  1. General Secretary Xi Jingping of China is NOT King Nebuchadnezzar, and the lineage of King David cannot be reduced to Alexander The Great's army!! We are the preeminence of Christ only!! This is the only thing that will remain: And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. Col 1:18 Daniel 2:45 This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands—a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces. “The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy.”
  2. God let me kindly do this for myself as a homeless student as He was ushering things in for me this whole time. For this I am thankful. Thankful for this harsh, abrupt, rebranding of my soul. Had too. The weak, frail, masked things of this world I accepted could have got me killed. Would have There was no protection in them. I accepted His leadership in the wilderness, not my own. This in turn has lead to a dramatic increase of love & acceptance. And for that I am thankful 🌹♥️🔥✨😭!
  3. Salt & Light; The Complete Jesus I recently finished this.
  4. Recently I have went through and still is going through emotional stress and anxiety problems. I feel like I am just too focused on my problems. So I read Matthew 6:24-33 and a verse caught my eye. It was verse 33 "but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added on to you". After reading this verse I wondered, am I seeking the kingdom of God first? Then why am I experiencing these anxietys! So now I don't know wether to focus on solving my anxietys or seek first the kingdom of God or both? Any advice?
  5. Our Ekklesia will be gathering for simple fellowship tomorrow and edifying one another with these Scriptures, as lively or living stones used to build a spiritual house and an holy priesthood...doing what? Offering up spiritual sacrifices of course. 1Co 3:11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Psa 118:22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. Isa 28:16 Therefore this says the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believes shall not make haste. 1Pe 2:1-12 (1) Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, (2) As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that you may grow thereby: (3) If so be you have tasted that the Lord is gracious. (4) To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, (5) You also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. (6) Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be confounded. (7) Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, (8) And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. (9) But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: (10) Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (11) Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; (12) Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. I hope you all will see and know Christ as a Fantastic Faultless Foundation upon which God is building His Holy Temple. Eph 2:19-22 (19) Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; (20) And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; (21) In whom all the building fitly framed together grows unto an holy temple in the Lord: (22) In whom you also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. Blessings from Michael37.
  6. Gonna keep it short: Me and my family was invited to church after some things happened that led us to have a pastor pray for me anyways once they invited us to church we go the following service and I get convicted and start to cry and apologize for sins that I have done and while I was crying or rite when I stopped crying I felt like warm and a perfect peace inside of me and felt weightless like I was floating, i was just wondering if this was for sure the holy ghost? I didnt speak in tounges when it happened I have recently but not until 7 years later that I spoke in tongues. So what do I call this experience ? Thanks for reading any comments are appreciated. God bless.
  7. The sin offering in the Old Testament sanctuary service symbolized the Lamb of God. The study in this video reveals that in the amazing reality to which the sin offering pointed, believers are to eat the Lamb of God. Much is said about the importance of Christ's blood releasing us from the guilt of our sins. In what ways does the concept of eating the Lamb of God clarify the purpose for Christ's shed blood?
  8. Tattooed By Your Blood 4/23/17 Sunday 10:03am-10:58am Turning left to right, Each day and each night, I know why I fight, For you’ve shown me your light, For you’ve given me life. My spirit has lifetime insurance, It’s given me a reason to dance, It’s a never ending abundance, A never ending life that still comes to overflood, For that night, I was tattooed by your blood. My spirit will never face death, No, not again, One day, I will take my last breath, Though I don’t know when, It’s your love and life that I’ll have left. Though each day my flesh shows it’s ways, And each day demons remind me of my worst days, I remember that after I was tattooed by your blood, I am a new creature and forgiven by your grace, For me you gave up your life & washed all my sins away. No matter how much blood I shed, It’s not like the blood you have shed. For my body may lose it’s life, But yours has brought me to life from death. For when I was tattooed by your blood that night, For when I was brought up from darkness to light, My heart has completely transformed, And now my spirit is reborn! It’s a miracle only you can perform!! I’m thankful that you’ve shown me eternal grace, I’m so glad that one day I may see your face. For something so priceless and grand, It will be a privilege to hold your hand. I could spend all my life thanking you forever, For a life with you cannot get any better. It’s sad to see the world doesn’t know you, It’s sad to see how much they need you, too. It’s sad to see they don’t know it’s you they need, It’s sad to see they refuse you for their own greed. I’m glad to see there’s at least a few you will save, I’m glad to know it’s not based on how we behave. I’m glad to see how you have changed who we are, I’m glad to know you take the deepest place in my heart. I hope others will understand it’s you they need, And the reason that day your body would bleed. I could see after you gave me a tattoo and covered my eyes with mud, And the same for them, they just need the same exact tattoo by your blood. I understand all this because… That is the way I once was, Before I was tattooed by your blood.
