  1. Luke 24:1-3 - "Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus." Observation: TRULY, ITS TIME FOR ME TO STOP LOOKING FOR THE LIVING AMONG THE DEAD. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO STOP WANDERING AROUND IN THE CEMETERY OF SIN, SICKNESS, AND FAILURE AND TO STEP INTO RESURRECTION LIFE! AS A RESURRECTED CREATURE, I AM NO ACCIDENT GOING SOMEWHERE TO HAPPEN. MY LIFE ISN'T JUST A LOOSE WEB OF EVENTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES. GOD HAS SPECIFIC PLANS FOR ME. Romans 1:17 - "For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, But he who is put right with God shall live by faith." "From faith to faith" means we are to begin and finish in faith. We are to start in faith and stand in faith until that which we are believing for arrives. We go from "faith to faith" not faith to feelings. Faith is a seed. When we are dealing in faith, there is a timing for the manifestation. It takes time sometimes for our faith to pull things into the natural realm. That's why the bible says it's "from faith to faith." We have to stay in faith even when we don't see any changes. In our faith, we have to get above seeing or feeling something. Observation: FAITH PLEASES GOD BECAUSE IT MAKES A WAY FOR HIM TO WORK IN MY LIFE. IT CONNECTS ME TO HIS SUPERNATURAL ANOINTING. LIKE ABRAHAM I STAGGER NOT AT THE PROMISE OF GOD THROUGH UNBELIEF; BUT AM STRONG IN FAITH GIVING GLORY TO GOD! Song of Solomon 3:3 - "The watchmen that patrol the city found me and I asked, 'Have you seen my beloved?"' THE WATCHMEN, WHO GOD HAS SET ON THE WALLS OF JERUSALEM, FIND YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR HIS CITY. YOU ASK THEM FOR NEWS OF YOUR BELOVED (JESUS), BUT THEY CANNOT TELL YOU WHERE HE IS. YOU SEARCH FOR YOUR BELOVED, BUT NO ONE CAN TELL YOU WHERE HE IS BUT HE HIMSELF. Isaiah 62:6,12 - "I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Jerusalem, who will never hold their peace day or night; you who are His servants that put the Lord in remembrance of His promises, keep not silence. And they shall call them the holy people, the redeemed of the Lord." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRYhttp://afministry.ning.com
  2. Genesis 48:18-19 says, Joseph said to him, "No, my father, this one is the firstborn; put your right hand on his head," but his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know. He too will become a people, and he too will become great. Nevertheless, his younger brother will be greater than he, and his descendants will become a group of nations.” I find it interesting that Jacob/Israel blessed Joseph's 2nd born (Ephraim,) over his 1st born (Mannasseh.) It kind of repeated what had happened with Jacob himself, only he stole the blessing from his older brother, Essau , by deceiving his father, Isaac. There's obviously a reason that God put this in here and allowed this to happen that way. In tradition, the 1st born always received the blessing, inheritance, and a place of respect which made them privileged. Deuteronomy 21:17 says, But he shall acknowledge the firstborn, the son of the unloved, by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the beginning of strength; to him belongs the right of the firstborn. I wonder if God saw that as an area of pride, and decided to humble mankind, even His people. It was definitely God that allowed the order to be reversed because He's in control of all things, and nothing happens without Him allowing it. Any thoughts on this?
