  1. Wherever you find yourself watching this, I hope & pray that you experience the power of the Name of Jesus in your own heart, life and circumstance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fetuHjfsro&t=3s I filmed this during a time of fear, sickness and despair. because I know many are fearful and unsure of what the future holds. This was filmed in my kitchen during the Nationwide lock-down in India. I tried my best to share my own experience with a sincere hope that you like it and learn something from it.
  2. Has something unexpected, shocking left a bitter memory or mark on you? Do you feel like you've been through challenging times that are extreme? Have you found yourself being pushed to the limit? This video please say the prayer at the end of this video and subscribe to if you like me to pray for you and share this video with anyone needing a touch of healing from Jesus
  3. How can you keep yourself call when you are required to give presentation and you are feeling nervous and your heart is beating like crazy?
  4. Many world governments are spending billions and are going into a frenzy over corona virus, their fear is that it could spread like the Spanish flu of the early 20th century, which killed many, even more than who died in world war one. Corona virus is making headlines in the news papers, world wide web, tv, radio stations, pubs, bars super markets and work places internationally. Yet there is something far more critical, and of the upmost importance. Sin and rejection of the gospel is more serious then the corona virus. Being in sin without a saviour put one in danger of being lost for all eternity. Rom1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Mat 10:28kjv And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. There you have it there is something far worse awaiting mankind then any pestilent The great tribulation which is yet to come, the lake of fire and a angry God will make corona virus look trivial and insignificant. God is angry with sinners every day but he is long suffering to us wards not willing that any should perish but that all would come to repentance. Lets receive his free gift and way of escape from wrath. Repentance and faith in Christ the Lamb of God is the right way to go folks. 1Tim1:15 15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; what from you might ask? eternal separation from God! Wrath John3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him Men are more concerned with the spread of corona virus, but there is a God who is calling men to repentance through the preaching of the gospel, yet many ignored this message every day. The effects of rejecting the gospel will be far more severe then corona virus, Spanish flu, bubonic plague or Ebola. These pestilence though horrid can only destroy the body but Jesus takes it further. Below statement shows there is no hope for any of as unless we REPENT. Repentance and faith towards Christ is the key to access God the Father LOVE and divine FAVOUR Luke 13:1-5 (KJV)CHRIST WARNING TO REPENT! 13 There were present at that season some that told him(Jesus) of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. 2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish Repentance, faith and humility before God through the cross of Christ, will cause God grace and favour to be released to the repentant sinner or nation.(see book of Jonah) The book of judges is a good example of this. When the nation of Israel sinned, and turned away from obeying the law and prophets of God. He God would allow their enemies' to defeat them in battle, invade Israel, steal their live stock etc when Israel's enemies oppressed them, they cried out to God because their affliction. God then would have compassion on them and raise up judges to deliver them. The scriptures teaches a humble and a contrite heart God would not despise. This same humility and turning from sin is what God is still looking for today. 1 Timothy 1:15KJV) 15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief John 3:17(KJV) 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Rom5:8nkjv But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (WARNING FOR SINNERS ) Isaiah 48:22NKJV)“There is no peace,” says the Lord, “for the wicked.” Luke 16:19-31jv 19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead (Encouragement for the Christian) Philippians 4:69kjv 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. Christians should learn from David at times like these! psa 27 kjv 1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. 3Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple. 5For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. 6And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. 7Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. 8When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. 9Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. 10When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. 11Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. 12Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. 13I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. 14Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
  5. So guys I did a Bible Study on How to get rid of fear. So here are the ways I came up with In spending time with Yeshua. Number one: Keep calm and trust God. Number two: Use the power that Yeshua has given you. Number three: Recognize the power that Yeshua has to drive out fear and darkness. Number 4: call on the name of Jesus. If you want the scriptures on which this came from just pm me.