  9. How does one selflessly serve Christ while providing for a wife who is still very much desiring “worldly treasures”?
  10. These are videos I did, concerning the doctrine of the imminent return of Christ. There are more videos in the series, but this to deal with Matt 24. https://www.worthychristianforums.com/topic/142668-jesus-imminent-return-parts-1-4posts-1-12-15-16/ https://www.worthychristianforums.com/topic/142668-jesus-imminent-return-parts-1-4posts-1-12-15-16/?do=findComment&comment=1849766 The videos are about ten minutes long each. Reading the same material, if I typed it out, might have taken longer to read and digest. Watch if you like, I won't be offended it you do not
  11. Shalom, everyone. Let's discuss the naure of what Yeshua` was trying to do during His "earthly ministry," that is, during His offer of the Kingdom to Israel. That statement both telegraphs what I'm wanting to talk about and leads the arguments I plan to propose. It is, indeed, a "leading statement." Some suggest that His primary mission was the Cross and His Sacrificial Death (and Resurrection), but that is NOT the "gospel" that He was talking about during His time of teaching. First, let's look at the word translated as "preaching": Sometimes, the word is translated from the verb form of the word translated "gospel," which means "good news": (I'm going to use Strong's definitions simply because they are a source of which many people are aware. It's not the sole source of my information, and Strong's makes mistakes from time to time, but it is still a short, straight-to-the-point source of information.) Let's start with Matthew 6:23-25: Matthew 6:23-25 (KJV) 23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. 24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them. 25 And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan. 2784 keerussoo (kay-roos'-so). Of uncertain affinity; to herald (as a public crier), especially divine truth (the gospel) -- preach(-er), proclaim, publish. So, the word translated as "preaching" means "heralding" as a town crier would do. In movies about the 1600s and 1700s, one sees town criers or heralds as pages that bring out a scroll of paper, unfurl the scroll vertically, and begin by saying, "Hear ye, hear ye!" They WERE indeed announcers, but they also had a mission: They were generally spokesmen for the king, declaring the king's decisions that were essentially to be treated as law! John the Baptist (Yochannan the Immerser) also had a mission: He was to be the herald for the coming King! Matthew tells us, Matthew 3:1-3 (KJV) 1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching (heralding) in the wilderness of Judaea, 2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias (pronounced "eh-sah'-ee-ahs"), saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Which is a quotation from Isaiah (pronounced "yay-shaw'-yah") 40:1-5: Isaiah 40:1-5 (KJV) 1 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. 2 Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD'S hand double for all her sins. 3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: 5 And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. Later, Isaiah or Yeesha`yahuw (or Yeesha`yah) said, Isaiah 52:1-10 (KJV) 1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. 2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion. 3 For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed (bought back) without money. 4 For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause. 5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed. 6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I. 7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings ("gospel"), that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings ("gospel") of good, that publisheth salvation (deliverance; rescue); that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! 8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion. 9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed (bought back) Jerusalem. 10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation (deliverance; rescue) of our God. Can you see it? This is not talking about "the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ" at all! That is NOT the "gospel" (that people think they know today) AT ALL! Here's what Strong's says about "gospel": 2098 euaggelion (yoo-ang-ghel'-ee-on). From the same as euaggelizoo; a good message, i.e. The gospel -- gospel. 2097 euaggelizoo (yoo-ang-ghel'-id-zo). From eu and aggelos; to announce good news ("evangelize") especially the gospel -- declare, bring (declare, show) glad (good) tidings, preach (the gospel). 2095 eu (yoo). Neuter of a primary eus (good); (adverbially) well -- good, well (done). 32 aggelos (ang'-ghel-os). From aggelloo (probably derived from agoo; compare agele) (to bring tidings); a messenger; especially an "angel"; by implication, a pastor -- angel, messenger. 71 agoo (ag'-o). A primary verb; properly, to lead; by implication, to bring, drive, (reflexively) go, (specially) pass (time), or (figuratively) induce -- be, bring (forth), carry, (let) go, keep, lead away, be open. 34 agelee (ag-el'-ay). From agoo (compare aggelos); a drove -- herd. (And, one should know that defining a word with the SAME WORD in its definition is circular reasoning. It's not helpful and does NOTHING to better the understanding of the word.) So, what do we get out of all this? We get that "euaggelion" is a "good message" and "euaggelizoo," from which we get our word "evangelize," means "to announce that good message (or good news)," "eu" meaning "good" and "aggelion" meaning a "message" (delivered by an "aggelos" meaning a "messenger"). Thus, a "euaggelos," from which we get our word "evangelist," means a "messenger who delivers good news." Furthermore, "angel" is a transliterated word coming from "aggelos," and STRICTLY means "a messenger," but MAY refer to one of God's special messengers that are supernatural. There's MUCH more to discuss, but that's a start. Now, why is this necessary to discuss? Well, people quote many Scriptures from the "Gospels," thinking they mean such-and-such when they don't have ANYTHING to do with such-and-such! People - well-meaning Christians - need to know what they're talking about.
