His books are pretty good, but his audios and videos are a lot less work for those of us who dislike reading. I do my share of reading, but it is hit and miss, very hard for me to get through a book in less that a year, where as watching a video is almost like Cliif's Notes. For those who can manage, Josh's books are pretty good, but a lot dryer than this speaking style.
