  1. A sacred place Your frontal lobe in your brain is where your imagination is, the place where the heavenlies are for you, the place where you run away to Abba Father as a child - a sacred place. When you quite smoking, life feels so much richer, sometimes like when you were a child. Smoking seals up the frontal lobe of the brain and thus stops the imagination. Brothers and Sisters, smoking is not a sin but you would be much happier off of them and so Jesus would be happy for you too, OR (cut down then quit) Buying a proper (do it right and win) E-cigarette which costs about £100, I can guide you to brands (mods I hope this is ok - I can edit this if you want) if you PM me: 5000 unknown chemicals in cigarettes. Only 72 unknown in E-cig fluid. * Any flavour from strawberry to chocolate to jam donut. Cut down nicotine levels over time easily by buying different levels in your liquid. Changeable amount of vapour. They have been out for a while now ("no one knows the long-term effects" is old now) and they are safe e.g. diactol which causes popcorn lung has been removed from the liquids.* This has got me off fags for two years and I am doing the half-marathon for Tearfund in October therefore I am healthy. I puff on my E-cig like a chimney with 6mg nicotine in my fluids. Print this stronghold buster out and use once a day for two months. Just read it parrot fashion for this time - don't struggle through it but do it: Any problems after that then go to a pipe at least as the tobacco is less damaging. Shalom
  2. Deuteronomy 30:19 - "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live." Some people seem to enjoy being the victim. No matter what failure or disappointment they have experienced in life, they have convinced themselves that someone or something is to blame This lie is old as Adam. He blamed Eve and she blamed the devil when they messed up in the Garden of Eden. However, each one of them had a choice to obey or disobey God's Word. Instead of using their God-given dominion and subduing that lying devil, they chose to do what he suggested. Actually, they chose death. Affirmations: I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIFE I AM LIVING IS THE RESULT OF CHOICES THAT I HAVE MADE THROUGHOUT MY LIFE. EVERY VICTORY IS REALLY UP TO ME, NOT OTHER PEOPLE, EVENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES. WHEN HATE IS HURLED TOWARD ME, I CHOSE TO FORGIVE AND WALK IN LOVE. I SEE THE IMPOSSIBLE COME TO PASS IN MY LIFE. Ephesians 3:20 - "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably (exceeding abundantly) more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us." "The power" working within you is the mighty power of God's Spirit who lives inside you, enabling you to fulfill the vision He has given you. God's power is actually working within you for the fulfillment of your dream. As long as we believe that we receive only what we ask for we are limiting the power of God in our life. Affirmations: HE WILL DO "EXCEEDING ABUNDANTLY" BEYOND ALL THAT I CAN ASK FOR, THINK ABOUT, OR IMAGINE. MY IMAGINATION IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL THAT HE WANTS TO DO FOR ME. Hebrews 3:14,15 - "For we are become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm unto the end; while it is said, Today, if you shall hear his voice, harden not your hearts.." When we truly become partakers of Christ, we are known, even now and to all eternity, as one with Christ on the throne of glory. Our perseverance in seeking His PURPOSE for our life will be the seal of our being a partaker of Christ. The faith by which, at conversion, we know at once that we have Christ -- HisCALLING on our life growing clearer and brighter and more mightily effectual in opening up the treasures of Christ, as we hold it fast firm unto the end. Persevering faith is the witness that we have Christ, because through it Christ exercises His keeping and perfecting power. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: How did Christ become a partaker of our nature? Answer: He left His own state of life, forsook all, and entered into our state of life. How do I become a partaker of Christ? Answer: By coming out from my state of life, forsaking all, giving myself wholly to be possessed of Him living His PURPOSE for my life. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. Acts 26:24,25 -- Now as he thus made his defense, Festus said with a loud voice, "Paul, you are beside yourself! Much learning is driving you MAD! But He (Paul) said, "I am not MAD, most noble Festus, but speak the word of truth and reason." The words 'beside yourself' mean to rave as a maniac, and it's the idea of incessant craving. Festus accused Paul of being crazy. Modern culture is not drawn to Christianity because the little they are exposed to is not extreme enough for them. What the world really wants to see is a Christian who is totally enthralled with who Jesus is. Our spiritual learing shouldn't be just systematic theology books but a distinguishable crazy love that goes public. AFFIRMATION: I won't give up, let up, or shut up, until I get others to get up, rise up, and take up all who Christ wants them to be. 2 Corinthians 5:13 -- If I'm in my right mind, it's for your sake, but for God, I'm out of my mind. One of the great men of God of the sixteenth century, Francis Xavier, charged the apathetic European students of his day to "give up your small ambitions and come and preach the gospel of Christ." INTO ACTION: How can you express "crazy love" for Jesus today? Using your imagination, what are you willing to do to advance the Kingdom of God that involves stretching, risking and pushing your limits? ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