  12. Why we all should be slaves of Christ?! "Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?" - Romans 6:16 Even if you think you have something better to do on this world, the answer is: “You are being deceived. Because there is nothing better ” Because I do not find anything better to do with my life in this evil world than to seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness. "for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." - Romans 14:17 And nothing of that can be found in this evil world, people are just too busy loving themselves, practicing evil and such things. When I found the gospel of Jesus Christ I thought: My life is over. This world and myself are evil anyway. After I knew the Lord was not pleased with my style of living, it was shocking, and I thought: I am making Him sad... He does not deserve it. I will just obey Him and do whatever He says. I know He wants my best and He is good... And He suffered so much without guilt. So I am without excuse. Just forgive and save me, Lord! "We love Him because He first loved us." - 1 John 4:19 I knew I had to say goodbye to all my evil habits and pleasures, they were useless anyway. At the start it seemed like I was losing my life, but as I had no excuse to go back I just decided to continue. Obviously, this was not by my own effort as the Holy Spirit encouraged me so much... He gave me faith! Because one cannot simply fight against what is written in the Word of God... It is pure light and truth. "This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all." - 1 John 1:5 Then I was learning, and learning with the Lord... That I actually was not losing my life... I was finding life. "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it." - Matthew 16:25 Then I started to grow in faith even more and said: My life in this evil world indeed came to an end. I decided: “I do not want to be friend with this world anymore... To live according to His Word is much better.” Then I decided with all faith: “Lord, I want to be yours! Please, have mercy and save me from this evil world and myself.” "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." - Romans 12:1 "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." - John 17:3 It is just amazing, I thought, I will live much better and I still will go to heaven. As He promised. "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." - John 10:10 It is true I will face tribulation, persecution, and be hated for loving what is good. But if that is the price I have to pay for this... Then, so be it! "strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.” - Acts 14:22 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” I do not understand the people who say things like: “You are working to be saved” “You are trusting in yourself” “You are just a hypocritical” Well, according to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ: I forgive them, in Jesus' name. "...Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do..." - Luke 23:34 I just wish they could experience the amazing thing that is to live according to His will. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." - Matthew 5:16 If I say that God is powerful and He will give you all the faith to live according to His will and practice His Word... "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." - Matthew 7:7 It may seem impossible, and people may think I am being hypocritical... But it is just the truth: With God you can achieve the impossible. "...If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." - Mark 9:23 As it is written: "...With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." - Matthew 19:26 And all by grace, through faith... It indeed is an amazing gift from God - The Father! "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." - John 3:17 And if there are still people who say I will be condemned for living like this... Then all I can say is: "Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us." - Romans 8:34 If obeying the gospel of Jesus Christ can take one to hell... Then I do not even want to try otherwise. "...even the winds and the sea obey Him..." - Matthew 8:27 "If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?" - 1 Peter 4:18 If to love the Lord can make one go to hell, then I do not want to try to do otherwise. "There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy..." - James 4:12 If to love the Lord can make one be told by Him: I never knew you... "He who does not love does not know God, for God is love." - 1 John 4:8 Then I do not want to stop loving Him. "But if anyone loves God, this one is known by Him." - 1 Corinthians 8:3 Yes, if you want to have life indeed then I strongly suggest you to obey the gospel of Jesus Christ; and to love Him, as without love it will be impossible. There is power of God there, it will sanctify you completely... And I mean COMPLETELY... There is nothing impossible. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek." - Romans 1:16 For those who know Him, they will joyfully say: We are slaves of Christ! And we believe and do whatever He says. And all we want is: Mercy! "Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy." - Matthew 5:7 We are all sinners, and we are sorry for it!
