Do they over rule the president. So if the next president decides on something. Does the judges decide if ok or president. The judges are the ones who made gay marriage legal in the entire country. They are the ones deciding major policies now with their rulings on various court cases. If the president appoints liberal ones (like hillary would) then we would have a lot of liberal policies set through the court for long past the terms of the president. Since one will be chosen and likely up to 4 or 5 during the next few years, its crucial to have someone other than hillary in the white house.
