  1. I just read this and I am not 100 percent sure if the writer is credible or not....has any one heard about this? https://thereisnews.com/pope-francis-cancels-bible/ Pope Francis has surprised the world today by announcing that The Bible is totally outdated and needs a radical change, so The Bible is officially canceled and it’s announced a meeting between the highest personalities of the church where it will be decided the book that will replace it, its name and its content. Some names are already being considered and the one that has more strength is “Biblia 2000”. “We can not keep trying to talk our public in a totally new world with a book that has thousands years. We are losing followers and we have to go a step further in the search for the modernization of the church. to rewrite the word of God, even if it is only the Old Testament, in which there are certain passages that it is better not to repeat. ” The news has fallen like a bomb among the most conservative, who consider this idea the definitive clue of madness of Pope Francis.
  2. Please pray for Marissa, a 9 year old girl, who is battling aggressive Cancer thru harsh Chemo treatments since April 2019 She will be having outpatient surgery starting Tuesday or Thursday June 18 or 20th. for taking bone marrow samples. She is nervous and upset that she is having this done again as it is very painful for a couple of days afterwards. The chemo she will receive before the transplant is the strongest one she will receive through this entire treatment plan, killing all cells in her body. Then she will receive the stem cells they harvested from her in January. From what I’ve read , she will be very sick for a while. The cancer has now metastasized from her kidneys to her bones and so far with extensive chemo and treatments there yet has been produced any sign of remission.. She has a strong base of faith in our Savior and receiving concerts of prayer from Kings Kids choir, leader and teachers in her former 3rd grade Sunday school class but needs a continued flow of prayers being raised in her behalf . Her strong faith knows God is holding her in His hands and by her side through this continued war on cancer that has invaded this sweet little child of God's body Please continue praying for Marissa, for her Grandmother and her father for strong confidence God is at work in His precious child. Pray that her father who has been away from church to find God's love peace hope and draw this lost sheep home He is divorced from Marissa's mother (an unbeliever ) as her father and Grandmother have been Marissa's only contact Pray for all the medical staff that attends her here in Pennsylvania to receive great wisdom from God and open their hearts to all God to guide their hands and treatment for Marissa. Pray for Marissa's mother who has fallen into the world and had to have Marissa removed (for unknown reasons ) to give Marissa stability with her loving dedicated Grandmother and dad Pray that God will seek Marissa's mom to turn her heart away from world and flood of sin and towards salvation and rebirth through our Savior and Redeemer and receive a flood of God's love mercy grace and towards her daughter Marissa in this battle against Cancer Amen

    Backsliding

My boyfriend and I got saved about 6 months ago. When we first got saved it was such a beautiful experience. We both felt so compelled by the spirit to learn more about God and draw close to him. But within the past 2 months or so we have started to back slide. Not reading our bibles, not praying, instead of watching Christian content we’ve started back on watching more of worldly things, giving in to sexual sin, etc. We’ve had dozens of convos of doing better but now he doesn’t seem interested. I’ve recently within the past 2 weeks finally got back to reading the word everyday and trying to stay more persistent with my prayer life, but it seems he is still struggling with finding motivation. He has had issues in the past with sex addiction and women and when we first got saved it really helped him a lot. Both of us really. And now that we’ve started to backslide I’ve recently discovered he has been talking sexually with other girls via text. I’m fearful for him and I want to help deliver him from this, not for my own selfish purpose but because he needs it and needs God more than he needs the world. Please help! I love him very much and don’t want to see him lose that beautiful relationship with god and fall back into this vicious cycle of sin, nor do I. Advice is really appreciated.
  4. Shalom to the entire community , one of our sister In USA was released from prison about 2 and half years ago. When back home her son started his teenage crisis and her parents both unbelievers have kept condemning her each day treating her like a criminal. She works in prison ministry for a church has 3 jobs but can't find her own appartment has everyone judges either her past or her weak financial situation. She needs courage to endure her family constant attack as she has no other place to go, and to deal with her son's rebellion. She needs a miracle to move out with her son but also has not stop questioning why God has not yet answered her prayer. Please pray for our sister. Be blessed.
  5. Shalom to all my Brothers and Sisters in Christ! I have been ministering for 4 years online as well as in Federal Prisons along with a few churches between Canada and France. I have been called to an online vocation to be accessible to all, worldwide. While some curious struggling unbelievers may never find courage to enter a traditional church, strong believers at times also cannot attend for various reasons. Using online platforms ,I make myself available to people whom fall in such category. In essence, I am open minded and open my door for anyone in need whether its for one on one prayers, bible studies, Christian counselling, support, encouragement, fellowship or simply to have Christian oriented guidance, I am here on this forum to do my part in Jesus's Kingdom. Looking forward to meeting you all. Best.
  6. Dear Lord, in Jesus Christ's name I pray. Welcome Holy Spirit, embody this nation, government and military. God bless Donald Trump, keep him protected, helped and leading your nation strong and free. God bless Justin Trudeau, bend his will to yours, humble him and teach him what he needs to know of You. Thank you Lord for the peace talks in Korea! This is an appreciated answer to so many pleading prayers! We pray for the same peace and understanding in Cameroon, please have mercy and save its people. Please forgive us of all our sins. Especially excuse evil where we oppose, mock and vilify You. Please Lord, we know not what we do. Bless and revive us Lord, thy kingdom come. Put us through the painful process of cleansing this world, nation, generation and church of backsliding, sleepiness, enemies within, blasphemy, watering down of God's truth, word and law. Prune and throw such chaff into the lake of fire. Have us accept and cherish your free gift of salvation and eternal life immediately through your Son's sacrifice in place of our sin debt. May we all pray for this in our life now! Heal, restore and revive your body of Christ saved to do good works in the Lord. May we be light, salt and disciples to this desperate world. Hallelujah, he is risen, he is risen indeed! I pray this sincerely for all lost, enemies and loved ones in Jesus Christ's name, amen! GregoryB
  7. Good day, fellow Christians, I tend not to reach out and ask for help. I am trying to change that with and through God. My father has stage four cancer in several areas. He relies on God's will but is assuming the worst. We are fine with being realistic. We know where we are going. I refuse to give up on hope, him and God. He has many loved ones praying for him, thankfully. This is a call out for even more. Please include him specifically or generally in your prayers. God is in control, he makes and lets everything happen for His reasons and glory. Prayers heard by God will be answered, be they yes, no or wait. I thank you for your time, effort and support in the good Lord, Jesus Christ, my Saviour and Lord. God bless you, GregoryB