  13. Beware, many people are falling prey to this spirit. Make sure you are not following it. "And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light." - 2 Corinthians 11:14 The spirit of anti-Christ is known to pose as Christ, but denying His power and all its supernatural abilities to work against evil. Some versions are so deceptive, that they even offer forgiveness of sins through His blood, but as this is not done in truth... There is no effect in the spiritual realm, and the sinner never receives forgiveness. "but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation" - Mark 3:28 This deception causes the believer to think they have received forgiveness of sins, but in truth, this never happened. Why?! Because the believer lives according to the flesh... And cannot deny it, no matter if they try to appear as they are overcoming it; without the Spirit of Christ in them it is never possible. In practice, they are deceived, are wolves inwardly (do not have the Spirit), and sheep outwardly (profess to know Jesus). Their only choice is to repent in truth and welcome the real Christ, because... "Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness." - 1 John 3:4 "Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin... ...Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed." - John 8:34+36 "Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’" - Matthew 7:22-24 Or we are for Christ, or we are against Him. The third option is to be deceived you are for Christ, but inwardly, your heart is not for Him. In other words, the third option is a deceit produced by Satan. "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?" - Matthew 7:15-16 First, let us see what we have learned from the Lord Jesus Christ: "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men." - Matthew 5:13 "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden." - Matthew 5:14 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." - Matthew 5:16 "whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire." - Matthew 5:22 "But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also." - Matthew 5:38 "Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away." - Matthew 5:42 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father." - John 14:12 "For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps" - 1 Peter 2:21 "For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men" - 1 Peter 2:15 "But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one." - Matthew 5:37 "But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." - Matthew 6:15 We cannot even do those things sincerely and consistently, if the love of God, His Holy Spirit is not in us. Then, for we to be able to practice those things in truth, we must have Him in us. "that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." - Ephesians 3:17-19 But how do we have His Spirit in us? We must repent, in truth, receive forgiveness of sins from the Lord, and then receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." - Acts 2:38 After that, you are His, and the fruits must follow to confirm. Unless you believed in vain. "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me..." - Galatians 2:20 Strategies of the spirit of anti-Christ: "He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters." - Luke 11:23 The spirit of anti-Christ will cause the person to work against Christ, in two ways: Lukewarmness, or openly. Lukewarmness is evident when the person lives in the flesh and for the flesh. They boast in their flesh, and their inability to overcome it. This clearly shows the person is founded on self-righteousness (flesh). "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells..." - Romans 7:18 The desire of the Spirit is to overcome the flesh, not to accept its ways. "For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish." - Galatians 5:17 The solution is to repent, receive forgiveness, receive the Holy Spirit, and consequently overcome it. "And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness." - Romans 8:10 Those who are in the flesh cannot receive, in truth, the things and desires of the Spirit: Holiness, faithfulness, sanctification, war against flesh, fruits of the Spirit. And the spirit of anti-Christ will use those who are in the flesh to stop those who are working for the Spirit. The spirit of anti-Christ will not, and cannot encourage the person to be dead indeed to sin, as this is only possible by God given knowledge of truth and repentance. In other words: It is not you that choose, is God Himself. "We love Him because He first loved us." - 1 John 4:19 And the flesh can't comprehend it. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." - John 1:12-13 "He who does not love does not know God, for God is love." - 1 John 4:8 Again, those who are in the flesh cannot comprehend it... Because, the flesh cannot receive or understand the things of the Spirit of God... In this case: Love. "...the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." - 1 Corinthians 2:14 How can one truly love God?! If you do not have the Spirit, you do not know how to answer. "We love Him because He first loved us." - 1 John 4:19 Those under the spirit of anti-Christ will work against all those who are in the Spirit, and will never take a position against the flesh. Why can't they take a position against the flesh?! Because they do not have the Spirit. "If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?" - Matthew 12:26 The spirit of anti-Christ will put fear in the person, so they do not work for Christ: Sanctification, faith in His name, prayer, war against flesh, and strive to cultivate the fruits of the Spirit. The spirit of anti-Christ will heavily discourage people to keep obeying the Spirit; and only Satan, the devil, and the flesh (self) will work against the Holy Spirit of God. The spirit of anti-Christ will cause fear, doubt, and make the person feel condemned for striving to be holy and to please the Lord by practicing His commandments by faith. The spirit of anti-Christ will cause the person to sin here and there, or even full time, with the excuse of being more dependent on Christ's sacrifice... And boast about it. "It is written again, You shall not tempt the Lord your God" - Matthew 4:7 As the pharisees, they are never free