  1. With all the talk about OSAS and Legalism and Repenting and all this STUFF......... I thought it would be a good idea to show you an idea of how to think about salvation so that its really made to be understood ....as so very simple. Here we go.. Adam had the righteousness of God. He was made this way....(let us make man in our image....same as us, regarding spirituality)........Adam had God's Spirit in him. He was "righteous"......exactly like God. When he disobeyed, ate the apple...... He lost his Righteousness...and he spiritually died. ..He was no longer ONE with God, and had became "fallen"....or you could think of it as..,,,,, disconnected from God's Spirit and LIFE. Salvation is God reconnecting you to him, exactly as Adam was connected to God, before He fell. So, What had to happen so that WE who have this "adamic nature", this unrighteousness as our very spiritual SELVES........... what had to happen so that we could AGAIN be like the 1st Adam,= "sinless", "righteous? What had to happen, so that we could be reestablished as the same RIGHTEOUS, as the original Adam? Well, Jesus, the 2nd Adam, had to come and die, and give us HIS Righteousness, so that we are reestablished like Adam was spiritually..... before Adam the 1st lost his righteousness. See it? So, Salvation, is God reestablishing us, as the same RIGHTEOUSNESS, as Adam had before he fell. Its the same "one with God" in Spirit, that is our "born again" redemption. This is the effect of being BORN AGAIN......we are SPIRITUALLY remade the same as the 1st Adam before he fell, because the 2nd Adam, (Jesus), took our sin and died for it all, and gave us in place of our sin, ..his very righteousness. "the gift of Righteousness". So, this recreates us...(born again) to be the same as Adam was, SPIRITUALLY, BEFORE HE FELL. This is what Salvation does for us. This is BORN AGAIN.< blessings, <B><
  2. This one is lengthy, almost 45 minutes, but I think it is worth your time. I found it fascinating and delightful, and should be encouraging and helpful to Christians. I was tempted to put it in the Bible Topics area, there is a not of Bible in it. However it is more of a testimony of the remarkable events of Corrie's life of how she came to be imprisoned in Nazi Germany for hiding Jews from persecution, and her experiences in concentration camps. Did you know fleas and lice, can be a blessing from God, and an ant can give you a sermon? There are lessons here, for any who might find themselves in persecution, (real persecution, not merely being ridiculed for your faith at the work place) to see how faith can see us through, should such events ever befall us.
  3. Shalom dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Yes we are Christian and yes we hold on to faith, promises and keep hope even during trial and tough times right? But we can't ignore the fact that some battles are harder than we thought nor negate the fact that some victories are taking much longer to happen then we would want to admit, in all reality we are mere humans and at times our faith is stretched to its limit which we only realize once our limit has been reached. We pray, fast, wait, serve ,worship and praise but the key to be joyful in the midst of these storms is Praise. Why? Well ,Cleary in Genesis and throughout the Bible God talks about wanting his creatures to glorify him therefore ,praise is the highest glorification he can be given which is why it is the key. I have learned that music can be a good way to get in the mood, finding spiritual music that speak to our feelings sets us in the right atmosphere to praise. Singing and dancing brings happiness ,relief and joy. Its easy to praise God when we are in our winning season but it is harder in our "I hit my limit" season but this is the most powerful praise as it requires true reverence and submission to undertake yet, it is also the most effective and speed releasing process. In Luke 18, God talks about the persistent widow and states that if we like her persist in asking he will "speedily" rescue and answer us. God whom talks a lot about perseverance and patience which we experience throughout our lives now speaks of speed? Praise is your weapon,it makes God happy. Its like when you are sad and somehow someone brings your favourite food, beverage or you watch your favourite movie or talk to your best friend these moments where you feel so happy quickly and forget instantly your sadness since something you truly deeply enjoy is right at your fingertip this is praise to God and even more when he sees how you feel and regardless have taken a step out of your pain to make him smile. Music is an open doorway to joy, find good music to cheer up and then praise God and see how he reacts. Here is a song that summarizes this little advice I wanted to share to encourage anyone in need today a very good song! Be blessed!
