In a recent article, TIME Magazine acknowledged that the GCC was behind ISIS/ISIL/The Islamic State or whatever they're calling themselves this week. Since the United States is a co-conspirator or client state of the GCC, it begs the question as to how much military force America will bring to bear against the armies of the black flag (including al Qaeda, which the CIA created in the first place). Little and none is the most likely answer. Both Christian and Muslim eschatology predict a revived Roman Empire in the last days. The caveat is that it will be a Muslim capital, not a Latin one.
