  1. Jeremiah 15:19 - "If you return, then I will restore you - Before Me you will stand; and if you extract the precious from the worthless, you will become My spokesman." OBSERVATION: If I allow the Holy Spirit to move through me, I will be constantly searching for those whose lives are formless and void. I will become a bridge for them into the glorious, creative purposes of God. "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it." - 1 Corinthians 9:24 We all need spiritual momentum in our lives. God always wants us to keep moving forward. What is the other option? Moving backward—which is not a valid option. God has created us for flow, to be in sync with His river of life. As we find that place of sync with His presence, there is a momentum that is created in our lives. The enemy tries to slow or shift your momentum by bringing distractions to get you off course. We are called to "stay the course". God gives us the goals, the vision, and the blueprints, but we also have to stay the course. When we neglect to put Him first we are putting something else first or even ourselves. Our souls have to come into alignment with the heart of God, to walkby the Spirit, and follow after His voice. "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." - Matthew 6:33 Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ, which strengtheneth me." Imagine awakening every morning with the confidence of God's strength in you. And this strength in you according to His wealth, according to the riches of His glory, according to who He is. OBSERVATION: GOD IS GLORIFIED WHEN I CHOOSE NOT TO LIMIT HIM AND NOT TO LIMIT MYSELF. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  2. Exodus 33:7 - "Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And it came about, that everyone who sought the Lord would go out to the tent of meeting which was outside the camp." IF WE ARE GOING TO TRULY SEEK THE LORD, WE MUST "GO OUT" AS DID MOSES AND THOSE WHO SOUGHT THE LORD. WE MUST PITCH OUR TENT "A GOOD DISTANCE FROM THE CAMP" - THE "CAMP OF FAMILIARITY." JESUS CALLED HIS DISCIPLES TO LEAVE THE FAMILIAR PATTERN OF THEIR LIVES AND BE WITH HIM. HE KNEW THAT MEN, BY NATURE, ARE UNCONSCIOUSLY GOVERNED BY THE FAMILIAR. IF HE WOULD EXPAND US TO RECEIVE THE ETERNAL, HE MUST RESCUE US FROM THE LIMITATIONS OF THE TEMPORAL. Luke 14:33 - "In the same way," concluded Jesus, "none of you can be my disciple unless he gives up everything he has." Genesis 28:10,12 - "Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran. Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it." Like the ladder, Jesus dwelt in two places at the same time, in the earth and in the heavens. He is the access point between those two realms. When Jesus told Nathanael that he would see heaven open, He meant that he would see that Jesus is the ladder between the earth and heaven that is wide open to mankind. To Nathanael, He revealed heaven's open availability to the believer. In other words, the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand (available). John 1:51 - And He said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man." Your time in communion with the Lord will raise you to that "Come up here, let me show you something you didn't know before" place for a substantial breakthrough. "I saw a door open in heaven and heard the same voice speaking to me, the voice like a trumpet, saying 'Come up here: I will show you what is to come in the future.'" - Revelation 4:1 When the Word becomes as a burning fire in your heart and bones your focus will be on harvest and it won't be denied you. Because freely you have received the Word and freely you give of the powerful Word of the Lord. To be effective we must minister according to His energy, or His power in our lives. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. John 6:5,7 - "So when Jesus went up into the hills and sat down with His disciples around Him, he soon saw a great multitude of people climbing the hill, looking for Him. Turning to Philip he asked. 'Philip, where can we buy bread to feed all these people?' Philip answered him, "Two hundred denarii would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" Philip got caught up in thinking about the problem. He was figuring out how may people there were....how much money was in the treasury....and how much bread costs. He was so preopccupied with his own doubts and questions that the problems were speaking to him more loudly than the Lord. As a result, he answered Jesus without really listening to Him. OBSERVATION: The Lord often asks us to go beyond our abilities. Our usual response is to express our limitations -- not realizing that Jesus is asking us to place our limited ability in His hand, so He can multiply it. AFFIRMATION: WHEN I GET OUTSIDE OF MYSELF AND BEGIN TO THINK INSIDE THE WORD OF GOD, I GET OUTSIDE OF MY LIMITATIONS AND INTO THE LIMITLESS POWER OF ALMIGHTY GOD! Philippians 4:6 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Christ's presence within us is our assurance that we can live in peace, even in times of pressure and turmoil. This is the abundant life purchased for us by the broken body and spilled Blood of the Lamb of God at Calvary. He died and rose again to birth the Kingdom of God within us when we are born again. The Prince of Peace abides within us! We have a Blood-bought right to walk in uninterrupted shalom, free from all anxiety and fear, because of the living, breathing presence of Christ in our temple. Affirmations: JESUS IS MY GREAT HIGH PRIEST, AND HE IS INTERCEDING FOR ME RIGHT NOW. WITH GOD ON MY SIDE, I CAN ENJOY LIFE AS HE INTENDED FOR ME TO ENJOY IT. I BOLDLY CONFESS THAT I AM FEAR-FREE AND THAT ANXIETY HAS NO PLACE IN ME! I DECLARE THIS BY FAITH IN JESUS' NAME! Song of Solomon 3:6 - "Who is she that goes up by the wilderness, like a pillar of smoke, from the incense of myrrh, and frankincense, and all the powders of the perfumer?" YOU BECOME SO PURE IN THE ARMS OF YOUR BELOVED (JESUS) THAT YOU SEEM LIKE A BREATH OF AIR CONSUMED BY THE FIRE OF LOVE. YOUR UPRIGHTNESS IS LIKE SMOKE RISING. YOUR SPIRITUAL NATURE IS CLEARLY EVIDENT. YOU FLOW UPWARD, COMING FORTH FROM THE WILDERNESS OF FAITH. WHERE ARE YOU GOING? TO REST IN GOD. