In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun." Is there a specific significance or maybe a Hebrew meaning for this? I'd love to understand what is meant by a tent being pitched for the sun. I have read some commentaries on this, but wonder if anyone knows if there is a deeper meaning behind it?

The apostle Paul are taking this verse in Roman 10:18. Just read the verses around Ps.19 and around Rm.10:18 Hint: It is talking about a bridegroom

This is simply a poetic way of saying that the sun resides within the heavens, the heavens being the tabernacle (or tent) for the sun. Then the sun is likened to a bridegroom.