  4. Do you need encouragement. Someone to bounce your daily irritations off of. Someone to cheer you up.
  5. When I first was born-again and received knowledge that I was a son of God and that I was ALWAYS a son of God I used to believe just as the majority of those in Christendom that the kingdom of God was an actual kingdom with a king, (with a realm or location, with subjects, a royal court, a castle or mansion, etc.), all the fixings of what we all commonly know in this earth as a kingdom. But I was wrong. We were wrong. Christendom was wrong and still is. Matthew 12:28 (KJV) 28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. Luke 11:20 (KJV) 20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. Question: What is Jesus Christ doing? Answer: Jesus Christ is casting out 'devils.' Jesus Christ is, in effect, saying that He is the kingdom of God. A kingdom OF GOD that has come 'unto you.' This 'kingdom' is not the same as the kingdom of heaven. This kingdom (of heaven) does have a king, a realm, a court, subject, etc. Luke 17:20-21 (KJV) 20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. The apostle Paul adds to this truth when he says: Romans 14:17 (KJV) 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. The kingdom of God is Christ. Christ is within 'you.' Christ is righteousness, peace, and joy... all the deific attributes of Christ Himself. And flesh has inherited Christ as Promised by God to His people Israel, and spiritual Israel. And this is our inheritance as named souls that were contemplated by God in Trinity in His Mind BEFORE He created heaven earth and man. His Elect people were written in a 'book' of life of the lamb slain from [BEFORE] the foundation (creation) of the world (Rev. 13:8). 1 Corinthians 15:50 (KJV) 50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. The unsaved cannot inherit the kingdom of God who is Christ: John 14:17 (KJV) 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. The unsaved who are not named in the book of life of the lamb slain... a.k.a., the world, CANNOT RECEIVE Christ. No way, no how. So, there are two groups of people on the planet, always has been: those in Covenant with God, and those not in Covenant with God. Righteousness = The Father Peace = the Son, the Prince of Peace Joy = the Holy Spirit. Go figure.
  6. Good evening and Blessings in Christ I'm a disable veteran with several medical issues please keep us my family and me in prayer we had to get our refrigerator and stove fixed and now we need to get an alternator for my van and fix a water leak near our hot water heater we have no hot water or heat at this time. Please pray that I will always be strong and faithful throughout any storm and will stand firm always when the enemy hurdles his fiery darts at me. For I’m not ashamed of the gospel Jesus is my all and all: I pray to never begin my day without thinking that perhaps he may interrupt my daily routine and begin His own. I am not looking for death. I am looking for Him. Today might be the last day when Jesus returns.: The Joy I have the world did not give it to me......And the world cannot take it away. Have a God-day God is good all the time...and all the time God is good: Thanking all of you and advance for your prayers and giving God all praise and glory Truly Blessed:
  7. Very interesting video about how our spiritual and emotional health affects our physical health. Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Proverbs 17:22 “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” Proverbs 23:7 “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.” *** Look up this title on youtube on the Dr. Josh Axe channel: You May Have Cancer But Cancer Does Not Have You Wonder what your thoughts are....
  8. When I was very young, I spent a lot of time daydreaming and chasing specks in the light. I'm still kind of like that. Only now I realized every dream I've ever had will come true when Christ returns and brings in the new heavens and the new earth. We have a future of such joy ahead of us and no one can take it away. Don't let anything rob you of your joy in Christ, because where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Matthew 11:28-30 New International Version (NIV) 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” This is the voice of our Lord. I always expect a heavy burden. But Jesus surprises me at every turn.
