It is possible, that the options are Lord, Liar, Lunatic, or Legend. Still though the evidence is clear, that Lord, is the only one that stands up to scrutiny. In the early 1980s, I had a tape, tract, and roadside services ministry, called Crossfire Ministries. One of the things I did was replicate cassette tapes for redistribution at no charge. Among those, were some by Josh McDowell, based on that book. As good as his books were, his lectures were a lot of fun, back in the days of Campus Crudade for Christ. I believe they are now known as CRU, so as not to offend the sensibilities of Muslims. While I am not a fan of being politically correct, I do think that one was a good choice.
