Guidance

I know this one is wide open for interpretation, but I'm looking for some verses that give us guidance in our daily lives.

Thy word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.

Psalms 119:105

 

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate in it day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Joshua 1:8

 

For whatever things were written formerly, were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of scriptures might have hope.

Romans 15:4

So we see that in the Bible we have guidance.

 

 

But we see also guidance in prayer.

5)  If any of you lacketh wisdom let him ask of God, who giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

6)  But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.  For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed,

James 1:5-6

 

 

This guidance of course is given by the Comforter or Holy Spirit.

But the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.