  9. I was feeling different these days... Something started to say in my heart that something was not ideal. Then I started to remember how I was in the first months in my walk with Jesus. Then something lead me to think: "That person I knew from the start, it is starting to change, and to worse. Watch!" "Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another." - Mark 9:50 And I knew it was true, I was feeling indeed that my behavior was changing, and to worse. And I talk about small things, small things that make a difference. At the start some used to thank for every food, bringing knees to the ground. At the start some used to pray whenever they feel bad, crying to the Lord: "I feel bad. Lord, please help me!" At the start some used to pray before going out: "Please, Father... Protect me in your love and peace!" At the start some used to joyfully say: "I'm going out. I will show love to everyone I find in my way". At the start some were full of life, love, faith, humbleness, hope, every good thing you can imagine. Have you been declining, my friend?! I admit I am, but I am looking forward to revive all those things and much stronger than before. It is time to humble ourselves, and we can get of His grace more and more. Glory to God! The Lord says: "I miss that humble person I met with at the start. Please, come back and humble yourselves!" "And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely." - Revelation 22:17 Satan does not play, he wants to lead you to destruction, one of the first things he will try to do is to prevent that you humble yourself before the Lord. Because he knows that if the seed of pride grows root in your heart you will be easily destroyed. Then I knew, I knew something made me think: "Satan is sowing very dark things in there. I am not feeling good, something is not right indeed." Then I started to ask the Lord for help, forgiveness, and please do not let me fall in the hands of Satan. Then I started feeling better: After I finally humbled myself to the Lord. And that is exactly how anyone can start having joy in the Lord: Humble yourselves, repent, seek the Holy Spirit. "Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”?" - James 4:5 And the Lord Jesus showed me the reason why so many people are still struggling with their bad and evil habits. Why?! They need to humble themselves before Him. They need to submit to Him, daily. But then you will say: But and His grace?! Don't you know that God gives grace to the humble?! Do not be deceived, God resist the proud but gives graces to the humble, as it is written: "But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”" - James 4:6 He gives us grace for us to be free of every evil and bad habit... To please Him daily, to have joy in the Holy Spirit. "for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." - Romans 14:17 Then if you really want to have joy in the Lord, humble yourselves daily. Bring all your problems to Him, repent, and ask for the forgiveness of your sins. Seek to please Him with all humbleness, and say: "Lord, Lord. I want to please you, but I need your grace. Then please, give it to me" "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." - James 4:7 "Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom." - James 4:9 "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" - Luke 11:13 That is why the proud Christians who find every excuse for their evil habits are lacking in the fruits of the Holy Spirit... They have to humble themselves. The only way for them to get free is to humble themselves before the Lord. Instead of excusing, go humble yourself and cry before Him: "I do not want to be like this anymore. Have mercy and give me grace!" "But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”" - Matthew 9:13 Then, if you really want to have joy in the Lord... Start humbling yourselves before Him, and daily. "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." - James 4:8 And here is something that can be useful: https://www.worthychristianforums.com/topic/215968-overcoming-evil/ Glory to God! Amen.
  10. I feel scared and condemned because I've never felt joy in God. I have no feeling of affection for Him! I know that joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, so the fact that I don't have it terrifies me. I know that Christians should fight for their joy, but how can one fight for their joy if they're no longer even sure they're a Christian? It feels like a huge weight has been added to my already-heavy shoulders, and I'm stuck in a loop: I can't have assurance because I don't have joy, and I can't have joy because I don't have assurance. Is there any hope for me?
  11. I use this song for our church's Kids' Worship with movements and I just love this song. It is so uplifting and makes me very happy when I hear it. Enjoy!
  12. My new book, Faithless, will be published on December 20. The attachments describe what it's about, but I don't know how to find the people who would WANT to read it. I want to help people and this is my way of starting that. Any advice would be appreciated so much!