  3. Acts 28:3,5 - "And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand. But Paul shook the snake off into the fire without being harmed at all." Observation: Every disaster the devil sends is an opportunity to advance the Gospel. Because I keep going and never give up, God's Spirit is always available to help me in every situation. 1 Corinthians 9:25,26 - "Every athlete in training submits to strict discipline; he does so in order to be crowned with a wreath that will not last; but we do it for one that will last forever. That is why I run straight for the finish line; that is why I am like a boxer, who does not waste his punches." Affirmations: I AM EXHORTED TO LIVE WITH PURPOSE. I AM NOT JUST TO EXIST OR GET BY; NOR AM I TO MEASURE SUCCESS BY THE WORLD'S STANDARDS, BUT BY HEAVEN'S STANDARDS. I AM ENTRUSTED AS A STEWARD WITH GOD-GIVEN GIFTS, ABILITIES, AND RESOURCES. 1 John 3:22 - "And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight".Isaiah 1:19 - "If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land." This opportunity is given to all who are saved, but not everyone is willing to adjust to a "diet" that is conducive to spiritual growth. We will mature spiritually as we arediscipled into "who we are in Christ," our "right standing with God," and how to "walk in the Spirit". In our identification with the Lord in the outworking of His PURPOSE for our life, we must develop a sensitivity to the Lord's presence, that we might rightly respond to Him as He seeks to guide us toward spiritual maturity. 4. Matthew 6:10 - "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." What world is more real to us? Is it this present world or the eternal? When we are more aware of the ultimate eternal life with God, when the temporal world no longer makes much difference, there is a freedom that comes in our spirit – because this place is not our home. We are journeying through this life knowing that our home is that which is not made by hands but by God in the Heavens. The truth is that we can now live out of the PLACE OF ETERNITY. ETERNAL LIFE is also a way of life. We live from this quality of life that Jesus opened the way for us to experience. Paul tells us to focus on the eternal, not the temporal. In this, we free our minds from the cares of this life. The ETERNAL REALM is comprised of the life we are called to live in. HEAVEN IS OUR HOME The eternal realm is in God. But, make it more personal: He is our Father, the Everlasting Father. God is trying to bring His people to a place where they learn how to live from heaven towards earth. The reason is that His heart is for heaven to exist on earth. The desire to go to heaven can never cancel out His command to us to bring heaven to earth. Whatever our meditation is, that is what we will end up talking about the most. We talk about what is most valuable to us or what we've chosen to make our meditation. In all these things we need to yield our hearts and thoughts to God, ask Him to fill us with His thoughts, meditate on His words and fix our eyes upon the Lord. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. Hebrews 11:1 - "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Christianity without faith is like a computer without electricity: the circuits of "proper knowledge" may be in place, but there is no light, no power nor functionality, Hebrews 11:6 - "But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him." 1 Peter 5:8 - "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour." The enemy is terrified when God's children come into the true knowledge of who they are in Christ, all that Jesus won for them on the cross, and what they were created to do (God's PURPOSE for their life) -- because he knows that if they step into their true identity in Christ, they will walk in authority against his evil schemes and advance God's Kingdom (displacing His). Believing lies creates a victim mentality, and creates a vulnerablility consciousness which is succeptable to accusing God of not being just or faithful. Affirmations: IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST I TAKE AUTHORITY OVER THE ACCUSATIONS THAT THE DEVIL HAS BEEN SPEAKING IN MY MIND. HE'S BEEN TELLING ME ALL THE REASONS THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY HOPE. EACH ACCUSATION IS MET WITH "IT IS WRITTEN." THE HOLY SPIRIT IS OPERATING IN ME RIGHT NOW TO GET ME OUT OF EVERY MESS I HAVE CREATED, BOTH INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY. MY HEART IS REPENTANT, THEREFORE I AM FORGIVEN. BY AFFIRMING AND MEDITATING ON GOD'S WORD, GOD IS HELPING ME WALK OUT OF THE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE TRIED TO GRIP MY MIND AND MY LIFE. I DECLARE THIS BY FAITH IN JESUS' NAME. Song of Solomon 2:12 - "The flowers have appeared on the earth: the pruning-time is come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land." THE VOICE OF THE TURTLEDOVE - THE HUMANITY OF CHRIST - INVITES YOU TO LOSE YOURSELF AND HIDE YOURSELF WITH HIM IN THE BOSOM OF THE FATHER. CHRIST CALLS YOU TO "OUR LAND" BECAUSE HE HAS WON IT FOR YOU BY HIS REDEMPTION. THE FLOWERS THAT GROW THERE NEVER FADE, FOR THEY HAVE NO FEAR OF WINTER COMING AGAIN. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. Ways in which we can learn to live by His strength within us: 1. Become deeply rooted. We're encouraged to be strong in the Lord and His kratos power (Eph. 6:10). Read the Word and discover the fullness of this strength, power and love for you. Develop intimacy and friendship with the Lord by spending time in the secret place of His presence. Seek and come to know Him more than you have before. Those who abide in Jesus will know the anointing and will flow in it (John 15). When your roots grow deep you'll flourish (Ps. 92:13) and the Spirit of the Lord will be upon you in strength! 