Rosicrucians use Rosy Cross as their symbol so it is easy to assume that they are Christians. And in wikipedia you can find something like this:

"Rosicrucianism was associated with Protestantism, Lutheranism in particular", but some web pages label them as of the Devil like here:

http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/False%20Religions/Other%20Pagan%20Mumbo-Jumbo/rosicrucianism.htm

On the other hand it is easy to find something contraversional in few 700+ pages books and then "expose" like that.

I would be glad if somebody explain relations between Rosicrucians and Christians.

Welcome to worthy , this section of the forum is dedicated to saying hello and introducing yourself.

Other members see that you have just joined and can reply to you, welcoming you to Worthy.

For now I will just answer your question quickly.

The Rosicrucians believe the following:

Jesus Christ: According to Rosicrucianism, He was born of Gentile parents, did not die on the cross, did not ascend to heaven, and retired to the monastery in Carmel to carry on secret missions with His apostles.

Salvation: Rosicrucianism denies that a person must trust Christ as the only Saviour.

The Bible: Rosicrucianism rejects the divine authorship of the Bible.

Their teachings are false and are to be avoided.

.................

Now a question from me , who is Jesus to you?

Welcome to Worthy. As ncn says - Jesus dying on the cross and being raised for our sins is fundamental to Christian faith.

Thanks, I wanted to add my question to proper place, but was not allowed. Hopefully it was not big trouble.

I really come here just because of this issue. What is confusing that is hard to base some of those acusations on Rosicrusians books...

Maybe I extract something myself...:

Please judge idea that Essenes educated Jesus so then Christ (spirit) was able to use his body. It is heresy again right because it separates Jesus and Christ into 2?

Here is an extract from Worthy's Statement of Faith.

Statement of Faith

We believe in God, the almighty creator of heaven and earth.

We believe in the triunity of God. We believe that God is eternally One, and also eternally the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit — the three being distinct, but not separate.

Each Person of the Godhead coexists from everlasting to everlasting.

We believe in the Messiah, Jesus, God’s only begotten son, God come in the flesh. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary.

He suffered under Pontius Pilate. He was crucified, died and buried.

On the third day, He rose again. Soon afterward He ascended into heaven.

Now He is seated at the right hand of the Father and He will return to judge both the living and the dead and reign for evermore.

I believe in Jesus ofc. and know that.

And I found in Rosicrussian book this statement:

"When the Savior Christ Jesus was crucified His body was pierced in five places;"

So statement that "according to Rosicrucianism, He was born of Gentile parents, did not die on the cross, did not ascend to heaven, and retired to the monastery in Carmel to carry on secret missions with His apostles" is wrong. It is all so confusing.

Brother you should not be reading these books.

I'd also now politely ask you to refrain from  posting quotes referring to this false teaching in the Welcome Forum

Read the Word and do not read false teachings

2Ti 3:16
" All Scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, "

Build your life on solid ground

Mat 7:24  Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on a rock.

God Bless you and may you find what you seek in HIS Word

Nigel.

Welcome to Worthy, ProzacR. I do hope you find ncn and his expertise enlightening. He is both highly honored and greatly admired here. We have many other biblical scholars as well. I'm sure if you're up for a bit of humble pie so to speak, you should come to the conclusion, that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. And you're certainly welcome for the opportunity to see the erroneous doctrine of the Rosicrucian belief. Once you obtain 5 posts for membership, this topic can be directed in the appropriate forum, for extensive discussion. But, you're on the way and everything will go accordingly.

God bless you,

David/BeauJangles
