I know their were some scientists who are Christian.I have read some of Einstein's quotes and they came across as Christian.

Einstein was not even close to a Christian. He did not believe in a personal God.

Quite true. That is the view of many (but not all) in the scientific community: a god perhaps, but not a personal one.

From my research it seems you are right.

Alot of people believe in some sort of a God or higher power but that does make them a Christian or saved.

What evidence would you say there is outside of the Bible....

When I Can Directly Observe It

And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:11-12

And Measure It

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. Genesis 1:20-22

And Reproduce It

And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:24-25

Good Question~! Leaving Me To Wonder Why The Evolutionist

And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: Ephesians 3:9

Is So Blind In His Conceits

Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Colossians 1:13-17

Yet So Loud With

Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name. Psalms 74:18

His

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4

Speculations

Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour. Ecclesiastes 10:1

Depends on the circumstance.  Would you rather the manufacturer of your car has faith in the materials they used for the brakes on your car, or would you rather they use science to determine the materials were adequate?

As to the OP...would you discount any of the people you cited if they said something opposing your beliefs.  Pleas to authority mean nothing unless the person is an authority on the subject on which he or she comments.
