Hi Bopeep,

Yes I believe they are a catalysis for the Islamic Federation to come together. They are `uprooting` the former regions so designated by the Allies after WW2. By that I mean they no longer recognise the boundaries put in place by foreign powers & are returning to their original region - the old Assyrian area - Syria, Iraq & eventually Jordan. These 3 I believe will come together & form the basis for the last Gentile Global Leader, (A/C).  Three areas fall under his leadership.

So watch Iraq, Syria & Jordan.

Marilyn.

And Turkey.  I also believe ISIS is connected to the End of Days.

ISIS are just part of the End Times. Islam may or may not be the religion of the Beast but it has its part to play in leading us to it.

Question: "Is ISIS a sign of the end times?"

Answer:
Many Christians wonder if the rise of ISIS (the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), also known as ISIL (the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) and IS (Islamic State), is a sign of the end times. ISIS has attracted a lot of attention due to its brutal tactics in gaining and maintaining control over territory in Iraq and Syria and its terrorism in other parts of the world (most notably the November 13, 2015, Paris attacks).

ISIS’s murder of Middle Eastern Christians has been particularly heinous. The way ISIS has been beheading Christians (and other victims) reminds many of Revelation 20:4, which predicts the manner of execution the Antichrist will use during the tribulation; “Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God.” And, of course, the fact that ISIS is attempting to establish its Islamic caliphate so close to the borders of Israel is a definite matter of concern.

There is no biblical prophecy that explicitly predicts the rise of ISIS. The Bible prophesies an increase in wars and rumors of wars (Matthew 24:6), and Jesus declared that persecution will be the experience of anyone who seeks to follow Him (John 15:18–20). Further, Second Timothy 3:1–4 could be seen as a fitting description of ISIS in many ways: “There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.”

But these passages do not specifically predict ISIS. Rather, they inform us what the end times will be like. As a result, we should not be surprised by the rise of ISIS. The world is going to get worse before the end times, and then the world will get exponentially worse during the end times (see Revelation 6–18).

Is ISIS a definite sign of the end times? No. Is ISIS a possible sign of the end times? Yes. Could the actions of ISIS lead to a greater conflict that fulfills one of the end-times wars prophesied in the Bible? Yes. But, presently, the world is united against ISIS. Does that unity set the stage for a global government, as predicted in Scripture? Could the world’s being united against a great evil like ISIS eventually lead to the rise of the greatest evil the world will ever see, the Antichrist? Could the leader of ISIS, presently Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, be the Antichrist? Again, it is possible.

Ultimately, we will have to wait and see what role, if any, ISIS plays in the end times. At this time, ISIS is simply proof of what the Bible says about how evil humanity can become without Christ (Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10–18).

I think the war with Islam will bring the world to accept the Antichrist (Peace maker).

Hello Bopeep,  I come in peace, and to let you , know, that isis , was placed by the powers that be of the earth to , over come, and to bring the sword, to the necks of the Christians and all that oppose there belief,  and so you may not see them identified in the bible as many are looking for them , but they are there and they are part of the forces that are moving, to dominate and to move as prophecy tells us by the word of God, He shows us, that there be a power in the end days, and a power to , make people to accept or to reject God, or jesus and they have been doing that, and we see it unfold, for it is here, and we are even at the doors, and many are looking but not seeing for their eyes are blinded by what is going on some where else in the countries, and so we have ,

In revelation that tribulation saints are beheaded , and who does this type of act, , yes it is them , and who else would be and could do this in the soon and present future ,  the beast system, and no, no man could buy or sell unless they had the mark of the beast, this is the start and it leads to that scripture,

question, how far away from fulfilling this  scripture are we , ? in revelation from coming true ? that no man can buy or sell unless he had the name the number of the mark, think abut that,? one of the three things, , we are on the verge of a economic collapse, and the stock market  financialist are saying we are in trouble, and we see that  in the news, but not much about the countries, and the refugees, being up rooted from there homes, and their lands, and that there is no food, and they are trying to get to safety , or die, and so it is begun, and it started with them and it will end with us,

do you not see that we are soon going to fall apart , how long do you think we can stay  a float, in our economy, ?

we are there, it will just take a event to speed this up , and then we will be in revelation,  and right at that scripture,

and so we are in for a time of tribulation, and we must prepare and be ready , reguardless of what any one believes,

thank you and blessings and peace

Hi SINNERSAVED,

The Body of Christ purpose is first off the rank & then the other purposes (Israel & the Nations) continue on. God is the one who will put `hooks` in the jaws of Russia to bring them (& their Federation) down to the mountains of Israel for judgment. Thus it is God who sets the timing & NOT MAN.

Great is our hope in the Lord.  Marilyn.

Hi mabel,

Yes I so agree. Saudi Arabia is the Sunni power behind the ISIS. And yes they will be used for something bigger - the Islamic Federation.

Marilyn.
