It adds up. i dont do partying or going to events as quite frequently i am too low in spirits to do that anyway. i stay away fullstop. i do the things i have to do and everything else has to work itself out somehow. A replenishing of spirit is a path that some find difficult (after the ease we have come to associate with our walk with Christ). It is like all those new worldly experiences have resulted in real live burdens that we now have to trust in the Lord (so perhaps more tools become necessary) to get us through. just keeping it simple and reducing the stress build up is focus enough . avoiding stirring the spirit!
