I'm guessing "strength" is probably a reference to our physical abilities, though I'm open to a more spiritualized interpretation, like strength of character/will. But, what about heart, soul, and mind?

In this context heart represents emotions, soul represents the will, and mind represents thoughts or the thought-life. Our thoughts, our emotions, and are wills must all be entirely focused on the love of God, which translates into the obedience of God's and Christ's commandments. Quite right The expression taken as a whole is meant to encompass the whole of our being - everything that we are is to love the Lord our God. That's a good answer, but I wonder about the "heart" part. Why should the heart be associated with emotions? And if the heart is deceitful above all things, how does that fit in? A desire is an emotion, and the heart is deceitful because emotions can cloud the mind. Most decisions are not strictly rational, and more so for women than for men.
