we have associated righteousness with "good works." The Bible teaches good works and right conduct, but all of our good works and right conduct will never make us righteous. If good works made us righteous, we wouldn't need Jesus. Another fallacy about righteousness is that we've thought we had to grow into some kind of "high spiritual state" to be righteous. We can grow in the Lord and we can develop spiritually, but we cannot grow in righteousness. We will never be any more righteous than we are right now! 2 Corinthians 5:17,21 - "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. For he hath made him (God has made Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." Matthew 6:33 -- "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. In Christ we become new creatures. In Him we become the righteousness of God when we are born again (verse 21). This righteousness we are told to seek is not right behavior, but RIGHT STANDING before God, which comes to us as a gift when we receive salvation. Romans 4:5 -- "But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness." We are not righteous because of how morally upright we are. We are not righteous because we exercise self-control. We are not righteous because we read 10 chapters of the Bible daily. We are not righteous because we feel righteous. We are the righteousness of God in Christ solely because the sacrifice of Jesus made us so. When we believe this, our faith is accounted for righteousness. If we are righteous by our deeds, we don't need faith. We also don't need faith to know that we are sinful. But we do need faith to believe and declare that we are the righteousness of God in Christ, in the midst of our struggles with temptation and sin. At the cross, Jesus didn't just remove our sins, He also gave us His righteousness so that today, we can come boldly before the throne of God and receive freely everything that He died to give us! Affirmations: I seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, not my own righteousness, and "all these things shall be added to me." I expect good things to happen to me because blessings are on the head of the righteous (Proberbs 10:6). I am righteous only because of the blood and finished work of Jesus at the cross. 18. The sixth place Jesus shed His blood was where a soldier shoved a spear into His side and blood and water poured out. Jesus died from a broken heart -- from the weight of our sin. It is a physical phenomenon that when a person's heart bursts, the water and blood of his body flow together. When Jesus announced His ministry in the synagogue, He read from the scroll: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed." (Luke 4:18) Jesus was anointed with the power to heal the brokenhearted because God desires for His people to live in joy. When we are filled with joy, we have the strength to fight the good fight of faith. Nehemiah 8:10 - "The joy of the Lord is your strength." His heart was broken so our hearts could be made whole. We overcome the wounds of broken hearts by the blood of the Lamb. Jesus became our sin so we wouldn't have to sin. He became our sickness so we wouldn't have to be sick. He became our broken heart so we wouldn't have to have a broken heart. Jesus came to restore our joy Psalm 138:8; 147:3 - "The Lord will accomplish what concerens me; Your lovingkindness, O Lord, is everlasting; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Affirmation: TODAY I ALLOW THE HEALING POWER OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO DELIVER ME FROM ALL PAIN, SORROW, AND GRIEF. I LET HIM FILL ME WITH THE JOY OF THE LORD AND LET THAT JOY BECOME MY STRENGTH, NOT JUST FOR TODAY, BUT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  19. The third place Jesus shed His blood broke the curse of poverty. Genesis 3:17-19 - "Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying 'You shall not eat of it': Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life. Both THORNS and thistles it shall bring forth for you, and you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground." Thousands of years after Adam sinned, Jesus Christ, the second Adam, was taken before the religious and political authorities to stand trial as a fraud and a heretic. On the way to Pilate, as they were mocking Jesus, "All hail, King of the Jews," they saw a THORN bush --the symbol of the curse of poverty on the land. They took some of the THORN branches, wove them into a crown, and placed them on the brow of Jesus until the blood flowed from His head. The symbol of poverty was placed on the brow of Jesus, the second Adam. When those THORNS pierced His brow, He shed His blood for our redemption from poverty. We were cursed with poverty by the sweat of Adam's brow, but we were redeemed from the curse of poverty by the blood on Jesus' brow. Now, by the power of the blood of Jesus, not only is the curse of poverty broken, but those who take the name of Jesus and claim His blood are anointed to prosper. 2 Corinthians 8:9 - "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich." Jesus never was poor. When the Bible says, Jesus became poor, it means He was poor in comparison to what He had in His heavenly home. Before Mary and Joseph went to the barn, they first went to the inn to get a room. Mary and Joseph had plenty of money to get a room at the inn. The problem was, the inn had no room for the savior. Yes, Jesus was born in a manger, but not to teach us poverty. He was showing us that we were not making room for the Savior to be born in our lives. Affirmations: I MAKE ROOM FOR JESUS EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE. THROUGH THE BLOOD THAT THE LORD JESUS SHED FOR ME, I AM ABUNDANCE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