  6. Hey Loves, this is the Second Part to HTGROF. I said, I was going to PM the scriptures to all who wanted them. So here they are. Psalms 27:14 Proverbs 3:5-6
  7. Daily Reading 37 If you prefer, you can look up the following verses in your own Bible, of by whatever means and in whatever version you choose. Hebrews 2 Genesis 46:28-47:31 Psalm 37 Audio 2:47 Audio 4:47 Audio 4:21 The above addresses are linked to Bible Gateway. That is an easy way to read (or listen to) the Bible verses, and choose your version. Personally, I prefer written, that way I can go at my own pace, on think about it, before moving on. Nothing wrong with doing either or both. The Bible says faith comes by hearing. See the picture below to get an idea of what to expect if you follow the above links. Note: The audio will not play the exact verses, it will play the whole chapters, in which the verses exist. Thank you Lord for making the your word so accessible for us in these times. Amen
  8. Faith is the currency of heaven, fear is the currency of hell. This season I believe we should not entertain Halloween which is a pagan holiday rooted in fear, schemes and demon worship. Many don't know the origins of this pagan holiday and defend it need to do some research and ask themselves am I pleasing God or the devil participating in this... As Christian believers we should only embrace God's way of doing things and not the world. Faith comes by hearing the word of God. The bible say this! Fear comes by listening to the lies of the devil. God has not given us the spirit of fear but of POWER, LOVE and A SOUND MIND. Again Faith comes by hearing the word of GOD... If you need your faith built up read out loud God's holy scripture or listen to it on a particular topic.
  9. John 11:33-35 When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. “Where have you laid him?” he asked. “Come and see, Lord,” they replied. Jesus wept. Sometimes in our society the world tells people to suck it up, not be emotional, and looks at crying as a weakness. Especially if someone is a male it’s not looked at as manly to cry, yet Jesus wept. It said he was “deeply moved…..troubled….wept.” Not just a little upset, but extremely. This passage is clear that Christ had emotions and was compassionate. I believe this is an example where we should not follow the ways of the world, but use Jesus’ as an example of how to live. Romans 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep, is another place we are told to do this. Then it goes on to say in John 11:36 Then the Jews said, “See how he loved him!” By weeping, Jesus showed love. John 11:43 When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” Because what Jesus spoke comes to fruition, if he had not called Lazarus by name, it would appear that all the dead buried there would have been brought back to life. John 11:48 If we let him (Jesus) go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and then the Romans will come and take away both our temple and our nation.” Fear of losing their power and greed led to the chief priests and Pharisees plotting to kill Jesus. John 11:53-54 So from that day on they plotted to take his life. Therefore Jesus no longer moved about publicly among the people of Judea. Instead he withdrew to a region near the wilderness, to a village called Ephraim, where he stayed with his disciples. I’ve heard some Christians over the years say that we should just let evildoers overtake us and be martyrs for our faith. I think this is an example where Jesus was wise and didn’t help them to do evil to Him, until it was His appointed time to die/be our sacrifice.
  10. Only with God-given discernment can we tell apart the good and evil influences that surround us. We often come up against "demonic influences". This influence is a spiritual force that twists and taints and pollutes God's ways. It is like a spider web, and people get stuck -- writhing in their captivity, they act out of a "web mentality". Religious spirits endeavor to interfere with the free flow of the Holy Spirit in the lives of Believers. They can be hard to discern precisely because they are religious; they are pious, even hyper-spiritual. Their influence can pervade a person's life and church -- like yeast pervades a lump of dough. That's why Jesus said, "Watch out and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees" (Matthew 16:6). In New Testament times, the Pharisees were the watchdogs of religious purity, chastising any Jewish person who transgressed even slightly, promoting the perfectionistic performance of their strict interpretation of the requirements of the law of Moses. They held to "a form of godliness, although they...denied its