2. Acquaint yourself with what God would have you do, pray for wisdom. Paul prayed that the saints at Colossae might be fully acquainted with what God would have them do in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Col. 1:9-10). He offered a similar prayer on behalf of the Ephesians (Eph. 1:17-19). Wisdom and spiritual understanding awaken you to the reality of God's strength and power in you, working through you and flowing from you. 3. Plug into fresh oil daily. "But my horn you have exalted like a wild ox, I have been anointed with fresh oil" (Ps. 92:10). To be exalted as a wild ox is to be strengthened. Oxen are strong and powerful. It takes a lot to knock an ox down. Fresh oil releases the strength of the Lord in the inner man. It is only by His Spirit (Zech. 4:6) that you are able to accomplish the mighty and impossible and take pleasure in infirmities, in reproach, in persecution and in distress for Christ's sake. For when you are weak, then you are strong (2 Cor. 12:10). So become as strong as an ox by tapping into the precious oil of the Spirit every day. 4. Trust in the Lord. We cannot walk in the fullness of our destiny until we know and trust God’s strength and live daily by the strength of who He is in our inner man. This strength only comes by the power of the Holy Spirit. David trusted God even though he was hunted and persecuted by King Saul. He said he wasn't plucked up or destroyed, but flourished like a green olive tree in the house of the Lord (Ps. 52:8). 5. Rejoice for Christ and His Mighty Strength in You. Rejoice that you can rule and reign in this life with boldness, confidence, strength, zeal and vigor. When Christ, your High Priest, goes before you, you can walk in the fullness of your inheritance. You can walk in every manifestation of power available to you, including kratos power. Rejoice around the throne and sing a new song of victory, for Christ in you and His mighty strength in your inner man! "Blessing and honor and glory and power [kratos] be to Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever, and ever" (Rev. 5:13b)! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  7. Romans 12:2 - "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." The place where Jesus was crucified was called "Golgotha", which meant "place of the skull." If I will be effective in spiritual warfare, the first field of conflict where I must learn warfare is the batleground of the mind; ie. the "place of the skull." Joshua 1:6 - "Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them." True soldiers of Christ resolve to die every day to this world so that they live for the sake of the Gospel. It is time for courage to enable us to lift a sword that never leaves our hands again -- it never gets put on the mantle. Every day is a day of conquest -- every day is a day for king Jesus to be glorified -- it is called courage. Affirmation: COURAGE MAKES ME DO EXTRAORDINARY THINGS FOR GOD EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF IMPOSSIBLE CIRCUMSTANCES. Proverbs 28:1 - "The wicked flee when no man pursues them, but the righteous are bold as a lion." 1 Corinthians 2:11 - "As for a man, it is his own spirit within him that knows all about him; in the same way only God's Spirit knows all about God." Observation: GOD COMMUNICATES WITH ME THROUGH MY SPIRIT. IT IS GOD'S SPIRIT THAT BEARS WITNESS WITH MY SPIRIT THAT I AM A SON OF GOD. Romans 8:14 - "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. Jeremiah 33:3 - "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable thing you do not know." PRAYER IS MEANT TO BE ANSWERED - OR GOD WOULD NOT ASK US TO PRAY. JESUS DIDN'T PRAY WITHOUT EXPECTING TO BE HEARD. Hebrews 3:13 - "But exhort one another daily, while it is called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin." Develop and "discipleship consciousness" and a "love consciousness" for the lost as well as for the brethren. We do this through love by discipling new believers into a consciousness of their inheritance in Christ (Galations 5:6 - "For in Jesus Christ .... faith which worketh by love." Affirmations: I STIR UP MY FAITH AND EXPERIENCE MORE DEEPLY THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD IN MY LIFE THROUGH THE EXHORTATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF OTHER BELIEVERS. I INTEND TO FIND A WAY TO ENCOURAGE SOMEONE WHO NEEDS STRENGTH AND UNDERSTANDING TODAY! Psalm 141:3 - "Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips." Observation: THE WORLD IS LIKE A RUSHING RIVER, PULLING AT ME, TRYING TO GET ME TO FLOW WITH IT. Affirmation: I MAKE THE DECISION TODAY TO PADDLE UPSTREAM AGAINST THE CURRENT BY SPEAKING GOD'S WORD INTO MY LIFE. Proverbs 4:20 - "My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings." 9. I have the grace of God which has been given to me by Jesus Christ. In union with Christ I have become rich in all things including all speech and knowledge. - I Corinthians 1:4,5 God, being faithful, has joined me with His Son Jesus Christ. - I Corinthians 1:9 I proclaim Christ -- Christ nailed to the cross -- He is the power of God and the wisdom of God. - 1 Corinthians 1:23,24 By Gods act I am in Christ Jesus, for God has made Him my wisdom; He is my righteousness; in Him I am