  1. Persecuted! He was preaching Your Word on the street one day, when the police came and said, here you can't stay! They took him away to a cell so cold ; and there he'll stay a long time, he was told. A long time of torture and pain went by, as they tried to make him renounce his faith or die. All the way, You were there by his side, with Your comfort whenever he cried. Urging him to be faithful till the end, not denying his best Friend! He stood steadfast on his faith, not wavering at all; but had decided to be faithful to the call. One day he was finally released from the prison; and he continued to preach about You Who has risen! 23.02.24.
  2. Romans 11:1-5 I say then, has God cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel, saying, Lord, they have killed Your prophets and torn down Your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life”? But what does the divine response say to him? I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal. Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace. Is the Lord doing something different "at this present time" that this understanding that Paul is presenting does not apply to His Church? Why does the Lord state, "many are called, but few are chosen"? To be clear the elect are not merely "the called", but they are chosen unto the election. Romans 1:6 Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ. 2 Peter 1:10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble. Jesus chose apostles from among His followers. These apostles were discipled to shepherd the flock, and it is these chosen that the Lord gave detailed instructions the evening of the last supper. John 15:16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. Since the latest hot topic has been conditional vs. unconditional salvation, and a process of sanctification, is this position applied to the called, or the election? Mark 13:20 And unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days. The Election must be faithful and wise stewards 1 Corinthians 4: 1 Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2 Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful. Stewardship over every resource the Lord so provides is important for being"found faithful". Luke 16: 10 He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much. 11 Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12 And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own? 13 No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. "it is required in stewards that one be found faithful". Revelation 17:14 These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.
  3. How great thy works O Lord made full, Though men with spirits born again and heeding not, Find sudden unexpected loss, laid low with grief. So much a perfect work restrains this carnal flesh, Imprisons all, though inward shines. If not the garment torn by willing cross to bear, If all its purpose pressed conceive no blessing. The end to dust return, our wait as sons of God. In Christ, a child by faith cries, ‘Abba Father’ Awake! And fruitful make the time, a wait no more. This barren form conceived by purpose known. The summer heat, its flower scorched and lost. Treasure now present, cry out, cry hope! Let all the parts to cleave, if parts to form. Once again corruption set aside, eternal vessel. A faithful wait! The kingdom of our Lord.
  4. Matthew 5:6 says, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." So many people are not tapping into the promises that God has for them because they really don't have a understanding about the miraculous power God has given us. We must understand that Heaven is the place of creation and Earth is the place that it's manifested. When we get our hearts in proper alignment with what the Lord is saying, we will start to see this Kingdom breakthrough flood every part of our life.proper John 15:4 says, "Remain in Me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me."2 Chronicles 16:9 says, "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him..." The Lord is looking for the ones who will receive a word from Him, and hang on to that word no matter what comes. We must hold tight to the word of God, not what the critics may say and ignore the situations that are trying to destroy your purpose. The Lord longs for the person whose heart is dependent on Him. Luke 22:24 - "Now an eager contention arose among them as to which of them was considered and reputed to be the greatest." Observation: I AM NOT AT REST IN HIM IF I AM LOOKING ABOUT TO SEE HOW HE IS DEALING WITH OTHERS. NOR AM I AT HIS SERVICE TO BRING THE GRACE OF COMPASSION TO THEM IF I HAVE TAKEN A HIGHER SEAT. Luke 22:26 - "But this is not the way it is with you; rather, the greatest one among you must be like the youngest, and the leader must be like the servant." Romans 12:2 - "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Observation: THE TERRITORY OF THE UNCRUCIFIED THOUGHT-LIFE IS THE BEACHHEAD OF SATANIC ASSAULT IN MY LIFE. TO DEFEAT THE DEVIL, I MUST BE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF MY MIND! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. Isaiah 11:2 - "And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him: the spirit of wisdom, and of understanding, the spirit of counsel, and of fortitude, the spirit of knowledge, and of godliness." Observation: THE VIRTUE OF FORTITUDE IS OFTEN MISTAKEN AS MERELY DRAWING STRENGTH FROM GOD. BUT THEN I BELIEVE I HAVE STRENGTH IN MYSELF, AND THERE IS NOTHING SO WEAK AND FAILING AS THAT. FORTITUDE COMES UPON ME WHEN MY SOUL HAS FOUND ITS ONE UNFAILING SHELTER -- THATIS, WHEN I HAVE SEEN WITH THE EYES OF FAITH, WHEN CHALLENGES COME, HOW MY SOUL HAS FLED INTO ITS ALL-SURROUNDING GOD. HE ALONE IS MY EVERLASTING WALL OF STRENGTH. Acts 6:8 - "And Stephen, full of grace and fortitude, did great wonders and signs among the people." How do you prophesy radical words over your spiritual enemies? Take a page from David's play-book. David turned Goliath's false prophesy and word curses around. 1 Samuel 17:44 - "The Philistine said to David, 'Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the heavens and to the beasts of the field.'" David prophesied back, "I will strike you down and cut off your head. Then I will give the corpses of the Philistine camp this day to the birds of the air and to the beasts of the earth so that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel" (verse 46). Many times, you can determine what the Lord wants to do in your life by the vain imaginations and accusationscoming against your mind. When the enemy whispers to your mind or screams at your soul, speak the opposite of what the enemy is saying to you. Prophesy God's will over your life. The true prophetic word always trumps the false prophetic word—when you release it. You don't need a "prophetic word" to prophesy God's will—His will for your life is in His Word. Prophesy what God's Word says about you and what belongs to you. You will prevail! Psalm 100:4,5 - "Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name For the LORD is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations." Satan’s plan is to make us somehow accept, either through our upbringing, our experiences or through Church dogma that certain portions of the life of Christ are untrue or not valid in our case. Every battle we face in life is over the word and whether or not we can build our lives upon the faithfulness and integrity of God. Hebrews 10:23 - "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is FAITHFUL;" ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. God Heals at the Gas Station! (Testimony) God loves to work with His children everywhere! Here is a testimony of just that; God working through His faithful servant to heal a man who was clearly in great pain at a GAS STATION of all places! How cool is that?! God is awesome! God bless you all, in Jesus' mighty name!
  7. Lay down your burdens, hurt, and all. Jesus makes it so easy. This song by Crowder called Come As You Are will uplift your spirits! Remember that Jesus accepts sinners and he welcomes the broken with open arms. Come as you are and don’t be ashamed. Our father is forgiving and compassionate.
