  1. Are you tired of going around the same old mountain hoping to get to the top, but the obstacles hold you back? It is time to shake off the old and get ready for the new and for receiving the workings of Christ in you, for new beginnings - for the rich oil of His anointing. God wants to resurrect things that have died in you. You may think that your window of occasion is past the time that anything good can happen, but remember we serve the God of the resurrection. "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life....." - John 11:25 We are to be continually taking ground for the Kingdom of God as we position ourselves in the place that He has called us to. As we continually experience His person our eyes are opened to see from His heavenly perspective. If we choose not to heed the leading of the Spirit and become proactive in renewing our minds, it is possible that we will limit God's power and anointing from flowing through our lives because of un-renewed thinking patterns that we are still embracing. You have the potential to believe impossibilities into possibilities. "Everything is possible for him who believes." - Mark 9:23 AFFIRMATIONS: New faith and hope are growing in me daily. Things have never been the way they are going to be because God is doing a new work in me The same power that raised Jesus from the dead enables me to rise out of my adverse circumstances and step into the purposes of God for my life. "For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God." - Romans 8:19-21 He designed you, inside and out, to be a vessel. There is a measure of God's glory that has become your responsibility to release on the earth. You don't release it all at once. You do it every time you flow in what God called you to do. You do it every time you advance the Kingdom, every single time you do God's work. The Kingdom of Heaven is within you. You have access to heavenly blessings and power here on earth. Each of us has a PURPOSE on the earth, and He longs to release His glory through each of us. However, we will never find our true CALLING in Christ as long as we are trying to pretend to be more like that person or this person, thereby limiting the flow of what He wants to do through us. There is a move of God in the earth that only you can fulfill. Creation is groaning in anticipation of you releasing all that glory that God packed on the inside of you. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  2. "Feed My Sheep." - John 21:17 If I love my Lord I have to FEED HIS SHEEP. There is no relief and no release from this commission. Beware of counterfeiting the love of God by working along the line of natural human sympathy. The Spirit of wisdom gives you ability that is beyond your ability. It is the creative ability to flow in the thing He is asking you to do. "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. - Ephesians 1:17 PRAYER: Lord, make me a tabernacle for Your Spirit like the tabernacle of old. Fill me with Your Shekinah glory. AFFIRMATIONS: Jesus knows my name. Jesus loves me personally. Jesus gave all for me. Jesus deserves all from me. I realize that I am put here to do the will of God on earth as it is in Heaven. I reject the expectations of the world and begin to discern the yoke that God has called me to carry. Isaiah 54:11 - "You afflicted, tossed with storms, and not comforted, look, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires." God moves on people who are willing to step away from older methods that are no longer effective and step into new strategies coming now from Heaven. God shakes things so that your foundation will be firmly established and you will be able to handle the new levels and anointing. Don't look at the storm, but keep your eyes on Jesus! Trust Him enough to let things happen without striving to predict or control them. Relax, and refresh yourself in the Light of His everlasting Love. His Love-Light never dims, yet you are often unaware of His radiant Presence. When you project yourself into the future, rehearsing what you will do or say, you are seeking to be self-sufficient: to be adequate without His help. This is a subtle sin—so common that it usually slips by unnoticed. The alternative is to live fully in the present, depending on Him each moment. Rather than fearing your inadequacy, rejoice in His abundant supply. Train your mind to seek His help continually, even when you feel competent to handle something by yourself. Don’t divide your life into things you can do by yourself and things that require My help. Instead, learn to rely on Him in every situation. This discipline will enable you to enjoy life more and to face each day confidently. "Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." - Psalm 37:3–6 "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:19 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. "But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Him in all things, which is the head, even Christ." - Ephesians 4:15 To those beginning their spiritual journey, God reveals Himself as Father. The picture is of a loving father embracing and reassuring his children. After knowing God as Father He goes on to reveal Himself as Warrior, "The LORD is a warrior..." (Exodus 15:3 NIV). The picture is of a warrior training recruits for battle. To those who know God as both Father and Warrior He reveals Himself as Consuming Fire, "For our God is a consuming fire" (Hebrews 12:29). God is "from the beginning," that is, He is eternal. He has no beginning and no end. The picture is of an all-consuming reality (Song of Songs 8:6). When we know Him as Father, we become secure in His love. When we know Him as Warrior, we become strong in His might. When we know Him as Consuming Fire, we become one with Him in wholehearted union. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF:• Is God specifically revealing Himself to me as either Father, Warrior, or Consuming Fire? • Is there anything in you that resists knowing God as Father, Warrior, or Consuming Fire? • Are you growing in the knowledge of God or are you resisting the change He desires to bring in your life? "Rule in the midst of your enemies" - Psalm 110:2 The Lord has provided us with powerful tools to accomplish our assignment and legislate the heavens with the ability to call forth what is not as though it were. He has given us the power of the Blood, the power of His name, the power of His Word, the power of decree, the power of the Holy Spirit to bring it to pass, and angel armies assigned to God's Kingdom purposes! He has given us everything needed to rule and reign, to take and to hold ground! Circumstances may seem to be holding you back, or life situations and finances, but obedience to take your place in God's PURPOSE for your life unlocks your DESTINY and positions you for favor. It's a favor that opens the necessary doors for you to accomplish your assignment. "Of the increase of His Government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this." - Isaiah 9:7 Choosing to set yourself firmly in the place where God has called you unlocks spiritual principles that result in increase. The best days of the Church are upon us and it's a time to embrace our divine destiny. God is good and He is faithful! Let us wake up and be successful in fulfilling all He has planned! This is the hour of the fulfillment of His promises of glory and light! The people of God are beginning to "arise and shine" for our light has come! Beware of seeing yourself through other people’s eyes. There are several dangers to this practice. First of all, it is nearly impossible to discern what others actually think of you. Moreover, their views of you are variable: subject to each viewer’s spiritual, emotional, and physical condition. The major problem with letting others define you is that it borders on idolatry. Your concern to please others dampens your desire to please Him, your Creator. It is much more real to see yourself through His eyes. His gaze upon you is steady and sure, untainted by sin. Through His eyes you can see yourself as one who is deeply, eternally loved. Rest in His loving gaze, and you will receive deep Peace. Respond to His loving Presence by worshiping Him in spirit and in truth. "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." - Hebrews 11:6 “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.” - John 4:23–24 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  4. Since the moment we first came to Christ, there has been an updraft of the Holy Spirit, a constant drawing from God lifting us upward toward the fullness of His Presence. Let's surrender to this wind of God and allow Him to carry us into our holy future (our DESTINY). The disciples did not just pray and sit around waiting for God to enter the "playing field" to convert the world on His own. They went out into the world so that the Holy Spirit might go into the World. "The Lord worked with them." - Mark 16:20 Times of difficulty give us an opportunity we don't have otherwise, and that is the opportunity to demonstrate sacrificial love to Him by ministering to him instead of attending to our pressing needs. This is what makes strengthening yourself in the Lord completely opposed to self-sufficiency. "Strengthen me according to thy word...I have chosen the way of faithfulness." - Psalm 119:28,30 AFFIRMATIONS: I am not designed to drift - I am designed for destiny. The Lord wants me to rooted in Him, not rooted in my idea about Him. Jesus calls me to a higher love, to embrace the burning and passionate heart of God. It is time to set every part of your being in alignment with God's purpose for your life -- to establish His Kingdom on the earth. God honors His Word above His name (see Psalm 138:2), so proclaim His Word, declare it into the atmosphere and the angels will respond and perform it! Our words will seed the atmosphere and the Lord will send His angels to perform it! He promises us His Word will not return void (see Isaiah 55:11). ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. "Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you...." - 2 Timothy 1:6 God didn't save and deliver you so you could preserve His gift in a sealed jar and live life as usual. It's time for you to go deep once again. It's time for you to put yourself out, to be brave, courageous and vulnerable, and to let down your nets! Let down your guards! Let down your pride! Let down your vanity! Lay it all down. Be encouraged! The harvest is ripe and ready. All you must do is heed the voice of the Master! What is He telling you to do today, right here and right now? Look at those things over which you have lost your vision. Ask Him to bring resurrection life back into those dead places and renew your vision for your own DESTINY. "There were many bones in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And the Lord said unto me, 'prophesy upon these bones and say unto them, Behold I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live.'" - Ezekiel 37: 2,4,5 We as believers need to press into God; pray and begin to believe God