Kennedy (He's alive and being held prisoner in the White House) Mohammed Ali Henry Kissinger (He was the Antichrist for a long time, by the way) Gerald Ford (He wouldn't tell us about the Russian tanks in southern Mexico) Jimmy Carter (He was a registered member of the Communist Party) The Bible tells us that the Antichrist won't be revealed until after the Rapture.
