Clearly not a healthy relationship, and certainly not a Christian one.

We are required to obey God, and He has commanded that we not be unequally yoked to an unbeliever. This relationship will end in a disastrous marriage. It needs to be cut off, period. This man's response to that happening is on his own shoulders. The relationship should never have begun in the first place if she knew he was not a Christian at the time.
