They are not coming out of the far north, like the passage says they will.<<< In Ezekiel 38:5 the writer CLEARLY identifies the people of Gog as being Persians, Ethiopians, and Libyans. In other words, Arabs and Africans. So, in order for the people of Gog to get to the European nations, they would need to come up out of the northern parts of their place, which is what the scripture actually says, for notice verse 15 of Ezekiel 38, "And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee..." >>>2. They are not invading the land of Israel, like the passage says they will.<<< The scripture says they will invade "Sheba, and Dedan, and the mechants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof." In other words, the Europeans. (Ez. 38:13) >>>3. They are not riding on horses, like the passage says they will.<<< Get real!... "riding on horses" means, they will be transported to the European nations. >>>Daniel 11:43 has nothing at all to do with Gog and Magog.<<< Of course it does! Daniel 11:43 is a prophecy relating to America, and to the Africans, ie people of Gog that are upon America. For notice: "But he (America) shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver (ie over the monetary system), and over all the precious things of Egypt (ie over the Arab oil): and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps." For example, in number three you say "riding on horses" in effect has nothing to do with horses. But Ezekiel later on says that the birds shall eat the flesh of these horses that are not horses... So what, they will be eating the flesh of boats and cars? I'll stick to the straightforward meaning of the text, without a lot of presumptions added to it. Some of them may be the people of the Gog/Magog nations. But the invasion is against Israel. One result of the immigration issue is that it is building up a lot of resentment in Europe against Muslims and Islam. So that when Gog/Magog does appear on the horizon, the popular support by Europeans will be for the little horn to try and stave it off, by assembling a huge European army in Greece, north and west of Israel, Daniel 8:9. Which eventually leads the little horn into the middle east following Gog/Magog..... with him being perceived by the Jews as the arrival of their messiah to begin the false messianic age.