from sin, but are regularly sinning on purpose and choosing sacrifice over mercy to become clean. And never truly repent. "Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also." - Matthew 23:26 "always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." - 2 Timothy 3:7 "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth." - John 17:17 The spirit of anti-Christ will, obviously, twist all scriptures to contradict anything that is to work for the Spirit. It indeed comes with a full doctrine package. The spirit of anti-Christ will come with a very deceiving, full of craftiness, and methods of interpretation, and claim to have superior carnal methods to correctly discern scriptures. "But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ." - 2 Corinthians 11:3 The spirit of anti-Christ will cause the person to feel worthless, and never encourage them to be victorious of the world and the flesh (self), in His name. The spirit of anti-Christ will deceive people to stay founded in self-righteousness, and consequently the Word of God will have no effect in their lives. The spirit of anti-Christ will give them little to no authority in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and never encourage it; but they will feel condemned if they do so. "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." - Luke 10:19 "Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full." - John 16:24 "And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;" - Mark 16:17 And as a result the below scriptures will never be fulfilled in the life of him who follows the spirit of anti-Christ: "...it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me..." - Galatians 2:20 "Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ." - 1 Corinthians 11:1 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock." - Matthew 7:24-25 And the spirit of anti-Christ will deceive them by making they believe they are born again, without ever receiving His Spirit. "...The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life." - John 6:63 "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves." - James 1:22 A common practice of the spirit of anti-Christ is to threaten people of losing salvation while obeying Jesus commandments and His Holy Spirit, by faith working through love (Him in us). "Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us." - Romans 8:34 "...it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me..." - Galatians 2:20 Would the Spirit of Christ fight against Himself? Obviously, no. "He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters." - Luke 11:23 You shall know them by their fruits. Please, learn this: The Holy Spirit will not cause you to fear and threaten you for doing what the Lord Jesus Himself commanded, by faith. "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." - Joshua 1:9 Another thing the spirit of anti-Christ will do is to deny the existence of the Holy Spirit and His works in a person. As a result, it will not receive testimony of those who have been miraculously delivered from the evil desires of the flesh and spiritual forces of the darkness. People who are in the flesh cannot understand the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit in the life of a true believer. The only thing they do is to work hard against those who walk by the Spirit; and they preach a false, superficial repentance and a superficial trust in the blood of Christ. "having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!" - 2 Timothy 3:5 In other words, they believe the blood of Jesus cleanses from sin, but they deny the sanctifying work of His Holy Spirit, and His supernatural power. Consequently, denying its effect and the Lord Himself. "...If we deny Him, He also will deny us." - 2 Timothy 2:12 Conclusion: Those following the spirit of anti-Christ will pass their entire lives fighting against Christ, and those who are indeed His, and their supernatural testimony. As they are deceived, in the flesh, and cannot see the truth, they will in that Day, question why they will not enter heaven: "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’" - Matthew 7:21-24 There is no such thing of being a genuine follower of Christ and being condemned for it. It is a common accusation from the spirit of anti-Christ. "Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies." - Romans 8:33 "Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us." - Romans 8:34 Your only choice is: To trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, and obey Him. He knows of your problems, sins, and everything about you... And He calls you to repent, receive forgiveness, and receive a new life. "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord..." - Acts 3:19 What?! Just because I said to you: Obey the Lord you are resisting?! Obedience is by faith, through love. Or you obey the Lord Jesus by faith, or you obey Satan, the devil and yourself. "...that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life..." - Deuteronomy 30:19 Or do you think your ways and plans are better than the Lord's? "And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." - Joshua 24:15 God bless you in Jesus' name. Amen!
  14. Guys as true followers of Christ I wanted to tell you guys how important spiritual warfare is, not many are going to make it in our fathers army, so please give everything you've got to our father, and to read the Bible and really take what Jesus was teaching his disciples very serious, the physical world isn't meant for us to have fun, infact that's what satan wants from us to distract us from our father and his orders, spirit to another spirit please let other Christians know as we have more knowledge of what's really going on in the world and could really spread the message of how not many people are taking life extremely seriously as it should be, please share to other Christians as I've noticed not many actually follow what the Bible is trying to tell us which is to always obey God, life isn't meant to have fun or be easy, and Jesus basically tells you how to be a spiritual warrior from what he was teaching his disciples, but don't only go half way, commit to it! it's not going to be easy but we are talking about eternal life here. Share so that we can spread this message of importance to save us!
