I know this topic does not mean as much to some as it does others, but the perspective on life and the world this woman has to share is worth hearing.

 

In the video near the end of the report, she says this:

 

"When you are really down in the Hell, and you come up again, you have learned what matters in life and what doesn't. And what matters is very few things: life matters, human relationships, and that's about it. The rest is unimportant...one can live without."

 

She also talked about survival being an attitude. It is amazing what a difference that made for her.

"I never felt like a victim. I felt more like an observer. I felt, it has nothing to do with me; I just happen to be here, and I just have to take it as it comes."
