Your mind is like a closed fist.......nothing gets in, nothing gets out. Yes, I am off my meds.........have been for a fews years now. Thank you for your concern. But don't try to stop them yourself, do it under a doctor supervision I want to ease off of the valium I've been taking. I take .5 mg every morning. I do not have to take this every morning, but it is recommended to prevent anxiety. Today I was a bit agitated and anxious, so I did decide to take some later which helped. I'd really like to get off of it completely though. As for the anti-depressants, I really haven't felt any effect from them as far as depression. I believe that Jesus has healed my depression.