So much going on at once. 1) A friend has a debilitating injury that has not healed for months. 2) Two family members of mine are suffering from bad injuries. 3) My mother is seriously ill. 4) I am also having some intense medical stuff going on myself. I would so appreciate your prayers for all of us.
  11. Prayer is a necessary tool to get over disturbing issues of life, that is why Jesus said a man ought always to pray and not faint.when you read the bible very well you will see that there are questions that have answers to the problem of man but some you have to put the answer there. Like “If the foundation is destroyed what can the righteous do”? Psalm 11:3. The only thing the righteous can do is to pray, so it is of a great value in the turbulent and none-turbulent situation. It is a necessity, not an option. Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting Matthew 17:21 Some mountains will not fall unless they are bombarded with the artillery of prayer. The weapon of prayer have been known to do wonders when other methods have failed, some breakthrough is impossible unless there is a regular, consistent, concerted, constant bombardment of prayer. In addition, prayer is a gift to us and a privilege, however, the fact remains that the power of prayer is the power which is the least exercise by the average believer. It will do you well to learn the science of welfare. The present temperature of the prayer of many Christians will need to rise if they expect a serious breakthrough. Note: You have to stop your enemy before they stop you, if they succeed to stop you then your destiny is wasted and God in His mercy will forgive them, remember there are much destiny attached to you, you must not fail. Read psalm 91 and use the following prayers (1) O Lord dissolves any deep rooted problem in the Name of Jesus (2) Father Lord send your fire into the root of my life to uproot every unprofitable tree in the name of Jesus (3) I reject every curse flowing down to me by my ancestors In the name of Jesus (4) I soak the root of my life with the blood of Jesus
  12. I was married to someone who is a paranoid schizophrenic and has 4 different personality disorders. It was a highly abusive relationship, no physical violence but the emotional and mental abuse was ever-present. The Lord has led me to pray for him daily and I'm working through the toll it took on me with a therapist. For anyone who has dealt with this issue I would certainly welcome any advice.
  13. The little boy really thinks daddy doesn’t notice but if he were paying just a little attention he would have heard what his dad prays at :35. http://www.godfruits.com/13528/he-was-supposed-to-be-praying-with-daddy-what-he-does-instead-will-have-you-laughing-out-loud.php
  14. I am in need of some prayers. I am feeling overwhelmed by life and all mixed up inside - not knowing what to think or do or what to say/ask in prayer. I am 17 weeks pregnant, which is a blessing! But my anxiety is going through the roof and while my pregnancy is overall going fine, I am having other health things come up that freak me out and almost paralyze me with anxiety. I am having some skin issues, and my fear is cancer. Everything that happens makes me afraid that I have cancer. I need healing in all areas of my being - my mind, body and soul - and when all of this is happening, I feel so disconnected from God. I try to listen to audio Bible verses or sermons, but when they talk about loving Jesus, or Jesus loving us, or staying in faith I am not even sure I know what that means or how that feels. My husband also has been having both some work issues off and on, as well as minor health issues. I feel like he is always in a bad mood and my daughter often doesn't even want to see him, which adds a negative feeling at home and also stresses me out. Maybe this is some sort of "stronghold" (even though I am not sure I understand that concept fully) - even now, my computer is giving me so many problems just while I am trying to type this out that I can hardly get these thoughts down. I want to have a strong faith, I want to feel God's love, and I want to be able to "rest assured" that God's got this under control - but for some reason that is really hard and I wonder if maybe all these promises of God don't apply to me. Prayers, thoughts, Bible verses all would be greatly appreciated.
  15. My mother went to the hospital last night with chest pain. Please pray for her.
  16. I want to say thank you for all the prayers for Charlie at the hospital. I want to thank God for keeping his promise. Thank you all.
  17. “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual FERVENT PRAYER of a righteous man availeth much.”—James 5:16 As the signs of the end-time is presently unfolding at a warp speed, I sense a clarion call from the Lord to his body (The Church) for a deeper level of fellowship with him in the place of prayers. As the scriptures says, the wicked are already doing more wickedly. The love of many are already waxing cold. People-including supposed Christians- are getting more worldly and sensual by the day… And with all these, the end-time is drawing nearer and nearer. And just as our Lord Jesus admonished, we should pray, so we can be counted worthy of escaping the tribulations of these times (Luke 21:36). The saint whose garment will remain unspotted by the current pollution in this world, is the one who persistently travail in the place of prayers. The saint who will remain uncompromising to the original standard of faith as entrenched in the scriptures-amidst these modern day gospels-is the one who will dedicate ample time in the closet of prayers. The Christian, whose faith will not be pushed to agnostism by the hordes of hell, and human agents, is the one who will pray without ceasing as the scriptures admonish. The groups of believers that will usher in the next move of the Holy Spirit- that will culminate in an unusual salvation of the heathen; and revival of holiness in the body of Christ, are the ones who will make it an occupation in asking God to do so (Psalms 1:8). The saint who wants to see God confirm his words with unusual manifestation of signs and wonders, is the one who will go right into the deeper part of the holies of holies- through importunate prayers in the spirit. Especially praying extensively in other tongues. Well, for the folks who disbelieve praying in other tongues, I just have to say, “Bless their hearts”. And I earnestly pray that God help them to believe. Because, the one who will keep arguing against this spiritually potent gift for fervent prayers in this end-time, will be greatly disadvantaged. They will only scratch the surface of the holies of holies in the place of prayers. Praying only with the intellect will only get them so far in the realms of the spirit. To these beloved brethren, I plead from a passionate heart of love that they should come out of the cocoon of religion and blinded arguments and desire to speak with other tongues. Because it is very needful and advantageous in the current demand of the Almighty in the place of prayers. And that was why the Apostle Paul thanked God he spoke in tongues more than everyone else (1 Corinthians 14:18). Not to take advantage of this awesome gift of prayer (speaking in tongues) is to be leaving allots of blessing on the table (both spiritual and physical). Not to take advantage of this gift of prayer, is to leave allots of battles unwon. So my brethren, get to intensive prayers. No more 5minutes rattling of prayers in the Morning and before going to bed (Plus God, minus devil- amen). Spend quality time (at least an hour) in prayers daily- especially praying in the Holy Ghost (in tongues) and watch your victories and testimonies compound. Let’s obey one of the easiest and most important command of scriptures-“Ask of me”; “Pray without ceasing”. And the more we do, the more we have life more abundantly. For those of you, struggling with the spirit of slumber, I decree your deliverance right now. I also decree the outpouring on you, the spirit of grace and supplication, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! Remain Blessed! Emeke Odili

