I doubt i am going to heaven. I have blasphemised the holy spirit because i had anger towards god and jesus and the spirit for some unknown reason, i never read the bible, although i love jesus and the holy spirit it is not enough. If you have ever been saved then you still are. God sees your heart and is pained because you are so in such turmoil and you are fill with doubt and confusion. Revelations 3:20 Many Christian tell this verse to non-believers when witnessing to them (which is well and fine), but these words were directed toward the Church. I think I kinda know somewhat of what you are dealing with Gto5050, as in the last couple of weeks, I really have been emotionally and spiritually drained, and I feel like an orphan like God has forgotten me, but I know of assuredly that if Christ Jesus was to return today I would go to heaven with Him, but as out of it, as i am, it would take me a couple of days to realize what has happened. You do not need to receive Him any more because you have been bought with a price and sealed as His and therefore He will never leave you and thus Jesus Christ is keeping His promise in being with you always since the first time you had come to and believed in Jesus Christ. I like the NIV and New JKV, but there are several other very god ones. You're almost like someone who doesn't have a drivers license, and never even read the drivers manual, but you think the police, FBI, and even the CIA are after you. You've probably seen 1 or more Biblical movies, and some are great. But try reading the book they're based on. Let God guide you through it. Just 1 thing I strongly suggest you don't do is to start with the book of Revelation. It's almost all symbolic and will confuse you for a long time. Sin leads to suffering. Sorrow to repentance. Prayer to hope. Faith to restoration. This is the pattern we see common in the bible. read hebrews 11:23. As long as you have breath you have hope. God is able to replace a heart of stone with one of flesh. Repent and turn to God with your whole heart. Hosea 6:1-3 Come and let us return unto the Lord: for He hath torn, and will heal us; He hath smitten and He will bind us up. After two days will he revive us; in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and the former rain unto the earth.