for a fresh wind of prophetic revelation that will impact faith and vision. AFFIRMATIONS: Today I ask God for new passion, new fire, and the gift of Holy hunger. The way I loose the Spirit of God into my life is through my words -- through my right speaking. Because God is with me the battle I am in will soon become a meal to me, an experience that will nourish and build me up spiritually. To live in His Presence consistently, you must expose and expel your rebellious tendencies. When something interferes with your plans or desires, you tend to resent the interference. Try to become aware of each resentment, however petty it may seem. Don’t push those unpleasant feelings down; instead, let them come to the surface where you can deal with them. Ask the Holy Spirit to increase your awareness of resentful feelings. Bring them boldly into the Light of His Presence, so that He can free you from them. The best response to losses or thwarted hopes is praise. Remember that all good things—your possessions, yourfamily and friends, your health and abilities, your time—are gifts from Him. Instead of feeling entitled to all these blessings, respond to them with gratitude. Be prepared to let go of anything He takes from you, but never let go of His hand! "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." - Psalm 139:23–24 "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time." - 1 Peter 5:6 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. "May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and love of God, and the fellowship (communion) of the Holy Spirit be with you all." - 2 Corinthians 13:14 Prayer is when you turn away from the world and are preoccupied with the "things of God." The Greek word "Koinonia" (fellowship, communion) is when you turn away from the "things of God" and are preoccupied with God Himself. As we go inward in growing communion with Him, we learn how to call forth the living water within us and release it in an outward flood that transforms lives. PRAYER IS LOVE To love God is to seek His presence, to seek intimacy and union. (We do not love God if we do not want to spend time with Him.) Love is also communication. (We do not love God if we do not want to talk with Him and get to know Him better.) Do you desire that Christ should dwell in your heart by faith? "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any one hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me." - Revelation 3:20 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF: How do my earthly relationships reflect my relationship with God? What do they reveal about how I am treating Him? ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  7. He has called us not to "wonder about the future," but to create it through the knowledge of His living Word and prayer! What our Father gives is access to the future right now. To bring manifestation is to pray and believe for the reality of God's Kingdom to manifest on earth. "Pray, then, in this way:.......on earth as it is in Heaven." - Matthew 6:9,10 Christ pours the limitless oil of the anointing in us so that we can shine and burn continually and perpetually with the glory and love of the Lord to the world. There's no limitation for the workings of Jesus through you because He's constantly pouring His workings in you, the rich oil of His anointing for harvest. The ministry of the Christian is the ministry of the Spirit. Other men have intellectuality, but the Christian is supposed to be the possessor of the Spirit. The road to true intimacy with God is an inward journey, proceeding into His Presence through the entrance gate of quietness of the soul. "Be still and know that I am God...." Psalm 46:10 AFFIRMATIONS: I am called to walk the earth, do good on the earth, and to do it in the power of the Holy Spirit. While I am called to do good works, and help people practically, my primary calling is to inspire people to seek God. I persist day by day, and week by week, until I have drawn near enough to God that I can hear His voice. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. Why are we so lackadaisical in our search for God? One possible answer is that we have yet to experience the beauty and power of God's manifest presence. Therefore, we don't understand that the reward of our seeking is worth every bit of our effort, and more. "One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in His temple." - Psalm 27:4 Those who abide in Jesus know the anointing and will flow in it (John 15). We plug in through intimacy, fellowship, and communion with Him. In so doing, our roots grow deep and so we become deeply rooted in Him. God loves using ordinary, everyday people. We become contagious carriers of the anointing from God Himself that propels you into action. This true supernatural flow of the Holy Spirit gives you an insight into another's need and it enables you to understand their hurts, pain, needs, and heartache. Are you willing to spend and be spent; not seeking to be ministered unto, but to minister? ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  9. One of the dimensions of living the way of Christ, besides living a life of love, forgiveness, and service is embracing the spirituality of DOWNWARD MOBILITY. This is a willingness to modify our career, change our location, or whatever other sacrifices we are called to make, for the sake of following Christ's purpose for our life (our destiny). Jesus came so that His Blood may cover our sins. His grace and mercy overflow to us so that we may be all that He has created us to be. He is determined to help us find our destiny into His perfect plan for us. His grace has made it possible for us to see our destinies fulfilled. SEIZING OUR DESTINY Nothing takes the place of stepping out of your comfort zone and out on the limb. Faith is always spelled R-I-S-K! In order to seize your destiny -- step out, God's not only good, He will catch you if you fall and help you to get up and try again! Don’t worry about the people in your past, for the Lord placed them there. He has an important reason why they won’t appear in your future. "Forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 3:13-14 Are we willing to spend and be spent; not seeking to be ministered unto, but to minister? ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. We as kings and priests in God's kingdom are the anointed ones, the sons and daughters of fresh oil, endued with gifts of power, strength, and grace to enable us to accomplish the work we're called to (our DESTINY). If you allow the conditions of life to dictate your level of worship, they will also determine and limit your altitude. "Those whose wait on the Lord....shall mount up with wings like eagles." - Isaiah 40:31 The purity God requires from us is impossible for us. We must allow Him to produce it in us. Purity produces in us godliness when we consistently sit at the feet of Jesus. "...beholding the glory of the Lord, are being changed into His likeness ....." - 2 Corinthians 3:18 Pay no attention to the present affairs of your life -- Seek to un-busy your thoughts -- Behold Him in the most inward recess of your spirit that you can find. AFFIRMATIONS:I start thinking outside myself and inside the Word -- and let Jesus bless the world through me! When I have the Word of God deposited in my spirit, I'll act on it no matter what the circumstances. As I keep pushing out the limits and going further in my effort to advance the purposes of God, I am taking my life to a higher level. Isaiah 61: 1, 2-- is a familiar passage, yet ever-powerful -- in order to understand more about wielding our God-given authority in the power of His might. "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor...." There is an anointing available to us to proclaim, prophesy, decree, and declare a season of favor! What's more, the impact of this anointing really comes into position once we come to understand what it means to be a servant of the Lord. Being God's servant means there is an authority available to us under or in the anointing, that in the moment we decree "favor" over someone's life they have to come into favor! It'sunder the province of an open heaven, when there's a realm of the spirit, that we can make decrees that change destinies through the spoken word. No matter what your circumstances may be, you can find Joy in His Presence. On some days Joy is generously strewn along your life-path, glistening in the sunlight. On days like that, being content is as simple as breathing the next breath or taking the next step. Other days are overcast and gloomy; you feel the strain of the journey, which seems endless. Dull gray rocks greet your gaze and cause your feet to ache. Yet Joy is still attainable. Search for it as for hidden treasure. Begin by remembering that He has created this day; it is not a chance occurrence. Recall that He is present with you whether you sense His Presence or not. Then, start talking with Him about whatever is on your mind. Rejoice in the fact that He understands you perfectly, and that He knows exactly what you are experiencing. As you continue communing with Him, your mood will gradually lighten. Awareness of His marvelous Companionship can infuse Joy into the grayest day. "Surely you have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence." - Psalm 21:6"And if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure." - Proverbs 2:4 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

The first step to getting out of the box is to fellowship with the God of the breakthrough. The Holy Spirit will charge you with fresh vision and boldness. Breakthrough is found in our private devotion and personal pursuit of God when no one is watching. If you are in need of breakthrough, make it a point to "return to the stronghold" and watch what the God of the Breakthrough does for you. When He breaks open, we break out. "Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Even today I declare that I will restore double to you" (Zechariah 9:12). ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  13. Your teenager needs to hear father pray. He needs to hear mother pray for him and for herself. He needs to know that his parents trust him to God. We must go on to maturity. We must set our vision on the PURPOSE (our DESTINY for which we have been made a new creation. "For all the promises of God in Christ are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." - 2 Corinthians 1:20 There is a union between Christ and the Christian that is so deep, so pure, so sweet, so real, that the very conditions of the human spirit are transmitted to His, and the conditions of Christ's spirit are transmitted to ours. PRAYER: Father, in the name of Jesus I ask You to strengthen me through Your love and wisdom. Lord Jesus, this day I choose to deny myself, take up my cross and follow You. I will fulfill my destiny through the inner strength of Your might and power. In Jesus' name, Amen. AFFIRMATIONS: Jesus is my Great High Priest, and He is interceding for me right now. I boldly confess that I am fear-free