  13. As we are called to step out into areas that are beyond our comfort zone, we may feel as if we are floundering for a season. Yet God has called us to walk in His peace and JOY and to BRING HIS KINGDOM TO EARTH in each situation. We could easily fall into discouragement if we do not stand in God's encouragement. And part of the way He fills and refreshes us is through His spirit of JOY. Joy in the midst of heavy world situations. Joy in the midst of tragic circumstances. Joy in the midst of serious situations and huge challenges. WE CAN BE A SIGN AND A WONDER We can be a sign and a wonder to those around us as we walk in His SUPERNATURAL JOY. And when the essence of this joy touches other lives, people will be drawn to know the source of our joy, Jesus Himself. We need to EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE WHERE GOD CAN INVADE OUR SOULS and impart doses of His supernatural joy much more often than we currently do. Remember that when Paul teaches on the fruit of the Spirit, joy comes second in the list! Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is...JOY! PERSONAL APPLICATION SOAK IN HIS PRESENCE. Refresh yourself in Him. FOCUS ON JESUS AND HIS LOVE TOWARDS YOU, and let Him remind you of the many blessings that He brings to your life. As you set your mind on things above, you will receive your fill-up of joy. Walking in supernatural peace is definitely a demonstration of the Kingdom of God. We must be challenged to walk in supernatural joy, to PRESS-IN TO THE SPIRIT, find His joy there, and then walk in it, no matter what situation we find ourselves in. The message of "Good tidings of great joy" is not for the Christmas season only. Because of Him, we can walk in great joy--"Joy unspeakable and full of glory" right here and right now. "There are river fountains that splash joy, cooling God's city, the holy place where the Most High dwells" (Psalms 46:4). Let's tap into that supernatural river of joy! Let's get swallowed up in a spirit of joy. In delighting in the Lord. In rejoicing in His Presence. And in bringing His Kingdom of joy down here on earth as it is in Heaven. SCRIPTURE MEDITATIONS: Psalms 16, Psalms 46, Psalms 37, Romans 14:17, Luke 15:10, Galatians 5:22, Philippians 4 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  14. I have the best kids.... So, last night, strong storms blew through, 60+mph winds, and electricity went out. My 2 youngest who still live at home came into my room and we passed time talking because it was stuffy and humid and .....quiet. lol I wasn't feeling well, and the 2 of them were talking mostly quietly... as I dozed. The room was pitch black. As I'm dozing, I hear giggles and laughter ... and my son says, "Mom's asleep... let's keep it down." Pretty soon he says, "Hey... wanna play I Spy?" (lol) My daughter giggled and then replied ... "Umm, it's pitch black... we can't see anything." My son... "That makes it really easy if everything's the same color." (lol) The two of them really busted up over that (quietly, of course) ... they decided they'd attempt playing by memory of what's in the room. Haha! I love my kids so much, making a somewhat unpleasant situation into something fun.... and they didn't know I was listening in .... I'm so blessed! *my 2 youngest at home ... daughter, age 18; son, age 15*
  15. Genesis 21:10 - "Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac." Freedom cannot abide in a slaves heart dominated by worldly desires and honors. Royal freedom of spirit attained in divine union has nothing to do with slavery. There are certain foundational attributes of servanthood and sacrifice that create a seedbed for the fragrance of Christ in our lives. Luke 22:26 - "Not so with you: on the contrary, the highest among you must bear himself like the youngest, the chief of you like a servant." Romans 5:5 - "And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us." The proof of love is the willingness to changeObservation: I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE SAME LOVE THAT COMPELLED JESUS TO GO TO THE CROSS. IT IS THE LOVE THAT COMPELS ME TO INTERCEDE FOR OTHERS. I PRAY FOR OTHERS TO RELEASE THEM FROM THE BONDAGE OF THE ENEMY. I PRAY FOR THEM SO THEY CAN COME TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH. Romans 15:13 - "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit." One of the fruits of the Holy Spirit is JOY! One way you can know that you are communing with the Holy Spirit is when His love, joy, and peace begins to flood your heart. It is a supernatural result of your love for God in the Person of the Holy Spirit. Romans 14:17 - "For the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." There is a domino effect when we choose to live in sync with the Holy Spirit rather than following the fleshly mind. Faith and trust blossoms in the presence of God. When God is big in your life, you won't make molehills mountains and mountains molehills. You will magnify the Lord and rejoice in Him at all times. Be encouraged in your faith, believe God for greater, keep moving forward, and rejoice in His presence! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  16. Happy Birthday my FRIEND With Love & Blessings in Christ Jesus,Your Sis Kwik
  17. God Heals at the Gas Station! (Testimony) God loves to work with His children everywhere! Here is a testimony of just that; God working through His faithful servant to heal a man who was clearly in great pain at a GAS STATION of all places! How cool is that?! God is awesome! God bless you all, in Jesus' mighty name!