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  4. Matthew 7:5 - "You hypocrite! First take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye." Observation: Jesus condemned sin. And we condemn sin also, but the sin we must condemn first is the sin of judging others, for it obscures our vision from discerning sin in ourselves. I will never become holy by criticizing others; nor am I brought nearer to God through finding fault. Galatians 5:18-21 - "But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest......which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." Affirmation: I CONFESS THAT IT IS NO LONGER I WHO LIVE, BUT JESUS CHRIST LIVES IN ME! I HAVE WALKED IN THE FLESH LONG ENOUGH; NOW I WALK IN THE SPIRIT. I LET THE HOLY SPIRIT PRODUCE THE LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST IN ME. John 6: 5,7 - "When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, 'Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?' Philip answered Him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little." Observation: WHEN I GET OUTSIDE OF MYSELF AND BEGIN TO THINK INSIDE THE WORD OF GOD, I GET OUTSIDE OF MY LIMITATIONS AND INTO THE LIMITLESS POWER OF ALMIGHTY GOD! 5. Jesus instructed His disciples to pray..."Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven" (seeMatthew 6:10, Luke 11:2). As we pray as Jesus instructs, we are actually praying for Heaven to touch earth. When Jesus came He brought His world to ours! He demonstrated the Kingdom of God on earth. His example of demonstrating God's goodness through signs, wonders, miracles and powerful demonstrations was meant to be teaching tools for us to do the same on earth today. There is no sickness in Heaven and, therefore, it does not belong on earth! Also, there is no poverty, lack, disease or hopelessness in Heaven therefore, it does not belong on earth. Jesus commissioned His disciples with these words: "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons: freely ye received, freely give" (see Matthew 10:8; Luke 10:9). When we became new Christians we were told what "not to do" and taught that we needed to be "perfected" – which placed much emphasis on us, our ability, and our religious performance. LET GO OF YOUR LIMITATIONS Many of us limit God today. We can even witness a miracle and almost immediately shift back into doubt and unbelief. At the time of creation, both Adam and Eve were created to experience "limitless living". This type of lifestyle is experiencing our lives without any types of hindrances or limitations. Limitless living is not for the purpose of self-gain, but is experienced so that we can fulfill ourDESTINY and PURPOSE. And, without limitations, we can fully demonstrate and experience God's power on earth. FULFILLING OUR DESTINY "The eyes of your understanding being enlightened: that you may know what is the hope of His calling....." - Ephesians 1:18 Since we are saved by the finished work of Jesus on the Cross, God's supernatural, transforming power is available to us for the fulfilling of our divine destiny in Christ. We need to shift our perspective. Yes, part of our destiny as children of God is to demonstrate and experience God's power. We were born with a PURPOSE to fulfill. God made you with a specific "PURPOSE." The word purpose means "the reason something exists." Therefore, we can easily conclude that God created us for a very specific reason. Mankind, as a whole, was created in the image of God with the purpose of taking dominion. When we use our God-given authority, we are also empowered to demonstrate God's divine power on the earth. This is the time to demonstrate and experience God's power in our life. JESUS HAD A PURPOSE According to 1 John 3:8, Jesus also had a purpose. His purpose was to "...destroy the works of the devil." We discussed that Jesus brought His world into ours. But, let's delve into this more. The word purpose in Greek is the word "tupos" (pronounced too-pos) and it means "model or imitation." WhenJesus was destroying the works of the devil, He became a model for us to imitate. When we are also on assignment, on purpose, we are imitating God. In fact, this is one of the ways that we are able to give Him glory – by imitating Him! Satan is consumed with targeting us, as he did Eve in the Garden, attempting to cause us to doubt our identity in Christ. If we believe opposite of who we are, (i.e.; sons and daughters of the King and made in His divine image), we become powerless to fully imitate God. Why is that? It is because when we doubt our identity in God, we also doubt our ability to be demonstrators of His power. Problem is the enemy has placed many different limitations upon us which hinder us from demonstration. It's time to take the limitations from our past off! DEMONSTRATION OF HIS POWER Becoming a demonstrator of God's unbridled power is