And it's not even becusae of their personaility, it's because they obviously hate me. I am nothing but nice to them. I kill them kindness. I work hard and help them do their job, but for some reason they just resent me. And I hate the way they talk to me. They are just plain rude. What would you do? Then, one day ask: "Why do you find it necessary to be so rude to me? I've never been anything but completely courteous to you, yet you are consistently abusive toward me. I am always kind to people...and there have only been a few times that I have put my foot down...you may need to do that too. It can be done in a manner that befits the "bigger" person. That verse runs through my head each time I remember how they were rude to me. I am helping them do their job because I was asked to. They complained to the boss they were overworked, so she made me take up some of their slack. I don't want to be a dormat either. If it keeps up, I really think I may have to quit. And I love my job. I'm a graphic designer and it's so much fun. Everyone else I work with is okay, just these two woman who for some reason hate me. I'm the newest employee here (2 yrs) and I feel like they don't want me here. Maybe it's because I cut into their profit sharing and if so, that's kind of sad.