  15. I feel like I need to ask people for forgiveness, but I don't know what for. Meaning, I don't remember what I've done. I remember calling my sister names, but should I ask for forgiveness 10 years later? I've recently accepted Jesus Christ as my master and the savior who gave his life, that I may keep mine. I've always been loyal to my parents an honor them. But recently my uncle an elder of the church, said before I get married, I have to ask parents for forgiveness. But for what? I've asked and cried for forgiveness Contemplatively(In my mind), after accepting Jesus. I felt deep guilt and wept. I'm not a vocal person, but see myself as a mind/thinker rather. So when I sing, I sing in my heart and pray in my heart, all throughout the day. Not because I feel I have to, but because I want to. My singing voice is absolutely garbage, and it annoys even me to hear it. Even talking I annoy myself. God probably doesn't want to hear a scratchy, out of tune voice praising him. I know I can do it better in my spirit. So I may as well give a bit of a testimony: I grew up in a strict Christian family. Which made me hate church and everything to do with it. Forced to go 5 times a week, 2 hours a service. I've always kept to myself, with a tough guy attitude, but inwardly loving. Always straight face, rare emotion display. I wasn't allowed to any non-Christian friends, so most of my child/young adulthood I was alone with my thoughts. No t.v., games, etc. But after I moved out and turned to the sinful world, is when I felt free, and when I started slowly turning back. Not to Christianity right away. I gathered my spiritual thoughts about the world. I was mildly into meditation, philosophy, astral projection, etc. The typical nature-freak stuff. However up until about a week ago, at work I started listening to a Bible audiobook. I have 8 hours of spare time to listen, and after being bored of music and everything else. I finally decided to give the Bible a go. Which opened my eyes. I've read the Bible before, but never like this. I realized who Jesus was, and how amazing his gift was. My change wasn't immediate. I didn't jump up and shout, "I believe in you Jesus". But over a few days, reading each Biblical book, one after the other. I found myself believing. In my heart I genuinely said, I believe in you Jesus, you are my savior. Multiple times I repeated it in my mind(next paragraph I'll try to describe why and how my mind works). After that over the next few days, I asked for for the holy spirit. I begged for it, saying I need it God. For the past week, since I've been saved. I have not gone a day without shedding a tear. I'll listen to worship music, and I'll let my tears flow. I'll think about Jesus dying on the cross; I'll weep heavily. Last night, I wept the most when I cried to Jesus begging for forgiveness. I can barely write all of this without weeping as I am now. Listening to music and crying, I feel peace, and I want to cry more. Crying for repentance, it hurts my heart. My heart hurts now I as I write. Today for 24 hours I dedicated my time to a fasting. No water, no food, only air(and the word of God). I dedicated this fasting to forgiveness. Forgiveness of my sins, and others. I bow, pray and ask for signs and forgiveness. But recently I've watched a video, where I realized the smallest sin will earn me the lake of fire. I want to make sure my soul is clean and pure. But I doubt, because I feel I need to ask forgiveness of others. But I don't know for what. Should I ask even if for nothing? Or have those sins been washed away? I have forgiven everyone (as far as I 'know' ). I feel like I have the Holy spirit, yet I doubt. I've never been this open-hearted. I've had a few 'mild-signs' over the past week. Those being, my body felt like it froze up for a few seconds, while I wept listening to praise music. Another time, my right hand was on my heart, while I laid in bed and wept for forgiveness. After about 15 minutes into my prayer, my hand went numb. Only the part of my hand that was on my heart. My other hand was on my stomach, almost equal position, so I don't see it being cutoff circulation. I get chills/bumps, not from being cold, but while listening to music usually or something spiritual related. After which tear up. My mind is dangerous and deep. Dangerous I say, because I feel I can think too deeply. Which can be a blessing and a curse. It makes people less humble and innocent. Which is making repentance extra hard for me. My mind thinks on multiple levels at once. This is hard to explain. Not multi-tasking, but very deep, all thoughts in my mind at once-comprehension. A probable contribution from being raised as a thinker. I believe it's partially aware-subconscious thought, interwoven with regular conscious. Meaning I think equally with my subconscious and conscious. Even as I write this now, I question myself and try to think really deep, to make sure none of what I write here is out of pride. I sometimes feel I have sins in my heart that don't even have a name, or exist outside of my mind. Just being the way my mind works. I feel like I sin, and I don't know what to ask for forgiveness, as I don't know the name for the sin. I wish I was simple minded. This is a lot, I vented half way through, but I hope someone has some encouraging words. If not, hopefully my testimony opens someones eyes. May God bless all of your spirits.
  16. Hey guys, New YouTuber, and here is a video I did on the message of the gospel, which I don't think everyone has really heard: I hope this adds to some clarity and gets some positive thought going. Feel free to share this with people to help them understand what the Bible really says as needed.
  17. This is more of a probe into how people feel about the word "Christ." What does the word mean to you? How many "Christs" were/are there?
