McDonalds is missing a PR goldmine by pulling back Ronald right now. This would be the perfect time to get him out in front of everyone and show what a good clown looks and acts like. When was the last McDonald's commercial featuring Ronald McDonald? Kids grow up much faster now. He was big back in the 70s and 80s, but McDonald's has a far more mature audience now. Those kids who liked Ronald McDonald back in the day, have grown up. He had his day in the sun. Kids are different and actually mature faster thanks in part to the Internet.
