Guest Butero Posted December 13, 2014 Share Posted December 13, 2014 When a state goes too far, as they obviously have done in New York, the insurance companies should simply pull out of that state until they state is forced to back down. This is another example of an out of control government going too far in forcing private businesses, (insurance companies in this case), to do things they have no business requiring. The government's authority over insurance companies should end with making sure they fulfill any contractual agreements they make, period.