  18. Churches have responded to Ukraine's crisis with prayers for peace and calls for reconciliation. Statistics suggest Ukraine is one of the most religious states in Europe. Over the past few months its main churches grown considerably in importance. In light of the crisis, more and more people have turned to religion, because they "don't see another way." About three-quarters of the population regard themselves as religious, according to one opinion poll, 10 percent more than a year ago. Yet in hardly any other country in the world is the religious landscape as fractious as in Ukraine. Around 70 percent of Ukrainians are Orthodox Christians. But there are two Ukrainian Orthodox Churches - one is subject to Moscow and the other has its power base in Kyiv. The two churches have no theological disagreement, but for the past two decades they have fought for influence in the country. The Moscow Patriarchate has successfully prevented the Kyiv Patriarchate - and the smaller, national-mined Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church - from having their canonical status recognized by the broader Orthodox communion. Meanwhile, the Greek Catholic Church, which also follows Byzantine rites but is in full communion with Roman Catholicism, is the largest denomination parts of western Ukraine, but has only a small following elsewhere. Throughout history, the ruling powers - Russia, Poland-Lithuania and Austria-Hungary - tried to project their power in Ukraine by altering church structures. The political conquest of the country has always been accompanied by the destruction of church life. Frictions over several centuries In the early 1990s there were scuffles as the rival denominations claimed church buildings. But this has a long history. Divisions between the churches in the 16th and 20th centuries, most for political reasons, still awaken emotions today. In 1946, Ukraine's Soviet rulers banned the Greek Catholic Church and handed its property over to the Russian Orthodox Church. This inevitably caused conflict when the ban was lifted in 1989. The Greek Catholic Church shaped the national consciousness in western Ukraine since the 19th century and in 1991 it played an important role in the founding of the independent Ukrainian state. The Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchy came into being in 1992. The reason for its founding was the refusal of the Moscow Patriarchate to award the Ukrainian Orthodox Church autocephaly - autonomy from the Russian Orthodox Church. All Ukraine's churches offered support to the anti-government Euromaidan movement during the winter. They spoke out in favor of human rights and civil liberties and against corruption. There were prayer tents on the Maidan, the center of the protests, and they held services on the central stage used by the protest movement. "There were parallels to 1989 in East Germany," said Ralf Haska, pastor of the German Evangelical Lutheran parish of St. Catherine in Kyiv. "The churches here gave a forum to the protesters and also supported their justified protest."
  19. For those of you that know my story, I am in no way mocking God on this room. It may sound like it but I speak in sincerity. Secondly I have concluded for a fact that I have either been given over by God into a unforgivable heart (reprobation, unpardonable sin, seared conscience) or am very close to it. Thirdly this is still is ongoing. I continue to harden my heart in fear, and its just like trying to climb out of a hole and people keep dumping dirt on you. IT IS VERY HARD. This also occurs when praying. Again the issue is that I harden my heart out of fear. Again its not as easy as saying "Tyler stop hardening your hardening your heart then!" Again I am DEEP in this sin. So saying "Come to Christ then" is not easy either because Im not praying out of belief or even from the heart. They are just words. Lies you could say. I dont mean them sincerely. I believe you have to call on the Lord in BELIEVE to be saved. Anyone could say Lord i need you. He isnt going to bother someone who doesnt mean in in the VERY DEPTH OF THEIR BEING. So even though this may seem carnal.... (i dont know, is it?), I was thinking that by reading the Bible and praying ( i have the motivation to do this) and (for faith comes by hearing) for the rest of my life (or until i get saved, if that is possible) would be a way to salvation. I dont want flattery i want TRUTH. If i cant be saved dont flatter me saying God loves you forgives you etc. I was thinking that maybe if i prayed and read the Bible enough (like for a long period of time, not stopping until something happens) , somehow I could get to the point where my heart would soften to the point where i can have SAVING FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST. ?
  20. You say that Christ freed us from sin and yet at the same time you say that we cannot become sin free beings, and are doomed to be sinful the rest of our lives. Can you explain Biblically what this means?
