  1. Hello Worthy people and God bless your souls with the rich Kingship of Yeshua! This has been a huge issue Christians I know and myself have had to encounter recently. At times it has felt like Jesus Himself was the stronghold trying to move against me, then I realized Jesus is in the savage people trying to heal, and claiming a quite acceptable position for Himself with every tribe and tongue. Hello new wine skins!! During the conversion process (for them and myself) I am serving beyond the boundaries of human culture I am used to, and acceptable behavior. Jesus has said, "DO NOT LAY YOUR HANDS VIOLENTLY ON A MAN IF YOU'RE FACING THREATS, BUT REBUKE THEM WITH MY AUTHORITY." He who lives by the sword dies by the sword, this is the faith and patience of the saints. Have courage, believe me this is needed for the church now. IF WE DON'T SURRENDER AND FACE THREATS THAT HE SAYS WE NEED TO FACE, THEN OUR SECURITY AND LOVE FOR THE WORLD WILL NEVER FADE. AMEN.
  2. John 3:16 ministries 25 days minor prophet listening challenge, this is day 1 , I like this channel and encourage anyone interested to check out the challenge they also offer a 24 hour live Bible radio stream
  3. Daily Reading 70 If you prefer, you can look up the following verses in your own Bible, or by whatever means and in whichever version you choose. Matthew 13:24-58 Leviticus 19 Proverbs 29 Audio 7:23 Audio 4:39 Audio 2:44 The above verse addresses are linked to Bible Gateway. That is an easy way to read (or listen to) the Bible verses, and choose your version. Personally, I prefer written, that way I can go at my own pace, and think about it, before moving on. Nothing wrong with doing either or both. The Bible says faith comes by hearing. See the picture below to get an idea of what to expect if you follow the above links. Note: The audio will not play the exact verses, it will play the whole chapters, in which the verses exist. Thank you Lord for making the your word so accessible for us in these times. Amen
  4. THE GIFT OF PROPHECY "For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills." - 1 Corinthians 12:8-11 In 1 Corinthians 14, Paul encourages everyone to pursue the gift of prophecy (v. 1). The primary purpose of prophetic ministry is to strengthen, encourage, and comfort believers (v. 3). In other words, “the one who prophesies edifies the church” (v. 4). Prophecy may also bring conviction of sin to unbelievers who happen to be visiting the gathering of God’s people, as “the secrets of their hearts are laid bare” (vv. 24–25) "For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." - Revelation 19:10 We meet people everywhere. Our business is to turn them from being forgetful of God, from being devoid of faith, from being prayerless, so that they become people who habitually pray, who believe in God, remember Him and do his will. Whenever we share a testimony of what the power of Jesus has done -- any miracle, healing, salvation account -- the Spirit of prophecy is loosed over the people who are hearing it. This means the Spirit of God is actively moving on them to create faith. THE OFFICE OF PROPHET "And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers," - Ephesians 4:11 God's ultimate weapon is a man or a woman who has encountered the prophetic anointing. Persons anointed with a prophetic ministry speak the word of the Lord in the name of the Lord. They carry weight in the church by virtue of the ethical, moral, and spiritual urgency of their message. Their credentials credibility, and status as prophetic vessels stem not from birth or by official designation, but by the power of their inner call and by the response of those who hear them. The single most characteristic mark of a true prophetic person is the evidence that he or she has stood in the counsel of God and has, therefore, faithfully declared what he or she heard from His mouth. In contrast to the "Gift of Prophecy" which Paul encourages all believers to pursue, the "Office of Prophet" is only given to a few chosen by God. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY http://afministry.ning.com