  18. Hi! I am deeply in love with Jesus Christ! He is wonderful! He is good! He is true! When Jesus saved me He took me to experience the literal Hell and months later He took me up into Heaven. I am humbled to have had such experiences, for I recognize; blessed are those who haven't seen and believe. There's a heavy burden that comes along with all this. A burden for souls. A burden for completing the will of God in my life; in the Holy Spirit this burden becomes easy and light, and it is a daily focus on Jesus that gets me through this walk in peace, love, and joy (and all things good), otherwise I would be crushed under the weight of what I know, I don't doubt it. I take surrender and obedience to the Lord very seriously for those who say, "Lord, Lord..." and will be turned away from Jesus will be the ones who did not complete the specific will of the Father in Heaven for their lives and in the next verse Jesus makes it clear He never knew them. I would not wish Hell on my worst enemy; it is far worse than people imagine. Unless one has experienced it, there is really no way to understand it's horrors. My deepest desire is to help others come into deep and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. It's a process. The persecution I have suffered is immense and I am still learning how to handle all of it with love. One wrong sentence can undermine months of discerning the Lord's voice with confidence while communicating with one person and it grieves me so very deeply when I transgress even in the littlest degree. It's sad to say that most who claim Christ do not care to seek the Lord on what I am telling them about my testimony, other experiences, or the revelation I have received from God, reacting in the flesh in the best case and the demonic in the worst; not all, but many, and it breaks my heart. I know the truth and the truth has set me free. I am not in bondage to sin, I am not perfect, but I do I live a lifestyle as a servant of righteousness. My Father chastises me, teaches me, and quickens me. I only share this to glorify Him and His goodness! He is faithful! He is mighty to protect us in the heart of darkness, emotionally, physically, and spiritually and I have first hand experience of this. I have also seen many miracles and have had countless supernatural experiences in the realm of healing and otherwise. I have seen crushed bones in a foot (by a car) mended in seconds of prayer, I have seen metal dissolved and bone created on multiple occasions, some of these miracles have been doctor verified, but changes in the physical; like seeing a scar shrink from many inches to a dime, or someone losing weight now that they can use their limb that needed amputation before prayer is more than enough proof, all by my own prayer and in the name of Jesus. I do not boast in me. I was supernaturally healed when I came to Jesus Christ and delivered as well, and it gave me faith for the gifts of the Holy Spirit and that Jesus wasn't messing around when He said that we can do all the things He did and greater in His name. I thoroughly enjoy raising up others to walk in power, but it has to be in relationship and surrender to Jesus Christ because that's all that really matters for our gifts and callings are irrevocable and can be used in or out of the will of God. But most importantly, God is too good not to know intimately, although it surely does bring glory to Him to walk in power. I much prefer to show people Jesus than tell people about Him and the Lord has taught me how to do this even when I am not praying for healing specifically. I will share this in more detail during my time here. I have seen the Lord cast out legions of demons through my prayers and infirmities go from these deliverances. I understand the difference between authority and power, in my time here I will share more on this as well. I have also seen a meth addict come to Jesus and be set free with no withdrawls and cravings; all by following the voice of God for every word and action. Why do I share this? Because I have been walking with Jesus for less than two years and I have seen countless people healed, delivered, made completely whole, and come to Christ by the work that I have allowed the Lord to do through me. When one prays without ceasing they will be able to be fully discipled by Jesus in just a few short years like the disciples were (even quicker in this day of technology). Jesus and I are in communication my entire waking day (16-20 hours a day). That's a lot different than most who spend their first or last 15 minutes a day with Jesus. I can do in two years what a person could do in 104-120 years in the example I just gave. Again, I hold obedience to the Lord at the utmost importance; it is love, for only God is good! And if no one else is doing the work, He will give it to His servants no matter how young. As 1 Timothy 4:12 says: Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. I hope this inspires others into deeper obedience in the Lord and that the Lord wants to flow through us all with the same Holy Spirit that rose Christ from the dead to change the lives of those around us, in Jesus' name! God loves you all dearly! I appreciate all questions, curiosity, or desire to understand more about anything that has been said here. I am here for you. I will take you to Jesus! He is all that matters; everything good! He's too good not to know, so please, let me know how I can help you! I look forward to learning here as well! God bless you all, richly, in Jesus' mighty name!