  22. Please pray for me. With me. For my head is hung in shame as I ask for help. 3 months of bad luck has turned my world upside down. I am just a few short steps away from being homeless and in debt with 2 kids. I need a loan. i have started campaigns for it but I'd much rather borrow and pay back than be given a handout. But I am in desperation and at this Moment, there is little I won't do to keep food in my children's stomachs and a roof over their heads. I have no credit. I've always bought everything up front. No payday loans. No short term loans with 800% interest. Just a loan to be paid off over say a year or so. Or a personal lender to set their own deadlines. I'm desperate at the moment. I've never had to borrow from anybody before. So this is a horrible feeling for me and I'm humiliated by it. More details that won't fit in this. im in need of prayers. I'm in need of advice. And I am desperate for help. I know that I must hold onto faith, but I feel it slipping away. Once prideful, my humility has my head hung in shame as I beg for help and pray I have the strength to hold on to my faith.

  24. It's been awhile since I have been on here and I apologize. So much has happened, I have been a bit blown away. Family issues have been at the top of the list, but I've also been busy writing and getting a few new books out. Right now, we are in "recovery" mode since my husband was diagnosed with Lyme Disease a month ago. He was out of work for most of September. As a result, we are in the process of foreclosure. My sister has graciously offered us place to live in Colorado.. the only thing is, that is 12 hours from here. We have to somehow find between $2-3000 to finance the move, according to my husband. There are things he hasn't been convinced yet, to leave behind. I really do believe that moving out there is the Lord's will: I just need some prayers for the financial aspect. I cannot "see" how to find the money. I know God works in all kinds of ways, but, this has been a trying time on my emotions. My faith is strong, but I am weak, if that makes sense. Please keep us in your prayers, because I have no idea when they will make us move. I would like to get this behind us before the winter sets in, if possible. God Bless you all.
