While I disagree with youtubes wanting to remove it, the song itself is not what I would call christian or promoting of christian values, instead its a song pushing for gay rights. No, we shouldn't hate on gays, and I agree with some of the lyrics, but that doesn't mean that its the same love-or that were "pre-disposed" to that like the song implies.