  19. When faced with illness, infirmity, pain, or a situation that is beyond our control... how are we to respond? Certainly, we are expected to pray and trust God in the midst of it, fully knowing He hears, and He will answer. Take a look here at what Paul said.... 2 Corinthians 12:1-10 1 It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. 2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) 4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. 5 Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. 6 For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but [now] I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me [to be], or [that] he heareth of me. 7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. 8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. In verse 9, the word “infirmities” in the Greek is astheneia. It means "disease, infirmity, weakness." It is from the Greek word asthenes which means "feebleness (of mind or body); by implication, malady; morally frailty -- disease, infirmity, sickness, weakness." In circumstances such as these, humility brings us to the feet of Jesus. We pray for relief, until/unless either we are healed, or God says, "My grace is sufficient." Either way, God gets the glory! The person who gets healed or delivered from a circumstance is not better, more loved, or more special than the person who hasn't been and still chooses to praise God... or who is still expectantly awaiting their healing or deliverance. In fact, many times, God is more glorified when we praise Him and declare His goodness despite our circumstances or pain. Do we measure God's goodness because He answers our prayers the way we want Him to? OH! TASTE and SEE ... OUR GOD is GOOD!!!!!!! We know He is good, because we have tasted of His goodness that goes far beyond our temporal circumstances! Psalms 34:8 “O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” Whether blessing, illness, or adversity - it is our faith in God that sustains us, knowing He is working all things for our good and for His own divine purpose! Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” We will have victory over trials and adversities through the presence of God that is with us and strengthens us as we walk through them. Psalms 23:4 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Romans 8:36-39 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ______________________________________________________________ James 1:2-4 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all [men] liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways. 9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: 10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away. 11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways. 12 Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. The book of James speaks much about how the believer is to endure trials. James 1:2-12 discusses the reason and the appropriate responses to trials, and also the result of trials in the life of a believer. If your faith is genuine, it will prove itself in times of trouble. If my faith in God is good only when I'm doing well, then it's of little value. True faith will sustain the believer even when life takes a downward turn. James 1:2 "Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials." The "various" in the Greek is poikilos which means "many colored" or "variegated." This speaks of the diversity of troubles that believers face. The word "trials" in the Greek is peirasmos which is a verb meaning "to proof” or “to put someone to the test." Therefore, every trial that comes into the life of a believer is a test of faith which we either pass or fail. When we respond incorrectly, the test them becomes a temptation. If it ends up leading to sin, it has proven to be successful in tempting us. If it ends up in victory, it has proven to be successful in strengthening us. James 1:3 “Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.” Trials are tests that reveal the genuineness, integrity, and strength of one's faith. When you consistently persevere through trials and do not abandon your trust in God, then you prove to have genuine faith. When one is put through a test, it will inevitably reveal what is in one's heart. When a true believer goes through a test, they will be driven to prayer, and even to worship, leaning on the strength of God rather than their own weakness. James 1:4, 12 4 But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 12 Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Trials are like a fire that burn out impurities and strengthen true faith. They may cause us pain when we are confronted by our own weaknesses, but the good news is that they have the positive result of causing us to turn from ourselves to the infinite strength of God. Amen! 1 Peter 1:1-9 1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, 2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. 3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see [him] not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, [even] the salvation of [your] souls.