consecrated and set free. - I Corinthians 1:30 My speech demonstrates the power of God’s Spirit in my life. - I Corinthians 2:4 My faith stands firmly upon God, not on man’s great ideas. - I Corinthians 2:5 By His Spirit, I have received the wisdom of God. - I Corinthians 2:10 God has given me His Spirit, not the worlds spirit. So that I might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts of devine favor and blessings so freely and lavishly bestowed on me by God. - I Corinthians 2:12 Since I live and dwell in the Spirit of God I receive things of the Spirit which the unspiritual man cannot understand. - I Corinthians 2:14 I have the mind of Christ. - I Corinthians 2:16 I am the temple of god and God’s spirit dwells in me. - I Corinthians 3:16 I belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God. - 1 Corinthians 3:23 Since I am joined to Christ I am one spirit with Him. - 1 Corinthians 6:17 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. Acts 28:3,5 - "And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand. 1 John 3:22 - "And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight". Isaiah 1:19 - "If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land." This opportunity is given to all who are saved, but not everyone is willing to adjust to a "diet" that is conducive to spiritual growth. We will mature spiritually as we are discipled into who we are in Christ, our "right standing with God" and how to "walk in the Spirit". In our identification with the Lord in the outworking of His PURPOSE for our life, we must develop a sensitivity to the Lord's presence, that we might rightly respond to Him as He seeks to guide us toward spiritual maturity. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  11. Isaiah 43:18,19 - "Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." When we catch a glimpse the new identity we have in Jesus Christ, we see sin to be the boring, useless, and stupid thing it really is and we turn more easily away from it. This other side has to do with the rich inheritance that we share in with Jesus Christ as co-heirs (see Romans 8:17; Ephesians 1:7, 11). We need to spend much more time confessing, not our sins, but who we are in Christ. Affirmation: I AM BELIEVING FOR GOD TO DO A NEW THING IN MY LIFE. Jude 3 - "Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints." Observation: CONTEND MEANS TO FIGHT OR WAGE BATTLE. THERE IS CONSTANT OPPOSITION AND RESISTANCE TO MY PURSUIT OF GOD IN BOTH THE NATURAL AND SPIRITUAL REALMS! Hosea 4:6 - "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou has forgotten the law of the God, I will also forget their children." This infers that if God's people had knowledge of who they really are in Christ, of who God is, and of the rights and privileges of their dominion -- they wouldn't be destroyed. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  12. There is something the Church seriously needs to attain to today. Somehow preaching has seeped in that makes one believe that believers have to get good first before graduating from being a baby christian. Well that happy day is never going to come if all they are doing is sitting at home, reading the bible-- trying to please God by improving their attitudes and behaviors, and thereby living unto themselves. The best way to cultivate a love walk is through personal ministry to others (helping others with their spiritual life). That requires action, time, and involvement. At the root of this problem is poor preaching ie. preaching that does not exhort the congregation into equipping its members to disciple new believers -- promoting the idea that they are inadequate or not ready for some reason. This has got to change. Jesus admonished the disciples, "...take heed what ye hear.." (Mark 4:24). We should not sit under teaching we know is in error, because that spirit of error is being transmitted -- ever though we may know that it is wrong-- it will eventually affect us if we hear it long enough. Churches, that are not encouraging and equipping its members to disciple other believers, should be turned away from. Now is the day of salvation! Now is the day of the equipping of the saints! Now is the day of Jesus Christ! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  13. Matthew 5:8 -- "Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous - possessing the happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!" It may be dark in the world, but the Light of the World will make darkness light to you if you allow Him to open your spiritual eyes (the eyes of your heart) to the truth of the reality of Himself in the existing and coming challenging days. When we see ourselves for whom we truly are meant to be in God, we can begin to call others out of their limited ways into seeing the limitless reality that is available to them in Christ. Ephesians 1:3 -- "Blessed be the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." Heaven is the realm into which we are called to abide with Christ Jesus, and the only truly effective ministry we will ever have on this earth is originated from that position. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: Do I see myself for whom I am truly meant to be in God? If not--then why not? Who have I called out of their limited ways lately and shown them a higher life than what they are used to? ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  14. Matthew 16:16,18. - "And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And I say also unto thee, 'That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.'" Observation: THE ROCK THAT THE LORD IS BUILDING HIS CHURCH UPON IS THE REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS. I MUST HAVE A PERSONAL REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS. HE MUST BE MY OWN KING AND SAVIOR. Acts 4:33 - "And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all." THE POWER OF GOD THAT I EXPERIENCE IN LIFE IS MORE UP TO ME THAN IT IS UP TO THE LORD. IT'S MY ASSIGNMENT TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAVE THE WORD ABIDING IN ME. Psalm 145:2 - "Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name forever and ever." WHAT I DO DAILY DETERMINES WHAT I BECOME PERMANENTLY. Proverbs 8:34 - "Blessed is the man that heareth Me, watching daily at My gates, waiting at the posts of My doors." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  15. Colossians 1:18,20 - "And He is the head of the body, the church....to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross." The work of the Cross of Christ made it possible for Believers in Him to receive right standing with the Father. Jesus' righteousness became theirs. They could now enter into fellowship and favor with God. Satan had been deprived of his one great weapon. The people who put their trust in Jesus could be forgiven for their rebellion against God (see John 1:12). In one master stroke, Jesus accomplished three things: 1) He defeated satan (see Heb. 2:14). 2). He took away satan's legal authority to rule over the human race. 3) He restored the blessings that satan had stolen from the human race. THE DIVINE EXCHANGE Jesus' followers can see how the Cross had become the intersection of Heaven and earth. The supernatural traffic between Heaven and earth could flow freely through this intersection, and every individual who assented to Jesus—not just the super-special priests and prophets—could experience supernatural life. It is available to us: 1) Exchanging Punishment for Peace - Isa. 53:5 2) Exchanging Sickness for Healing - Isa. 53:4-5 3) Exchanging Sin for Righteousness - Isa. 53:10, 2 Cor. 5:21 4) Exchanging Curse for Blessing - Deut. 28:15-68 for Deut. 28:1-14 5) Exchanging Poverty for Wealth - 2 Cor. 8:9 6) Exchanging Threefold Death for Threefold Life - Heb. 2:9 He tasted death in three successive phases: (1) He was cut off from union and fellowship with the Father; (2) He was cut off from physical life; and (3) He was banished from God's presence like a scapegoat, carrying sin away. He was crucified and buried; He descended into Hades and rose again so that our redemption could be complete. In exchange, the gift of life to every Believer is also a threefold one: (1) union and fellowship with God; (2) physical resurrection life in our mortal bodies; and (3) resurrection and eternal life in God's glorious presence. 7) Exchanging the Old Man for the New - Rom. 6:6; 8:10; Col. 2:11; Gal. 5:17-24 What an exchange! This is not just a dream of something in the future—it is a present tense reality! THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE -- OUR BIRTHRIGHT It is our honor to be ambassadors of Christ in the world. It is our joy to let His light shine through our lives. It is our privilege to manifest the signs of the Kingdom of God wherever we go. Jesus said, "These signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well" (Mark 16:17-18). Those signs are supernatural. They are part of your birthright. The supernatural God who never changes has restored them to you. Hold out your hands to receive all that He wants to give you as a born-again, Spirit-filled follower of Jesus Christ. Let's Enforce the Victory of Calvary! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

God which has begun a good work in me, will carry it on completion until the day of Jesus Christ. - Philippians 1:6 I am filled with the fruits of righteousness, which comes through Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God. -Philippians 1:11 I have the mind of Christ Jesus. - Philippians 2:5 God is always at work in me to make me willing and able to obey His own purpose. -Philippians 2:13 I worship God in the Spirit and rejoice in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in anything external. - Philippians 3:3 I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord and be found in Him. - Philippians 3:8,9 I am completely united with Christ, no longer counting on being saved by being good enough or by obeying God’s laws, but by trusting Christ to save me: for Gods way of making me right with Himself depends on faith - counting on Christ alone. - Philippians 3:9 I know Christ and the power of His resurection and the fellowship of His sufferings. - Philippians 3:10 I forget what lies behind and reach forward to what lies ahead. - Philippians 3:13 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.