I can't do fast food, only thin pizzas, but eating salads is great but it gets boring, can i like my bread! But I also know my body and if I don't eat meat, I ache and get sluggish.... Please look online for a nondenominational church and an expository preaching church. I left the Roman Catholic Church as well. I suffered from guilt and shame when there was no reason. I was a people pleaser so my family dumped on me, then I left the rcc, got right with God and stuff up for myself. Ask yourself, what's the worst that could happen? I lost a job, ok I will get another one... A friend no longer calls me, ok, let them go and you make a new friend. My siblings are angry cuz I won't do such and such for them, let them be mad, I need time for myself. When you have too many responsibilities, let them go and give someone else the opportunity to deal with that responsibility.... Learn and practice saying No to people.