  20. The Lord has given me an absurdly supernatural testimony! And as a young Christian, it QUICKLY went to my head: "No one can deny my testimony, I have the greatest testimony ever, how could anyone ever deny my testimony?!" WELL, turn outs, THEY CAN! AND THEY HAVE! One of the things that the Lord deeply impressed on my heart not too long after my head inflated was that EVERYONE'S TESTIMONY OF THE WORK OF JESUS CHRIST in their lives is INVALUABLE!!!!!!! And to encourage others to share their testimonies, especially if they believe that their testimony is not "spectacular" enough to share with the world! EVERYTHING JESUS CHRIST DOES IS SPECTACULAR! The Bible makes it clear how precise the Lord was about creating us to be exactly who we are, at the exact time and place we were born, for an exact and specific purpose of God! Our testimonies are the same way! No matter how big or small the SEEM, they are ALL INVALUABLE, every single one!!!!! Share your testimony as you go throughout your day! You'll be amazed at the lives He wants to touch at the supermarket, the gas station, while out on a walk, your workplace, while pulling up next to a homeless and broken man at a stop light! Start to ALWAYS look for the side missions while you are going about your life, those pulls on your heart, those times where you are moved by compassion to speak, to share, to pray, to hug, to love, to smile, to greet, to bless in Jesus' name, to spread joy, to conquer fear, hurt, pain, depression, to encourage, to lift up, to give rest! God is so good! We can't be so focused on ourselves and our own salvation that we forget to reach out and allow God to reach those around us! We know the truth!!!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE BLESSING!!!!!!! Trust the Lord will show us how to work out our salvation as we continue to pursue Him with all our heart (desire), mind (thoughts), soul (being), and strength (time and energy), and let's ALL be the city of the hill who's light cannot be quenched, in Jesus' mighty name! God loves you deeply! His glory is in the details of His plan for our lives! Learn the habit of praying without ceasing (talking with God about everything; it surely involves a lot more listening and repeating than speaking! ) and it is GOOD! Give yourself grace, it takes time to build a habit, but it CAN be built and it's BEYOND AMAZING to live this way; moving from GLORY TO GLORY in OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST (like Paul talks about in his gospel; his good news of Jesus Christ in his life!)! Be intentional about continuing to form these habits when you find you have ceased instead of beating yourself up. Take joy with every step you take towards like the Lord like the Lord is taking from every step you take closer to Him!!!!! God is WONDERFUL, GRACIOUS, KIND, GENTLE, and full of love for you! Amen! 🎉 💓 ✝️ 💓 🎉 God bless you all, in Jesus' name! -Daniel

  23. Romans 6:16 - "You belong to the power which you choose to obey, whether you choose sin, whose reward is death, or God, obedience to whom means the reward of righteousness." IN NEW TESTAMENT TERMS, BEING A PEOPLE FOCUSED ON HIS PRESENCE MEANS THAT WE ARE WILLING TO LIVE BEYOND REASON. THE REALM BEYOND REASON IS THE WORLD OF OBEDIENCE TO GOD. OBEDIENCE IS THE EXPRESSION OF FAITH, AND FAITH IS OUR CLAIM TICKET TO THE GOD REALM. Galatians 3:6,7 - "Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." Matthew 13:44 - "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure a man discovered in a field. In his excitement, he sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field - and get the treasure, too! " WHAT IS THIS "GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM"? IT IS THE WHOLE MESSAGE OF JESUS CHRIST. IT IS MORE DEMANDING, MORE FULFILLING, AND MORE HOLY AND MORE POWERFUL THAN THE "GOSPEL" OF TYPICAL AMERICAN CHRISTIANITY. ACCORDING TO JESUS, WHEN ANYONE FINDS THE KINGDOM OF GOD, "FOR JOY OVER IT HE GOES AND SELLS ALL". ONCE FOUND, IT MUST BE SOUGHT FIRST EVEN BEFORE NECESSARY FOOD AND CLOTHING; AND IT IS SUCH A PRICELESS TREASURE THAT ONE SHOULD RATHER SUFFER THE LOSS OF A HAND OR EYE THAN LOSE THE KINGDOM. Mark 9:43,47 - "And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life maimed than with two hands to go to hell. And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell." "SURELY your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life... " - Psalm 23:6 How would you like it if the Lord's goodness permeates and invades every area of your life this year, bringing healing and restoration, breakthrough and