power" (2 Timothy 3:5). Generally, the religious spirit promotes a works-based or performance-based lifestyle. Although the Cross of Jesus has made performance-based religion a thing of the past, the religious spirit likes to keep it alive so that people will labor under a triple burden of guilt, fear, and pride. Every person on earth rightfully seeks a sense of acceptance, but the religious spirit keeps the ultimate acceptance—God's—just out of reach. The motivation of a religious spirit demands that we need to earn God's approval. By His death and resurrection, Christ Jesus has secured our acceptance with the Father once and for all as we place our faith in Him. SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT Yet when we live and breathe in an environment tainted by the religious spirit, it is difficult for us to discern that we're being affected by that demonic influence. It can be easier to spot the religious spirit in someone else, and to judge them, than it is to recognize it in ourselves. We need to discern and look out for FIVE TELLTALE ATTITUDES: 1) Legalism, 2) Criticism, 3) Debate, 4) Opinion, and 5) Judgment. Let's apply that measure to ourselves and take the log out of our own eyes instead of pointing out the splinters in others' eyes. (Matthew 7:4-5.) Watch out for the big THREE EARMARKS OF THE RELIGIOUS SPIRIT : 1) Guilt, 2) Fear, and 3) Pride. A proud demeanor often masks the fearful, insecure soul of someone who is trying desperately to make the grade. Yet looking for security within oneself just perpetuates the anxiety, because self-centered security is such a poor substitute for God-centered security. In contrast, we need God's grace to shine where we are weak. That will make more of an impact for the Kingdom than perfectionism ever would, and will equip us for the deliverance of other people. (see 2 Corinthians 12:9). THE HOLY SPIRIT -- OUR HELPER IN DISCERNING THE RELIGIOUS SPIRIT As passionate Believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, we are each called to be "Worshipper of God and Deliverers of Men." As we worship God and surrender ourselves to Him, He meets us with freedom. As we ask the Holy Spirit to cast His light on the hindrances that keep us from receiving and discerning His revelation and acting upon it, He answers our prayers and sets us free, and we are empowered to give away what we have received. 11. Another sorrow decided to strike me one more time: the fact that I am fearful. :'( I am fearful and have to face it hardly to overcome it whenever I have to do something new or trivial that involves social interaction or exposure. It is very hard, I have gave up many things in my life because of it. And if it wasn't for my faith in Christ I wouldn't want to try to overcome it. I am a very reserved individual (or fearful?), and I do not like showing much what I do in my life. Like when I am reading, typing things in front of my computer and people come to look what I am doing I usually try to hide and wait people to leave. I know I have to be careful, I don't want to deny the Lord Jesus when I am asked about something or when I am reading. Then sometimes I get in serious doubt if I accidentally did that during the day. I certainly don't want to do that, then I know I have to stay alert. The problem is not only the fear and anxiety, there are other things about myself people don't like, such as: loneliness and isolation, difficult in expressing sympathy and kindness, awkwardness. I am not saying I want to be rude or that I am, I do not see people complaining about that but I feel that others see me as: cold, indifferent, crazy. And I have to face indirect and direct judgment and condemnation, like when I hear people saying verses like Revelation 21:8. I have had many situations it happened, like when I am in church and people get very extrovert and I stay silent and standing still. Hearing comments and messages like: "Is he normal? Certainly he is not, must have a mental illness of some sort.". Does not feel to help me. Sometimes, to me it sounds like: "You are not like us, or you change that or you will go to hell.". I do not want to hear people only, but I want to hear from God and His word... I know I am powerless, without His help I could not learn, face, and overcome my problems. I believe I just need to trust in the Lord and face my daily trials and challenges and do not let fear or anxiety stop me. It is never easy, but most of the times it is easier to win than I thought... Overcoming each day feels good enough. Sometimes I feel it may be an endless battle till the end of my life... May the Lord have mercy on me. :'( Thank you for hearing me. You are welcome to talk to me. God bless you!
