God Bless. Underline: It was being addressed. I have free will to disagree, no? God would be in contradiction if believers were the lost. It's by believing in the resurrection that we're not lost. "Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost." How can dead believers be lost? - Thank you. - Heb 1 Cor 15:12-19 NIV But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. 14And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. 15More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised. 16For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. 17And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. 18Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. 19If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied. 3 hours ago, HAZARD said: No one said it was. So, do you see now how our bodies are glorified only at first resurrection..... 1 Cor 15:42-43 So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; 43it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. They fell asleep when they were suppose to stand watch in the garden at Gethsemane. And later the Roman's and the temple guard came to arrest Jesus. They were awake then but that is what Jesus wanted them to watch for prior to that arrival. Why is it a big deal that Peter was human? Jesus knew this. He told us all about his mission in Matthew. He didn't come to call the righteous but the sinners.

Moses met with Jesus. The transfiguration was a vision. I believe that being naked in the grave is referring to death. Rapture and resurrection is when we are finally clothed with immortality. The truth is so easy, but the world love Satan's lies. Job 1:21 and said: “Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised.” Ecc 5:15 Everyone comes naked from their mother's womb, and as everyone comes, so they depart. They take nothing from their toil that they can carry in their hands. 2Co 5:3 because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked. ................................................................................................................... 1 Cor 15:53-54 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 54When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” 2 Cor 5:4 For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. It doesn't say it was just a vision. And Elijah never suffered physical death. Moses did and God buried his body in the ground, but Elijah was carried up to heaven in a whirlwind. Even so, they both met with Jesus. Job, Solomon and Paul see it differently, that's all. I rather go the non traditional way.

No, they're resting and naked in their graves. Paul states that we are clothed at rapture and resurrection. I believe Paul.
