I went into Starbucks one day a couple years back and saw these bars in the pastry case.

I  fell in love with them, but at almost $5 a bar I decided I didn't like them that well.  So I figured out how to make them myself.

TOPPING:

Two packages of   Cream Cheese  at room temperature.

I Box of Powdered Sugar.

I teaspoon Vanilla

2 packages of Craisons (Ocean Spray brand) of dried sweetened cranberries )  They come in a bag.

CRUST:

2 Cups sifted flour

1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Soft Butter

Combine flour and sugar then cut butter into the mixture until blended.

Press into bottom of 9x13 Pyrex pan.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until very lightly brown.  Let it cool.

Mix all the topping and pour it over the  cooled  crust.  Even it all out and put into refrigerator.

Take it out of refrigerator  for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares.

I  hope these turn out well, if not let me know and I will go over my recipe again.

Merry Christmas