  21. Before being able to walk in Christ, is it not wise to seek Christ first to find Christ so you can fully know who or what Christ is? I don´t think you can walk in Christ when you do not know who or what Christ is. I think you can only walk in Christ when you know who or what Christ is. So seek Christ first with all your heart so that you find Christ so you then can walk in Christ. Thoughts? "Seek and you shall find." - Jesus (Matthew 7:7) "You shall know the truth." - Jesus (John8:32)
  22. From Porn to God! (POWERFUL Testimony of God's Love and Protection!) - Shelley Lubben Shelley Lubben (born May 18, 1968) is an American author, singer, motivational speaker, and former pornographic actress. After she left the adult industry, Lubben became a born-again Christian and anti-pornography activist. As of 2012, she is the Executive Director of the Pink Cross Foundation, which reaches out to women and men in pornography and speaks in public forums, sharing about the hazardous working conditions that she experienced in the porn industry. In January 2015, she closed the Pink Cross Foundation. She is also an ordained Chaplain with the Order of Saint Martin with a degree in Theological studies. Lubben was born on May 18, 1968 in Pasadena, California. In an interview with Howard Stern and Deseret News, Lubben stated that when she was nine years old, a brother and sister sexually abused her. Lubben worked as a prostitute from age 18 to 26. During this time, she became pregnant by one of her customers, and later gave birth to a daughter. She entered the adult film industry, while working as a prostitute, when she was 24 years old. During her time in the adult industry, she contracted herpes and HPV, which led to cervical cancer, and resulted in the removal of half her cervix. During and after her life in the adult industry, she battled alcohol and drug addictions. In 2005, Lubben initiated an aggressive online marketing campaign, utilizing social networking web sites in order to reach out to the adult industry. In 2008, Lubben established a faith-based organization called the Pink Cross Foundation. The group concentrates on outreach to and evangelism of those in the porn industry, especially performers, and offers support to those wishing to leave the industry. The organization solicits donations online and offers an online support forum for individuals that are addicted to drugs, fornication, and pornography. When Lubben identifies interested individuals, she sends care packages filled with Godly literature, Bibles, Christian music, local grocery and department store gift cards, and other spiritual and practical supports. A secondary focus of Pink Cross is outreach to individuals seeking recovery from pornography addiction. Pink Cross attends pornography conventions to educate fans about how porn is not glamorous and also reaching out to porn stars and reminding them that they have options. The Pink Cross Foundation also lobbies against pornography and the adult entertainment industry. Lubben supported California legislator Charles Calderon in his effort to tax the pornographic industry by speaking to lawmakers about her experiences. Lubben describes the scene of a hardcore porn film as devoid of intimacy, and describes it as "all mechanical and beastly". She further writes that "women are vomiting off the set, and most of the actors are doing drugs and alcohol." In June 2010, she spoke to U.S. House and Senate members and their staffs in Washington DC about the damage that was done to her body from her time in the porn industry. She continues to be outspoken regarding the illegal and hazardous working conditions in the industry, with sexually transmitted diseases being a workplace safety issue and public health concern. Lubben has appeared in various international media outlets, including radio, television, and film. An overview of her life has been featured in the documentaries Traffic Control and Out of the Darkness, the latter of which was selected to be the opening film for the John Paul II Film Festival in 2011. In January 2011, Lubben released a rap/hip hop album with the proceeds going to the Pink Cross Foundation to help women and men recover from porn. The first single, titled "Killer Fantasy", features the message of a porn star speaking to the porn fan about the truth behind the adult industry.
  23. Jenna Presley - From Porn to God (Brittni Ruiz Saved from Hellfire) Jenna Presley (born April 1, 1987) was the stage name of Brittni Ruiz, a former American porn actress. Brittni began stripping in Tijuana, Mexico while still underage. At age 17 she began receiving treatment for anorexia nervosa, which lasted nearly two years. In 2005 she graduated with honors from Hilltop High School and briefly attended Santa Barbara City College. She studied broadcasting and journalism and worked as a telemarketer. Brittni entered the adult film industry in September 2005 when she was 18 years old. Around one month into her porn career she caught gonorrhea. While active in the business, she was credited with performing in over 275 films. During her time in the adult film industry, Brittni used crystal meth and cocaine (to try to lose weight), ecstasy, and oxycontin to numb her pain, depression, and anxiety and to make it through the scenes. After three years in the industry her grandparents took her to The Rock Church in San Diego, where "she raised her hand to receive Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior" after hearing a sermon from The Rev. Miles McPherson. Further inspired by Rachel Collins, a Christian pastor at XXX Church, left the adult film industry in November 2012. Since then, Brittni began working in business sales and studying psychology in college. In a 2013 interview Brittni discussed a book in the making about her past struggles with drugs in the industry and about her new faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In August 2013, she appeared on The View with Craig Gross, pastor of the Triple X Church, to discuss her salvation into the Kingdom of Heaven. Romans 5:20: Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Matthew 5:28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. James 5:16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. Hebrews 13:4 Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. Proverbs 6:32: But a man who commits adultery has no sense; whoever does so destroys himself. Leviticus 18:22 “‘Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable. 1 Thessalonians 4:3 God’s will is for you to be holy, so stay away from all sexual sin. 4 Then each of you will control his own body and live in holiness and honor— 5 not in lustful passion like the pagans who do not know God and his ways. 6 Never harm or cheat a fellow believer in this matter by violating his wife, for the Lord avenges all such sins, as we have solemnly warned you before. 7 God has called us to live holy lives, not impure lives. 8 Therefore, anyone who refuses to live by these rules is not disobeying human teaching but is rejecting God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.
