Good news for the neighbors, people don't live forever.  In a case like this, the best revenge is to outlive your bad neighbor, but in the meantime, try to live in peace and maybe he will get over his bitterness one day.

maybe hes bitter but so what. its his house, if he wants to decorate it like that let him. Who cares. I bet if people simply started ignoring him, hed likely stop going through all the trouble.
