THE Vatican has published guidelines for Catholics who want to be cremated, saying their remains cannot be scattered, divvied up or kept at home but rather stored in a sacred, church-approved place.

The new instructions were released JUST IN TIME FOR HALLOWEEN AND "ALL SAINTS DAY"  ON NOVEMBER 2, WHE THE FAITHFULL ARE SUPPOSED TO PRAY FOR AND REMEMBER THE DEAD.

The two horns in verse 11 are the same thing as the "feet of iron and clay" in the following prophecy of Daniel.

Daniel 2

41: And as you saw the feet and toes partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom; but some of the firmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the miry clay. 
42: And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle. 
43: As you saw the iron mixed with miry clay, so they will mix with one another in marriage, but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay. 
 

The Protestant churches are represented as the feet of clay who represent one of the two horns of the other beast besides the main beast written about in Daniel. 

God used Christianity ( two horns ) to keep building false gods until the whole world was filled with false gods and all the governments that are used to pass laws to protect those false gods. The whole world is not under the power of the Beast and the false prophet ( Satan ). This is why God plans on destroying it with His Fire.

These are kingdoms not churches.

 Daniel 2: 40, And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
    41, And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
    42, And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.16
    43, And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one17 to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

The feet and toes are to be the last form of the Roman Empire in the days of the 2nd advent of the messiah. The feet represent the same as the two legs, the Eastern and the Western divisions of the Roman Empire, the 4th kingdom of Daniel and the 6th kingdom of revelation 17:9-11. The toes represent the final division of the Roman Empire into 10 kingdoms ruled by 10 kings from 10 separate capitals. The last form of this empire was to be partly strong and partly broken (V 41-42), The weakness is symbolised by the clay which is easily broken, the strength by iron which breaks all other materials to pieces (V. 40).
