Have you ever done an in depth study not only what has happened in Jerusalem but what the name Jerusalem means?

City of peace. On the surface. But do a little digging and you will find it means tribulation peace. The root for salem is shalom. An interesting word in and of itself. But Jeru (or more to the original Jebus) means threshing place, desecration, turmoil, etc. It can be likened to "Where Heaven Meets Hell." Or Ground Zero in the War Between God and Satan.

Your thoughts, insights?

Jerusalem is the place of the Temple,  is it not why God gave the tribe of Benjamin to the southern Kingtom  the Kingtom of Juda. And showed David, where he wants the Temlpe to be build, But this set up and the temple did not stop the rain of death upon the people. Pointing to one man who was working the wine press, he is going to be the one to stops the rain of death upon the people.

It is very strange that Jesus as the promised one to sit on the Throne of David, came from the North kingdom and establish his kingdom by destroying the rain of the Temple in Jerusalem, the first David Promish to build it, and the last Davit Promish to destroy it, by building the new temple with his own hands,( with his obedience)  the one within you and me, and also the spiritual (the living stones), and the one on mount Zion.

Individualy we are his Jerusalem and also collectively.

And that is quite interesting.

Coupling that with what Your Closest Friend said, are we not individually and corporately that very place you describe?
