White rice with peanutbutter ,soya sauce and if you like it little hot  pepper sauce...:)

Or white rice with some cut up cashew nuts and soya sauce :)

Now I like rice and cashews. ;)

 

Now one of my favorite sandwiches is   Tomato and onion (with a dab of mustard of course).  Sometimes I'll add some cheddar cheese.

Onions make my stomach cramp like throwing up.....   hurts......     and makes for killer gas attacks later...    I've been known to make people throw up....   toots so bad you can taste them.