one of the most exciting journeys we can experience. The word "demonstrate" means that something is being "shown or proven." In other words, when we allow God to use us and we pray the prayer of faith for someone to be divinely healed, we are at that time imitators of God. (Just like Elijah, Elisha, Jesus Christ, our Lord, and others!) We are proving God's love as we pray for the sick or the needs of His children. But also, consider this fact: when they are healed, it is then that God's perfect will has therefore been "proven" and "demonstrated". What a privilege it is for God to use us to prove His love through demonstration. Satan targets our mind with lies. THE LIES OF THE ENEMY THAT LIMIT US SOUND LIKE THIS: • You're not smart enough to teach God's Word. • What makes you believe that God would use someone with a past like yours? • You are a complete failure in life. How can God use you? • If you pray for the sick, they might not get healed. Just think of what people might say about you. • You are not qualified to demonstrate God's power • You are flawed. God cannot use someone like you! MORE LIMITATIONS Religion completely negates our need for "relationship" with God. In fact, many times it completely replaces it! Another limitation in the Church is the pressure to "get results". This is all rooted in performance, perfectionism and self-introspection. How many times have we believed the lie that we are a "failure" because we did not witness the desired results? The enemy will use this lie to limit US. On the other hand, God desires that we experience His limitless lifestyle! After all, didn't Jesus say that all things are possible to those of us who believe? Is it then any wonder why the devil attacks our faith? QUESTIONS TO ASK OURSELVES: What do we believe is holding us back? What are our limitations? God desires to empower us to let go of such limitations as: • reliance on ourself • efforts to please God through religious performance • disappointments • emotional pain and trauma • defensive and defeated attitudes PRAYER: I pray today confirming that I am fully empowered to demonstrate Your Kingdom on earth. I agree with what Your Word says concerning my destiny and purpose and that I am created to give You glory. I pray that You reveal the limitations which rob me of being a Kingdom demonstrator. I pray that You shift me into continuous seasons of limitless living. I decree that there are no limits to what I do or experience in Christ, In Jesus' name, Amen! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. The Lord wants to use us, because He said: "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." - Luke 10:19 If Jesus wants to talk today, He's going to have to use your mouth. If He wants to rebuke a storm today, He's going to have to use your mouth, and He's going to have to use your heart in faith. Who has this power, and what kind of power is it? We have it, and it's power to heal sicknesses and cast out devils. EXERCISING LIMITLESS POWER Our power is without limitation down here, because Jesus said, "All power is given unto Me in Heaven and in Earth" (Matthew 28:18). That means all power belongs to whom? Jesus. And to whom did He give it? To us. It belongs to us! When the disciples woke Jesus up, they complained, "Don't You care that we're dying?" Have you ever tried to put a guilt trip on God in your prayers? "Don't You care what I'm going through?" We think we're going to get a response from God. "Don't You care that we're dying?" The disciples didn't get any sympathy. Instead, Jesus rebuked the wind and said to the water,"Peace, be still" - (see Mark 4). Jesus was a man anointed by the Holy Spirit, so He did not talk to the Sea of Galilee as God. People think, "God can talk to the sea," but that's not what Jesus did. He talked to that body of water as a man. As a matter of fact, who has authority over the elements here on Earth? Man through God does. A REMNANT WILL LEAD And there will be a remnant in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ who will be strong and will take the headship of our authority upon Earth. The Bible says, "Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises..." - (2 Peter 1:4). What are they? The verse continues, "that by these ye might be partakers [or associates] of the divine nature..." The original Greek says, "partners with God in His divine nature." This gives us partnership with God. When we feed on God's Word, it is spirit and life to us.Nothing the devil can do will stop us from reaching the place where we're going in God – nothing, nothing, nothing! Can you call the things which be not as though they were? If you merely think about it, without speaking to it -- it won't happen. You can't rebuke the storm silently. Some will argue, "Well, I don't want to say, 'Peace, be still,' and nothing happens." You're already in fear. You've got to learn to speak out of your inward convictions. You've got to learn to believe in your DESTINY! Living a miraculous Christian life puts you in a realm where things work out. Does that mean we won't encounter persecution? No. Does that mean we won't have obstacles? Absolutely not. We will have them. But through the obstacles, we'll be victorious, and you'll laugh at the obstacles. REPEAT THE FOLLOWING CONFESSIONS: "I am going all the way. I'm not going to die prematurely. I'm not going to die sick. I'm not going to live in poverty. I'm going to fulfill my DESTINY IN CHRIST. I believe in my God-given future." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