- Philippians 3:14 The peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep my thoughts and my heart quiet and at rest as I trust in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:7 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. - Philippians 4:13 God will supply all my needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:19 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  17. Ephesians 5:14 - "Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." OBSERVATION: If I truly want Christ to "shine upon me," I must arise from the distractions that emtomb me in lethargy and spiritual darkness. By praying the scriptures in the epistles of Paul that pertain to our inheritance in Christ we come to know who we are in Christ; the power that is flowing through us and our authority over sickness, distractions, or other issues of life. Matthew 22:14 - "Many are called, but few are chosen." There is another way to say this. "Many are called, but few will pay the price in order to be chosen." But if we are to come into that which He has reserved for us, we must submit to His dealings, and come His way. Genesis 1:2 - "And the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters." THOSE WHO ARE BORN OF THE SPIRIT WILL ALSO BE MOVING, FLOWING, AND GOING SOMEWHERE. THIS IS THE NATURE OF THOSE WHO ARE BORN OF THE SPIRIT. John 3:8 - "The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  18. Now is the time to to press into the Lord for Fresh Empowerment and Activation for harvest in the coming season. 19. 1. When willl I be operating at the maximum of my potential as the righteousness of God in Christ? Answer: When I realize that God has made me a king and a priest untoHim. When I realize He has given me the kingdom, the power, and the authority to operate as His under-ruler in the earth. "He loves us and has washed away our sins with his blood and made us a line of kings, priests to serve his God and father." - Revelation 1:5,6 "For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life throught the One, Jesus Christ. - Romans 5:17 "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession..." - 1 Peter 2:9 2. What is the spiritutal sacrifice that we can offer unto God? Answer: Praise, doing good works and discipling others. "Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name." - Hebrews 13:15 "O Lord surely I am Your servant, to You I shall offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving." - Psalm 116:16,17 "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them." - Epheisians 2:10 "Go therefore and make disciples....." - Matthew 28:19 3. How do we acknowledge Satan's defeat? Answer: By praising God "And said to Him, 'Do You hear what these are saying?' And Jesus said to them, 'Yes, have you never read,: Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have perfected praise?'" - Matthew 21:16 "Having disarmed principalities and powers He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it." - Colossians2:15 4. When a believer is praising and worshipping God it stops satan. Why? Answer: The love of God and our praise produce an unseen force. this force is the power of God. God's very presence inhabits the praises of His people. "Yet thou art holy, who dwell in the praises of Israel." - Psalm 22:3 "Let the high praises of God be in their throats and a two-edged sword in their hands." - Psalm 149:6 5. What is the spiritual mortar that binds the spiritual living stones which build the body of Christ? Answer: Love "For this reason keep alert and never give up; pray always for all God's people." - Ephesians 6:18 "Come as living stones and let yourselves be used in building the spiritual temple, where you will serve as holy priests to offer spiritual and acceptable sacrifices to God through Jesus Christ." - 1 Peter 2:5 "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God." - 1 John 4:7 INTO ACTION: Affirm and meditate on the indicated scriptures several times daily until the renewing of your mind is made real to your spirit. AFFIRMATIONS: God inhabits my praises. (Psalm 22:3) I am part of a royal priesthood and have been given the ministry of reconciliation. (1 Peter 2:9 & 2 corinthians 5:19) As a lively stone that makes up the House of God I desire the sincere milk of the Word. (1 Peter 2:2,5) I am bold as a lion since I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. (Proverbs 28:1 & 2 Corinthians 5:21 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

  21. False foundations, paradigms, illegitimate structures, systems, and limitations must bow to the Father's Kingdom. His Kingdom is perpetually coming to earth, and one day will fill the earth in Father's glory, as the water covers the sea. The Kingdom of God is within us and, whether we are noticing it or not, will continue to break through on earth as it is in Heaven. The shaking must happen, and yet those who desire to live in His inheritance that Christ paid for will see His glory now, in the midst of the natural chaos that is seemingly all around them. SOME REMINDERS OF THE FATHER'S KINGDOM 1. Kingdom is within: "The Kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the Kingdom of God is within (or among) you." Luke 17:20-21 2. Kingdom approached through understanding: "When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, He said to him "You are not far from the Kingdom of God." Mark 12:34 3. Kingdom accepted like a child: "I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the Kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." Mark 10:15 4. Kingdom entered through spiritual rebirth: "Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit." John 3:5 5. Kingdom entered through doing the will of God: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only those who do the will of My Father who is in Heaven." Matthew 7:21 6. Kingdom that will be inherited by the righteous: "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God?" 1 Corinthians 6:9 OUR INHERITANCE IS NOW Father desires for us to live in His inheritance now, intimate and obedient to Him, accessing God's PURPOSE for our life on this planet, while eternity unfolds. One of the big reasons we have not seen the power of God through the Body of Christ is