and that anxiety has no place in me! Like Abraham I stagger not at the promises of God through unbelief; but am strong in faith giving glory to God! I am no accident going somewhere to happen. My life isn't just a loose web of events and circumstances. God has specific plans for me. Romans 5:3,4 - "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope." Jesus did not come to deliver us from our problems but from ourselves. He did not come to change our circumstances - He came to change us. Hebrews 12:2, "We look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith's perfection." The Lord calls each one and is beckoning us to come into His presence. As our eyes are transfixed on His eyes our vision changes and we are seeing through the eyes of Jesus. We are given strategies for breakthrough; and we are given revelation on direction we should take or information we would need for the new season ahead. Some are given a scene of encouragement and comfort as they looked through the eyes of Jesus. These Believers are walking through difficult times, but as they fixed their eyes on Jesus their vision is filled with peace, comfort, and hope. Romans 15:13, "Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in Him." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  14. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." - Hebrews 11:1 Faith is stronger than belief. To believe is to give intellectual assent; to have faith is to be inseparable from the object of your devotion. Belief can be changed or lost by a more persuasive argument. True faith is so much a part of the person it can only be taken by death. A poverty of soul must eternally torment that man who is satisfied merely to reason about eternal life, while remaining without the real possession and power of the indwelling Son of God manifest in his daily experience. If we are always reasoning, then we cannot cultivate the silence in which God speaks. The Lord wants to fill us with a holy desperation and a holy violence to lay hold of Him. It's a hunger that will drive us into holy romance with the Lord -- to enthrone Him in every area of our lives -- it's a fresh hunger to come into such intimacy with Jesus that we die to ourselves and come into holy union with Him in every way. Hunger for God is one of the greatest signs of life a person can have. We must press past intellectual awareness to hunger for heartfelt encounters that change and transform. "O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee; my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is." - Psalm 63:1 We are to live in the very Glory of God. However, we must daily overcome the spirit of the world and press behind the veil that is already torn that we might eat of the Bread of Heaven and look upon the blueprints of heaven. 15. The Holy Spirit now lives in your inner man to strengthen you and help you to do what you could not do without Him. God's kingdom authority, dominion, and majesty should be reigning in every believer's inner man. "That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man.....that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." - Ephesians 3:16,19 In order to hear from God, you must be convinced that God is going to talk to you right then and there as you are praying. The revelation that John the Baptist had concerning the Good News and his fresh revelation of the Kingdom must all be "pressed into." We cannot receive present truth revelation without enduring the press. "The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time the Kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is pressing into it." - Luke 16:16 How will your life change as you become more extreme with your faith? Can you visualize how your relationship with the Father is changing? AFFIRMATIONS: I confess that I am exactly the kind of person God wants to use! My heart is right; my attitude is willing; and I deeply desire for God to shape me to become a mighty instrument in His hands. As I spend time with Jesus, I am being changed into His image - and I demonstrate His life and His nature to other people! I confess that I live "In faith". I will never relinquish the dream He has put in my heart. Matthew 4:16 says, "The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Just begin to accept the idea that you shine. You received Christ, so your spirit is shining. You may not feel like it, or you may not realize it, but Christ is living inside of you. He is glowing for everyone to see. You may have good days and you may have bad days, but Jesus loves you and He is transforming you into His glorious light. Your mind is being healed and you shall overcome – simply because you confessed His name and asked Him to become real in your life.light has dawned." You may feel dead in every area of your life, but the light of Jesus is dawning. You may not feel that anything good can come out of your life, but the light of Jesus is dawning. The power of death is destroyed, and you will overcome. Jesus' light is life and brings peace to everyone who enters into it. You are entering into the fires of God. You are entering into the baptism of fire by the Holy Spirit, and your righteousness is about to shine in ways you never imagined. Jesus is going to be zealous in your heart and you are going to be bold like a lion. The next season is going to be a great season for you. Your light is going to shine! "Arise, shine, For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you." - Isaiah 60:1,2 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
