Don't be so worried about your doubts, but rather focus on what you do know. Doubt your doubts and believe your beliefs! God manifests himself to us everyday in many different ways. I think that sometimes we are just so caught up in everyday "life" that we fail to recognize His presence. Remember, just like the sun, we don't always see it or feel it, but yet it is Always there. I think everyone has at one point or another. Sometimes we can be distracted by the way we think we should feel and we can forget that there may not be anything wrong with the way we do feel right now. Guest Teditis Posted March 21, 2016 Share Posted March 21, 2016 I talk to God about things like that... when I don't feel close to Him or I feel like I'm in a dry period I send up small prayers to Him throughout the day, week, month... whatever... and I ask Him to reveal Himself to me because I need His presence in my life in order for me to go on. It's not that the Lord isn't there; our radar just isn't working! I get around those occasional times by talking to Him, asking Him to restore my awareness and praying. Never believe He isn't there, He is. Just keep working on getting through whatever is standing in the way; things like work, stress, emotional upsets can take our eyes off Him. I will pray for you.