  5. False prophets, you will know them by their fruits. "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?" - Matthew 7:15-16 "Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." - Matthew 7:19 Today I was watching TV and something caught my attention, it was someone talking in a charity program claiming to be gay and encouraging others to embrace what is different. And they try to pass the impression that God is OK about it. And they try to pass themselves as godly, shouting "Thanks to God", and things like that. I see people doing charitable deeds, claiming to know God by saying "God bless you", and their hearts have never known Him nor received Him. They live for themselves, going after their own pleasures and desires. They enjoy practicing what is ungodly: fornication, adultery, lies, talking evil about others, etc. The hypocrisy, lawlessness, envy, hate. Seriously, those are works of satan. Those who pretend to be in the light and are in darkness are just deceiving themselves. "Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’" - Matthew 7:22-23 Jesus came to give His life for us, so that we can have life, to set us free from sin, and that we can live for Him. "He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil." - 1 John 3:8 It is heartbreaking when I see people encouraging each other to keep practicing what God's hate: those works of satan. I imagine when someone new comes out of the world, truly repentant and see this. It can even make them change their minds and think: "What will I do here? They are just as ungodly as those who are in the world and are not seeking any change". "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea." - Matthew 18:6 And when those who are in darkness are encouraged to repent and focus on living for Christ they say: "You are judging me. You hate me." Is living for Christ evil? Is hearing and following Him evil? Does purging the evil out of us cause us evil? Obviously not. "These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ" - Jude 1:16-17 What is evil is to close our hearts for good and to open them for evil. And what is even more evil is to say: "Go ahead and sin, my friend!". "And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure." - 1 John 3:3 Any who encourage others to sin and to keep on it is helping the devil to take the good seed which was planted in their hearts, and putting another which will bring forth evil fruit. "He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad." - Matthew 12:30 And then it comes the cares of the world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of the flesh. I see people more worried about what they can have in this life, then what they will have after this life (if they believe): Eternal life. People who think their time are worth of spending in their sins are just wasting time. "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life." - John 6:63 You could have used that time to hear the word, to ask, to seek, and to knock. Because the time is coming. "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" - Luke 11:9-13 And I am here to tell you: It is true. I have received what I asked from the Lord. Not mansions, luxurious cars, piles of cash or yachts but I have received what only He could give me; only He and no one else. Seriously, if we indeed are children of God we have to embrace what is of God. We have to encourage and, most importantly, to practice what is good: loving one another, loving the Lord, to throw our sins in the garbage, seek to walk in the Spirit, meditate on good things and His Word. I tell you today: The seed Jesus planted is good, and if that seed is indeed in you then it must grow and it must bear good fruit. Otherwise, your faith is dead as it profits nothing good. "What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?" - John 6:63 "But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe." - Jude 1:5 I am not posting this to encourage you to sin - and it is evident, otherwise I would not be your friend. And what I want to encourage today is this: That you turn your heart to Him, the only one who is able to give you life. He gave His precious and perfect life for you. Not because you deserved, but because you needed it and He loved you. And He is waiting for you in that Day, not to cast you in the lake of fire, but to say: "Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world" - Matthew 25:34 Surrender, surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ before it is too late. "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." - John 14:21 "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned." - John 15:6 "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen." - 2 Corinthians 13:14 Glory to God!