because most of the Body of Christ does not UNDERSTAND THEIR INHERITANCE THROUGH THE FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST, nor the incredible eternal seed of Father's glory that is within them. We are stuck in the idea of waiting on Jesus and Heaven, while Jesus and the substance of Heaven is waiting on us. So the shaking and awakening continues as the Lord brings us from our bankrupt paradigms and lifestyles, to Ambassadors of His Kingdom and influencers of His Heavenly Substance. EMBRACING HIS LOVE We must embrace His love on a continuum and not rely on what we see. As we seek His Kingdom, His love, His righteousness, what we need will be added, and Father will remove all fear and limitations that have kept us from His best. Healing and wholeness for the journey will come as we allow His light to dispel the darkness in our souls. Matthew 22:36-40 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And He said to him, "'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets." Our identity is in Him, as movers and shakers of faith motivated by His love, and He has given us freedom to live, move, and have our being in His PURPOSE for our life and in His ways. By His Spirit we can choose to abandon fear and hopelessness, and embrace the DESTINY that has been deposited within each of us. AFFIRMATIONS: I am ready to expand my reality and become the destiny for which I have been predestined. I live my life with a sense of my unique devine destiny supported by goals and aims. As I look toward heaven, God is pointing me toward my destiny. I seek God for my destiny, and don't lose sight of the heavenly vision -- the advancement of His Kingdom. My promised land (my DESTINY) lies on the other side of fear. As I speak the Word over my own life and prophesy my own DESTINY in agreement with Him, I release the Holy Spirit in greater measure to bring the Word to pass. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

  23. Now is the time to dig deeper depths! A country may possess a plethora of natural resources, but if they are not INTENTIONAL about tapping in and developing those resources they will remain in poverty. The same is true in the Kingdom of God: We have been given an abundance of grace for every good work (2 Corinthians 9:8). We have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). All things pertaining to life and godliness are ours (2 Peter 1:3). On the Cross, Jesus cried out, "It is finished!" (John 19:30). HIDDEN TREASURE There is an intriguing concept taught in the Bible regarding God. Isaiah the prophet received revelation into this mystery and cried out in awe, "Truly You are a God who hides Himself, O God and Savior of Israel" (Isaiah 45:15 The Bible instructs that spiritual treasures are hidden in Christ, "...in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" (Colossians 2:3). Hidden in the original Greek language literally means hidden to be discovered. We see this same truth taught by Jesus Himself: "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light" (Mark 4:22). We need to understand that God is not hiding His riches from us; He is hiding them for us! DIGGING DEEP If we are to experience all that Christ has made available to us, we must dig to deeper depths where the treasure is found, "and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God." (Proverbs 2:4-5). If you were made aware that a veritable fortune was buried on your land, how would you respond? Would you say, "One of these days, when I have time, I will search for the treasure?" No! Your response would be to immediately begin searching. In fact, all other events in your life would be placed on hold until the treasure was in your possession. In Christ, we have a treasure that is of greater worth than all the riches of this world. Many have neglected this treasure and left it buried in the ground of their lives because they have failed to discern the value of what they possess. How was it that for the cause of Christ, Moses so willingly walked away from the power and prestige (to pursue God's CALLING on his life) that was his as one of the most powerful leaders on the earth? It was because of the revelation he possessed of the worth of Christ. "By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward." - Hebrews 11:24-26 Without Holy Spirit's help it is so easy to underestimate the profound worth of the spiritual riches that are ours in Christ. For this reason Paul prays for the saints:"that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints." - Ephesians 1:17-18 WHAT ARE WE WILLING TO GIVE UP TO PURSUE GOD'S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE? When you truly come to value what you have been given in Christ (God's CALLING on your life) you will gladly forsake and discard everything else in order to safeguard your inheritance. "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ and become one with Him..." - Philippians 3:8-9 NLT Our tendency is to invest in that which is truly of value to us. How we need a revelation of the riches of glory we possess in Christ Jesus! He is our Pearl of Great Price, our all sufficiency. "Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant on the lookout for choice pearls. When he discovered a pearl of great value, he sold everything he owned and bought it!" - Matthew 13:45-46 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. Is it necessary to be spiritually open and receptive in our daily walk?
  25. Is it okay to pray as usual asking and begging God to do things for us?
