That is honest brother, and that is what I believe is what the Holy Spirit is searching for in each of us. Honesty, and willingness ( which is the second part ). We are all there, as none are yet perfected. Don't look at fault in others, but at the mercy and grace of God which is way bigger. In yourself, do as HIS Spirit guides you. I think you know this. Amen, brother.

Thanks for the heads-up! I think you are open for us to have a nice and open discussion, and perhaps learn some new things from each other. P.S. This forum is the absolute worst to work with I have ever seen. Designed by a bunch of kindergarden kids! Where'd the double spacing come from? And I can't fix my signature. Totally beyond belief. I recommend that true believers pray about leaving their churches … if they are not preaching against sin, and if they are not preaching about co-operating with the precious Holy Spirit while going through the sanctificationprocess unto holiness. In Romans 6;16-23, Paul warns the troops to quit sinning and to present themselves as slaves to obedience and slaves of righteousness unto holiness! (Please note: this passage is understood by almost no one.) Sorry, I don't see how to change to black. Books are only as good as their authors are and are influenced by their bias and prejudice and knowledge or lack of knowledge. Read original sources and see if you come to the same conclusion. Sure thing,,,,,,as long as we are communicating with our Lord ,seeking Him,His Will,His Wisdom & Guidance,,,,,,how can we ever go wrong? I cannot disagree with that,,,EVER,,,,,pray, pray, pray & then pray some more!!!! As far as the RCC,well,it is what it is,,,,,,,having been raised in a catholic family (NY Italians, need I say more?)I do understand the doctrines & traditions of men ,,,,the customs, the adding & taking away from the Word of God,,,,,,,,,,,,,I also know many catholics that are Spirit Filled,Saved ,Sanctified, & Delivered,,,,,,,,,,,,,thank God (& I do mean THANK GOD) that Christianity is a RELATIONSHIP with God in Christ and the Holy Spirit Will bring Wisdom & Understanding to anyone seeking Gods Truth in spite of the works of the enemy through & within the many different churches & denominations,,,, Having said all that,it is up to each individual to seek God & His Timeless Truths,,,,,,,,,However,I do know exactly what you are saying ,,,,,,it is a good & sincere message(warning) to all believers ,,,,,,,I truly believe the responsibilities fall upon every individual to (as Ezra said) Know Gods Word...... There is no excuse for anyone,I don't think so,,,,,,,I was what I call"brainwashed" from the time I was a wee little girl, for many years,,,,,the Holy Spirit was tugging at my heart & I knew something was amiss,,,,,,It took many years to sort out the Truth from the lies ,,,,,,,I loved Jesus from the time I could remember and He never let me go,not for a minute,,,,,,,,,,and I cannot begin to tell you the places I've gone(spiritually),,,,,, I cannot imagine that anyone is left or forsaken,God is not a respecter of persons & He does not love me any more than any of His children,,,,,,,,,,we are accountable for our own Salvation & it is simply a choice to be near God,,,,,,,imo To God be the Glory!!!! Will you offer yourself up as a martyr for Christ during the upcoming persecution? Will you take the mark of the beast instead of watching your loved ones die of starvation? The end of your faith has not occurred yet ... but I do have the utmost confidence in you! P.S. Just because Paul said such stuff means absolutely nothing ... t'was just his writing style, (edification, exhortation, encouragement, etc. mostly with tongue in cheek), i. e. he knew some would be falling away.