  6. Blessings Brothers & Sisters Recently I noticed many discussions where someone asks a simply question"Where did you get that information?"I'm sure that has always been a very common question but there are a couple of reasons that it really got my attention and I will go on to explain why.... There are several re-actions(please not I intentionally used the word REACTION here) A) the person who has been asked this question will take offense & reply"I don't have to answer that B) Try to defend their position by quoting verses of Scripture completely out of context Immediately they copy C) In less than 30 seconds they will copy/paste an answer from an information website that is someones commentary or answer which is their personal interpretation and D) they simply post an external link? Then, you do have people that do not REACT but replies after a few minutes, hours or even the next day...these folks usually will take the time to explain where & why or they truly don't remember and will say so OR tell you they will get back to you....& I'm sure there are tons of other responses to the question but that is just to name a few The reason I started this discussion is so you(we) can all ask ourselves "Where do get MY information" In other words ,,,"what are your sources & do you really take the time to test & approve? Not only should we see if the information we gathered is in accordance with Gods Word but also we must make sure that whoever has quoted Scripture has done so accurately......if someone responds & post a verse of Scripture do you go to the Bible to see that it has been quoted correctly?Perhaps you have memorized each& every Word that you do know it is precise?Well,Holy Spirit does bring Remembrance to us as we are firmly rooted & grounded in the Word of God ,yet ,,,ask yourself, have I prayed & tried the spirit? You see,I did a little experiment with a dear friend of mine & asked her if I was quoting the Scriptures accurately(I changed one word here & one word there,it w4ould be similar & still it changed the entire meaning of Gods Word) As a mature Spirit Filled woman of god ,her first response was "Let me first get my Bible" I said"No no,I want to try something" So she agreed & the outcome was not a surprise,,,,,she didn't notice, couldn't pinpoint the error.....being she is well versed in Scripture she often said" Wait a minute ,that does not seem quite right!!!!" There are many times I see someones a reply ,full of quoted Scriptures, some I know very well(to the letter) & others I double check to make sure......& then there are times,I must admit, that I carelessly have taken for granted that they are accurate without giving it much thought.....don't you? So please, don't take anyone at THEIR word,we humans can & do make mistakes,we are not perfect although we strive for Perfection in Christ Jesus. It is not a race to put up a reply as quickly as possible,if you are unsure of the answer & have a favorite website that you believe to be a reliable source, check it....be sure they have not only provided good information but that their sources are good also & ACCURATE,,,,,just because someone refers to Scripture does not mean the shoe fits or that it was even copied without addition or with omission......we each have a responsibility to seek Gods Truth ,we have a PERSONAL Relationship with God in Christ,we are Indwelled by Holy Spirit,we can approach the Throne of Grace Boldly & Confidently for ourselves,,,,& one day when we are asked the very same question,by Jesus,,,,,"Because he/she said so" will not suffice..... The internet provides a wealth of information & if you do your due diligence you can benefit tremendously by what is available but be CAREFUL & VIGILANT.....Google is not a source in itself,I hear a lot of people say "Well,I googled it!" ...Great.but where did google lead you to ,it is merely a search engine to point you in the right direction....In my younger days we didn't have computers, the library was one place to go to find information....we had to "take notes" & would end up with heaps & heaps of paperwork to do research.....a few times I have been asked what my sources are & honestly,it could take weeks to sort through hundreds of papers to find but I can tell you this much,I never took anyone's word for what they said to be "facts"....I looked it up * then I looked that up which lead to looking that up & so on & so on.......today,everything is at your fingertips in an instant we can research what may have taken many days so it is not that difficult And the same goes for rumors & hearsay, just because there are 5 websites that say "So & so is a false teacher" does not make it so,did you hear with your own ears, who are these people saying so?and more importantly,WHY are they saying so.....have they quoted one paragraph that was certainly a false doctrine that the person said & nobody quoted the second paragraph where that person explained that he was showing a false doctrine?lol Be alert, double check, triple check....do not be a rumor monger just because you have not taken the time to do proper research, that is not what a Christian does,,,,,we have to be accountable for every word spoken........and many things we do not know or are not sure of we must be sure to say so OR don't say it,it is not edifying.....We don't have to have ALL the answers nor are we expected to,I very rarely hear 3 little words ...."I don't know" or "I wouldn't know".....they are not difficult words to say Thanks for reading & I do hope to encourage everyone to got the extra mile and with just a little more time & effort I guarantee that we will grow that much more and not only be Bountifully Blessed but be a blessing as well! I am excited to hear what you have to offer to contribute to this Topic & if you have anything to add to enrich this Body of Christ,,,,,,,Peace to you & have a Glorious day with God!!! With love-in Christ, kwik
  7. This video made me take a second look at my life. He has truly shown that there are still some hope for our world.
  8. I heard a preaching last night on TV that the false prophet or the 2nd beast of revelation is 2 nations and not a person. The reason they said this is because of the 2 horns on the false prophet or 2nd beast. Has anyone every heard this?