dreams fulfilled, relationship reconciliation and family salvation, debt cancellation and increased favor at your work? The goodness of God is not something that God does; it is who He is! It is His nature to be the good to His children! He is incapable of sabotaging His nature! All we need is to choose to believe His goodness, declare it, meditate on it, speak it over our lives and circumstances, receive it by faith, and watch what the Lord will do on our behalf! Psalm 31:19 says, "How great is the goodness You have stored up for those who fear You. You lavish it on those who come to You for protection, blessing them before the watching world." AFFIRMATIONS: I am confident that I see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! The Lord has stored up goodness for me and He's ready to lavish it over my life! The Lord will bless me and enlarge my territory. His hand and favor are becoming so evident in my life! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. Philippians 1:28 - "Don't be afraid of your enemies; always be corageous, and this will prove to them that they will lose, and that you will win because it is God who gives you the victory." PEACE IS SPIRIT POWER. YOUR PEACE, YOUR IMMOVABLE STAND UPON THE WORD OF GOD IS A SIGN THAT YOU ARE POSITIONED CORRECTLY IN PERFECT SUBMISSION TO THE WILL OF GOD. THE VERY FACT THAT YOU ARE NOT FRIGHTENED BY YOUR ADVERSARY IS A SIGN THAT YOU HAVE AUTHORITY OVER HIM. Isaiah 26:3 - "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee." PEACE IS NOT THE ABSENCE OF CONFLICT, IT IS THE ABSENCE OF INNER CONFLICT. Romans 8:6 - "For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." Galatians 5:22 - "But the fruilt of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith" UNDERSTANDING OUR SPECIFIC CALLING Ephesians 1:4 - "He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love." MAN IS CALLED TO REST IN GOD, BUT WE MUST ALSO LABOR WITH GOD. IN THIS LABOR, WE MUST FIND WHAT HE CREATED US TO DO. GOD WHO IS SO PARTICULAR AND SPECIFIC KNEW WHAT HE WAS CREATING US FOR BEFORE THE WORLD WAS EVEN CREATED. WE EACH HAVE A VERY SPECIFIC JOB TO DO - A VERY SPECIFIC CALLING. WE WILL NEVER KNOW A TRUE PEACE AND FULFILLMENT IN OUR HEARTS UNTIL WE ARE DOING OUR CALLINGS. THE PEACE OF CHRIST IN OUR SPIRIT IS OUR GUIDE Colossians 3:15 - "And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from the Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts to which as members of Christs one body you were also called to live. And be thankful, giving praise to God always." IF WE ARE IRRITATED AND UPSET ABOUT THINGS IN OUR LIFE IT IS VERY HARD TO RECEIVE QUIET GUIDANCE FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. SOMETIMES A CERTAIN ACTION IS IN QUESTION; SO WE LET THE PEACE OF CHRIST BE OUR GUIDE. THROUGH THE SUBTLE INWARD WITNESS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT HE GUIDES US TO THE ACTION WE NEED TO TAKE. Revelation 4:6 - "And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal." The source of God's Peace is God Himself. The glass sea is a symbol: there are no ripples, no waves, no anxieties troubling God. The Lord is never worried never in a hurry nor without an answer. The sea around Him is perfectly still and totally calm. All our victories flow out from being seated here with Him. 2 Peter 3:14 - "With this to look forward to, do your utmost to be found at peace with Him, unblemished and above reproach in his sight." CHALLENGED AND CHANGED We want a peace that temporarily comforts and coddles because we do not like to be challenged or changed. The peace that flows into us from the Lord satisfies the soul with full assurance that he is still for us, even as we are being taken through fire -- in which we can be changed into His likeness. 2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord." Galatians 5:16 - "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh." Affirmations: I AM DEVELOPING MY OWN HUMAN SPIRIT, AND I AM BECOMING MORE SENSITIVE TO THE SPIRIT OF GOD. I HAVE ACCEPTED THE CALL OF GOD TO LEAVE THE LOW LIFE BEHIND, AND I AM FOLLOWING THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO A HIGHER REALM, WHERE I WILL LIVE IN CONTINUAL PEACE, JOY, AND VICTORY. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  25. Please read Nehemiah 8:10 There is so much evil in the world and when we love the Lord, we hate evil. Being exposed to evil things, can make a person negative. Joy can give us strength. God is so pure and Holy so it is great escapism to think of Him and how much He loves us. Delight yourself in the Lord to gain strength.
