(Worthy News) - The UN Security Council will hold a special meeting next week on Israeli construction in Judea, Samaria and eastern Jerusalem, Haaretz reported Thursday.

The Arria Formula meeting will not involve a vote and is expected to be open to the media, according to the newspaper. Foreign Ministry officials in Jerusalem fear it will turn into an international demonstration of condemnation of the Israeli government’s policy and set the stage for an “anti-settlement resolution” in the Security Council after the upcoming U.S. elections.

The meeting will be held on October 14 at the behest of Egypt, Venezuela, Malaysia, Senegal and Angola, with a push from the Palestinians. [ Source ]

Translation: "Let's see how much more land we can convince Israel to give up this time; maybe we can make them lose all of it!"

And then watch the us get nailed with a natural disaster for our part in trying to force israel to give up more land.

It is quite interesting that the Security Council has nothing to say about resolving the multiple conflicts in Syria, but wants to prod Israel instead to pander to Hamas and Hezbollah.  And now they have appointed a Portuguese socialist incompetent to become the next Secretary General of the UN.

As if these countries do not have their own serious issues to be resolved.  People from Venezuela are coming to the USA to buy toilet paper.