  12. 1 Corinthians 1:9 - "God is faithful (reliable, trustworthy, and therefore ever true to His promise, and He can be depended on)." SEEDS OF AFFIRMATION, MEDITATION, PRAYER, WORKS, GIVING AND OTHER ACTS OF OBEDIENCE ARE READY TO BURST FORTH IN BUD AND FRUIT. HARVEST AWAITS THOSE WHO DO NOT YIELD TO DISCOURAGEMENT AND REMAIN CONSISTENT IN OBEDIENCE AND DILIGENCE. GRASSHOPPERS OF DISCOURAGEMENT WILL ASSAULT US WHEN WE'RE WEARY. OUR STRENGTH IS DIMINISHED WHEN WE ALLOW OUR MINDS TO ENTERTAIN AND DWELL ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO OUR SENSES. WHEN FOCUSED ON THE TURMOIL AND UPHEAVAL OF THE TEMPORAL WE'LL BE OVERWHELMED. IT WILL NOT BRING US STRENGTH, BUT DRAIN US. CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COUNSEL US TO GIVE UP. Affirmations: MY SEASON OF HARVEST AWAITS ME! I DON'T ALLOW THE GRASSHOPPER OF DISCOURAGEMENT TO DESTROY ALL I'VE SOWN. GOD'S PROMISE IS SURE AND BACKED BY HIS CHARACTER. Psalm 89:8 - "O Lord God Almighty! Where is there anyone as mighty as you, Lord? Faithfulness is your very character." 1 Corinthians 15:4,6 - "And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once." BEFORE YOU CAN RECEIVE THE FIRE OF THE SPIRIT, YOU MUST WANT IT. PERHAPS THAT IS WHY ONLY 120 APPEARED OUT OF 500 BRETHREN IN THE UPPER ROOM. Matthew 5:6 - "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." "Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find REST IN THE SHADOW of the Almighty." - Psalm 91:1 "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I fear no evil, for You are with me." - Psalm 23:4 It's not about death's shadow. It's about God Who is OVERSHADOWING us. Wherever we go and whatever we do, God is there. We find protection under His SHADOW. "You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose THOUGHTS ARE FIXED ON YOU." - Isaiah 26:3 If we constantly look at how bad a situation is, peace will elude us. If we always wonder. "What are we going to do?" or "How are we going to make it? -- fear will grip our hearts. Peace comes when the eyes of our heart are FIXED ON JESUS - - the Author and Finisher of our faith. No matter what happens in the world, we can live without fear. We can enjoy life for we have been given a spirit of love, power, and a sound mind. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  13. Joshua 1:9 - "Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." Distractions, reasoning, fear, and doubt are tools the devil uses to rob us from achieving God's promises. Joshua was successful in battle because he realized that every victory begins in the heart. Victories are never won rehearsing past failures or running from battle, they are won by continually affirming and meditating on God's Word and doing the Word. Philippians 3:14 - "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." A season of trials is a SEASON of promotion. You will triumph if you don't quit because God only allows you to face what you are prepared to face with Him He's allowing you to have the opportunity to step into a new level of the boldness and dominion of Christ. "Sometimes you've just gotta STAND." Maybe it's, "Sometimes you've just gotta PRESS THROUGH." Maybe it's, "Sometimes you've just gotta LET GO." The bottom line is that sometimes you've just got to trust that God knows exactly what you need for your journey. You must realize that God will capitalize on every trial and triumph to shape you and transform you into to the image of Christ so that you can walk in the CALLING and PURPOSE He has destined for you. Observation: IF I KEEP PUSHING-OUT THE LIMITS AND GOING FURTHER IN MY EFFORT TO ADVANCE THE PURPOSES OF GOD, THEN I WILL TAKE MY LIFE TO A HIGHER LEVEL - TO A PLACE OF GREAT FAITH. AFFIRMATIONS: Out of His glorious riches, He strengthens me with power through his Spirit in my inner man (Ephesians 3:16). I am an overcomer and I overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of my testimony. (Revelation 12:11) I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14). Song of Solomon 4:8 - "Come from Lebanon, my spouse, come from Lebanon, come; you will be crowned from the top of Amana, from the peak of Shenir and Hermon, from the dens of the lions, from the mountains of the leopards." COME FROM THE HIGHEST MOUNTAIN TOPS (REPRESENTED BY THE PRACTICE OF THE HIGHEST VIRTUES). COME ALSO FROM THE LION'S DEN AND FROM THE MOUNTAIN OF THE LEOPARDS, FOR YOU CANNOT ARRIVE AT SUCH A HIGH PLACE WITHOUT ENDURING THE MOST CRUEL PERSECUTIONS OF MEN AND DEMONS. IT IS TIME TO RISE ABOVE EVERYTHING, SINCE YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE CROWNED AS HIS (JESUS) BRIDE. THERE YOU WILL FIND TRUE REST, FOR YOU WILL HAVE LET GO OF EVERYTHING IN ORDER TO REACH THAT POINT. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  14. Psalm 59:9 - "O my Strength, I will watch and give heed to You and sing praises; for God is my Defense." The soul that is not recollected in one appetite alone (the desire for God) loses heat and strength in the practice of virtue. Affirmation: I WILL CONCENTRATE THE STRENGTH OF MY APPETITES ON GOD ALONE. Mark 9:24 - "And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief." Affirmations: I AM NO LONGER TROUBLED BY THE DEMONS OF FEAR AND DOUBT. I REPENT OF MY UNBELIEF. I DRAW UPON THE FORGIVENESS OF CHRIST AND HIS PURITY OF HEART AND THEN I YIELD MYSELF TO CHRIST'S FAITH WITHIN ME. James 3:8 - "But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison." Affirmations: I BOLDLY DECLARE THAT MY TONGUE IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. MY WORDS ARE SEASONED WITH GRACE, AND MY LIPS ARE CONSTANTLY GIVING THANKS TO GOD! THIS IS WHAT MY TONGUE SPEAKS BECAUSE IT IS SUBMITTED TO THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  15. Blessings Brothers & Sisters.... Glory,Praise & Thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father,,,,,,,,by His New Mercy we are here to see,yet another day,Halleluyah! I heard a wonderful sermon this morning, encouraging & uplifting,Oh the Lovely Word of God & His Blessed Assurances,,,,,,,,I thought I would share it with you,Worthy Family & friends,,,,,,, Never compromise when you stand on your Position of Victory no matter what opposition or obstacles you face,,,,,,,,,the enemy distracts, disrupts & will try to get you off track, stay focused on Jesus,,,,,,keep your eye on the Prize! In Daniel 3:6 we see 3 boys who would not compromise, they would not waiver, they had Gods Blessed Assurance deeply rooted in their very souls,,,,,,,,they knew,God is ABLE,would He rescue them? That was not their concern, they didn't fear because of their Faith, they didn't need to argue the point, they walked their walk with Boldness & Confidence,,,,, Did Shadrach fear the Kings opinion? Did Meshach worry about their popularity? Did Abednego doubt that their GOD is ABLE,,,,,,no,they stood firm on their Position of Victory with their eyes on the Prize,,,,,,, It is not unlike a runner in a race,,,,,,,the runner is way ahead of the pack ,he is focused on the track & then he hears the people in the stands shouting,,,"You're doing it wrong, you need to pace yourself, you'll tire,,,,,,you are going to lose!" The runner goes off the track & into the stands to argue his ways,to tell them they are wrong & he is right,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,even if he wins the argument he will have lost the race,,,, He was distracted, because of opposition & he got off track,,,,,,,,He compromised Jesus never compromised,,,He was not concerned about winning popularity, opposition never worried Him,He was focused on doing the Will of Father God,He knows the Truth & does not have to defend it nor does He have to defend what He does,Pride could not tempt Him,He could not be distracted no matter what the enemy threw His way.............He spoke the Truth & He left the choice to receive that Truth up to His listeners,,,,,, Even His own disciples wondered at times ,but whether they followed Him was their choice,Jesus didn't have to convince them, make excuses.... Standing on the Position of Victory we have Boldness & Confidence in Gods Blessed Assurance, never compromise by argument, excuse,,,,,,,,don't let the spirit of pride tell you that you must prove you are right, don't allow the enemy to distract you by opposition, stay on the track,be a doer of the Word & go about our Fathers Business,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NEVER COMPROMISE,have Faith, trust God Don't worry about who hears & who does not,it is their choice & the Holy Spirit convicts their hearts,,,,,,,,,,,just love,be kind & spread the Gospel to everyone,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if God is for you,who could be against you? 17. “I ought to pray more”. “I ought to do more exercise”. “I ought to eat healthier”. Is your inner monologue anything like this? If it is, there’s a good chance that you might be… a normal human being! I think we are all plagued with feelings of guilt and inadequacy, especially when it comes to our spiritual lives and exercise routines. However, Christ came to set us free. Free from guilt and regrets; he wants us to be joyful and light like little children, who can laugh and rejoice and feel thankful. How can we achieve this? I am no expert on the topic, but I wanted to share some reflections that have come to mind: Sing more! Even if you’re really bad at it, singing is good for your soul. We let go of tensions, we forget ourselves and our deep worries and we let the music take