In the video near the end of the report, she says this: "When you are really down in the Hell, and you come up again, you have learned what matters in life and what doesn't. And what matters is very few things: life matters, human relationships, and that's about it. The rest is unimportant...one can live without." She also talked about survival being an attitude.
