I could not believe my eyes when I clicked "Discipline/orders" and the number of registered nurses that are listed . It is a very high stress career, and there is easy access to narcotics. There are many nurses who have been caught diverting controlled substances. These nurses need prayers that they turn back toward God, and that they can be forgiven for their actions. My daughter is a nurse at our local nursing home, just recently two nurses were fired for taking resident's pain meds, some of them with terminal cancer.