us. When we praise God with all our heart, mind and lungs, we focus on Him and His greatness, rather than on our own feelings of guilt and failure. Improve your body language Studies have shown that the position of our bodies has a massive impact on our mind and mood. There’s no need to feel uncomfortable or shy about standing up with your arms outstretched when praising God; it will lift your spirits to Him! If you don’t believe me, search for Amy Cuddy’s TED talk about this topic, it’s very impressive. Simplify your life Of course, this is easier said than done, but there is no other way. Finding more time to pray or exercise is not a matter of seeing how you can “fit it in” to your already busy schedule, you will only end up feeling frustrated and exhausted. Technology and entertainment can take up a massive amount of our time, and are often a waste of it. You may have to take some extreme measures, like trading in your smart phone for a Neolithic one or cancelling your subscription to Netflix, but whatever you feel led to do, be sure that the result will be FREEDOM; more free time without distractions, to be able to reconnect with God in prayer and with His Word. Don’t let the devil trap you with a false sense of guilt The devil wants to trap you in these feelings of inadequacy and guilt; he will sap you of all joy and lead you into self-doubt and recrimination. I was once told: “if you feel a general sense of un-ease and guilt, this is from the devil, whereas God will usually pin-point a specific sin you have committed, so that you can repent and be freed from it”. Of course it’s impossible to say if this is the case without lifting up all these feelings to God in prayer, but if you do find that after praying deeply and repenting you’re still weighed down with the same burden of shame and heaviness, it is not because God hasn’t forgiven you or that you don’t deserve His love. Many dedicated and faithful Christians suffer from anxiety and depression, this is not a sign of a lack of faith or sinfulness, it’s part of being a broken human being in a frail, mortal body. As Christians we shouldn’t shun modern medicine or psychology; admitting that we can’t control how we feel is a brave and important step and a sign of a humble attitude, and we know that: “When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.” (Proverbs 11:2)
  18. What is the difference between satans fear and the fear of God. I get this fear, where I can't sleep. I also have fear that something is going to happen to my husband, since he's not well and not ready for Jesus.
  19. As we enter the month of peace, I can't help but wonder if it will be one of our last. Cities in the US are burning, innocent people are being attacked, and the lawless and envious are spreading hatred and chaos throughout the nation. Elsewhere, in the Middle East and Northern Africa, radical islamists are viciously killing anyone and everyone that stands up to them. In South America, a steady stream of poison is being produced and distributed throughout the world. The ultra wealthy, not happy with their current fortunes, continue to devise newer and more cunning ways to steal from the people. Evil forces are removing peace from the world and turning us against each other by creating countless moral dilemmas for us to bicker over. So, we do what we've always done. We pray for peace. Casting Crowns' remake of this song is absolutely beautiful! "I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day" lyrics (Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807-1882), 1867) I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day Their old familiar carols play, And wild and sweet the words repeat Of peace on earth, good will to men. I thought how, as the day had come, The belfries of all Christendom Had rolled along the unbroken song Of peace on earth, good will to men. And in despair I bowed my head: "There is no peace on earth," I said, "For hate is strong and mocks the song Of peace on earth, good will to men." Then pealed the bells more loud and deep: "God is not dead, nor doth he sleep; The wrong shall fail, the right prevail, With peace on earth, good will to men." Till, ringing singing, on its way, The world revolved from night to day, A voice, a chime, a chant sublime, Of peace on earth, good will to men!
  20. What is FUD? FUD is Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt. Anyone is free to comment their opinion. But really the Bible is the standard so if you say "the Bible says..." please at least give the reference. Opinions are great. God's Word is better. I'd like to start the thread by asking three questions: 1. What is the Bible? 2. Who is God according to the Bible? 3. Who is Jesus Christ according to the Bible?
